AUTHORS NOTE
You have read about love conquering machines, and you then went on to read about drugs verses proper physical training. Now behold as you see a frozen cock and someone in desperate need of a hair cut try to take down two normally untouchable people. Also, I know some people will say my explanation of Reina quirk is bullshit. But for those people I ask you do not waste review or comment space complaining about that, and for one reason. If any of you who want to complain, try to do so. Then I ask you to give a proper explanation of Uraraka quirk and no, the simple explanation of her quirk reducing the gravity to zero is not a valid explanation. A close look at what she does in the series shows it far more powerful and complicated then no gravity.

WEST TUNNEL
(THIRD PERSON POV)
Doing one final stretch as they awaited for their call at the entrance on the tunnel, Reina López turned to her partner in all her pink haired glory. Giving him the smirk she always gave before teasing a friend she spoke to her nervous partner. "What has you so worried? WE'RE LITERALLLY UNTOUCHABLE!" She exclaimed to try and cheer up her partner.
Literally twiddling his thumbs Shihai Kuroiro was unsure how to respond to his partner upbeat personality and feminine charms. With his white rustling like leaves in the wind standing out against his inky black colored skin he responded to her somehow. "Well it's just… my quirk is not even close to being as useful on an open field like this instead of a building where I can do sneak attacks." He said bringing up how they fought together for the first combat exercise of their class.
Reina could not help but chuckle at how meek her partner was being. "Remember what I told you earlier when I picked you?" Reina asked him, which caused him to remember how she convinced after she won the first round.
Shihai Flashback Start
Just barely clearing the top forty by jumping from shadow to shadow during the obstacle race he was not surprised to see Reina had won it. Given her quirk to go through pretty much any meant that she could easily get to the end of the race that was right beside the starting line.
However, when it came picking a partner for this race he thought that no one would consider him a first pick due to his quirk lack of guaranteed mobility and lack of fighting power. That was when a certain pink haired girl with spots of blue in her messy but short approached him changing his previous view.
"Hey battle partner, want to join up with me again?" She asked him turning away multiple people without so much as sparing a glance at them.
"Y-You mean me?" He had asked her to make sure that he heard her right, not trusting his own ears at the time.
"Yeah of course you, who else could possibly make the best partner for me." Reina responded back giving him a goofy grin as she wrapped her arm around his neck resting it on his shoulder. Nervous due to not being use to having physical with girls… or rather most people in general his age he could not speak but she seemed to have read his thoughts.
"Listen with my quirk I have guaranteed supremacy for the race portion along with my way bigger head start compared to the others due to my points. Add your quirk that in a pinch will basically force whoever shadow you hide to fight to protect you, we are going straight to the finals and win this!" She told him before dragging him over to register them as partners and rest up before the event began.
Shihai Flashback End
"Yeah I remember, you said that we were going to the finals." He told her letting out a sigh as he still saw no way to beat their opponents in a straight up fight. With possessing incredible physical strength and the other a strong ice quirk for long range attacks he doubt they could beat them.
Shaking her head slightly in a way of saying no she corrected him. "I said we would go straight to the finals… AND WIN THIS!" She shouted pumping her fist into the air grinning as she already knew how to beat one opponent.
Slouch his shoulders slightly he shook his head in disbelief. "Against them I can't do anything to stop them." He told her making it clear that he had no plan to overcome this difference in abilities.
"That is why I will take out Midoriya with you supporting me against him like you did against Yaoyorozu. Then we move on to Shishida and move on to the next set of opponents." Reina told him enjoying the shocked look as she just declared she could beat either opponent in a direct fight with a little of his help.
UA SPORTS FESTIVAL
EAST TUNNEL
(THIRD PERSON POV)
Jurota Shishida and Izuku Midoriya both were unfortunately of the same opinion when it came to their opponents. "There is now way for us to predict what they will do." Shishida said aloud hating the fact that he could not simply think of a solution beforehand.
Izuku however was not as perturbed as his teammate, or at least he is now thanks to meeting Maple. If it was the old him he would be panicking like a chicken with its head cut off… assuming he would have been standing here at all. He chuckled to himself as he shook his head.
