Here is the second chapter in this series released in keeping with my self-imposed upload schedule for this series. One thing that I'd like to note here is that yes I am aware that there is at least another story that is a Black Clover and MHA crossover in this vein, as well as a few in the MHA and RWBY vein, they are good stories to check out. This is my take on the concept while fusing all three together in one story so it will be different in plenty of ways. If you do want just Black Clover or RWBY crossed with MHA in this fashion do go to their respective crossover pages and check them out, the most recent Black Clover one is called 'To Be a Hero' and the most recent RWBY one is the 'Our Hero Academia' series. These are stories that helped inspire me to add my own to the mix of this niche style of crossover because I really enjoy crossovers like this and want there to be more of them for y'all to enjoy just like I do. That is all the administrative stuff I have for y'all however there was a long guest review to respond to and a good few questions to answer as this is a complex and complicated series so I will do that now. Do keep the reviews and PMs coming as I always like hearing how much y'all are enjoying my work.

To AutoHunterJ49 (guest), thank you for your suggestion, I will take it under advisement going forward. I do agree that there was a significant change and drop off in quality and writing for RWBY after volume 3 and they made a lot of unnecessary changes or just seemed to ignore certain things. For the most part, the RWBY incorporation will deal with the earlier volumes rather than the later ones unless absolutely necessary (mainly Salem and her inner circle) though certain things regarding RWBY likely won't be brought in regarding its lore in the later volumes. Seeing as Ruby and the others will be in school throughout this story as it will just cover the MHA timeline they will not really do anything out of school or unsupervised, so they won't make repeated mistakes. While I do agree with you on the treatment of Ironwood, I'll basically be ignoring his personality change in the later volumes, I will likely be keeping Adam as a villain especially with the recent developments in the MHA manga around Spinner and the Heteromorphs in MHA which I feel Adam would be in line with but right now I don't really know what I'm doing with Adam given how he's Blake and Yang's problem and, well, they're 3rd years in a story focused on first years. Regarding Yang's arm and Pyrrha's death, I will again disagree as both are on the table for either the Paranormal Liberation War arc or the final arc whenever I reach them though if I do opt for the latter I won't make it as annoying or pointless as it was in volume 3 as it seemed a little unnecessary for Pyrrha to go after Cinder then. It is known that there is dismemberment and student death in the MHA world, at least one teacher (Ectoplasm) has artificial legs before the start of the series and we all know what happens to Aizawa and Mirko during the war arc, so it does happen while student death was shown with Aizawa's old friend from his U.A. days so all that is on the table as far as I'm concerned. That is still a long ways off though and things may change by then but for now death and dismemberment are possibilities in this story. We are still early on in this so the villains have yet to emerge, especially Lucius as he's post elves and Dark Triad and I doubt I'll do him exactly like he is in the manga, but they will have their own goals that may or may not intersect with each other and as villains alliances only last as long as the other party is useful so it should be interesitng should that happen. Izuku, Asta, and Ruby will serve as the main three for their respective branches but how it all comes together is still in the works as my current rough outline has only just reached where the Hassaikai raid will be and that currently around chapter 115 if that gives an indication for how long and massive this undertaking of a story is so there is a long way off before I get to anything big. I hope that clears things up for you and do keep enjoying my work.

Will there be supernatural elements in this story (boiled down from a longer more complex question)? As of right now I do not intent for there to be supernatural elements in this story, everything is going to be fit into MHA lore as best as possible as will be seen early in this chapter with something and if it can't fit then unfortunately it won't be one of the things that makes the transition. I do plan on having something like ki in this story and I may use Maiden as a title for specific Huntresses but that is still to be seen.

Will there be a love triangle between Izuku, Ochaco and Ruby? As of right now no there won't be as I am not a fan of cross series ships though if there is enough support for Izuku as Ruby's one sided, unrequited love interest then I will consider it. Honestly I've always seen Ruby as borderline asexual as a character, but I will listen to ship ideas, my own personal choice is Weiss but Oscar is around as well so he is a potential one and so long as the character doesn't have a canon or canon implied ship I could have someone crush on Ruby as well.

Will Oscar be a disciple of Ozpin in this story? This is one that I can't answer as it will be too close to a spoiler to say, sorry.

Anyway, sorry for this really long pre-chapter note as there was a lot to go over in the wake of the first chapter. Now though I will end this long note so if you read this (and no worries if you didn't) it's time to sit back and enjoy the second chapter in Black RWBY Academia.

Disclaimer: I own nothing related to these three great franchises.

Chapter 2: Training

"No, you're too slow." The red-haired man in a worn green great coat, white shirt and blue pants said to a shirtless Asta as Asta's black anti-Quirk sword was easily parried by the man's wooden one carved to look just like the massive sword Asta's odd, newly manifested, Quirk gave him when it was active. "Don't pause between hits, what we're after here is rapid fire attack. When dealing with Quirks the most common type is emitter class and a fair portion of those are range based so you need to be able to defend and negate them in quick succession to get close and land a hit to truly nullify a person's Quirk with that sword of yours."

"Right." Asta said with a roar as he went right back to the sparring picking up on the advice and absorbing it quickly as he did his best to apply it right away and showing how quick of a study he was. "I'll get it this time."

As they sparred Asta's mind went back to how he'd ended up here to begin with. It had been a wild ride for sure, but he wasn't complaining as it would all help him get into U.A. and then it was onto the Quirk Knight path so the he could eventually become the Wizard King.

It had all begun 2 months after Asta's Quirk had manifested when that chain manipulating villain Revchi had shown up. Turned out that the man had been wanted by the authorities for years so defeating him, which even using a Quirk had been deemed permissible in self-defense, had netted the orphanage a sizable reward for assisting in his capture.

Not only would that reward feed them for a few years but it would be able to send Asta and Yuno to Musutafu for the entrance exam via the trains, so they didn't have to walk the whole way there as had been initially planned due to how poor they were. They had the education level to take the exam, the orphanage was licensed to home school, which was what they were classified as, so it was just a matter of studying for the written exam and training for the practical one. If they passed both they'd be admitted to U.A. and from there they could go for their dreams.

That was exactly what Asta, and Yuno were doing at the moment, studying and practicing so that they could pass the exams. While Yuno was practicing in the church's meager back yard as his Quirk allowed him to practice in smaller places, Asta had come out to the wilderness behind the giant skull on the outskirts of Hage to practice and work out his body. The land was technically no ones and given the nature of Asta's Quirk it was the perfect place to practice and train. That and living out in the woods with nothing but his wits, sword, and study materials was just how he wanted to train.

