Here is the twenty-first chapter in this series released in keeping with my self-imposed upload schedule for this series. So this is going to be a special chapter that will look at something else and while most of it will occur after the next chapter at least this is still technically an aftermath of the USJ incident chapter just from a different perspective so this is the best place for it. If this chapter works well then I may do more like it in the future as I like showing other sides of the story when I can. Anyway, that is all the administrative stuff I have, however, and there are two guest reviews to respond to that will answer any questions in them and address them as they raised some good things to consider. Do keep the reviews and PMs coming as I always like hearing how much y'all are enjoying my work.

To KGBeastboy (guest), thank you for your review and continued support and no worries about Volume 9, I should have been clear from the start that I've not started it yet. There are many factors involved in why I'm waiting to watch Volume 9, mainly a mix the fact that I watched 1-7 as full pieces so there is some nostalgia to doing that and also because over the last 9 weeks or so I've been on a crusade to watch all dubbed episodes of One Piece which has taken up a fair bit of my time. You do not need to worry about Black Clover or MHA, I read every new chapter released religiously so I am constantly up to date on those series as they continue through their final arcs but there may be those who check out reviews that aren't so you may want to bear that in mind just in case and now onto the rest of the review and your suggestions. The whole habit of girls like Noelle, Weiss, Nero, and while not present Momo as well trying to be normal teens will come into play a few more times as I do incorporate the School Brief books into my stories as well (and the team up manga series) so they help with some situations as well, especially one really fun one I can't wait to get to during the Forest Training arc. As for your idea, at least one of them I can't do and that is your suggestion on the other races present in RWBY and Black Clover. I've actually mentioned this before but it was a bit more glancing and this chapter will really clear it up but anyone who was a Faunus in RWBY is now a heteromorph in this story. This was actually done before the actions of Spinner and the force he commands in the final war as I've been planning this story for about a year before it was published but that does play nicely into what I want to do in this story regarding how the White Fang can fit in. One way this is similar to MHA is that in MHA a heteromorph is not necessarily someone with a mutant class Quirk as exemplified by Tokoyami who's a heteromorph with an emitter class Quirk and that will be the case with people like Blake who has a heteromorph trait with an emitter class Quirk. As for elves and devils, as will be seen soon, elves won't appear, I just never figured out how to work them and I've had to make some major changes to the backstory of the Eye of the Midnight Sun to work it in along with a slight change to what they will do but it's got a lot of similarities and I think it works well with the first taste of it coming up this chapter. As for devils, I wasn't planning on having them at all, unlike Grimm they're sentient beings so I didn't feel like it was right to make them Quirk creations like I've done with Grimm so I was going to leave them out but the idea of including the few we know about as extreme versions of heteromorphs might work well, I'll see how it works going forward but other than Zagred (who I can now work in thanks to your suggestion) I'm not sure if any will appear and that includes Liebe, they're just too hard to work into this story. The same goes for Black Asta, that is unlikely to appear as it requires Liebe but I still plan to do something associated with that aspect of Asta's power in Black Clover. On the Momo front, that may be something to consider going forward, I still need to build more on the class relationships to do so but in time Momo may join in and bring Jiro when the time comes but for now the three upper class girls are trying to forge their own new friendships before they are brought back together. Certainly Momo having theories (right or wrong) on Asta's Quirk and the creation of a new sword would be there though I'd more likely use Izuku for this as he's the Quirk geek in the class while Ruby just geeks out over the new sword and might wonder about other weapons knowing her. I will say that it's not an Awakening, if I am to Awaken Asta's Quirk I know exactly how it will be done and what the result will be that will at least give him something tied to Black Clover, the additional swords are something else but I'm sure a few in the class will have theories there. I will be using Awakening in this story, already I've teased one character has the chance to have a Quirk Awakening while there may be an Awoken Quirk already present but of course I won't give away anymore than that. Do keep reading and enjoying my work and thank you for your suggestions, they've given me plenty to think about.

To Guest (guest), thank you for your review and continued support. Yup, another little hint and taste of the complexity of Nero's past in this story, which will be examined more progressively over time. Gold Tips Imperial are nice and useful for what I needed from them, a way to show Nero's more upper class background and stun Weiss a little, and I'm glad they exist in MHA as having small things like that really help with this crossover. At this point it's more than a hint, I'm at the point of no return pretty much and will be doing White Rose as the third of the three ships I'll have in the background of this fic and as with IzuOcha and Astelle it will be driven by the one who isn't part of the 'Big 3' of this crossover. Course I'll still have other canon crushes, including one that would live to stop one of the ships, come up when the time comes and they'll be there as well so a lot of fun going on in the background with the first of those crushes forming in the coming arc. Don't worry, the little pervert will get his comeuppance someday and I know just a moment where he'll get it and all the girls will get a chance to redefine the word pain for him. That said, it will be a shock when Kahono appears seeing as she shares and English VA with Mineta so that's some fun to add in (same woman also voices Juvia in Fairy Tail and Chopper in One Piece so the woman's got great range) I'm not sure if I'd call Yuno's statement a warning, more just a this is happening thing but I don't care because I'll beat you thing and soon Asta and Class A will learn more even if the copycat is still in the background thanks to a convenient steel mouthpiece. I haven't really fully planned out Asta's second sword's ability, it's the hardest of the three Licht Swords to adapt in that regard, though I did imply that it can drain stamina of a target. Quirk copying like the two times we saw it do with magic in Black Clover (that still kinda annoys me cos it's underutilized) is going to be a lot harder especially because of how different Quirks are to magic. If I do go down this path then it will likely only be certain kinds of emitter class Quirks that will be copied but I'm still working on it just like how Asta is constantly learning more about his own powers. It was good to have Blake and Yang back for a moment, they won't appear all that much compared to Ruby and Weiss due to the age difference between them and Ruby that I didn't have her skip and just aged Weiss down so that she can be in Ruby's class and all that fun, but I'm sure those two will appear again in coming chapters. Do keep reading and enjoying my work as there's plenty more to come.

That is it for this longer than normal pre-chapter note as there was a lot to address but now it is time to sit back and enjoy the twenty-first chapter in Black RWBY Academia.

Disclaimer: I own nothing related to these three great franchises.

Chapter 21: The Villainous Alliance

The warp gate opened up in what many believed to be an abandoned and empty bar in Kamino Ward but was in reality the hideout for Tomura Shigaraki, the leader of the League of Villains that had just attacked U.A.'s USJ, and his second in command, bodyguard, and transportation Kurogiri. Well, that was the name they used for the attack to avoid being traced back to the real backer of it.