"Why are you laughing!" Shishida exclaimed resisting his animalistic urge to strike Izuku for making light of a situation that was upsetting him. It seemed that even though he got along with Izuku his instincts still put him on edge around Izuku and Maple. It was like his instincts were telling him that they both were predators who simply fighting near them would get him killed.
"I just find it funny that even though our greatest strength is our intelligence, it will probably be useless against her. Add her partners near perfect defense of hiding in our own shadows and we will be lucky to even get a single direct hit in." Izuku responded back knowing from his sister Maple that sometimes you just have to come up with strategies on the fly.
Just to be safe though he pulled his menu and looked through his skills to see if he had anything to directly counter her swimming quirk. "Menu open." he called out, still finding it wired how his and Maple quirks both have this function as well as the fact that only they can see it.
"What are you doing exactly?" Shishida looked over his teammate's shoulder as they were tapping the air like some sort of touchscreen.
"No worries, it's just my quirk." Izuku said as he continued tapping the screen with his teammate still looking confused as to what he was doing. Since he had the time, Izuku decided he should send Maple a message about what she thought he should do. Though he even had to admit despite being the one doing it, that he also thought this message system and the game-like screen were weird.

CENTRE FIELD
(THIRD PERSON POV)
After the first battle the crowd was more than warmed up to say the least. The heroes and the faculty of UA were happy to see this as well as the support course students were getting a fair amount of the audience cheers. Granted the hero course students still got more of them, but the amount of hopeful whispers of people wanting to see what the support course students made was great to hear. Even if they did not teach them directly or had direct connections to the support gear business like Power Loader. They still wanted to see all the students get proper recognition for their abilities and hard work.
"ALL RIGHT PEOPLE, THE FIRST TWO BATTLES WERE INTENSE IN THEIR OWN RIGHTS FOR THEIR OWN UNIQUE REASONS. ONE OF WHICH I AM LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS DUE TO NOT BEING A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. SO DON'T EXPECT THIS BATTLE TO BE ANY DIFFERENT AS THE ONE OF THE MOST ORDERLY STUDENTS OF UA GO UP AGAINST TWO OF THE MOST CHAOTIC OF STUDENTS!" Mirko shouted, still trying to keep up with Present Mic energy whenever he did the tournament. Aizawa just rolled his eyes at this as his hopes of not needing to wear earbuds in the announcer booth was destroyed at this point.
"COMING FROM THE WESTERN CORRIDORS THE CHAOS I SPOKE OF. A YOUNG LADY WHO GREETED ALL THE OTHER TIRED COMPETITORS OF THE FIRST ROUND WITH A CHEEKY SMILE AND A YOUNG MAN WHO CAME WITH HER THROUGH THE SECOND ROUND BY LITERALLY HIDING IN THE SHADOWS OF THEIR OPPONENT. REINA LÓPEZ AND SHIHAI KUROIRO!" She said as the two students came out with Reina waving to the crowd while holding her partner's wrist up to force the shy boy to wave to the audience. She was half tempted to make a lovers joke if she did not already know how hard of a time the shadowy teen was already having.
"ENTERING FROM THE EASTERN CORRIDORS, THE TWO BRIGHT YOUNG MEN I SPOKE OF WHO REPRESENT ORDER. ONE MAY LOOK LIKE A WILD BEAST AND HAVE THE STRENGTH OF ONE BUT I ASSURE THERE IS A REASON THEIR CLASSMATES CALL THEM A SCHOLAR. WITH HIM IS ARGUABLY ONE OF IF NOT THE BRIGHTEST OF THE SUPPORT COURSE WHO DESPITE HIS ICY QUIRK BURNS BRIGHTLY WITH PASSION. JUROTA SHISHIDA AND IZUKU MIDORIYA!... OW!" Mirko shouted with quite a bit more enthusiasm than the other team.
