Huntik Heroes
Chapter 14
I know I've been putting this off for a while. I had an idea on what I wanted to write for it, but I kept running into a wall. But now I have some new ideas after taking a break after….. well putting out over a dozen chapters for other stories in less than two weeks. But now I can get back to this one. So on with the show.

As All Might was leaping towards the USJ, Zaeed was checking his holotome to see if he could pick anything up from the USJ. "Still not getting a signal from Izuku or Asahi's holotomes. Listen when we get in there you need to be careful. You may not be exactly like most with a quirk, but your mind could still be vulnerable."
"I think I understand. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to take as many of those people who are threatening my students down as I can." All Might said with a furious gleam in his blue eyes.
That fury is intensified when her arrives at the USJ and sees that Melissa and a few of his students have been set upon and injured by a crowd of Blood Spirals. One of them had been knocked out, but the students couldn't handle all of the titans as well as the variety of spells.
She he and Zaeed took out the five remaining Spirals quickly. But before they could be restrained in any way, they pulled out a set of talismans. And placing them on the ground disappeared from the battlefield.
Upon seeing All Might and Zaeed at the top of the staircase, the head Spiral hummed. "We're not leaving empty handed this time. You know what to do." He said to his two lieutenants. They nodded before looking toward a few of the zones and grabbing the returned Kurogiri.
In the center of the facility, Asahi was covering Aizawa and Kan with Willwall. But his will was being taxed by the sheer number of blows coming from the Nomu as well as something unsettling.
The beast looked a bit like a Brahe titan. But it was even more modified compared to its original appearance. Almost appearing to have flesh like sections of its body, and able to move almost as fast as the Nomu itself.
It and the Nomu were unleashing blow after blow into the green shield Asahi was projecting. "Lambert! Get out of here!" Aizawa said, while nursing a broken arm. Vlad was unconscious but he likely had multiple broken bones as well.
"No way! I'm not moving, and I'm not letting them get to you!" Asahi shouts while trying to stand. He stumbles and nearly collapses, but he manages to stand tall and hold the line to make sure the Spirals and League weren't getting their hands on the first year teachers.
"You can relax now young Lambert. Why? Because we are here!" All Might announces from the top of the stairs. And at his highest speed, he takes out most of the villains in one pass. Only being slowed slightly thanks to the Spirals messing with his head when he tried to attack him.
But this is when Zaeed jumped in and blasted a few of them with his best spells. Before summoning his titans. "Chaingolem! Polymaximus! Strike them! Power bonded Gawain!" The summoning of the first two reveals a pair of powerful giants. With the blind Ploymaximus engaging the Nomu, while Chaingolem attacked the Brahe.
For the Gaia titan Gawain, its normal appearance would have been a green man with deer antlers, leather and grass like armor and a trio of weapons to fight with (shield, hammer, spear).
But the power bonded state granted the being greater armor that seemed to be made of gold. While his antlers also had gold tips to them. His hammer had an axe like section to it, and the spear was more imposing compared to what it originally was. And the shield had gold along it and what appeared to be a cutting edge.
"You did well young Lambert but you need to get out of here!" All Might said before trying to get in to remove the injured from the battleground. "Save your breath Toshinori." Zaeed said before knocking on the shield.
Aizawa stood and looked over his student. And was shocked by what had happened with the teen. Asahi had passed out while standing, and he was still holding and maintaining his Willwall to protect the two teachers.
Zaeed suggests that Aizawa place a hand on his shoulder to let up the shield. When he does, Asahi's barrier lets up and All Might can get them all out of the line of fire. 'To have so much willpower that he could stand and keep protecting people. Even though he was unconscious. He truly is a hero.' All Might thinks while leaping up to the top.
Down below though, Polymaximus is struggling against the Nomu. Only slightly keeping it in check due to the size difference. Chaingolem meanwhile has had better luck restraining the Brahe. Mainly because it could open up parts of its chain body and evade attacks that way.
While the titans and monsters are fighting, Zaeed had engaged the remaining villains and Spirals. Making short work of most of the villains. Knocking ten out with a single shot of Touchram and breaking/knocking out another six villains with a mix of Dragonfist and Shatterknuckle (a punch attack born from the power of Asura. Virtually guarantees a broken shield, weapon, or even body after being hit).
"Damn! This bitch hits like a truck!" one villain commented. And Zaeed caved in his skull with another punch. "Asshole. I'm a man not a woman." Zaeed said with the glow still around his fist. The Spiral leader and Tomura were both impressed by Zaeed's power.