As for the bar itself, it was still sort of set up as it had been with stools before the bar top on three sides and a wide selection alcohol behind it though there were no booths or anything, just crates on the far wall while the floor was wood panel and the walls stone. There was even a back room for Shigaraki as he did live here along with a TV in the bar that served as a monitor and for transmission purposes.

Overall, it was a dingy, dark, and forgotten place that arose no attention from anyone so the perfect place for a villain to hide out in. Of course right now there was more pressing concerns to it as Kurogiri gently lay a wounded Shigaraki on the ground while releasing him from the warp gate he'd made. They're attempt to kill All Might at the USJ had failed and as of right now only them and their associate Roman Torchwick had escaped from the attack as far as they knew though as evidenced by the wounds it hadn't been unscathed for Shigaraki.

"Damn that hurts!" Shigaraki groaned from the floor. "Shot in both arms and legs as well as my right hand, and all on top of my left hand, wrist and forearm broken by that brat with the swords. Plus we had all those underlings wiped out, and even Nomu was defeated. We failed in our mission; those kids were too damned strong while All Might wasn't weakened at all. You were wrong Master, wrong about him!"

"No, I wasn't, All Might was still weaker, slower, than he was before our battle 5 years ago, that was clear by how long it took him to beat Nomu." The voice of Shigaraki's Master, the notorious villain All for One, came out from the now lit TV in the bar though it was only his voice while 'Transmission in Progress' was written on the screen. "We just weren't as well prepared as we should have been even with Torchwick and that puppet Patry's aid in the numbers though the latter's did either kill themselves or kill their comrades by triggering the suicide items in the case of the one who escaped so his involvement is still in the clear which is good given his own future plans, he can't reveal his hand just yet."

"I agree with that." A second voice, the one of All for One's doctor and devout follower who had managed to keep him alive, said. "We underestimated those kids; I'll go over the full report to plan better next time. Thankfully we failed under that stupid 'League of Villains' name and not our own or that of the true alliance we have so the full depth of what is going on is preserved. Now, what of my creature that I created with the Master's aid, where is Nomu?"

"Yes, why is he not with you?" All for One said. "I heard from Salem that Roman escaped which is good as we need his network and the grunt power he can provide but where is Nomu? Even if he was defeated he should have been recovered."

"That was my fault, he was blown away by All Might so I didn't know where he was and had to get Tomura away right after the pros arrived and injured him." Kurogiri said having put on clothes, basically a cheap suit with a waistcoat rather than a jacket complete with tie though he still had his neck brace on. "I did make sure that Roman got away and to his rendezvous point with Cinder, as you pointed out we can't afford to lose the underground he controls throughout all of Japan, especially because he's easier to deal with than Lil' Miss Malachite is though her information network is only surpassed by yours Master."

"What?" The doctor asked. "But that Nomu was specially designed to handle All Might. How could he have failed? I've been working on making sure that it could beat him."

"Well, All Might lived up to his reputation and that of his school's by going above that." Kurogiri said. "And without coordinates to his precise location I couldn't use my warp gate to bring him with us. Between that and the pros arriving we didn't have any time to search for him."

"This is a disaster, after all the work we did to make him as powerful as All Might, and we still failed." The doctor said clearly annoyed at the loss of Nomu.

"Well, I suppose it can't be helped, we'll just use it as a baseline to improve upon I guess and with All Might's weakening state that is good for us in the long run." All for One said dismissively, the loss of Nomu clearly wasn't a concern to him. "It is unfortunate but we must use this as best we can."

"Power, that reminds me, there were two strange kids there." Shigaraki gasped out from the floor. "One was a kid with swords that canceled out my Quirk, I couldn't destroy them despite all 5 fingers being on their blades, and another was a kid who tried to protect All Might. The boy was just as fast and appeared almost as strong as him. If he hadn't have gotten in our way at the end we might have killed the Symbol of Peace in the end."

"Swords you say, well I happen to have a potential source at U.A. who can test that more, not that she's fully aware of who she's getting involved with, or how we're using that person, but a Quirk cancellation Quirk is extremely rare." The doctor said as All for One let out a contemplative noise at Shigaraki's statement as he had a good idea what that might mean for One for All. "I'll have the front company make some subtle inquiries, Patry will be of assistance there of course. He's a useful idiot to have around."

"Do so doctor." All for One said. "And Tomura, naturally you're upset at this, but this was not a futile mission as it has provided us with a wealth of information for the future. Just because one plan fails doesn't mean that there aren't others and we will use this failure to get stronger. Continue to gather elite villains on your own as you take the time you need while I remain in the shadows with you as my face. You are a symbol to, Tomura Shigaraki, and soon you will show the world that it should rightfully fear you."

"Yes Master." Shigaraki said.

"Kurogiri, tend to Tomura's wounds as we still need to get our hands on a rare healing Quirk and then summon the ranking members." All for One said. "I must confer with the other members of the Demon Lord Triumvirate as we continue our machinations from the shadows. For the moment, the Alliance of Villainous Enterprises will suffice to occupy the pros of the various branches."

"It will be done Master." Kurogiri said as the transmission cut out.

As soon as it was done, Kurogiri set to work. They didn't have a healer in their group, those Quirks were exceptionally rare though there was a U.A. third year on their priority list for a Quirk to steal as he had a Quirk that could heal people. The doctor might have been of some assistance though he was busy so Kurogiri would have to get to work as Tomura Shigaraki passed out from blood loss, but Kurogiri knew enough to ensure that he'd survive and patched up his ward.

Only when that was done did he contact the other ranking members of the Alliance of Villainous Enterprises and summon them to a meeting that he'd personally bring them to when the time came. It was time they all met to discuss their plans going forward so that they didn't conflict with each other and actually aided as they continued moving towards the goals of their bosses, the Demon Lord Triumvirate.

It was a little over a week after the events of the USJ incident and the news had begun to shift from coverage of the failed attack on it to coverage of the upcoming U.A. Sports Festival in a week's time. That was always a huge thing that was watched worldwide so naturally it was going to dominate the news cycle with many pundits discussing how well the third years would do after the last two festivals but after the attack on the USJ some were wondering how those kids would do as well.

Shigaraki would watch that of course, his Master had ordered it and as his wounds were still healing he couldn't do much else at the moment but sit on his ass decide his own next step from there so he mays as well he learned more about the Class that had defied him, especially the brats who'd hurt and stopped him. Before that, though, he had to meet with the other key members of the Alliance of Villainous Enterprises, the ranking members as they were called.

The Alliance as it was called by the three super villains who oversaw it wasn't like the League of Villains that Shigaraki had created for the USJ attack and was now stuck with the name after the infamy the attack garnered them but rather a collection of 5 villain groups. Well, only the League of Villains saw themselves as a villain groups as the others were a criminal network, political dissidents, divine retribution, and an actual national army respectively, that all pledged their support directly or in one case unknowingly to one of the three members of the Demon Lord Triumvirate.