Normally the other team would be offended by a teacher picking favorites. But considering one of the other team members is her son, Reina and Shihai did not mind much. Aizawa however did not hesitate to slap her at the back of her head for it causing her to rub her head where he slapped her after letting out pained noise. Izuku was naturally embarrassed by this, burying his face in his hands as his partner was now half dragging him towards the stadium as Reina did to her partner before.
"All right everyone you know the rules, so no excuses and remembering to hold back a little for the safety of the audience." Midnight said as they all nodded, with Izuku and Reina thinking the last part was more for them. Getting nods from her adopted son and the others Midnight was ready to give the signal. "All right people, get ready… AND BEGIN!" She declared bringing down her hand that was holding her whip.
Izuku, not hesitating to do so, decided to follow his sister's advice and start off with something they would not see coming. So instead of freezing the ground he froze his hands to make one-foot-long ice claws, with his partner running by his side towards them. This confused Reina and Shihai as they were expecting a big, long range ice attack based on the last events.
Not getting frozen up for too long she snapped her partner out of his stupor at this sight. "GET IN MY SHADOW WHILE I GET MIDORIYA TO LEAVE THE ARENA WITH ME!" Reina told him, making it clear it was not time to argue. Doing as she said he went into her shadow as she ran forward with her hands in a scooping shape with her palms aimed at them. Taking a peak behind her she saw what she was expecting. The air that at first rippled then returned to normal creating a small gust of wind for a half second or so.
At first she thought her quirk was simply a combination of her father and her mother's quirks, but since she started at UA she realized it wasn't. After a single incident when she swam in front of her father and hit him with compressed air she always made sure to go beside or behind him. Though her father laughed it off, thinking about once she saw her classmates' reactions at UA, the old memory resurfaced.
If her quirk was exactly like her fathers then she would face more resistance when swimming. But never experiencing that she realized her quirk was actually making everything she touched not like water in a literal sense. But more in a sense where they acted like a liquid, but somehow the resistance was nullified? No it was more like her swimming with her quirk was basically the same as if she ran, facing only air resistance like when she ran.
Getting just a few steps away she unleashed her attack. Turning off her quirk as she moved her hands like she was throwing something she was holding. The result was Izuku putting both his hands up against his face, coming to a slide as it seemed he was able to predict her attack.
"Impressive, but you have to try harder than that!" She said cheekily as while his partner fell backwards from the compressed air shot to the face, he managed to slide under her. Attempting to kick her from underneath but just missing her as she jumped forward beginning to swim through the air.
Izuku before she could get away spun immediately before leaning back and throwing himself forward with his legs. However fearing another air shot to the face when he saw the air stop rippling he jumped forward but unlike her he went low rather than high. Before transforming allowed his jacket to fall off him, as his half transformation still damages his shirt.
His usual gym shirt accounted for this, but between the obstacle course elemental hells and the pillar fighting it was already damaged beyond use. So he had to grab a random spare, as a result he was currently shirtless. Almost tripping up as a lot of women in the arena made comments about his abs and muscles he managed to straighten himself getting on Reina trail. With a certain mushroom girl yelping in shock somewhere as her pink haired partner was suddenly radiating anger out of nowhere.
"GET READY TO TRANSFORM WHEN I BRING HER DOWN! AND DON'T LET HER TOUCH YOUR CHEST!" Izuku told his teammate as they got back up rubbing their eyes, warning them how dangerous the girl really was. If he was right about her quirk then she could kill even the strongest of defensive quirk users with a single attack. So her using it on his muscles could easily render them useless causing him to fall over easily.
But if she used it on an organ like his lungs… well it would not be pleasant to suddenly have your oxygen supply cut off that's for sure. If his calculations were right, then at best someone would lose all the air being in their lungs. Being temporarily weakened from the quirk as the air would suddenly be expelled from the lungs in a sudden violent gust when her quirk stops.
At worst, one of two possible deaths would occur.
The first death is where she could purposely or accidentally turn the air in his lungs to water but leave the lungs solid. Almost drowning them on land and forcing the need for emergency CPR on him.