For the most part it was going well for Asta. He was a determined and dedicated young man who spent his day broken up between strength training to make his body stronger, studying his books to ensure he passed the written exam, and training with his sword to master its use by the time the exam came up. It was the last one that was the issue.

The orphanage, after learning about and registering his Quirk had used their one computer to find instructions for using a great sword so that Asta could train with it. The problem was that there was only so much one could learn about swordsmanship this way. What Asta really needed was a teacher but there was no way they could find, let alone afford, one for him. Plus, it wasn't like there weren't heroes who used swords, there were a few who did, it was just there weren't any around that Asta could ask.

His best bet, at first at least, was to just train as hard as he could and hope that the entrance exam worked in his favor. Once at U.A. he would be able to get proper training be it from teachers or classmates as he was certain a few would use blades as part of their fighting styles. While they likely wouldn't be on the Quirk Knight path like he was they would know how to fight with a blade and that was important. After all, there had to be a few hunters and huntress path heroes in the class, and they almost always augmented their fighting skills with weapons so one of them had to have some sword skills.

At least that that had been the plan before fortune had finally smiled upon Asta in the strangest, and frankly creepiest, way possible. After all, a completely naked man in his late 20s, though looking older, running into his campsite as Asta was roasting Hage village's specialty, a hearty if dry and plant potato crop called a nomotato, over a small fire while being chased by a black Boarbatusk was definitely unexpected and creepy for sure.

Why the man was naked or one of the creatures of Grimm that seldom ventured this far north, seriously what were those things as Asta had no idea other than that huntsmen and huntresses were the branch of heroes specially tasked with their eradication, had appeared was beyond Asta's comprehension but the man needed help and Asta was going to be a hero, so he had to help. Thankfully he had his Quirk active, his physical strength and stamina seemed to be tied to how long he could have it active before he over exerted himself, so his sword was by his side and thus Asta grabbed it and leapt into action.

He ordered the strange man to leap to the side, which he did, and then slashed at the creature with his sword catching it with the edge of the blade. The moment it struck something strange happened than neither Asta nor the man had seen coming. Rather than fling the Grimm back as expected Asta's sword instead went right through the creature as it suddenly vanishing the moment the sword made contact with it. There was only one explanation, the creature was the product of a Quirk. Who's Asta didn't know but he made a mental note to tell any on the huntsman path about it when he got into U.A.

That didn't matter for now as he turned to help the naked man out and ended up sharing his food with him. Apparently, the reason why the man was naked was because he'd been fishing nearby and didn't want his clothes to get wet which made sense to Asta. After their meal he then invited Asta back to his place as thanks with a promise to help him out with his sword as a way to repay Asta for saving his life.

Asta had gone with the man but had been warry about it until he came upon an abandoned but really nice cabin in the woods that the man was squatting in. Turned out his name was Fanzell, Zell for short, and he was a bit of a vagabond at the moment. Asta didn't question why he was currently living rough, people had their own reasons for things, and just went with it. The man offered to pay him back for the food and helping him and that payback was training and Asta couldn't turn that down so he felt questioning Zell about why he was a vagabond would be a little rude.

Zell turned out to have a very useful Quirk called Wind Blade which allowed him to condense the wind in the air around an object like a stick and form a sword or dagger from it that worked kinda like the real thing though it wasn't as sharp as a real sword. As the swords Zell created were from his Quirk they wouldn't work for training Asta, hence the wooden sword, but it meant that Zell was trained in using a sword. Fate had brought them together and so long as Asta put up with Zell's odd habit of being naked at the worst times, often with no logical reason for being naked, he would learn a lot.

As such Asta was currently staying with Zell for a few months to study and learn how to master his sword. Asta never questioned the man's past though he did know that Zell had once been a teacher of sorts teaching others with Quirks that could be used, or did, create sword and sword-like things.

Asta just assumed that meant that he was a huntsman of sorts, which would explain the Grimm that had been chasing him, though Zell had seemed surprised that Asta was not on that path but the Quirk Knight one. He also was the first person not to laugh at or scorn Asta's dreams of going to U.A. and becoming the Wizard King, he even encouraged it which really helped Asta's confidence.

Zell himself said he wasn't a great teacher, but that Asta was picking it up faster than anyone he'd known and using what Zell was teaching him in unexpected and novel ways. He even praised Asta as being one of his top 3 students of all time which Asta was thrilled at and asked about the others. All he'd been told was that one was about to take the entrance exam for Shiketsu and expected to get in while the other had just graduated from that school but that was all Zell would talk about.

"Alright good." Zell said as the sparing session ended. "We need to take a break to let your body recover from all that work so prepare a fire and some food. Soon you won't need me anymore and will be ready for that U.A. entrance exam."

"Right, thanks Zell." Asta said as he hurried off to get to work on dinner.

Zell for his part just smiled at his latest pupil. This one was going places and hopefully he'd make it to U.A. and from there to the Quirk Knights, he'd be a fine addition to both. Zell didn't know much about U.A., his ties had been to Shiketsu, and for the Quirk Knights, well, he'd been tied to the Diamond Knights rather than the Quirk Knights, but that order wasn't in the nation's good graces at the moment and Zell was actually on the run from them hence the vagabond lifestyle he was currently living.

Asta was the real deal though and Zell couldn't wait to see what he became after he got into U.A. as Zell didn't doubt that fact. It was a shame they'd be parting ways soon, but Zell could only linger for so long, he had someone to find and people to avoid.

As Zell was thinking on this Asta returned and they enjoyed another meal with some more stories outside. This would continue for a few more days before Zell left at last to continue his journey to find Dominante, his wife, while Asta took what he'd been taught and continued his training on his own. Asta would because he was going to be the Wizard King and in only 8 months' time he'd be taking the entrance exam for U.A. high school and begin the next part of his journey.

While Asta was off doing his own thing in the wilderness around Hage, Yuno was back at the church training there. As the property around and out back of the small village church was private Yuno was able to use his Quirk freely and that was what he was doing. Academically he knew he was good; he was a diligent and disciplined student and made sure that he was well ahead of his work so that he could pass that portion of the entrance exam. It was the practical part that he was concerned with as that would require skill with his Quirk.

Yuno wasn't sure what the practical exam would entail but he presumed that it would test combat, offensive ability, protection of others, and tactics on a battlefield and as such Yuno was focused on making sure that the aspects of his Quirk were well honed. He did this by setting up a target gallery in the backyard where he placed empty bottles, cans, and other trash and practiced aiming his star beams at them, creating the stars as fast as possible and working on his speed with them as well as his aim.

