#New Year, New Chapter!

Ladies and Gentlemen, here's part two of the new name that Ben will get added to his bounty.

Part Two: Meeting 'The' Flame?

As the Straw Hat's ship landed in Alabasta, out from the distance the navy vessel that was stalking the Going Merry came to a stop out in the distance; On the deck of the ship stood a tall imposing figure with a rank of a navy admiral, standing around him was his loyal crew.

"I hope you know what you're doing damn brat." the man says throwing a cannonball up and down like it was nothing.

On the deck of the Going Merry, the crew of the Straw Hat Pirates stood looking outwards to the island of Alabasta; the first thoughts were sand... endless sand as far as the eye could see. Luffy sat on his special seat, the figurehead of the Going Merry, a huge grin upon his face.

"LET'S GO!" Luffy shouted out, his sandaled foot touching down onto the sand-covered docks of Alabasta; as soon as he got two steps into Alabasta sweet came from his face; his arms went noodle as he screamed out. "IT'S TOO HOT!" the rest of the crew chuckled but Chopper who was also in a state of heatstroke, stronger than what Luffy felt.

-Time Skip (Like a couple of minutes or so)-

Luffy stood; his straw hat hanging from a ribbon on his neck, his smile wider knowing that he can survive in this harsh weather, Chopper sat in his reindeer form; also feeling a slight relief, why... because standing next to them was an annoyed-looking moth-man like creature, a powdered snow cloud followed the creature as Luffy and Chopper enjoyed the relief.

"You do know after I time out you'll be getting punched into next week!" The moth-man like creature says with an eerie echo to his voice. Standing in the middle of the sweltering desert island was Big Chill; an alien form of Ben Kirby Tennyson; how he got into his Big Chill's form was a funny story.

-Flashback (Like a couple of minutes or so)-

Ben stood on the deck of the Going Merry as Luffy & Chopper both complained about the heat; Chopper... Ben understood why Chopper didn't like the heat; all that fur on his body... but Luffy, he was made of rubber... so the heat shouldn't affect him the same way.

"Ben it's too hot." Luffy said with his tongue hanging out; so it actually sounded like 'en st's two hoots'

"I can see that, I can understand Chopper being like this but you..." Ben says folding his arms over his chest.

"Don't you have a cold thingy in your watch there?" Luffy asks snapping his tongue back into his mouth. Ben looks down at Luffy, who's got the puppy dog eyes. Ben would have said no, if not for Chopper. His own adopted brother doing the exact same thing.

"Fine, but just this once!" Ben said readying the Merge Model Omnitrix; as Ben scrolled through his selection; only two aliens really stood out for him. Big Chill and Articguana but before Ben could make a choice Luffy stretched his arm over making Ben jolt accidentally activating the M.M.O (Merge Model Omnitrix) and with a flash of red and green standing in Ben's place was a moth-like creature.

"BIG CHILL!" Big Chill/Ben shouts out with an eerie echo to his voice.

"Luffy, I'm going to hurt you!" Big Chill adds breathing out a cold blast of air into Luffy's face, as Ben/Big chill said that Luffy got an evil smirk on his face.

"You better not!" Big Chill said, Luffy lept onto Big Chill and so did Chopper trying to get closer to the chill, from Big Chill.

-NOW-

"Free Ice cream!" Luffy shouted out taking some snow; that was following behind Big Chill as a cloud and with two handfuls of pure snow, Luffy stuffed them into his open mouth; Chopper did so also, but Ben didn't mind Chopper enjoying the snowfall from Big Chill that Ben created, but Luffy was starting to annoy him, and they haven't even hit a town yet.

"Vivi, when will we reach a town?" Ben/Big Chill asks turning to the woman; who's hidden behind folds of cloth that hide her face. Nami followed behind wearing a hat she got from Usopp; who managed to snatch it out the air as soon as the Going Merry hit land. How Usopp did that no one seemed to ask.

"Guy's..." Vivi starts to say only to stop when an explosion is heard from the distance; a grip of fear catches in her throat, but then is replaced when she hears cheers and music being played from the distance.

Over the sand-covered hills was the town that is known as being the Jewel of the Coast, the town of Nanohana. The first sight that greets the Straw Hat crew is the laughing faces of the people of the city; the explosions being fireworks that are being launched by children; who all seem to be at peace. Luffy's smile widens as he loudly exclaimed.

"WE MADE IT!"

Only to then be tackled to the ground by a timed-out Ben Tennyson who gives Luffy a single punch to his gut, but Luffy doesn't mind.. he is rubber after all.