Together the 5 groups were a loose alliance of the most powerful or notorious groups operating in, around, or near Japan. As such they'd formed this alliance under their overseers to avoid conflict between the groups and lend mutual aid if need be, as was seen by two groups lending manpower to the USJ attack.

Those overseers were the true masters of the alliance and were known the Demon Lord Triumvirate. Shigaraki was one of the few people who knew who the members were, his own Master All for One was one of them, and even he shivered at their power.

After all, the trio formed their triumvirate of mutual understanding because they all acknowledge that none could best the others in combat should they go to war with each other. Therefore, rather than fight each other and decimate their own forces as well as allowing the heroes, Huntsmen, and Quirk Knights to grow stronger by their infighting, it would be easier to form an alliance to preserve their interests and common goals of destroying the current society and rebuilding it in their image.

The alliance of their underlings was just part of it and would, when revealed, serve as the public face of the Demon Lord Triumvirate. After all, the three members needed underlings and puppets to carry out their dirty work as they prepared the grand plans themselves that would achieve their goals.

Of course, once their goals were achieved and society had been destroyed they'd then be able to turn on each other and fight without interference from meddlesome heroes for who would reign supreme but that was something that would come in time and only when common interests no longer aligned. They all knew that that was going to come one day but chose to ignore it because to the members of the Triumvirate it was inevitable that it would happen so why dwell when they first needed to reach that goal.

As Shigaraki sat and waited he thought on the Demon Lord Triumvirate and what his Master had told him about the other two members. Naturally, he knew everything about his Master and his goals, so it was the other two that he focused on and he started with the only female member, the mysterious woman who was the cause of the Grimm epidemic in Japan, the dark, apparently immortal, witch known only as Salem.

Shigaraki knew very little about the woman, hell he didn't even know what she looked like or where she was located as even in the shadows of the underworld she was more a myth than anything else. Naturally his Master had confirmed that she was real and as strong as he was which was a testament to how strong she was.

Despite knowing she was real, the only thing that Shigaraki knew for certain about her was that Salem was the one who created the Grimm that plagued the countryside and that she had full control over them. That was it and seeing as the Grimm had been around for well over a century at least it was clear that Salem had some way to prolong her life though even All for One didn't know what it was.

In addition to her power and the shadowy mystique of her nature, Salem had several powerful subordinates who she'd personally recruited over the years loyal only to her and who carried out her long term goals from the shadows in ways even All for One was impressed with. She even had at least one high ranking Huntsman on her side which showed the extent of her influence and the fear she instilled in those who knew who she was.

It was because of the mixture of her power, longevity, and how she planned thing, that made her one of only two villains to ever successfully oppose All for One and thus become one of the three Demon Lords as All for One called them. The other villain was either the youngest or oldest of the three and an equally mysterious man by the name of Lucius Zogratis.

From what Shigaraki could gather, Lucius was not native to Japan but actually hailed from Siberia and the nation up there that had broken away from Russia right at the start of the bloody conflicts known collectively as the Quirk Wars to followed the Advent and stunted the world's development by at least a century. That nation, a kingdom apparently, had become isolated but in its dark and cold shadows a mastermind emerged in Lucius Zogratis, a man with power to match All for One and the mind and careful, patient, planning to make him worthy of the title Demon Lord in All for One's eyes.

The actual goal that Lucius Zogratis had, or why he'd chosen to ally his movement with All for One and agree to lend aid in the destruction of Japan's hero society, was still unknown, however. All for One speculated that Lucius had global plans and with the rise of All Might, Japan had become the beacon for the world to follow so if it fell then whatever Lucius had planned would be able to come to fruition as part of the domino effect of Japan's demise.

Regardless of what his goals were, Shigaraki did know that about 14 or 15 years ago Lucius had been the mastermind behind a coup d'état in his homeland that overthrew the ruling family there and cost the king his life. However, given its isolated nature of the nation few knew about it and Lucius himself did not take the throne or even run the country according to All for One.

Instead, Lucius left it to his three younger siblings to run it as they saw fit while he continued working on his plans. The four of them were uniquely powerful though and according to All for One together made up what it was to be human with their Quirks as one could change his body at will, another could alter, grow, and control his bones, and the youngest and only female sibling had full command of her blood. Lucius though, his Quirk was apparently called Soul and he could directly affect the souls of anyone so long as he had physical contact with them. Thus, together they were soul, body, bone, and blood.

Lucius's Soul Quirk was a power that even All for One hadn't wanted to mess with or take despite how strong it was. In fact, according to All for One, it was a power that he could only steal if Lucius was unconscious as all Lucius needed to make Soul work was skin to skin contact, which would happen when All for One used All for One. This was what really ensured his position as a Demon Lord in All for One's eyes.

It was as Shigaraki was thinking this that one of Kurogiri's warp gates opened and the first person Shigaraki had been expecting appeared walking out of it, the person who'd traveled the farthest to get here. That was because the tall, pale, man with slicked back black hair, goatee, and odd black tattoo that was a straight line across his forehead with 5 lines bisecting it equidistant from each other was none other than Dante Zogratis, the older of the two younger brothers to Lucius and the leader of the Dark Triad he formed with his younger siblings that ran the kingdom to the north for their oldest sibling.

To show that position, Dante actually wore a tall golden crown with many long points and red gems in the base on his head while over his shoulders he wore a long black cloak with a thick white collar though the brown tunic, dark pants, and boots he wore under it were clear to see. Shigaraki was actually surprised that the leader of the Dark Triad had been sent to represent them at this meeting, he'd expected one of the others, not Dante himself.

As with the kingdom he ran and the goals of his older brother, Shigaraki knew little of the Dark Triad at all or their goals. They were part of the Alliance due to Lucius being a Demon Lord and their forces and support were available if need be but with the distance involved they weren't used in the USJ attack. That and they were technically a national military so they couldn't be used for such a direct attack. Still, it showed All for One's reach and power that through his associate he could command an entire nation's army if need be and that would certainly come in handy one day, Shigaraki was sure of it.

Besides, one of the other groups in the Alliance were technically under the command of Lucius Zogratis, through some mysterious middleman known only as Zagred who was some semi-independent actor associated with Lucius, but that group wasn't aware of who their true master was. That was because they'd had been so thoroughly manipulated that their leader, who was likely the next one to arrive, didn't even realize that he was nothing more than a puppet to the Demon Lord Triumvirate as a whole and thus a useful idiot in the Alliance.

