Ladies and Gentlemen, here's part three of the new name that Ben will get added to his bounty.

Part Three: Project 'Utopia' Begins
On the deck of the navy ship, raucous shouting could be heard as the Navy dealt with their captain who had fallen asleep again, this time holding onto his meal for the day; rice crackers. He fell asleep with the crackers in his hand in a motion like he was eating them.
"CAPTAIN!" one of the braver marines shouted into the Captain's ear, a pair of shadowed eyes watched this with a sweatdrop running down their skull-like mask. The rest of the crew were pointing their weapons at the masked figure dressed like a maid; the only difference to the Maid-figure's attire was a darkened cloak that had the words 'Vengeance' written down the back.
The captain groans coming to, throwing the crackers into his open mouth, with a crunch the crackers vanish into the man's mouth, and the crew of marines watch with a sweatdrop; all thinking: 'HOW CAN THIS BE GARP THE FIST!'
"So... Who's..." Garp starts to say only to nod back off with a snot bubble coming out of his nose, the crew of the ship fall to the deck of the ship with their legs twitching.
The maid figure was the first to recover since they were sitting on the wooden railing of the Navy's ship; they tilted their head to the ship in the distance, the ship of the Strawhat pirates. In their gloved hands, they grip tightly on an old and battered object; a slightly faded image of an hourglass can barely be seen through the clenched fist.
"Sir that 'person' is here again." one brave Marine said kinda loudly into the ear of Garp; who awoke and in a drowsy state knocked the brave man into the flooring of the ship with a single blow.
"DON'T WAKE ME AGAIN YOU DAMN PIRATE BASTARD... Oh sorry Marine... is he still alive?" Garp asked with his fist still somehow stretched outwards to the Marine he decked. The crew in a panic grabbed their fallen crewmate, darted away, and waited for a couple of seconds hidden far away from their Captain and this Maid person; In a daze, Garp turned to stare at the Maid sitting on his ship.
"So 'his' lapdog is here again, alright... What you want... 'Feline Assassin'?" Garp asked after a second of silence passed between the two figures; the Maid lifted up their skull mask, and staring from the darkness underneath their cloak were a pair of dark brown slit eyes staring back from the darkness.
"So.. not talking huh.. fine no matter... 'his' lapdog is here so what, I'll still take in that damn 'watch' kid and my idiot grandson." Garp adds with a chuckle to himself, as he says that he's met with a Haki-infused fist to the gut that staggers him a little. Standing with their fist buried into Garp's gut was the Maid figure their eyes glinting underneath the hood of their cloak.
"Alright, alright... I get it, still a testy subject... you get a free punch, next time I'll punt you so far your grandkids will have head trauma." Garp adds coughing up a little spit at the Maid who then flips off the ship and lands in their hovering vehicle. With a glare, the Maid speeds off towards a random direction following their own route.
'God damn kid, your Captain is a good teacher' Garp adds mildly annoyed; from inside his Marine coat he pulls out a tattered and faded Bounty; it's old, probably from before 'that' time... the only oddities with this old bounty was that of the picture.. it isn't faded, and the words are the same, they read; Feline Assassin... the picture was that of the Maid figure but without their mask or their entire Maid look...
"Bah, no matter he's dead the next time I catch up to him." Garp says ripping up the bounty paper in his bare hands, letting the only proof of what the Maid looked like without their entire getup blow away like dust into the wind.
-Meanwhile-
On the west side of the Sandora River the Going Merry bobs and weaves its way throughout the river getting closer to the target, but a sudden unforeseen wind change caused the ship to almost run aground on the embankment of the river.
So a difficult choice was made... Nami forced Ben to carry it... joke, she tried but a threat of Rath and intestines shut her up real quick, so they stuck to walking... Even though Luffy wanted to see Ben carry the Merry with one of his big 'monster' guys as he calls them the rest of the crew... not so much.
Zoro wasn't really caring; Ussop who had finally stopped trying to figure out what his new 'powers' could do, was not wanting to see the Going Merry getting carried, no matter how much Luffy begged. Ussop followed closely behind Zoro and Ben who was leading the walking into the desert.
Sanji wanted Ben to stop trying to flirt with Vivi, who had told Sanji many times that she wasn't flirting because she flat-out told Sanji she wasn't interested in Ben or Sanji. Chopper was glad to be exploring a new place but quietly wished he could be on Ben's shoulders again. Ace who had followed them after setting some Navy ships ablaze was gladly talking to Luffy who had been bragging about how strong Ben and his crew were. Karoo was trailing behind overheating once again...
As they reached an area where the heat wasn't so bad the lazier members of the Straw Hat's; namely Nami and Ussop wanted to rest for a couple of seconds, not long to cause harm to their journey but long enough to catch their breath and maybe convince Ben to turn into the Humungasur form of his and carry them all to where they want to go.
"So how long now?" Luffy asks with his signature smile, his rubbery limbs wrapped around Ace's body in a smothering hug; Ace reaches up and with the skill of an elder sibling manages to untangle Luffy with a 'secret' technique... bascilly he tickles Luffy in a spot only he knows and with a laugh Luffy falls to the sandy floor.
"Ace is mean!" Luffy adds from his place on the sandy floor with a tongue stuck out towards Ace, who returns it with one of his own... when no one is looking of course.
"Not long now Luffy, I thank you again..." Vivi starts to say only to tear up because the words she really wants to say can't express how much she cares for her new friends.
Out from the distent sand dunes; rumbles can be heard and they seem to be darting towards the Straw Hat crew... no one but Ben can sense this odd feeling coming from...
"IT'S BELOW US!" Ussop shouts out leaping upwards towards Zoro who on reflex catches him; only to drop him seconds later as from below the Straw Hats, 8 figures burst from the sand... they are odd creatures to say nothing of them... they are dugong-like creatures with turtle-like shells and they seem oddly pumped to fight.
"Oh no, we must have walked into their lair... those are the Kung-Fu Dugongs and they never lose a fight." Vivi shouts out scared out of her mind, then seconds later is proven wrong when Luffy and Ben knocking the entire clan of Dugongs out with one rubbery fist and one Haki-infused fist.
"They weren't so tough..." Luffy starts to say only to be pulled down to the ground by one the Dugongs who is then once again knocked out with a fist.
"STAY DOWN YOU SHITTY BASTARD!" Luffy shouts spitting slightly, the Dugong he knocked out nods his head from his place on the floor, then stands and one by one they are all bowing to Luffy and Ben; who watched on confused as heck.
"Oh no... this is bad.." Vivi says only to be asked why by Nami; as she explains Ben turns to the strongest-looking Dugong, the one that Luffy hit twice; this one seemed to be stronger than the rest. While Luffy was teaching the others to punch properly, Ben walked up to this Dugong and with a wave of King's Haki, not much to cause this Dugong to faint, but enough to make it stand and look at Ben. Ben reached for the Merge-Model and with a press of a button Ben scanned the Dugong adding their DNA to the Omnitrix.
"Now what?" Chopper asks with a head tilt.
-At a secret location somewhere in Alabasta-