He wanted to be able to create his stars swiftly, safely and accurately so that he could neutralize whoever he was facing with quick, precise shots before too much damage could happen. Yuno knew how strong his Quirk was and that the beams they created could destroy a fair bit, so he also worked on output to ensure that they also weren't lethal. This way he could moderate how strong they were and ensure the right amount of damage was done.

In addition to this, he worked on the other two parts of his Quirk, defense and mobility. The defense was more just creating shield of stars as fast as possible and having Nash, one of the other orphans in their family, send his flame Quirk at the shields he created to test their strength. Yuno didn't need to worry about injuries as Sister Lily, the sister assigned to the church, had a water healing Quirk, well healing and able to create a fist to drive Asta into the ground whenever he tried to propose to her, so Nash could let lose a bit more.

The shield was Yuno's weakest aspect of his Quirk as creating enough stars and forming a constellation between them to shield him took time to manage and it wasn't a perfect barrier, his stars could be destroyed after all, but it was solid enough. It would hold for the moment and then when he got into U.A. and really started training harder with his Quirk and he would figure out how to use it properly in this manner.

The last aspect of his Quirk was the mobility it gave him. This was the trickiest part of Yuno's Quirk and the one he understood least. What he knew was that he could create a string of stars and travel between them as if teleporting. The limit was that it had to be within his field of vision and if he created a star for such purpose he couldn't use it offensively or move it around for defense. It was good limit and Yuno was training with it to create waypoints around him so that he could move to dodge and then attack in situations where a shield wouldn't work.

Yes, Yuno knew that he was going to get into U.A. He had the power; he had the strength, and he had the mind. He also knew that Asta would get in as well, nothing stopped his brother and rival from his goals, and neither would anything stop Yuno. Asta wasn't going to be the next Wizard King, though, because Yuno was going to be it and the first step on that path was to get into U.A. Yuno couldn't wait for the exam in 8 months' time.

"Good Ruby, keep it up, you almost got me." Blake Belladonna said with a laugh as she left a shadow clone that Ruby, in full Petal Burst, shot through a hair after Blake left it in her path. "Come on, I know you that can catch me if you just try a little harder."

Ruby grinned as she came out of her Petal Burst mid stride seeing Blake moving backwards through the air to her side and running a few paces before leaping into another burst at the older girl. Once again she was a just behind as Blake left another shadow of herself that Ruby tore through as she worked to catch the nimble huntress hero in training while her sister Yang and father Tai looked on from the back porch of their house on the island of Patch.

"Come on Ruby I know you can do it." Yang called out supportively cupping her hands around her mouth to add to it. "I know the kitty cat can be slippery, but you've got this sis."

Ruby knew she did as she turned in the air, still a red vortex that was trailing petals, and ended her burst to take a few steps before bursting again. This time though she was trying to predict where Blake would be rather than simply follow her and hope that speed alone ensured that she reached the other girl.

This was the game the girls had played for over a year now to help both train with their speed, evasion, and general Quirk control only this time it was more for Ruby's training for U.A.'s upcoming recommended students exam in a few months than anything else. It was winter break and as such Yang and Blake were off school so could come to Patch for it to spend time with Tai and Ruby while they worked out of the field office that Beacon had on the island for when the occasional Grimm that showed up or other duties a hero might undertake here.

Ruby had been hard at training ever since Ozpin had offered to recommend her to U.A. for that entrance exam rather than the normal one and since then she had gotten even better good at using Petal Burst. She was on private property and under the supervision of her father who was a licensed huntsman hero so she could use her Quirk freely and she needed to get as good with it as possible for the exam, so she was training whenever she had the chance to do so.

While Ruby wasn't sure what the exam would entail, and neither Yang or Blake would tell her because they didn't take the recommended exam, nor would they ask their friends who did take it what it was like, though they had told Ruby that it wouldn't involve combat like theirs. Rather it would be some test designed to push the examinees' Quirks and how they used them, along with a written exam and an interview with one of the teachers.

The other two parts Ruby was fine with, though she studied hard for the written one as well because she needed to pass that as well, it was mastering her Quirk more that she needed to do. That was where she was weakest in her opinion, so she had to improve it over the coming months so that she was ready when the exam rolled around.

As a huntress candidate Ruby was more used to relying on Crescent Rose than her Quirk which she only really used to supplement her martial skills, but the recommended exam would test Petal Burst so she needed to make sure she could use it. That meant intensive training to increase speed, number of times she could use it in a short period of time, and practical applications of using it to achieve a goal hence the game of try to catch the kitty by the tail as Yang called it even if Blake only had kitty ears on her head and not a tail and wasn't a big fan of Yang's terrible cat-based puns.

Despite the puns, Blake was Yang's best friend at U.A. and when they became 3rd years in an April she'd be one of the Top 10 students with Yang though where Yang was ranked 3rd to Mirio Togata and Pyrrha Nikos, Blake would be ranked 8th of them not that the girls minded. The competition was fun but the two were best friends and huntress trainees first and had been since the entrance exam where they'd met during their practical.

It had happened towards the end and though Ruby would not get the full story until she either passed the recommended exam or had to take the standard one because she failed the recommended one Ruby still knew the gist of it. Yang's Quirk was strong offensively though she did have to stockpile damage within her body to use it and as a huntress candidate she could use her weapons, a pair of shotgun gauntlets she called Ember Cecilia, which between them and Yang's skills had ensured she'd gotten a lot of points early on.

Then the big part of the test happened and, according to Blake, Yang had gone full Yang in activating her Quirk and punching out that part of the test with a flurry of blows despite not getting any points for it but leaving herself open to an attack from the pointed things. Blake had used that moment to save Yang not realizing at the time that her actions had increased her points to the level of passing in the top 10.

That action had been the basis of their friendship and it only increased when they both realized that they'd gotten into U.A. together and were in the same class. Their friendship quickly deepened and soon they were roommates in an apartment in Musutafu as neither lived near enough to the school to commute.

Blake herself hailed from island of Menagerie to the south east of Japan where her father was the local governor, so she was too far from Musutafu to commute and needed to get an apartment. After she saved Yang and they both started U.A. they began chatting, Yang being an extreme extrovert helped a lot as Blake was introverted preferring books to people, before ultimately decided to room together to save money.

