Here is the thirty-ninth chapter in this story released in accordance with the release schedule. I just want to take this moment to mention that this chapter is coming out on the one year anniversary of the publication of this story so I want to thank all of you for your support that has kept me motivated and working hard on this and the other two stories in my Black Trio. Anyway, the Black Bulls are in Raquey now and they have a week until the full moon and the trip to the Underwater Temple. That means that Noelle has a week to learn to control her magic so that she can take them there but what about the others? Naturally Asta will be with Noelle and the others are there but they do have a bit of time and with the beach and moonlight, well it's a perfect time for romance for a certain couple. That is all that I have for the administrative stuff I have for y'all and there are no guest reviews that need a response, though I thank you for your support of my work, or questions to answer so I will end this here. Chapter 39: Moonlight

"Come on Tatsumi, I, er, want to show you something." Akame said her cheeks flushing a bit as she took her boyfriend's hand and began to lead him out of the accommodation that Yami had rented in Raquey for their stay in the resort town. "I found it earlier today but this time of day is perfect for it."

"Sure." Tatsumi said with a smile a little surprised by Akame's suggestion but more than willing to see what she'd found. "I was thinking of a moonlight stroll on the beach this week, I was just trying to find the right time for it."

"Keep that in mind." Akame said with a smile as they interlocked fingers and walked out of the building. "I think I'd like that but tonight is for what I found."

Tatsumi just nodded as he let Akame take the lead and they left the building and walked down the wooden steps and onto the walkway that led to the beach. The rental house that they were staying in was one of the nicer places that you could get in Raquey, which was saying something and a surprise to them but no doubt Yami was going to bill Julius for any expense incurred, as it was a wooden house on stilts in the calm waters of the cove that was connected to the beach by a wooden walkway of sorts. It made direct access to the beach a lot easier and kept then right where they needed to be.

As a result, most of them were still in their swimsuits because, well, it had been a beach day for them and they could even go out and swim straight from the house if they wanted to so why change out of them. All this made Akame's plan easier as Tatsumi was just wearing his trunks as they walked. Akame wasn't though, she was wearing a simple black shirt and matching shorts that could double as pajamas, though they wouldn't as Akame had brought her usual pink ones to sleep in, but there was a reason for why she was wearing what she was wearing.

Akame was also carrying two towels which gave Tatsumi the impression that they might be going for a midnight swim, possibly to hunt some fish that only came out at this time of day, which he was fine with as they reached the beach and began to walk on it as the sounds from the house still reached them. They didn't mind though; it was a bit of fun for most of them as they'd never been to the beach before and it was a good idea to be rested before a mission like this so they should maximize that which was why Akame was doing this now.

It also helped that everyone else was either asleep, enjoying the seafood dishes that Charmy had prepared for them, though this was mainly Charmy herself, vomiting from all the booze she'd drunk in Vanessa's case, arguing because Luck ate Magna's dessert, blowing smoke, or either creepily hugging a hand puppet because he didn't get any girls on the beach or watching his sister sleep in Finral and Gauche's cases respectively. Seriously, the last two were just odd and while it was expected from Gauche, Finral was taking his rejections that day really oddly.

Regardless this meant that no one questioned them heading out, especially because they weren't the first members of the Squad to head out that night. It also meant that they didn't hear it when Magna blew a hole in the bathroom wall while chasing Luck to reveal Yami on his throne which ended what the rest of the Squad was doing immediately.

That was a sight they could do without and thankfully wouldn't see as Akame and Tatsumi began to stroll along the beach towards the rocky outcrop on one side of the curved beach, the same one that Akame had swam towards earlier that day. It was on the other side of beach to where Noelle had gone to train her magic for her role in the mission, and Asta had gone to help her, so they'd be away from them but even as they walked on the beach they could hear a few faint notes of a song that slowly came to an end as if someone had been singing in the other outcrop.

That was actually true but the couple wouldn't learn about that for a bit. Still, it added a nice ambiance to the night played well with the gently lapping waves so when it ended Tatsumi was able to comfortably break the silence.

"Well we still get the moonlight stroll on the beach." Tatsumi said with a smile as he looked up at the near full moon that was bathing them as they walked along the deserted beach. "And it's just as I thought it would be, at least I think so because this is very nice."

"I'll admit, I don't know much about romance in the traditional sense of the word." Akame said as she looked at the moon. "And it took me a long time to realize what I felt for you and why I felt it was romantic love but there is a peace to this and I'm with you Tatsumi so that's all that matters."