The second death was far more… well deadly and not to mention permanent. As the air forcefully expelled from his lungs now from solid to liquid would damage his internal organs and possibly outright destroy some. Given how Uraraka quirk defied the laws of physics if he was also right about her. Then there is no way for him to accurately predict his current opponent quirk without extensive testing.
Izuku himself, despite avoiding the attack, was annoyed for reasons more than just Reina forcing him to chase her now through the air. For starters he felt like he was holding down Shishida with how he could not hone his animalistic instincts yet like his partner. Maybe if he had his quirk for a whole decade like Shishida he could do the same, but unfortunately his quirk was still new to him. As such if she escaped underneath the surface, only Shishida could possibly track her, so they had to take her out of the match before that happened.
'LIKE HELL I CAN WITH YOU TRANSFORMED LIKE THAT!' Shishida yelled in his head. As Izuku in his transformed form made his instincts go on an even higher alert than when in human form. It was unfortunate that he did not realize in advance how much he would struggle using abilities he had used almost effortlessly since he was little. If not for this limitation Reina would have struggled much harder to get a sneak attack on Shishida.
Reina blew a raspberry at him as soon as she noticed him behind her, about to tease she opened her mouth to speak but he beat her to it.
"YOUR QUIRK DOESN'T TURN WHAT YOU TOUCH INTO BEHAVING AS IF WERE WATER! IT ALLOWS YOU TO TURN ANYTHING YOU USE IT ON INTO A LIQUID LIKE STATE BEFORE CHANGING IT BACK TO NORMAL! THAT INSTANT CHANGE IS WHY YOU CAN CREATE THOSE AIR ATTACKS!" Izuku screamed at her as the intense air current she was blasting in his face was making it harder not just to concentrate but to hear as well.
Reina was unable to keep the shock from coming across her face so clearly as he already figured out how her quirk functioned. This was especially shocking for her as she who just recently discovered this about her quirk, had it for years before realizing the truth. The warning he gave to his teammate earlier also made her realize what her trump card in a close quarters fight was.
"EVEN IF YOU FIGURED IT OUT, I WOULD STILL TAKE YOU DOWN WITH A SINGLE TOUCH ONCE YOU COME CRASHING DOWN!" Reina responded by putting on a fake smile, unable to hide her internal nervousness at Midoriya knowing this. She may act goofy, but even she knows that the only thing more dangerous about him than his quirk is his brilliant mind that can make use of this information.
Thinking of how long she would wait for him to tire out before telling her partner to unleash himself, a piece of concrete almost hit her. Luckily she saw it out of the corner of her eye and dodged just in time. Confused, she investigated the ring to see what she thought would be a rendered useless teammate breaking the ground and throwing the concrete pieces at her.
"WHAT THE HELL!" She exclaimed as she was not expecting him to be able to help his partner from such a distance. With this her plan just had a wrench thrown into it, as she now had to dodge attacks while tiring out Midoriya. It was then that A little girl who resembled Midoriya, but with pink hair called out to him from the audience.
"PAPA!" the little girl called out as she stood up in her seat breathing fire in the air to get his attention as well as the audience. This confused her for a moment as she thought Midoriya and Hatsume had a robot lizard as a baby, not an actual kid.
"I KNOW YOU CAN KICK HER ASS PAPA! FREEZE HER SO HARD, EVEN HER PUSSY WILL NEED A HEATER SHOVED IN THERE TO DEFROST HER!" Elizabeth said shocking everyone, but all for slightly different or the same reasons, as she used vocabulary taught to her by her two grandmothers on her dad's side… all be it taught to her unintentionally.
The audience was all just shocked that such a small child that could be no more than five at most was shouting those obscenities. Reina was shocked by the fact this confirmed she was his actual kid as she expected such things in her vocabulary given who her two grandmothers were. Izuku was shocked that Elizabeth's first public appearance was her shouting such things at the top of her lungs.
Mirko and Midnight were both currently receiving scrutinizing gazes from their work partners for the festival causing them to nervously shrink away. Nezu along with the cult leaders were all laughing their asses off at the little girl saying such things in public to cheer for her father.