They now had an apartment near campus that they paid for with their earnings from their work study at Beacon that they'd begun after getting their provisional hero licenses just before the start of their second year. The girls were fully independent at this point and Ruby really admired her sister and Blake for how they'd achieved their goals and strove to replicate them as well.

It helped that if Ruby got into U.A. she'd move in with them, Yang assured her that they had the room, and her father would cover the costs like he did with Yang for the first year until Ruby got a work study placement at one of the four main huntsmen agencies and could then contribute her own money to the rent, utilities, and other sundries needed in apartment living. All of these were reasons why she was training but she had yet to successfully catch Blake due to her Quirk.

Blake Belladonna, Quirk: Shadow Clone. Blake can leave a clone of herself to take the hit while she moves to another location, distract foes, or even increase her mobility as she can make physical contact with her clones. For some reason Schnee Dust can change the nature of her clones if used in conjunction with her Quirk being activated. Notably, her cat ears have nothing to do with her Quirk though they are cute.

The girl herself was pale, average height though lithe and athletic with shoulder length black hair cut in a bob, a recent change she'd made at the spur of the moment but one that Yang had liked, amber eyes and black, cat ears on her head that actually did work as well as her normal ears and was an inherited trait from her mother classifying her as a heteromorph not that Ruby or Yang cared about that kind of thing. Right now, as it was December, Blake was in her winter huntress outfit rather than the one she normally wore when the weather was nicer.

Blake's winter outfit was a midnight purple, sleeveless high necked catsuit that Yang hadn't resisted making countless puns about with zippers on her legs and tucked into a pair of black boots with light purple soles. Over it she wore a white tailcoat thing with a full-length zipper though only the bit at her chest was done up and it had a dark gray lapel with a royal purple lining. Over her shoulders and on her back Blake had a gray harness rig for her weapon, a combo short sword and gun of her own making called Gambol Shroud that had a long ribbon on it to increase her mobility and boy was the girl mobile.

That was the hardest thing for Ruby to deal with because Blake was significantly more agile than her or Yang. In fact, part of why Blake was in the Top 10 of her class was because she was the most agile in her year at U.A. and knew how to use her agility in conjunction with her Quirk to its fullest in a fight. Then again when you inherit a feline-like constitution from your mother it makes sense and while it wasn't a Quirk, which was Shadow Clone for Blake, it was still well above normal human.

Still, Ruby had been training hard for months now and she was slowly starting to get it. She couldn't keep up with Blake in a game of tag, her clones were instantaneous for her to leave, and she'd had almost two years of intense, focused, training at U.A. and even more when at Beacon for Ruby to land this way. What Ruby was doing was trying to lull Blake into thinking she'd not changed as she sped at Blake again only for the agile older girl to leap away with a laugh but this time as Ruby hit and vanished the clone she ended her own Quirk to take a few paces forward and focused on Blake's actual body.

The girl was in a position to best leap to her left and change directions so that the gap between them was further. One thing that Ruby had learned from training with Blake and Yang, and watching the girls train together, was that for all her skill Blake was adverse to confrontation and would seek to take the easiest, safest path from a situation that put as much distance as she could from her opponent before countering at a precise moment when her opponent had overexerted themselves.

Sure, Blake could fight well, she'd even been a quarterfinalist in the latest Sports Festival before losing to Yang who'd go on to won it all her second time around, but when she didn't have to she wouldn't. It was an intriguing tactic and between that, her agility, and her evasion skills all combined to make her the best person to train against for Ruby.

It was that fighting style and mentality that Ruby was counting on right now. Blake wasn't fighting her; she was training Ruby to try and catch her which meant that her instincts would be such that she'd leap away to the left to continue the evasion game. As such Ruby focused on Blake and activated her Quirk to speed in a blur at Blake once more.

For her part Blake just grinned as Ruby made another direct shot at her before activating her Quirk and leaping deafly to the left high and away from Ruby, her constitution allowing her to get more distance than a normal girl her age could muster. At least that was her plan until the spinning red blur that was Ruby in full Quirk suddenly turned much sharper then she'd done before and coming right at Blake ignoring her clone as Blake fell to the ground.

"That's sharper than usual, you've improved Ruby and now you understand the need to predict your foe rather than just follow them." Blake said recovering and making another clone next to her that grabbed her outstretched arm and spun her around to toss her to the side and take the hit from Ruby who burst out of her Quirk and skidded on her boots looking surprised as Blake landed a safe distance away from Ruby. "What? I am a huntress candidate in the top Hero Course in the nation, I can adapt on the fly like that, especially against a Quirk I am pretty familiar with at this point."

"True but I thought I had you there." Ruby said panting as she realized that the sudden turn had taken more out of her, she wasn't used to such fine movements yet with her Quirk and knowing that she was at her limits for number of bursts within a short period of time. "My speed almost reached you that time."

"Almost, give it some training at U.A. and I'm sure that one day you'll be one of the fastest pros in any of the three branches." Blake said with a smile. "Speed is key in being a hero so that's good and if you can transport people within your Quirk, well rescue is something all heroes no matter the branch aspire to be good at."

"All true but I think you two need a break to let your Quirks recover so that they are stronger the next time you use them." Tai called out from the porch as Yang just smiled at them. "Go in and make some hot chocolate and rest up. I've got to meet up with Qrow for a patrol, there's been a report of a Grimm nest on the east coast, so we need to checked it out and deal with it if the reports are true."

"Alright thanks dad." Ruby said smiling at her father.

"Yes thank you Mr. Long." Blake said still formal around her best friend's dad despite his insistence for her to drop it.

"Alright you two I'll make the cocoa as we know we can't trust Ruby in a kitchen." Yang said as she opened the back door to let them all in while Tai left, the family dog Zwei going with him because it was a Grimm hunt and the little corgi loved those things much to Blake's relief as she did not like the family dog here, the cat traits she'd gotten from her mother ran quite deep after all. "And don't worry Rubes, I'll make sure that there is an immoral amount of sugar in it for you."

"Thanks Yang, you're the best." Ruby said with another smile this time directed at her sister as they all entered the house and Yang went to the kitchen while Blake and Ruby went to get mugs and set the table for a nice break.

As she did it Blake couldn't help but watch the sisters work. If she didn't know them so well she'd not have realized they were sisters as they didn't look that much alike.

Ruby was short, petite, with black hair with red tips and silver eyes who was both hyper and extremely awkward in most situations. Yang, by contrast, was tall, a good 2 inches taller than Blake, with a luscious blonde mane of hair that was her pride and joy and lilac eyes that turned red when her Quirk was active and very much full bodied with a bust most girls were jealous of and who was confident and composed most of the time. Yet despite this they were closer than any other sisters Blake knew.