That leader was called Patry and he was the leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun, which for a lack of a better word was a cult of sorts. The cult, Shigaraki felt that that was the best way to view them at the moment, itself was being manipulated by Patry and his three direct underlings for their own personal ends. That manipulation being that the members of Patry's group believed that they were the successor to some long dead nature cult of sorts that existed a little over 200 years ago and was made up of strong Quirk users in the early decades after the Advent back before even the term Meta Ability was used to describe it.

Patry himself, and his three direct underlings who were his core, were actually descendants of original cult members but that original cult had been a peaceful one that lived away from society because of the persecution of those with Quirks in the early days after the Advent. However, thanks to the now centuries of manipulations by this Zagred person, Patry believed that it was his solum duty to get, as he called it, divine retribution on those who slaughtered almost all of his ancestors simply because they had Quirks.

Those slaughters, who Patry believed did it purely because his ancestors were some of the first group of Quirk users and would thus gain more power over time and therefore had to be exterminated, were wealthy and powerful men and women who would form the three Great Houses of Kira, Silva, and Vermillion as well as the branch that would eventually become the Quirk Knights. As such, Patry's goal was the complete destruction of that branch which was why he was useful to the Alliance as no one else in their group was directly targeting the Quirk Knights.

However, in reality nothing more than a pawn for the Demon Lord Triumvirate via Zagred. Shigaraki knew very little about this strange Zagred, how he'd been around for so long, or what his connection to Lucius Zogratis was as it was some complicated scheme that only Lucius and All for One understood, but in the end Shigaraki didn't really care. Patry was a useful idiot to them as he was who they'd use to deal a crippling blow to the Quirk Knights and in particular take care of the Wizard King, a man who's power was said to rival All Might's, as Patry was believed to have the strength to kill Julius Novachrono.

Speaking of the devil, as Dante sat down at a seat at the far end of the bar and looked at the alcohol on display, a second portal opened in the hideout. Out of the portal walked a man in white robe with a black line down the center and a ring atop the collar though the hood of it was pulled down to reveal his face and the man had a striking look to him but then again that was, according to Patry, a sign of his noble heritage to this old, long defunct, cult he was seeking to avenge.

Patry had a pale, angular, and handsome face that had a pair of red crescent tattoos on the outsides of his golden eyes and two red dots above the ends of his eyebrows at the closest point. His long, white, blonde hair was pulled back and tied in several white braids down his back and on the top of his head was a golden clasp thing with a thick + design below it that rested on his forehead. Shigaraki was just glad that the man wore a simplified version of the stupidly elaborate robe he often wore as part of the strange archaic cult thing that Patry pretty much worshipped at this point.

Calmly, Patry just took a seat on one of the crates on the far wall and rested his hands in his lap. As he did Shigaraki had to remind himself that he wasn't supposed to know that Patry was his real now as to everyone but his fellow descendants Patry went by the name Licht. This was all part of Patry's manipulation into believing that he was the one to achieve divine retribution for that centuries old slaughter as that was the name of the man who'd founded the original cult and thus Patry believed it was that he was doing his founder proud by avenging him as it was what Licht would have wanted.

It wasn't as everything was run by this Zagred character and Lucius but the whole extent of the scheme and complicated details of how this manipulation worked was well beyond Shigaraki and frankly he didn't care for it. The whole thing was some overly complex plan that had convinced Patry that he was the successor to Licht's legacy and that that legacy was to wipe out the Quirk Knights and kill the Wizard King in retaliation for the murder of Licht and his peaceful followers who Patry believed had been betrayed by the man who'd become known as the First Wizard King and all but wiped out.

Apparently one of the members, Licht's wife, was saved along with her unborn daughter and a few other members of this cult from what Shigaraki could gather, and they resumed normal lives while telling the tale of their suffering to their children and grandchildren that led to it being passed down through the generations. Over the years that led to anger and hatred against the Wizard King and subsequent Quirk Knights that was fostered by Zagred or Lucius or some other actor, Shigaraki didn't know the fine details, so that one day one of the descendants could enact revenge for the slaughter of their ancestors.

Apparently, Patry believed that he was the one who would do so and he'd managed to convince three other descendants to join him as his key subordinates in creating the Eye of the Midnight Sun. Then, between the four of them they amassed an army of people who'd been cast aside by society and wanted to destroy it to serve them in their goal of revenge against society. It was an army Patry had manipulated well into aiding in his ends though apparently he only truly cared for his 3 fellow descendants.

That was of course the vague overview that Shigaraki got, he was unaware of the exact nature of this group, the depth of the manipulation that had led to this, pretty much anything about this Zagred character, or how Lucius was the mastermind behind pushing them forward with Patry as the puppet at the head of it. Hell, Shigaraki didn't even know that Patry cared for one more person, the only non-descendant he cared for, who was like a brother to Patry and one of two people Patry had who were high ranking Quirk Knights though the other was just a corrupt man Patry had bought because of his position.

Really, all Shigaraki cared about when it came to Patry was that the man would aid in the Alliance, which Patry would as it gave him access to the kinds of men and women he wanted to join his group to help destroy the Quirk Knights, and the fact that Quirk Knights were still heroes so destroying them played into Shigaraki's goals. After all, why waste his own time and manpower on that branch when this puppet man was perfect for it as that time could better served working towards Shigaraki's main goal of killing All Might.

It had been through the Alliance that Shigaraki had managed to get Patry to provide a total of 8 highly trained men to aid in the USJ attack. Unfortunately, one moron actually wore the robe of a member with their symbol on it and not the predetermined blue outfits so that was now known, but the group's name, the Eye of the Midnight Sun, which sounded as archaic to Shigaraki as their stupid robes were, was not known.

That was thanks to the leader of the unit, a man called Heath Grice, killing himself and two others while a fourth with some water body Quirk got away. That man, who was the only other person besides Shigaraki, Kurogiri, and Torchwick to escape, made sure the others were killed via suicide items implanted in their bodies before he reported everything to Patry the next day which was when Shigaraki had learned that the man had escaped as well.

It all worked as it showed this group to be some weird extremist group that should be taken seriously and would throw heat away from the League for the moment which was just what Shigaraki needed. This guy was the perfect fall man, a totally convinced puppet who had no idea what who was pulling his strings and what was best was that some of the most ready, elite, fighters were under his command so should Shigaraki plan another attack he'd be able to access them via this man. To top it all off, one of those strong fighters was a rare spatial portal villain like Kurogiri so they had a backup on that front.

Of course, for safety purposes Kurogiri had collected Patry for this meeting but still that was a damned useful thing to have. Apparently Patry had some big terrorist plan in the works to let the nation know that he was here, accelerated no doubt by the USJ so Shigaraki was going to use that for his own goals if he could get into it somehow. It would ensure that the Eye of the Midnight Sun got plenty of attention thus allowing him to build the League easier as the authorities would be focused on Patry's group not his.