Both hero course students almost fell out of the air but quickly righted themselves before falling too far down to the ground. Not wanting to disappoint Elizabeth or the rest of his family, a fire was lit in him as he began chasing after with determination.
"GO BEAT HER ASS! CATCH UP TO HER ALREADY OR ELSE SHE IS GOING TO MAKE YOU EAT CONCRETE AND GRASS!" Mirko yelled, unable to hold back showing favoritism towards her kids. Fortunately this was not too much of an issue in the announcer booth since Midnight and Cementoss were the ones overseeing the fight and were able to keep a neutral stance.
Aizawa stepped in with his own analysis of the situation to try and cover up for her. "Based on the chase from earlier, it is clear that the stream of air that follows her was keeping him from attacking her. So if he wants to prevent her from doing so again he will need to get beside her to attack." He said, trying to make it look like it was planned he was going to clarify her statement rather than rush to think of a neutral way to rephrase it.
Falling against the stadium walls just below the audience seat, he froze it in a path ahead of him as he brought his wings together. Gliding over it he used the tips of his talents to lightly cling to it, this allowed him to quickly catch up to her while avoiding the air current. Though it also resulted in his teammate stopping his concrete throws so as not to disrupt Izuku.
Once he was beside her he quickly opened his wings jumping forward, he then turned to face her before unleashing his blizzard spell. Not only did it send her flying into the stadium wall, but it also pushed him further away. Somersaulting backwards Izuku fired icicles, he then used another blizzard once straightened to dive forward at her. His plan worked as the purposely frail icicles broke to become smooth as they got close to her. Causing her to dodge them to avoid the blunt damage done to her bones b them.
When she dodged he managed to ram headfirst into her mid section, forcing the air out of her lungs as she fell to the ground. But not before Shihai launched himself out of her shadow to grab one of Izuku talons, then flipping onto his back as he wrapped his arms around Izuku's neck. Though he hoped to try and get Izuku to crash into his partner in a last ditch attempt to win, he was knocked off by a piece of concrete hitting his midsection.
"BOTH REINA LÓPEZ AND SHIHAI KUROIRO ARE ELIMINATED! THE WINNERS ARE IZUKU MIDORIYA AND JUROTA SHISHIDA!" Midnight declared as Izuku landed safely in the arena with his partner handing him his jacket.
"Thanks for the concrete and the jacket." Izuku said embarrassingly as the women who cheered before were now complaining about him putting on his shirt.
"No problem… but I suggest you brace yourself for your Moms, they're over there to embarrass you." Shishida said, pointing to Midnight at the podium with a harsh glare directed at the audience.
"STOP GAWKING AT MY SON AND HIS CHISELED BODY! ME AND MY WIFE DID NOT MAKE HIM THAT STRONG FOR YOU ALL TO DROOL OVER! SO BACK OFF BEFORE MY DAUGHTER IN LAW TRIES TO USE ONE YOU AS TARGET PRACTICE FOR ONE OF HER NEW INVENTIONS!" Midnight shouted, making the women stop as Izuku covered his now completely red face as this was now the most embarrassing moment of his life.
"DAMN STRAIGHT YOU SHOULD WATCH YOURSELVES! I KICKED HIS WIMPY ASS INTO SHAPE SO HE COULD PROTECT THE PEOPLE HE CARED ABOUT, NOT FOR YOU ALL TO CATCALL HIM LIKE A BUNCH CONSTRUCTION WORKERS!" Mirko shouted as well, as she remembered all the time construction workers bothered her on her patrols. Now, now Izuku was embarrassed more than ever before in his life as his mom just compared him to a lady in the street getting hit on by random men.
Needless to say, even Aizawa felt bad for him, in this instance he speed walked off the field with his partner. 'Note to self, give my class another warning that sexual harassment goes both ways for the genders.' He thought, not daring to voice it out loud just in case Midnight heard and decided to pitch in. With that the third fight was done and the fourth fight was slightly delayed by a few minutes so they could repair the damage to the arena.