Of course, she also knew that Yang and Ruby were technically half-sisters with the same father and different mothers, she even knew the full story behind that, but Blake didn't go there. Yang's mommy issues were bad, compounded by the loss of her true mother figure Summer who was Ruby's mother, so Blake just left it there until Yang was ready to properly deal with it.

Blake knew the full story only because during their first major investigation for Beacon, an investigation into the heteromorph terrorist group known as the White Fang that Blake had had past ties to, she'd worked herself to exhaustion to try and bring down the local cell and Yang had to save her from herself. She did so by distracting Blake and then telling Blake her story regarding her mother abandoning her and how Summer was her real mom but how her past obsession with finding her mom had almost cost her and Ruby their lives as a warning to not overwork yourself.

It was a good lesson and Blake had taken it to heart and took a break though that investigation was still ongoing. All that said, Blake refused to talk about how Yang had used a laser pointer to distract her before telling Blake her story.

"Thanks Yang." Ruby said with a smile breaking Blake from her reverie as the hot chocolate was served and the girls sat at the kitchen table to enjoy the sweet beverage, Ruby taking a big sip despite the heat of it. "That hits the spot. I wasn't so cold from the training but still, this is nice."

"Well, when you are living with us I'll make sure that we have plenty, same with the coffee you like." Yang said. "Though I'll keep it from Blake's tea, she's very picky about it."

"I just don't understand how you can drink such unsophisticated swill like coffee." Blake said sipping her slightly sweetened hot chocolate noting that Yang had made it just as she liked it but after living together for almost two years the girls knew each other's respective tastes well by this point. "A good, well-made tea at the end of a long day is almost as good as a rich tuna dinner."

"Yeah also be careful of the tuna, Blake gets a bit picky about others touching her stash." Yang said in a stage whisper to Ruby that got her laughing.

"We all have our oddities." Blake said with a slight flush at that, but she couldn't deny that tuna was her favorite food. "And at least your hair is short Ruby so it's not too much work to maintain. Yang has to wake up early because it takes her two hours to get ready and get used to cold showers or just showing at school because Yang uses a lot of hot water."

"What can I say, I've got to keep my locks as lustrous as ever." Yang said fluffing her hair, one of her two prides alongside Bumblebee which was the name of her motorcycle. "My hair is a work of art and should be treated as such."

"I've lived with Yang all my life; I know how long she takes to shower." Ruby said with a smile before getting a bit morose and looking into her cup. "But seriously, do you think I'll get in? I mean the pass rate for recommended students is slightly higher than it is for normal applicants but still it's going to be hard and I'm not sure I have what it takes. I'm not a powerhouse like Yang or got the mobility like you Blake."

"Ruby of course you'll get in." Yang said reassuring her sister right away. "We know Ozpin, he wouldn't have recommended you without good reason and if he thinks that that exam is best then I'd trust him on it. I am sure you'll do great on it."

"Yeah as good as you are with Crescent Rose I do agree that an exam that tests your Quirk rather than your combat with your weapon is better for you though I am sure you'd be fine in the normal exam as well." Blake said. "I got by more thanks to Yang's distraction that she needed to be saved from and my own mobility but if the recommended exam is how we've heard it to be then you'd almost certainly score higher than we would on it."

"Yeah it's basically set for you." Yang said with a grin. "It will be tough, but you can do it Rubes, I know it."

"Thanks." Ruby said feeling a bit better, the doubts she'd had were still there and would be for a while and she knew that if she got in this way she'd have a lot to prove for her status but that was a different problem to deal with when it arose, so she decided to focus more on the exam itself. "I know you can't tell me what it's going to be, but can you at least give me a sense of what I'll be facing when it comes to the other students who will be taking the exam. Like what paths are they on, histories, that kind of thing?"

"We can if you want." Yang said looking to Blake who nodded. "Are you sure you want to know?"

"I want to know the caliber of competition that I'll be facing." Ruby said. "So that I can give my all because they will."

"Very well there are really three kinds of examinee who get to take the recommended exam." Yang said as she began to tick them off her fingers. "The first kind are children of famous or rich heroes, and if the rumors are true one of the ones you'll be facing is the son of both of those this year. The second are students with talent that have gotten them noticed by the right people who believe that the recommended exam is more suited to what they can do than the standard entrance one so that is the category you're in Rubes."

"Oh yeah I heard that there's at least one that has garnered some attention on that list, other than Ruby that is." Blake said. "I overhead Eraser Head and Present Mic talking about it, some kid who was going to apply the normal way and also apply for the General Studies course. However, Eraser saw that his Quirk was hero worthy but not one that would work in the normal exam, so he personally recommended him."

"Wait old gloomy guts actually recommended a student?" Yang asked amazed. "He never does that. He must really see some talent in this kid given how he is."

"Yeah I heard about that class but from what I've heard it's more a kindred spirit thing with this recommendation that he's given." Blake said. "I think he was a recommended student because, well, his Quirk is unreal given that it nullifies other Quirks, but that wouldn't work in the normal exam, so I think he's starting to do that for at least one candidate each year if they meet his level of potential assessment."

"Damn that is good." Yang said.

"Eraser Head, he's that underground hero who can erase other's Quirks, right?" Ruby said. "Well, it's more a temporary nullification if I recall but same thing."

"Correct though there is more to him than just that, and he'll be one of the first-year teachers." Yang said. "Hopefully you don't get him but if so then you should at least pay attention. His methods are unusual, but they produce results."

"Noted." Ruby said. "And the third group?"

"Quirk Knight path students." Blake said. "They almost always make up the bulk of students that are accepted through recommendations."

"Quirk Knight candidates?" Ruby asked confused, she knew little about the odd branch that focused more on rural needs and in some case national defense which meant that they didn't get as much attention as normal heroes who operated in the big cities, so she was a little surprised that they made up the bulk of the recommended cases. "They're the majority? I didn't expect that."

"Plurality at least though they are often majority." Yang said with a nod. "All but two of the Quirk Knight path kids in our class, Magna and Sol I believe, were recommended students. Usually, the majority of kids who enter on that path already are recommended. Despite this the majority of students in your class will be mainstream hero students, our year is odd with 6 Huntsmen and Huntress students, usually it's at most 4 for our path and we are almost recommended students."

"Pyrrha was recommended." Blake pointed out. "But she's on a different level and her Polarity Quirk would have been overkill for the entrance exam."