The former noting that with him and All Might, they would be in trouble. "What are you talking about? See! He just lost his giant that was holding Nomu in place!" Tomura said as Polymaximus was defeated and returned to his amulet.
"Nomu! Kill that bitch… bastard…. Whatever! Just kill them!" Tomura shouts to the zombie. And it rushes right at Zaeed. Who doesn't even flinch before avoiding the first attack to his head.
"Kindlestrike!" Zaeed says with a point of his fingers. Shooting a blue beam into the stomach of the Nomu. But it barely notices and attacks again. Only to be knocked away by All Might's return.
Zaeed looks up at the man with a raised eyebrow before asking, "What kept you?" "Sorry Zaeed. I took some time to find a few of the other students. I removed most of them, but a few are still unaccounted for." All Might explains before grappling with the Nomu.
The top seeker curses under his breath before engaging both Tomura and the head Spiral. Right when Tomura is about to get a hand on Zaeed, he pulls out a sneaky spell. "Armorburn!" he shouts before coating his body in a fiery aura. Setting Tomura's left hand alight.
But the Spiral quickly hits the Seeker with a Null Curse and knocks him over before Cut Racing in to attack again. But he is intercepted by Gawain returning to the forefront. He had been engaging the various small titans that the Spirals had summoned and the lower ranked soldiers.
With that done, he could engage the Spiral's leader and keep him occupied. "Of course, it's a powerbonded titan." The Spiral leader says with a grunt after casting a Storm Shield to protect himself.
All Might meanwhile felt as though he was facing an evil copy of himself. The black skinned and beaked monster was almost keeping pace with him and hitting him just as hard. "I'm probably going to have to put everything out to finish this fight." All Might grunts after taking a strong hit to his stomach.
He hums a moment before noting that there seemed to be runes in the skin of the Nomu. And after hitting it a few times, he saw that the Brahe was lighting up as well. After getting knocked back toward Zaeed, he quickly suggested that they regroup.
"Agreed! I thought this would be easy, but this guy will not give up!" Zaeed says after sliding back from an attempt to grab him by Tomura. Before blasting him with a Boltflare. Chaingolem was now being tossed to them as well, after the boost from Nomu.
"I think the Nomu and that golem like think are linked somehow. After a few blows, that whatever it is seems stronger. It packs a nasty punch as well." All Might says while nursing a bruise on his stomach.
Zaeed hums before suggesting that All Might takes the Titan. "Chaingolem! Keep that Nomu in place." Zaeed shouts before swapping with Gawain. Engaging the head Spiral hand to hand and spell to spell.
Tomura meanwhile finds himself being knocked around by Gawain. "Freaking green animal…. Monster….. Whatever the fucking Hell you are!" Tomura shouts after taking a shield slam to his stomach.
That shield slam though, allowed him to grab ahold of said defensive item. And start decaying it and hopefully the Titan. Gawain noticed this and quickly retracted his arm. Before stabbing his spear into one of Tomura's hands.
And while the young man was screaming, the Titan grabbed his hammer and brought it down on Tomura's other hand. Before the young man could be knocked out or captured, the head Spiral grunted before shouting, "Hope Shatter!" and immediately returning Gawain to his amulet.
But the Spiral seemed tired after doing that once. "So that's why you didn't do that. Still haven't mastered it?" Zaeed says with a chuckle before starting up two more fist spells going up to take out the two leaders.
The head Spiral grits his teeth before casting Dark Fog and Bristle Bind around himself and Tomura. Zaeed curses under his breath and charges into the mess to find the villains. Only to find nothing.
Meanwhile, Nomu had originally tried to attack All Might. But Chaingolem intercepted the monster and virtually disassembled itself to restrain the creature. Meanwhile, All Might unloaded the strongest barrage of his Minnesota Smash to do damage and crack the armor/body of the Brahe.
"Time to finish this! PLUS, ULTRA!" All Might shouts, while punching even faster than before and shattering a few of the parts of the modified Litho Titan. With one final punch to break the head of the magical stone beast.
All Might winces a bit after the blow. Noting that it was a lot tougher than he expected. "I don't think I've felt pain after punching an enemy in a long time." The number one says while shaking his smarting right hand.
"At least you had some better success. Mine got away. We need to check the entire facility." Zaeed says while noting the Nomu seemed to have stopped reacting or attacking while bound in Chaingolem's body. He hums at this before Nimblefiring to a different section of the USJ.
All Might did the same and leapt around while telling some of the kids that it was safe, and they could come out. A few did, like Aoyama who had been hiding near the landslide zone. Or Izuku and his group who had made their way closer to the center of the facility with Kirishima, Koda and a few others.