"Hey, you're the guy who ran the League of Villains that attacked that U.A. facility the other day." Dante called out breaking the silence as Patry simply pulled out a book from his robe and began to read. "Right? The news even made it to my country so I enjoyed hearing about it."

"Yeah, that was me and we got aid from others in the Alliance." Shigaraki said turning to Dante, who's deep voice annoyingly sounded a lot like the number two hero Endeavor's which really pissed off Shigaraki because when All Might fell the next would be Endeavor. "As you can see we failed hence this meeting between all the group leaders in our Alliance."

"I can tell but that was some fine evil there, just what humanity is all about as the only true thing about humans is that we are inherently evil." Dante said with a chuckle. "I was hoping to meet you, I've heard a fair bit about you in the aftermath of what you did, Tomura Shigaraki, and I can feel the malice pouring off you, it's wonderful. Thank you for showing me this new form of malice to enjoy."

"Er, ok, that's weird." Shigaraki said unsure what to say to this as no one had mentioned that each of Lucius's siblings had some extreme oddity to them, this was the first time Shigaraki was actually meeting any of the other ranking members other than Torchwick face to face for the first time, and in Dante's case it was his believe that humans were inherently evil and he fully embraced that. "But, um, thanks I guess."

"Such a crass thing to say." Patry said not looking up from his book. "Humans are not evil by nature, only some, those who are weak, are. They fear the strong and discriminate against them because they are envious of our strength, that is what humans do and I intend to end that."

"Whatever floats your boat dude." Dante said. "So long as it's evil I don't care who does it, I'll just relish in it."

"We are correcting evil." Patry said as Shigaraki sighed, clearly these two wouldn't get along but that wasn't really a bad thing as of all Alliance members, the Dark Triad were the least important at the moment and the more they didn't get along with Patry the deeper Lucius's overall manipulation of Patry likely got. "By enacting out righteous, divine, justice on those who are truly evil and not those who society says are evil. All the Quirk Knights will pay for the crimes of their predecessors, all but one at least for only one is good as he alone knows the evil in that stratum of society, and to get justice it must be absolute. We will kill them all, mark my words."

"Damn, sounds evil to me and I can feel that malice you've got towards the Quirk Knights, you've got potential." Dante said with a grin. "Say, Shigaraki, can I grab a drink? I'm thirsty here and while I no longer enjoy things that aren't evil I still drink when I can."

"Sure, Kurogiri would offer one but he's off picking up our next guest and she's a little hard to find." Shigaraki said. "So help yourself."

"Great, I hate using my Quirk as it's so ugly but it's the only way right now." Dante said as he reached up his hand. "Let's see, what do I want…"

Shigaraki watched, Patry was reading his book and clearly uninterested in this, as the flesh on Dante's right hand seemed to bubble before it grew and stretched out to reach a bottle of fine whisky that was on the top shelf and pulled it down as his body returned to normal. Well, that part did as he used his left hand to get a glass and some ice in a similar fashion before pouring himself a drink with it.

Dante Zogratis, Quirk: Body. Dante can manipulate his body tissue as he sees fit, even growing it beyond his normal appearance. This allows him to heal any damage may suffer, alter his physique, and even prevent ageing at will. He seems to be able to combine it with his siblings' Quirks as well for other results though the extent of this sibling ability is unknown and a closely guarded secret amongst the four of them. All for One at least speculates that because of all this the Zogratis siblings are a lot older than their official records indicate and thus may be older than Salem and himself.

As Dante was pouring himself a drink Shigaraki got distracted by a warp gate once again appearing, this time by the juke box in the bar, and out of it walked a lithe, dangerous looking woman who was clearly a heteromorph. That was because one look and it was clear that she had the appearance of a bipedal Bengal tiger with ears sticking out of the top of her short black hair.

However, when she stepped into the light as the warp gate closed it became apparent that her heteromorph trait was just her ears as her dark skin, where visible, was actually covered in tattoos from her arms to her shoulders that resembled a tiger's stripes. That was just the skin that was on display though, Shigaraki didn't doubt that someone like her would limit such markings to only her arms.

Regardless, the tattoos alone were a striking feature as even in the modern society tattoos were not well accepted in Japan, yet all three who'd shown up had visible tattoos on their bodies. Add in that one of the two still to arrive actually had tattoo on her back according Torchwick, the only one of them without any as far as Shigaraki knew, so almost all of the ranking members of the Alliance were inked.

Shigaraki's presumption that the tiger pattern tattoos extended all over the woman's body was correct because if she turned her exposed back would confirm it. Her back was exposed because as she wore a black dress with a halter top style, cut out for her upper chest but with no cleavage, and a full length dress part with white stripe in the middle but cut to allow easy mobility.

The woman accentuated her loot with a strange red shall thing around her neck and attached to her arms, a black sleeve on her right arm from her wrist to bicep, and a red sash around her waist. She had what looked like a red gem in her foreheat and several golden earing in her Bengal tiger ears that matched the fierce look in her golden, predatory eyes.

As soon as the warp gate behind her closed the woman leant on the juke box, her arms folded across her chest as her eyes expertly took in the room. Even though Shigaraki hadn't met her before he knew at once that she was Sienna Khan, the current leader of the White Fang. They were officially designated terrorist group making even membership a crime so they were all villains but they called themselves a heteromorph rights group that was forced to engage in violence to end discrimination against heteromorphs.

Shigaraki knew that the picture was a lot grayer than what it was publicly made out to be as heteromorphs weren't discriminated like they used to be back when they first began to emerge in the wake of the Advent and the evolution of Quirks over the generations. That was because, for the most part, the cities accepted them and the prefecture of Menagerie had been set up as a haven for heteromorphs from more rural areas where discrimination was still a thing after successful political maneuvering by Ghira Belladonna, the former leader of the White Fang and a skilled politician.

He'd formed the White Fang Party to advocate for heteromorph rights in a peaceful manner which had worked as they'd been able to end discrimination be it in the cities, the countryside, the government, and other institutions as well as to set up a prefecture where any heteromorph who was facing discrimination could live if he or she so chose to. They had even managed to secure a good number of seats in the National Diet as well, until Sienna rose to the top.

No one in Japan would say that discrimination and hatred of heteromorphs was over, it was still alive and well, especially in the rural countryside where organizations like the Creature Rejection Clan still existed. It was a hatred that All for One really tapped into for a ready source of strong villains willing to bring down the system that was discriminating against them, entirely for All for One's own gains of course.