"True it's why she's above me in the rankings at the moment because metal is so common in the field that she's almost always got my number in actual training exercises." Yang said. "Though she's not overtaking Togata, he's too good."

"All that dedication, he's going to succeed All Might one day." Blake said with a nod. "And the way he's made his Quirk so strong there really aren't that many who can compete with him and that's including the pros."

"Ok can we get back on topic though tell me more about that later as I do want to hear about the other Huntsmen and Huntresses in your class." Ruby said. "Why are Quirk Knight path kids most of the recommended students?"

"Because historically they've come from the upper classes of society and for many years into the hero society that was the case." Yang said. "You'll learn about it more in hero history class, but it never hurts to be ahead of the game."

"That's surprisingly smart of you Yang." Blake said her eyes a little wide. "Usually, you don't think that far in advance. You are lower half academically and you always put off studying until the last minute and only because I have to force you to."

"I get by, unlike you I can't be top of the class." Yang said with a smirk at Blake. "But I did learn from you that sometimes it is good to be informed ahead of time."

"It is so Ruby listen carefully; you'll learn this in your hero history classes so it's useful to know." Blake said. "The Quirk Knights are actually the oldest of the three branches and existed prior to the Providence Accords that codified the American Hero Code, the first of its nature, and their honor was the basis of the early Japanese Hero Code under the guidance of their first leader, a man called Lumiere Silvamillian Clover some 200 years ago or so I think."

"I know that name." Ruby said thinking back to her history classes which, while they didn't touch much on the Quirk Knights, still had some key things they needed to know. "He's the first Wizard King, a title applied after his death to save the nation with his Illuminated Weapons Quirk if I recall. It was seen as if what he was doing was magic because of how strong his Quirk was even though it was only a few decades after the advent hence the name Wizard King. This was before even the term Meta Ability became a common expression for our powers."

"Correct and since then the Quirk Knights were formed from his views and honor with his successor taking the title 2nd Wizard King though at first they were called the Magic Knights before changing to the Meta Knights when the gene was identified as what caused Quirks and final Quirk Knights when the term Quirk became the ubiquitous term." Blake said showing why she was near the top of her class academically as well as physically. "Since then, the number of agencies, or as they like to call them Squads, which make up the Quirk Knights have grown to 9 with the last two being added by the current Wizard King shortly after he took the position."

"Also, the title of Wizard King was kept even after the realization that Quirks came from genetics and not magic as a way to honor the founding of the branch." Yang said surprising Blake again before adding. "Plus, it's a cool title so who wouldn't want to keep it."

"Yes it was kept to honor the first Wizard King and has since become so prestigious that there is no need to change it." Blake said. "In terms of their history, the Quirk Knights have normally been made up from the upper classes because for many generations they had the strongest Quirks, often augmented through Quirk Marriages, and thus it made some sense that they'd be the ones to serve as Quirk Knights."

"However, it was still elitist as fuck." Yang said. "And while our own branch rose last in the wake of the emergence of Grimm, the hero code which created the mainstream heroes was in part a way around the elitist nature of the Quirk Knights arose about 30 years after the death of the first Wizard King. It was the 4th Wizard King I believe who agreed to follow code but as a separate branch which was what allowed for our own branch to be created when the time came."

"Despite all this things still rough until the rise of All Might, but the Quirk Knights maintained their traditions until about a decade or so ago when they began to admit more people from a wider range of class backgrounds." Blake said. "And under the current Wizard King, Julius Novachrono, they are open to any who wish to take the path while the Captains, which is the officially title for the 9 Quirk Knight Squad Leaders, can recruit whoever they want. Most still just recruit elites but some squads are less picky and that actually makes them stronger as they tend to have a wider range of Quirks."

"Yeah three of our class have been doing work studies for the Black Bulls, who are considered the worst of the worst Quirk Knight Squads, but damn do they have some strong members." Yang said. "Luck is one, no other squad would touch him because of his personality which I personally love, great to have a guy who loves to fight as much as me around, so are Magna and Charmy and neither are slouches. They have some serious range of Quirks and aren't to be taken lightly. Their Captain, a man called Yami, is odd to say the least but he's a master at finding untapped talent even at U.A."

"I see so for the most part it's upper-class people who go down the Quirk Knight path." Ruby said thinking on it and given how Patch was mainly middle and working class it made sense that they had none on that path here. "And I take it they have history in it like how we are second generation huntresses."

"Yes more so than any of the other branches in fact." Blake said with a nod. "Sure, hero families exist, the Ida family is a notable example as they are on their third generation with the one applying to U.A. this year, though they never do recommendations for some reason, but most multi-generational elites are Quirk Knights. There are two families especially noteworthy in this, the Silvas and the Vermillions."

"I've heard of them." Ruby said recalling the news of a recent event in a city nearby that was handled by a Quirk Knight squad. "They lead two of the squads, right?"

"Correct the Silver Eagles and the Crimson Lion Kings are both family outfits for the Silvas and Vermillions respectively and as such are almost exclusively captained by someone form one of those families." Yang said. "Both are currently run by the heirs apparent to the families in Nozel Silver and Fuegoleon Vermillion and both are probably as strong as Endeavor I'd say. If I was a betting gal, and I totally am, I'd put money on either those two or William Vangeance as the favorites to succeed Julius Novachrono as the Wizard King."

"Really?" Ruby asked her eyes wide.

"A Quirk Knight Captain is equivalent to a top 10 Hero on the charts in terms of strength and skill." Blake said. "And while they've never sparred, some believe that the Wizard King is the only one who can rival All Might, but I doubt that, even Julius can't match the sheer power of All Might. Thankfully these are things we don't have to worry about, and you'll learn more about those two families and their historic Quirks, which oddly Nozel doesn't have as he inherited a stronger version of his mother's metal-based Quirk, especially as you're bound to have two Vermillions in your class."

"Wait what?" Ruby asked. "You know that already?"

"It's easy to guess." Yang said with a shrug. "Quirk Knight families are often in the public eye, and they rarely don't go down that path so we know that both Mimosa and Leopold Vermillion are your age and as such will almost certainly be in the recommended exam for U.A. as that is the Vermillion school. The Silvas are historically a Shiketsu family, similar to the Schnees in our branch in fact, so their youngest Noelle should be doing the recommended exam there. The Vermillions will be tough, they've trained for this all their lives, but I know you can do it Rubes."

"Yeah there are 10 spots so just remember that." Blake said with a smile. "And if you end up against either of them beat them, there's a friendly rivalry between the branches and Huntresses aren't often recommended so show them we're just as good as they are in this exam as well as in the normal exam."