"Do you all see this?" Sanji asks with a cigarette hanging from his mouth; his eyes wide as the town of Nanohana doesn't seem to be in danger.

"I don't trust it." Ben says standing next to Sanji, Luffy laying on the sand-covered ground with a huge grin on his face.

"Maybe Crocodile hasn't attacked yet?" Vivi asks with a hopeful tone. Sanji, Zoro and Ben share a look; they know it can't be this easy.

"Keep your eyes open crew!" Luffy adds, his eyes covered by his hat; as he finally stood with his signature smile on his face.

In the town of Nanohana sits a bar; outside this bar stood a man, a cowboy hat on his head; on top of the hat sat a pair of goggles; His right hand reached up to tilt his hat back; a light shone down on his face his own wide smile can be seen that could brighten even the cloudiest day, around his neck sat a bead necklace that had two faces hanging from it... as he entered the bar; a tattoo on his left arm readout ASCE; but with the S crossed off.

Behind him; a knee-knocking man stood, his white coat stained with his sweat, in his hand he held out a snail, both of its blue eyes were open; a scar over one of its eyes; a voice could be heard coming from the snail.

'So he's here too?' The voice asks, the man who had the snail quietly spoke into the snail.

...

'Well get moving marine.' The voice said barking an order at the man who was cowering; the snail's eyes shut fully as a 'CLICK' can be heard, the man walked out from where he was hidden; the word JUSTICE can be seen written in the back of the jacket of the man; who then starts to walk towards the bar.

"LET'S GO!" Luffy shouted out rushing headfirst into the town, as he does the Straw Hat crew follow behind at a sensible pace; making sure to look out for Navy coats. Ben follows at an even slower pace; his hands inside his coat.

Out in the distance, a Navy ship sat watching & waiting for the go-ahead from their captain to attack. Only to find said captain; asleep once again, with a cannonball in his hand; how he kept hold of it... they didn't want to find out.

Nanohana's shopping district caught Nami's eyes. She rushed forward eager to try on all the clothes; for free of course. Luffy laughed rubbing his belly; he was on the lookout for a place to eat.

Usopp still struggling with the fact he's now got a Devil Fruit has to figure out how it works; So far, he knows is not a speed devil fruit; He tried to run around the Going Merry but got winded after one lap, Usopp also knows its not anything to with strength; He tried to lift Zoro... It ended with a black eye. All Usopp really knows is that he can see further than before, and if he wears his goggles he's basically blind.

Zoro was watching for Navy coats, but he was walking in the wrong direction, only for him to walk into Sanji, who then started to glare at Zoro, while leading Zoro back... the correct way.

Vivi was trailing behind, she had her cloak on to cover her face so she didn't get spotted by anyone in the Alabasta Army, The Navy... or any of the Baroque Work's heavy hitters. Ben followed behind with Vivi's duck; Karoo who was carrying Chopper. His eyes were peeled too for anyone wearing Navy coats, only to bump into the back of Vivi, who had stopped because ahead of the Straw Hat crew, Luffy was nowhere to be seen and why? Luffy had disappeared into a crowd of people.

"GOD DAMN IT LUFFY!" Nami screamed.

Inside of a bar somewhere in Nanohana, a man wearing a navy coat stood poking his finger into the side of the body slumped over at the bar; a plate of food was under his head, the body was slack; a cowboy hat sat dangling from a string on his neck.

"How'd He die?" the navy man asks, confused faces blink at him; before the bartender splutters out that 'He just died' The navy man shook his head, and started to pull out his Den Den Mushi; so he could get a Navy Black Boat to transport the dead body. Only for the so-called dead body to snap its head up and start to chow down on the food on the plate.

The navy man dropped his Den Den Mushi in a surprising panic, his hand reaching down for his seastone cuffs.

"FIRE FIST ACE!" the navy man sputters out holding the seastone cuffs out, the man at the bar now known as 'Fire Fist' Ace turned his head at the navy man, who almost dropped the seastone cuffs in a panic

"You are coming with me." the navy man adds, Ace glares at the man; as if to say 'Buzz off' The navy man doesn't get the hint and tries to cuff Ace but not before a loud crash comes from the front of the Bar, the navy man watches as Ace's eyes widen in surprise... only for the navy man be thrown into the wall at the far end of the bar. The navy man's last sight before blacking out was of a straw hat crashing into him and a laugh of 'Shishishi' and then nothing.