But when the classes all meet up, and the other pro heroes arrive to restrain and detain most of the villains (most of the Spirals had slipped away) they realized something was wrong. "We're still missing a few students!" Aizawa said while getting treated by Recovery Girl.
The ones missing were: Reiko, Mineta, Pony, Tsuyu, Kaminari, Momo, Jiro, and Jurota were unaccounted for between the two classes. And while All Might is about to go on a massive search to find the students, Zaeed stops him.
"Its too late. They had a warp gate villain. Meaning they could be miles away now. We won't be able to find them right away. But we will find them. I promise you that." Zaeed says with a fire burning in his eyes that shows how much he wants to get the kids back.
All Might's fist tightens before saying that he feels so powerless. The Seekers nod before saying that was part of what they were after. "Obviously they want weapons like Jurota and Kaminari. But they also want to show how limited your power and justice are."
Izuku nods before saying they'd bring in some help from the Huntik Foundation and maybe even the Organization if needed. "I thought the Foundation and the Organization were enemies?" Ida questioned.
"Technically, yes. But they aren't big fans of handing over the world to the Spirals." Izuku says while thinking more on what could be happening to the others from his class. Asahi meanwhile had woken up to hear that Reiko had been kidnapped with the others.
And he was just as ready to follow All Might's lead and just go leaping or looking for the Spirals anyway he could. With rage at the fact, they had taken them while he was napping. At least by his perspective.
Before Zaeed and All Might engaged the villains and Spirals, the commander had ordered his seconds to capture anyone they could. "We need weapons, tools, or more for our revenge against this world and to try and find new ways to release the Nulifiers. Anyone we can get will be an asset towards that."
With their orders given, they and a few silent soldiers happened upon Reiko and her group as they were making their way toward the stairway. With Mineta celebrating at All Might arriving. Pony and Tsuyu were quickly blasted with Null Curse and Auger Frost to disable them.
And before either of the other two could respond, they were each knocked out by Cut Race enhanced punches. One of the lieutenants summoned a Sekmet to carry the unconscious teens out, while they went to find others.
The others in the case being the team in the mountain zone. They had disabled quite a few villains thanks to Kaminari putting his all out. Even when one villain was immune, Momo had quickly distracted the man with a subtle dropping of smoke grenades.
Letting with the man panicking, while Jiro snuck close to pull Kaminari out of his grasp with her jacks. And Jurota could go all out with his beast power and smash the man into the ground. "Well planned Yaoyorozu-san. We should get moving though." Jurota said with a gleam from his glasses.
Before they could get far, the ground under them softened. Or rather, holes opened up directly beneath them. "What's happening?! Can't get free! What do I make?!" each hero teen (that could talk) questioned or said as they started sinking into what they feared was a void.
Jurota and Kaminari were quickly knocked out, and Jiro had a thorn like blade at her neck. "You don't make a move or try anything, and she keeps her head. And we get all of you out of here. Got it?" the male lieutenant said while smirking at Momo.
The girl looked around panickily, before shivering. This was due to the female lieutenant using her Dierdre Titan to move some vines around the girl's body. While also laying her hand alongside Momo's face.
"And if you're lucky, you won't end up like many of the other animals we've gathered. I'd be more than happy to watch over you." The woman says with a slightly sultry look. While Momo is terrified, the male lieutenant tells her to knock it off. Before asking if they had a deal.
Momo just gives a shivering nod, and the Titan lifts her and the others up. But before she can retaliate, she and Jiro are blasted into unconsciousness. With that done, the two have their Titans wait just outside the dome. Before working with Kurogiri to recover most of the other Spirals and a few villains.
"It's a race against time now. We'll put as many people as we can into finding them. And when we find them, you can bet you'll be part of the mission to get them back." Zaeed said to All Might, Izuku, and Asahi.
With the Seekers tightening their fists. Promising to be stronger and more skilled before that day came. All Might meanwhile had a face that Zaeed could only compare to when the two faced off with his arch enemy.
"We won that day because you were willing to wait and trust me. Please….. do the same now Toshinori." Zaeed says while elbowing All Might in his bruised stomach. All Might coughed before agreeing with a sigh.
For Asahi though, he was determined to be ready for what they might come up against next. And Izuku was looking to plan with Zaeed when the time came. But for the rest of the students. All they could do was go home, wait and hope that the Seekers would be able to do something.
Yeah I know, I just left things on another cliffhanger, but it was too good of one not to use. Not to mention we'll be able to look into more of the Spiral side of things now. And how they've been aiding the LOV. Please Review. And sorry this took so long. I didn't have any inspiration for a long time.