"I'll do my best." Ruby said a little nervous but the support of her sister and Blake meant a lot to her and she was going to make them proud. "What are their Quirks, do you know? Their twins so they must be similar."

"Huh? Oh, right we weren't clear about that." Yang said as Ruby blinked at her. "Mimosa and Leopold are cousins not twins. Leopold comes from the main branch of the family, the one that runs the Crimson Lion Kings, and has a fire Quirk like his siblings as that is what the family is known for though we don't know its details."

"As for Mimosa, her father is the younger brother to the current head of the family so she's technically from a branch of the main family." Blake said as Yang began to snicker at the unintended pun that she'd made but Blake ignored it and continued. "In fact, Mimosa's side of the family is tied to the Silvas by marriage as her aunt on her mother's side was Acier Silva."

"Oh, ok so their related through the maternal lines." Ruby said getting it. "And does this Mimosa girl also have a fire-based Quirk?"

"No both Mimosa and her brother are known for their strong flora-based Quirks hence my clever pun earlier." Yang said with a grin as Blake groaned at that. "Though I am not sure which side of the family that comes from as their late aunt had a metal-based Quirk and their parents aren't well known. Same with Mimosa at the moment but I have had the misfortune of working with her brother Kirsch when Beacon teamed up with the Coral Peacocks last semester as there was a Grimm infestation within Peacocks' area which they needed help with. Kirsch is old school as he's an arrogant, elitist, condescending, extremely narcissistic, ass, but his Cherry Blossom Quirk is powerful. He'll be their next Captain for sure."

"Alright good to know." Ruby said thinking on what Yang and Blake had told her when something hit her. "Wait, I just noticed, you used their first names and not their family names. Why? I understand with Blake, she's your best friend and now a full family friend so gave me permission to use it as I did with mine, but you used it for the Quirk Knights. Why? I mean if they're related then I can kinda get that but still you just add their first name after their family name normally, right?"

"Oh that, that's actually a strange aspect of their branch." Blake said. "While main heroes use code names, and in the last few years Hunters and Huntress have begun to do so hence why I took the moniker Shadow Cat when it came to names though your father's generation didn't use names as they still hadn't become popular in our branch at that point."

"And I'm the unstoppable Golden Dragoness." Yang said grinning as she flexed. "So, think of a good name Rubes."

"I'll do my best." Ruby said though she wasn't going to think of one for a while yet, so she had time. "But go on."

"Right, so while the other two branches use hero names these days the Quirk Knights still refuse to do so." Blake said. "When you chose your internships first year, a week-long program after the Sports Festival, you chose your code names but those who have already announced their going for a Quirk Knight Squad instead use their first name. While some heroes, Hunters and Huntresses do that as well it is tradition that Quirk Knights do so and while there are the occasional Quirk Knight heroes who uses a hero name it is very few and often it's an earned nickname from their time in the Quirk Knights that they use."

"The two ways to know who is going for a Quirk Knight squad is that they'll come in and either from the start use their given name or at least will continue doing so after their internship showing that they're committed to the path." Yang said. "And they usually have less showy costumes, usually though there are exceptions."

"Ah I get that now." Ruby said understanding the oddities of the Quirk Knights better and glad to not be ignorant about that branch when going into this as she knew that should she get in she'd have a few in her class so best to be respectful. "Can you tell me about the ones in your class? I know that you have Luck Voltia, seeing Yang lose in the Sports Festival to him seared his name into my mind."

"He's lucky that he didn't face Nora that year." Yang said while Blake sighed at her pun and didn't deign it with a response as that was the only way to handle Yang's puns. "She's his natural foil as she turns lighting into power, but his Quirk doesn't help me. I need to take the physical beating to power up, lightning doesn't work as well as a good old-fashioned slugfest does."

"It was a surprise as Yang was the favorite going in even with recommended hero children in our class which did include Luck." Blake said. "But yes there's Luck, he's a nice guy just completely battle mad like Yang, so they get along great."

"Always fun to spar with him, he's faster than me but I am stronger so it's a good game." Yang said happily. "Basically, comes down to whether I can get my hands on him first or can he overload me with lightning before I manage it. I don't like losing so losing to him in first year really got me motivated to beat him next time we get to fight like that."

"And his best friend is Magna Swing who comes off as a virgin street punk because that's his style but he's a solid and reliable guy." Blake said though Ruby didn't know why she added the word virgin to that. "And the last of the trio currently doing their work studies with the Black Bulls is Charmy Pappitson and she's something else entirely."

"She is?" Ruby asked. "I don't think I've heard you talk about her that much."

"Charmy isn't someone you'd think was a U.A. student, mainly because she's only 4 and a half feet tall and looks like a kid so without standing out she's often overlooked." Yang said. "And she's got an infamously bottomless stomach yet always keeps her figure which is so not fair but whatever. She's not just a great eater though, she's also a great cook too and loves good food more than anything else but get her pissed by harming her food and her Cotton Quirk is really tough to deal with and boy does she know how to use it. If she properly applied herself she'd be in the Top 10 easily but doesn't."

"She's that good?" Ruby asked.

"Yang's assessment is right." Blake said with a nod. "Not even Yang fully powered up can break through Charmy's cotton when she creates it and when Charmy molds it into a sheep for one of her Ultimate Moves, well you learn that being struck by condensed cotton can really hurt, trust me. Then again Charmy was recommended so it does kinda make sense though I think her recommendation came more because of her potential than family ties from what I've gathered."

"Damn that is strong." Ruby said her eyes wide but then again this was U.A. so it should be expected. "What about the others?"

"There's Klaus Lunettes who is an elitist ass." Yang said bluntly. "He's from the old school of Quirk Knights with a good few generations having served in that branch and as such got in on recommendations. His Steel Manipulation Quirk is strong though Pyrrha's Polarity can work on it easily and I can punch through it with my Quirk but he's not one to be taken lightly. It doesn't help that his work study is with the Golden Dawn, the top Quirk Knight Squad."

"Ah ok so there are still plenty of them that are like that." Ruby said. "I hope none are in my class though."

"Most are though the Vermillions other than Kirsch are known to care about strength not linage though I don't know about Mimosa." Blake said. "As for the last of our class who's on the Quirk Knight path and currently doing her work study with the Blue Rose Knights is Sol Marron. She's from a middle-class background, so she wasn't recommended, and is the other Quirk Knight path hero in the Top 10 with a strong Earthen Golem Quirk but there is one issue with her."