In fact, All for One had been one of the shadowy forces behind the radicalization of the White Fang that had led to Sienna's rise to power within the party and the ouster of Ghira after he became the governor of Menagerie following it becoming a prefecture as Ghira had been striving for. Sienna had replaced him as the leader after that because she felt that he was not doing enough to end all discrimination now that he had established the Menagerie Prefecture and was content with his victories as they were.

Ghira Belladonna was not content and wanted to continue his fight but he'd apparently taken the movement as far as it could without resorting to violence to convince the stubborn countryside and backwaters folks that their bigoted views towards heteromorphs were wrong. Sienna had been the one to step into that roll as she did advocate for violence when it got their point across as violence earned them respect they didn't have before but unfortunately it also got them something else, criminal status.

Of all those present, even Patry who would admit that he engaged in villainous acts but they for the true good as he saw it, Sienna was the only one in the Alliance who refused to call herself a villain and hated the title of the group as to her the real villains in society were those who still discriminated against and abused heteromorphs. Regardless of her personal views, however, the actions of the White Fang, some of which All for One had secretly orchestrated, had gotten them stripped of formal political party status and branded a terror group so Sienna was now a wanted villain.

All that had really done was harden Sienna's conviction that she was in the right because to her it was proof that it was anti-heteromorph actors who were doing this so she rallied the White Fang into a more radical group that was now branded as freedom fighters for heteromorph rights. It was through this that an agent of Salem, All for One's machinations in turning the White Fang into a terror group had to remain a secret, and a heteromorph himself, that Sienna had been brought into the fold and pledged her support to the cause.

Still, she'd taken the longest to convince but she finally accepted it as the other groups were all fine with heteromorphs and as she believed that the end goal was a new society she could get behind that as she could become a leader in that new society. Thus, she could ensure that heteromorph rights were protected, equality was enforced, and those who discriminated against heteromorphs were actually punished properly.

Still, she refused to accept her status as a villain and stuck with the title freedom fighter instead. It was actually why she'd not pledged any of her forces to the USJ attack as she saw that institution as being fare to heteromorphs, especially because she deeply respected Principal Nezu for his stance and support of people like her given his own horrific background. She was also the only member of the Alliance who's Quirk was unknown to them and she kept it that way, especially because she was on par with a Huntress in terms of Quirkless combat skills.

"Is everyone here?" Sienna asked in a bored tone when she was done surveying the room. "I have to get back as soon as possible so I'd like this to be swift. One of my subordinates is causing me a few headaches for me so I need to make sure he's not going too far."

"My, you're a feisty and exotic woman who can clearly handle herself." Dante said approvingly as he looked over at Sienna and smirked at her. "How about you come back with me and be one of my women."

"Can it creep." Sienna said, the leaders of the groups in the Alliance were aware of each other though this was their first proper meeting and only Shigaraki was aware of Patry being a puppet, as far as he knew at least. "I ain't interested in you."

"Nice, I like a fighter." Dante said still smirking. "Always brings out some malice for me to relish in."

"Almost." Shigaraki said interrupting the exchange as a portal opened at the far end of the bar by the TV and two figures walked out. "In fact, these are the last two so we can begin now as soon as they are present."

Those two were Roman Torchwick, who represented the criminal underground networks of Japan in the Alliance, and woman in her late teens or early 20s with long black hair swept to one side so that it fell to her left shoulder wearing a simple red, strapless dress that came to her wrists and just past where ass, high heels, and a stylistic golden design up the arms. She completed the look with a black choker around her neck and though it couldn't be seen there was a tattoo on her exposed back.

As soon as the warp gate closed, she and Torchwick took seats at the end of the bar and he lit up a cigar as Kurogiri appeared behind the bar from a final warp gate to pout Torchwick a drink. The woman just shook her head when he offered her one. She was all business it seemed and that was the case because the woman in question was, as far as Shigaraki knew, called Cinder Fall though it was believed by All for One to be some kind of alias of hers.

All Shigaraki really knew about Cinder was that she had a destructive touch based Quirk like his that was called Scorching Caress and that she was one of the inner circle who directly served Salem, acting as one of the trusted intermediaries between Salem and those she manipulated, blackmailed, threatened, exploited, or in Roman's case just paid to help her achieve her goals. Cinder had two assistants devoted to her, and Roman one, but they weren't needed at this meeting so hadn't accompanied the pair and Cinder was here purely as Salem's personal representative as she didn't run any of the groups in the Alliance.

From what Shigaraki had heard Cinder was quite the villain having killed an active Huntsman before she was even a teenager, along with slaughtering some rich family that exploited her apparently, and went on the run. However, the authorities had no updated information on their prime suspect, the lowborn orphan girl who was exploited by the rich family that had then disappeared right after their murder. That was because sometime after that, not even All for One knew when, she'd been found and taken in by Salem so the authorities had no idea who they were looking for now.

Thanks to what happened the day Cinder snapped and committed a quadruple homicide she had born a hatred for Huntsmen and Huntresses, as well as the world in general, that Salem had nurtured as part of her grown. Recently she'd upped her credentials by being part of the brutal murder a few months back of one of the rising Huntresses out there who was known as the Autumn Maiden, which was a title only given when the former holder died and was done to acknowledge the woman as one of the four top Huntresses so it was an earned title.

It also meant that the Huntress was highly skilled, many considered the four Maidens to be on par with a top 10 normal branch hero or a Quirk Knight Captain, and if still actively a Huntress hard to kill. There was some oddities with the title as it was a lifelong title so when a Maiden retired, as was the case with the current Winter Maiden, she retained it until she died but it still showed that in her heyday she'd been a talented Huntress. There was already a candidate to be given the title of Winter Maiden when the current one passed and even Shigaraki knew of the exploits of that Huntress.

The Autumn Maiden, however, had been in her 20s and had earned the title a few years back so she was in the fullness of her status and as such her murder had been a shock. In fact, it was only the second time in the last two decades that one of the four Maidens had had something happen to her and the first of confirmed murder of one in that time span.

The other incident was more confusing as no body had been found but the woman who last held the title Spring Maiden had vanished some 10 years ago after crossing paths with a Huntress turned villain and had never been seen again. She was presumed by most to either be dead or a captive but as that villain was still at large nothing had been confirmed and as such the Spring Maiden title remained open until either it was discovered what had happened to her or enough time had passed to declare her dead and award the title once again.

By contrast there was no doubt that the Autumn Maiden had been murdered, her body had been left on some backwoods road like garbage, and in the middle of a scorched battlefield showing she'd died after putting up one hell of a fight, for it to be found a few hours afterwards by the locals who she'd just helped. Thankfully, it wasn't found by them but by Glynda Goodwitch, the deputy head of the Beacon Huntsman Agency, who was able to move the body and avoid a mass outcry at the murder of a high profile Huntress.