"Same, we don't need all that fancy stuff that Finral tries as the general concept of romantic isn't really applicable to us." Tatsumi admitted. "I mean our usual monthly dates during our day off involve us beating people up without magic in the fighting pit in Kikka followed by going somewhere where you eat out the restaurant of their meat to the point that you get banned from the establishment. Most wouldn't call that romantic but to me that's perfect for us."

"Agreed, I love our dates because fighting with you by my side is something that can't be beat and the meat afterwards always tastes better because I earned it with you." Akame said with a blush. "I know most women wouldn't see a fighting pit date as a good place to take a girl but to me it's ideal."

"I'm sure there are a few oddballs out there who'd appreciate a man taking them to a fighting pit like you do but I don't know them." Tatsumi said unaware that one of their reborn friends, and one they didn't realize was reborn, was in fact being mentored by a woman who'd see a fighting pit date the same way that Akame saw it if not more so but then again they had yet to meet Mereoleona Vermillion. "However I don't care, it's what we do and I love it just like I love you Akame. It's just what we are."

"I love you too Tatsumi." Akame said flushing as her plan crept into her mind but she pushed it to the side for the moment, this was bold of her, bolder than anything she'd done before, and she needed to ease herself into it or else she might back out of it and she really didn't want to do that. "And this is nice as well. We were both forged by pain, violence, betrayal, blood, death, and war but we came out of it together. We should try to embrace something more traditional I guess."

"You more than me but I agree so when this is over how about we actually have a proper date like the ones people are supposed to have." Tatsumi said as they walked. "We can now have Finral portal us to Raquey, that's all though I'm not taking dating advice from him, and there are some more upscale restaurants here so we could get a table at a fancy place on the water and have a moonlit dinner."

"That sounds alien but at the same time nice." Akame admitted thinking of it. "I think I'd like that but make sure it's got the best seafood in town so that I can fully enjoy it before I get banned for eating all their seafood. It's not like we're not poor, we won so much in the fighting pit and other than what you send back to your village we don't really spend it except for on food."

"Akame, your food budget is second only to Charmy's." Tatsumi pointed out. "It's why you're both banned from several restaurants in Kikka and neither of you are allowed in the same place at the same time. That said, I've already begun to research the places while here so I'll find the best one and as we're not known here we can enjoy it without worrying about them getting annoyed at how much you'll eat."

"My aren't you thorough." Akame said with a smile. "I'll leave it to you then my love."

"I like to cover all bases when it comes to treating my woman right." Tatsumi said smiling back. "And then we can finish the date with another stroll like this."

"That does sound nice." Akame said as there was an unnatural crash of water from behind them that interrupted their chat and got them to turn towards it just as a plume of water shot up from the area behind the house and shifted their conversation to what was going on over there though there was really only one thing it could be. "Huh so that's where Noelle is. I was wondering where she'd gone off to."

"Yeah I noticed her sneak out for some solo training once the moon was up." Tatsumi said. "Hard not to what with the worry that's raging in her ki right now, which is understandable given all the pressure she's under. She went out to an area she could train in peace in without causing an issue."

"Huh, I missed that." Akame said though she'd been preparing for this and a bit preoccupied with her plan though she had noticed one thing just as she finished getting ready. "Though I did sense Asta leaving as well and he went to that area too."

"Makes sense." Tatsumi said. "He's the closest with Noelle seeing as they joined on the same day and are basically partners for missions at this point so it's only natural that he'd want to help her. Plus it's actually a good thing, he is the only one who can step in and sort things out if Noelle loses control like she did on her first day in the Black Bulls so he kinda has to be there."

"True he is the best to be there with her but it's going to be more than that for them." Akame said. "They can have their own little romantic moonlit date."

"I may not be the best at this stuff but even I've managed to piece it together by this point." Tatsumi said. "It's clear that Noelle likes him the way we like each other and that Asta is far too dense to notice it."

"Yeah it took reading my own ki and determine what was similar between us to understand what Noelle's was, well that and Mine's." Akame said as they walked. "Now I know what it's like to be in love I know what I'm looking for and when it comes to her feelings for Asta that's clear as day in Noelle's ki though there is also a strong denial there that is very similar to what is in Mine's. Well, there are similarities in several regards but Mine has at least, er, come to terms with…"

"I know, you don't need to say it." Tatsumi said knowing what Akame was meaning and for as strong as Akame was she was still a teen girl who was in love and those hormones were strong so when you coupled that with how new all of this was to Akame, well new in terms of it basically being a resumption of how she felt in their old lives, and there was bound to be some insecurities when it came to the kind of rival that Mine could have been. "You know that I love you and only you. I, I still remember having to turn her down as she confessed before she died in my arms after saving me. It was just another cruelty on top of everything that had happened that day and she died like that. At least she had no regrets about her feelings."