"Doesn't she have some issue with men?" Ruby asked. "I've heard that the Blue Rose Knights aren't exactly the best on gender relations out there so if she's doing her work study with them then that must be it."

"That's an understatement." Yang said. "Sol is a misandrist to the fullest, which is akin to calling a man a misogynist, and it's actually caused trouble for her over the years as you can't be like that in this day and age. The Blue Rose Knights are known for being the most sexist of the squads and have actually been fined for violating equality laws in their recruiting practices, but it's never been more than just a token slap on the wrist and under their current Captain it won't change. Charlotte Roselei is a powerful Quirk Knight and hero but her views on men aren't great. To some extent I can understand it as she is a beautiful woman who just wants to be seen for her strength but there are plenty of men fine with that she just needs to ignore the asses."

"I am almost certain that Captain Charlotte has a secret crush on a man that she hides by being against all of them." Blake said. "Sol, however, I think she actually does have valid issues with men being sexist to her growing up in the countryside where stuff like that still happens, so it got in deep with her. That said, with how she and Magna fight they have to like each other, but Charlotte I think has a crush she's unable to admit to and is covering it by being hostile. There's no way she doesn't."

"Blake life isn't a romance novel." Yang said teasingly as Ruby knew that Blake's favorite genre of book was romance, she'd not forgotten how steamy Blake's well-worn Ninjas of Love book was and she blushed at the scene she'd once read from it. "But that could be the case for Captain Charlotte. As for Sol and Magna, yeah I agree there's something there so they should just fu…"

"So yeah that is all the Quirk Knight kids in our class." Blake said quickly and interrupting Yang before she could finish her sentence as it was clearly not going to be appropriate. "And you know the other Hunters and Huntresses with us so that's about it for the two non-mainstream branches in our year."

"Yeah let's get back to training." Yang said with a grin having forgotten that Blake had cut her off already. "You ready Ruby? You should be well rested for it now."

"Yeah I'll catch the kitty this time." Ruby said with a grin as she pumped her fist in the air.

"Cat puns, they must run in the family." Blake said with a roll of her eyes but a smile as the girls cleared their mugs, cleaned them and headed outside for more training.

Ruby was still nervous but after seeing how she'd improved today and the chat she'd just had with Yang and Blake she was feeling better. She was going to pass the recommended exam and join Yang and Blake at U.A. she knew it. That meant that it was time to get back to training.

"Come on young Midoriya, you got this." All Might in his skeletal form said from atop the junk that Izuku Midoriya was pulling to the pickup truck that All Might would then use to take it to the dump. "Not much more now."

Not much was still a good quarter of the junk on the beach that Izuku was cleaning as part of his training to inherit One for All but he knew what was at the end of this tunnel and the shot he had at U.A. so he wasn't going to stop. It was January, the new year, and he only had two months until the entrance exam. Two months to bulk up and inherit the Quirk that would let him follow his dream to be a hero and succeed All Might.

He'd been training for 8 months on a strict schedule to get to this point with intense workouts and a strict diet designed to get him ready to inherit the Quirk all while studying hard for the entrance exam and staying healthy as he prepared for everything. There had been a setback when he tried too hard a few months ago, but he'd overcome it and soon he'd be ready. Izuku wouldn't give up, he'd be a hero no matter what, so he kept up his work knowing what lay at the end. He'd make it to U.A., he'd be a hero.

With that Izuku put his back into it and continued his work cleaning up the beach. He was almost ready he knew it. His path to becoming the number one hero was well underway and he'd see it through all the way to the end.

"I can't believe it's finally time." Yang said as she pulled Ruby into a bone crushing hug as the sisters stood at the end of the path to the entrance of U.A. "My baby sister will soon be at U.A. with me."

"Yang, can't breathe." Ruby said in a muffled tone from where she was being suffocated against Yang's bosom and Yang released her to hold her shoulders as Ruby took a deep breath. "Thanks."

The day had come. Months of training had led to this moment. Today at the end of February, 2 weeks before the normal entrance exam in March, was the recommended exam. Ruby, in her Signal Middle School uniform, was with Yang who was in her winter hero getup as she was meeting Blake for a local patrol under the supervision of a recently graduated Huntress who went by the name Fashionista as the sisters said bye to each other.

Already there were some clear middle schoolers on the path, Ruby noticed a tall, tanned boy with an excited smile and short hair try to talk to a boy with half his hair red the other white who just ignored him, so it was clearly time for this exam. Ruby had been preparing for this moment, so she was ready.

"Alright Yang, I'll see you tonight." Ruby said as she was crashing on Yang and Blake's couch at the moment while she took the exam.

"Good luck Rubes, I know you'll ace it." Yang said with a grin as Ruby turned and walked through the entranceway, a temporary pass on her that let her in that had been sent to her for this day, and onto U. A's campus as Yang waved at her.

Ruby turned and waved back with a smile before turning back and walking up to the building. She was ready for this, she had this. She would pass the exam, get into U.A. and become a Huntress hero Ruby knew it.

This was her first step on that path and as she fell into step behind a tall girl with a crazy black ponytail talking quietly with a shorter girl with vermilion colored hair Ruby mentally prepared herself. It was time to find out what the recommended student exam was all about.

As with the first chapter in this series, this training chapter was broken up into the various main characters and Yuno to show how they trained though as Izuku's training is canon it was just a clip of it to show that he's following canon during this time period. With the ending of this chapter, I am sure y'all can guess that the next chapter will be Ruby's recommended exam and only that making it the first chapter to focus solely on one of the three main characters though of course others from MHA and Black Clover will appear in it as Ruby tries her hardest to pass the exam. Because of this and the fact that the only older characters tied to the main ones that are at U.A. before the start are Yang and Blake I did the bulk of this chapter with them as they explained things about the school, characters, and some history which should clear some things up for y'all. Lastly as y'all can probably tell I have aged down some of the Black Clover characters to be only 2 years older than Asta and Yuno (only about one or two years depending) so that there can be more at U.A. to help them out and flesh out that class as well as otherwise it would just be the Big 3, JNPR, Blake and Yang. The same applies to Leo who was aged down a year so that he could be in the same year as Asta and Yuno, should all 3 get into U.A., and this be their rival as well when the time comes. That is all I have for this chapter however so I will leave it off here. If you like this story please follow, favorite (this story and me) to keep up with it and leave a review or PM, your support is what helps motivate me to keep up this work and any questions posed before the next chapter is uploaded I will try to answer. Until next time.