It was a high profile killing but thanks to Goodwitch it was not public knowledge at the moment as the Huntsman branch didn't want to cause a panic by announcing such a murder had happened and wanted to discover who had killed her but they had no leads on a suspect at the moment. Shigaraki, however, had it from good authority that Cinder was the one who'd murdered the Autumn Maiden, with the aid of her two close followers though she'd been the one to deal the killing blow, which showed she was more than capable.

"Right, we're all here." Shigaraki said as he looked around to make sure that the various ranking members of the Alliance were present along with Cinder who was more ambiguous to the whole thing but with him and Dante as close to two members of the Demon Lord Triumvirate, Salem did need her own representative present as well. "So, let's get this started."

"Yes, care to elaborate why we are here?" Sienna said cooly. "I was told by Kurogiri last week that in the wake of that stupid attack you lot tried to pull off at the USJ that it was time for the leaders of the Alliance to meet in person but not why we had to do that. Let's start there."

"An excellent place to begin as the failed attack on the USJ is the first thing we will discuss." Kurogiri said from behind the bar. "As we need to learn from our mistakes there and move on. After that the main goal of this meeting is to coordinate our future plans as I know both the White Fang and the Eye of the Midnight Sun are planning things in the coming weeks, after the U.A. Sports Festival that is. This way we can make sure that we're all on the same page there and can use what is going on to build our forces up, as well as address the recent rise of a lone wolf villain who may or may not be of use to us."

"Ah yes, the illusive Stain, the so called Hero Killer." Dante said. "I must say that man certainly has some evil to him. Honestly, though, I'm just here to bask in the evil around me and because I'm bored back home so this is a good distraction. Vanica can find joy in her pets and Zenon is, well, always reserved so I am quite bored in the palace these days. The evil in this room, it's delectable."

"You are one strange man." Sienna said. "And you run that isolated country that used to be Siberia?"

"Yup, even got some cats like you kitty, both human and animal though the latter are white not burnt sienna like you are." Dante said with a grin that caused Sienna to hiss angrily at him. "Mhm, yes I can feel your malice, it's quite enticing I must say and really adds to your charms so if it wasn't for your status in this Alliance I'd definitely make you my woman. That said, we never discriminated against heteromorphs like yourself so the ones in my homeland aren't malicious but here, oh boy are there some good examples of evil both from the discrimination against them and those discriminated against."

"If I wasn't aware of what you could do and who you are I'd rip you to pieces with my bare hands." Sienna snarled. "Thank god you're only part of this because, wait, why are you part of this Alliance? Now that I think about it you being here makes no sense to me."

"I have my reasons." Dante said. "Malicious ones of course but I have them and that's all you need to know kitten."

"Having the aid of a country for when the time comes to destroy this one is invaluable." Kurogiri said to help explain it away and then diffuse the tension building. "But you are right, Khan, he is the least relevant person here so Dante just drink your alcohol and enjoy the evil in the room."

"Yeah, I can do that." Dante said with a smirk as he tipped his drink to Cinder. "And another pretty evil woman to look at ain't half bad either. Fancy being my woman as well?"

"Not interested." Cinder said dismissively. "I'm only here as I am the go between for my boss and Roman who is of use to this Alliance."

"After the USJ not so much I feel as Junior is really upset that his useless goons failed and got captured." Torchwick said. "Though being there and being one of only four to escape has upped my cred with other criminals which will help. That and Junior really isn't worth it anymore, not after his bar got blown up by a couple of Huntresses on patrol the other day though he refused to share the reason why it happened."

"That is good to hear, about the cred not Junior but he was a mid-tier thug at best so no real loss on that front." Kurogiri said. "And on the note of the USJ, while we failed to kill All Might we learned a lot in that failure, mainly that he is weaker than he once was, and we can use that. Add in that we launched the first semi-successful attack on a U.A. facility and, well, we've got the attention of the public and they're starting to fear us because we could pull that off."

"You are?" Cinder asked. "That's news to me."

"It's because we've began to crack the façade of this false hero society and soon it will break." Kurogiri said. "The Hero Killer is aiding us there in his own way so I will personally deal with him and between me and Tomura here we will try to get him on board with us as we are in the best position due to a need to rebuild after the losses we suffered unlike your respective groups. He's got potential as no one has killed heroes like he has so with him as part of this Alliance we can really damage the current society."

"I can understand that but how will it benefit my goals?" Patry asked. "We are after the Quirk Knights and soon we will strike a blow at them when they hold their upcoming award ceremony in Hosu City. Everything is ready for our attack, this has been in the works for quite some time, and thanks to my ally in the Quirk Knights I'll be able to make my first big move against them, the assassination of one of their Captains."

"Hosu you say?" Kurogiri asked. "Isn't that where the Hero Killer is now?"

"A fortuitous coincidence then." Patry said with a smile. "He's getting up there now and works at night so most heroes are focused on that time of day but we will strike during a reception in the afternoon and cause chaos in Hosu that will only add to everything. It would appear that fate has smiled kindly upon me and my goals as the universe corrects the imbalances of the past."

"It would." Kurogiri said as what his Master had said to him came to mind and he realized that things could be really useful, he just needed to relay this to his Master for a proper plan to come together. "Do let me know when the attack is set to happen. I know that you have a spatial villain in your group but the League of Villains is more than willing to lend aid if there is chaos to be had."

"Yes, I do not wish to abandon any of my people there." Patry said. "I will be using a few to bolster our attack and strike back at this corrupt society that allowed for the atrocity of the past to be covered up so any aid there will be beneficial. I'll let you know when I know the date and time of that ceremony."

"Of course, thank you." Kurogiri said knowing that the Master would have a good idea what to do with that intel as Shigaraki just itched his neck, he was supposed to be a leader but really he was still an immature child at this point that Kurogiri was the main one talking for the League while Shigaraki continued to lick his wounds from his failure at the USJ. "And Sienna, what are the White Fang's plans? I hear you and Roman have begun to work together on something so perhaps we can lend aid there as well."

"It's not so much a plan right now, more one of my subcommanders has found a place to establish a new base for the region." Sienna said. "Though now I'm a little nervous as it's actually connected to Hosu by an underground tunnel though that tunnel is sealed up from what I've heard."

"That's why we need it." Torchwick said. "It's perfect for various smuggling networks be it Dust, drugs, support items, or even helping villains escape who don't have a warp gate to use, for a hefty price of course. The whole place is a network that is long forgotten and with aid from Cinder's benefactor we can make sure the issues there aren't actually issues for us. Hell, if you want to cause some havoc you can even use them and that would probably clear out that problem for us."

"I would rather not go down that route, at least not just yet." Sienna said. "Violence as a means to an end or to prove a point against some bigoted asshole like Jacques Schnee is one thing but actual havoc like that is not what I want the White Fang to be about."