"Hey, bar guy, meat and a drink please." Luffy says with a smile, Ace eye's meet Luffy's for a split second before whispers hit the Bar.

'That's "Fire Fist" Ace.' One group said; 'That's "Straw Hat" Luffy' another group said, soon the bar was full of people whispering. Luffy turned his head at the people whispering; not before his vision was filled with a familiar face. A face that belonged to his brother. Both Ace and Luffy's smiles brighten and they almost shared a hug, if it wasn't for another Navy person to arrive and set Luffy and Ace running out the backdoor of the bar... but before they left you could clearly hear from either Luffy or Ace the word's

'WAIT UP!'

Nami was annoyed, her 'shopping' spree was cut short by Usopp and Ben; who both said that Luffy had gone missing. Nami was dragging Usopp by his ear; she would have gotten Ben but a promise of Rath and intestines was enough to make her rethink her mind. As she dragged Usopp; faint murmuring of 'Straw Hat' could be heard, then screams of Manies shouting 'Fire Fist' came not that far behind.

Nami look up and watched as Luffy rounded a corner being chased by some random guy in a cowboy hat, and about 50 or 60 Marines. Now Nami was annoyed and scared out of her mind, she turned to the crew only to be met by; Zoro's glare of wanting to fight, Sanji's love-struck look, Usopp's knee's knocking, Vivi's look of horror, Chopper's look of a mix of scared and excitement & Ben's look of apathetic annoyance.

"Run!" Luffy's voice shouted over the other voices, for once Nami was glad that was the option; Zoro would be upset he missed a fight but captain's orders. Nami turned and hightailed it back to the Going Merry. It was the only option.

Nami ran towards the docks followed closely by Sanji who was almost floating as he chased after Nami, Zoro followed after sending a glare towards the Navy who were chasing them; Usopp was glad to be actually retreating, Vivi sighed as a sign of relief as she followed after Usopp; Ben stood his ground for a second, but Luffy's order were orders and so Ben picked up Chopper from Vivi's duck Karoo and started his own retreat towards the Going Merry.

Karoo panicked and rushed ahead of Ben who was the last to arrive on the ship, the Going Merry steered by Usopp started to pull the Going Merry out of the dock; only to stop when he spotted a navy ship about 8,000 miles from them. Usopp was stuck in a predicament now. Out in the open waters, they are safe from the Navy on the island but not from any ship out in the sea... Usopp turned to suggest they somehow sneak past the Navy ship; only to spot a man sitting on the taffrail of the going Merry.

"WHO ARE YOU!" Usopp shouted out. Luffy turned and with a huge grin ran up towards the man sitting on the taffrail; Usopp expected to see the strange man being launched off the ship by Luffy but is soon shocked when Luffy just wraps his rubbery arms around the man.

"Hey, Lu keeping out of trouble?" the strange man asks wigging one of his arms out so he can pat Luffy on his head.

'Lu?' Usopp thought about that odd name from the stranger, Ben watched on with an eye locked onto the strange man, Ben felt an odd power coming from the strange man. It felt oddly like his own... Paradox called it the Will of King; Ben didn't understand it at the time, but Luffy also had the same strange power; if not stronger than what Ben felt from Ace.

"Yeah Ace, I'm keeping safe; especially with my Awsome crew!" Luffy said; finally telling the Straw Hat crew the stranger's name, who was now known as Ace.

"That's good little bro." Ace says after Luffy finally let him go; Ace was met by shocked looks from the Straw Hat crew.

"Wait. HOLD UP!" Usopp and Chopper both shout at the same time; Ben looks on with an eyebrow raised.

"LUFFY! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US YOU HAD A BROTHER!" Usopp asks; only to be met by Luffy's enormous grin.

"You didn't ask." Luffy says with a laugh of 'Shishishi'

Luffy is then met with a smoking fist from Nami; who had somehow once again shocked Ben.

'How can she hit him, and hurt him?' Ben thinks rubbing two fingers on his forehead.

"GUYS NAVY SHIP!" Saji's voice shouts out, as around them a single brave; but stupid navy vessel had come into range; on the deck of the ship was a smirking captain, who was hoping to get promoted from capturing the Straw Hat crew.

"MEN CHARGE!" the man shouted, in a blink and you'd miss it moment; the crew of the navy vessel was met with a smirk of Ace, and then a flash of fire.

Ben's eyes widen, as he smiles...

'Finally, I found the flame.' Ben thinks to himself watching Ace deal with the brave, but stupid crew of the navy.