"Care to elaborate." Shigaraki said getting frustrated at this as he had no clue what they were talking about. "What are you going on about?"

"The old network of tunnels that span the area between Hosu and Vale, the long abandoned Mountain Glenn network." Torchwick said with a smirk. "It's been abandoned for years since the disaster that struck it but it's perfectly accessible via a location to the north of Vale and hidden in the mountains."

"I still don't get it." Shigaraki said.

"Basically, back in the days before All Might things in this nation were lawless." Sienna explained. "And Huntsmen and Huntresses weren't at the force that they are now, so Grimm ran wild in the countryside as the Quirk Knights weren't as well equipped to deal with them as Huntsmen and Huntresses were."

"Ah back when there was plenty of evil in this country." Dante said as he sipped his drink. "When humanity was more nature, sounds like a grand old time."

"Back then pretty much only strong towns could survive." Sienna continued ignoring Dante entirely. "And of course it was back when towns were very discriminatory to heteromorphs but that's not the point. The point is that outside of the cities it was so dangerous that travel was getting expensive on the trains as there could still be villain or Grimm attacks so to rectify it various groups in Vale and Hosu built and underground network called Mountain Glenn to connect the two places together via a subterranean subway. They had the money, resources, and a Quirk to make it work and managed to connect the cities and a whole infrastructure arouse underground because of it."

"Ok but how is this relevant?" Shigaraki asked.

"Because when they expanded to begin to include other cities and towns in the surrounding area that were willing to front the costs to build it so that they too could access cheap and safe transport they hit a whole nest of subterranean Grimm." Cinder said in a bored tone. "See, Grimm don't just live on the surface, the skies, and the seas, there are also a lot of them that reside underground. The cities are safe but the countryside, those have become infested with subterranean Grimm in areas that where left unchecked and during the expansion of the Mountain Glenn network they breached a nest. It was a slaughter, hundreds died, and Grimm threatened to spill out into Vale and Hosu so they sealed it off as a permanent tomb."

"Though not quite so permanent as a while back I happened upon some people who found a way in under some forgotten village that was decimated by Grimm who knows when." Torchwick said. "So, I got in contact with the local White Fang in the area as they were the best force a scoundrel like me could find that had the skills and competence I needed and we went in, made sure it was safe by clearing out any Grimm that were still around, and began to go into business. In exchange for their protection and some money I'd get them the needed Dust for their weapons and use the connections between the places to send operatives to achieve their goals."

"I did approve of that but now with Roman's contact to Cinder and her benefactor we can set up a permanent base there." Sienna said. "At least regionally as the authorities wouldn't look at the scene of such a tragedy so it would be a great place to build our strength in the area. I am concerned for the Grimm though but Roman assures me that you can contain them Cinder. I would like to know how?"

"My benefactor has ways of controlling Grimm and even bending them to her will." Cinder said as if it was nothing. "It was with that aid that I took out the Autumn Maiden despite her considerable skills and a weather affecting Quirk that helped her ascend to her lofty status that I enjoyed ripping her down from. Rest assured with me there you don't have to worry. Hell, you don't even have to be present just send the regional commander."

"That regional commander is Adam Taurus and I need to summon him back for a meeting as he's starting to go to the extremes like he did a few years back so I need to make sure he's not devolving again." Sienna said. "Thankfully, I reigned him in the last time, but the man has suffered horribly for being a heteromorph and his wounds are deep. He's talented and has potential but he cannot give into spite hence the need to bring him back."

"Perfectly understandable." Cinder said. "A controlled canon is much better than a lose one, especially if you want a base there."

"I know and as such I'll dispatch someone from my own retinue to run things." Sienna said. "He's a strong man who can fight well and follow orders so I know that he won't mess up. If you can keep the Grimm at bay then I will give the order to begin setting up our regional base there. Roman, we will discuss our personal alliance later as your network is the useful to the White Fang."

"So long as I can make a profit that is good with me." Roman said.

"Very well, it sounds like things are in order and we have a direction after the USJ failure." Kurogiri said as things were looking good for his report to the Master later. "We will use what comes next as a lightning rod as it shows that the heroes have weakened. When the Eye of the Midnight Sun attacks Hosu and kills a Quirk Knight Captain, someone on par with a top 10 billboard hero in the normal ranks, we will strike a massive blow and all of us will benefit from it. The League will get new, skilled, recruits, the Eye of the Midnight Sun will show their threat level and the White Fang can gain their own support from it I am sure."

"I know how to spin something to my advantage." Sienna said. "And I'll do it with this if I can."

"And I get to just bask in all this malice that you lot are bringing to Japan." Dante said with a smirk as he finished his drink. "This was fun but as it seems you're all done, I must return home. Thank you for alleviating some of my boredom, been a while since I managed that."

"Very well, if you would all go through the gates." Kurogiri said as he formed the gates next to each of the people. "I'll send you to at least a place you can get picked up by your own organizations that you have no doubt arranged already."

"Yes, Valtos is waiting for me, he's a loyal follower for sure." Patry said as he stepped through.

"Roman, contact me the normal way." Sienna said as she left through the portal that would take her back to the White Fang's main base of operations. "I look forward to what you can offer me."

"Let's go, we've got to report in." Cinder said leading Torchwick, who didn't seem thrilled about that part, through the gate.

"As always, a pleasure to enjoy evil." Dante said as he too left to some random coordinates he'd given Kurogiri where he said a spatial Quirk user from his homeland would get him and take him back to the palace there.

With them all gone that just left Kurogiri and Shigaraki but Kurogiri could tell that his charge was deep in thought so he left him to it and decided to go and speak with All for One and the doctor about the meeting and see what his suggestions were for Hosu. This just left Shigaraki deep in thought as he tried to decide his next move following his failure, his burning hatred for All Might keeping him warm as he swore once again that he'd kill the Symbol of Peace no matter what, even if it meant working with the people he'd just met with.

Well there you have it, a special chapter that gave the first true look at the antagonists of this story and how, at least at the start, things stack up between the groups and players involved, what their plans are, and how they initially interact with each other while also introducing several characters and concepts. Of course anything can happen, these are villainous alliances after all, and a lot more for all of them will be revealed in time as the story progresses and out various heroes deal with the trials and tribulations to come with the next one already on the horizon. First though they have something better and more relaxing to look forward to as the preparations for the U.A. Sports Festival are about to begin. That is all that I have for this chapter, however, so I will leave it off here. If you like this story please follow, favorite (this story and me) to keep up with it and leave a review or PM, your support is what helps motivate me to keep up this work and any questions posed before the next chapter is uploaded I will try to answer. Until next time.