"That I understand better than most and can empathize with Mine there in some way." Akame said sadly thinking about what her friend must have gone through in her final moments though like with Bulat and Lubbock, Tatsumi had been the only one present when Mine died. "After all, you died as you fell into my arms and before I could confess myself so while not the same I get that pain. She's still a close friend and I don't want this to get between us but it's there and we all have to acknowledge it."

"I agree but she does have Chelsea to help her out." Tatsumi said. "They may have some odd dynamic to them but they're still friends and in the same Squad so they're there for each other. Plus the others will have their blocks broken soon, once the time is right."

"Yes, that I can't wait for." Akame said with a small smile. "Soon, I'm sure of it, but I trust the Wizard King's plan there. We'll all be back together, family again like before only with magic and not Imperial Arms."

"We will be but this time our family will be much larger because for use the Black Bulls are family as well." Tatsumi said as they reached the rocky outcrop and Akame took the lead to get them to where they needed to go. "We're like Asta in that regard, we don't have our own family so our friends are that. Be they Night Raid or the Black Bulls, they are family."

"Agreed and thanks to Asta this time around I'll do all I can to save Kurome so that my blood family is also back." Akame said recalling what Asta did and said to her to stay her hand when she almost slew Kurome again. "So no matter what, we have to be there for Noelle. Right now she needs Asta the most, he's her source of strength like you are mine Tatsumi, even if she doesn't realize it yet, and he'll be able to get her nearly there but I'm sure that we all will have to be there for her in the end to push her over the final hurdle. She's our friend, our family, and in a sense our Mine so we must be there for her when she needs us."

"We will be." Tatsumi agreed. "She's pretty much the little sister of the group, we all love and care for her in our own ways and once she realizes that and understands that her home is with us not House Silva she'll truly be great. Her potential is unreal, she just needs to maximize it."

"Noelle is a great example of how money can't bring happiness if those around you are abusive scumbags." Akame said. "We saw how bad her siblings were at the reception. Noelle may be a royal but that doesn't negate the trauma she suffered at their hands while growing up. Background doesn't mean shit if you're mistreated and the fact that she knows the truths of what some nobles will do simply because they are nobles will show her that she is better than them."

"We all have our own traumas that stay with us and shape who we are." Tatsumi said. "It's how we overcome them that tells who a person is. You're a great example Akame, you were made to be a weapon but you broke that chain and used what you were taught to bring a brighter tomorrow in a way few could truly manage."

"In a lot of ways it was you who helped show me that I was actually doing good and not just murdering those who deserved to be murdered." Akame said surprising Tatsumi a bit. "And not just me, the rest of Night Raid got better after you joined. I see the same in Asta as I saw in you back when you joined Night Raid. You two are special, you bring out the best in those around you with your personality and determination alone, you motivate us to improve, to be better, fight stronger, smarter, and win. It's uncanny in a way and I'm sure the Black Bulls will rise up a lot thanks to Asta."

"Asta will be that force, he's more like Wave than me I feel." Tatsumi said thinking on what Akame had said. "I don't hesitate to kill when needed, I don't sugarcoat what we have to do and will do what is necessary to ensure that those whose hands and souls are clean can keep them so. Asta still has that sense of forgiveness that I never really had."

"We are not from this world, our old one and our experiences there made us the way we are." Akame said as they began to clamber down rocks which caused Akame to reluctantly let go of Tatsumi's hand as they needed balance to reach where she was leading him. "We may have been better than those monsters in the end because we only killed those who deserved it but we know what we are in the end and don't shy away from it. That is why we have our place in this world as well. We can do what others can't, operate in the shadows in ways that ensure those in the light can keep bringing that light."

"Those people will need people like us in a way." Tatsumi said with a nod of agreement. "And this time there are proper people in place to make the necessary changes so we can focus on doing what we do best and help them out by acting in ways that they can't."

"It's just the different worlds." Akame said. "Here it is the likes of Asta, Noelle, Captain Yami, Julius and several others who will be that force while we aid, in our old lives there was no good in the government so we were the force of change. Don't forget that in the end it was you more than anyone else who brought an end to the Empire and ushered in the new era in our old world even if it cost you your life."

"I still regret failing there." Tatsumi admitted the sadness clear in his voice as he thought back to it. "I didn't keep my promise."

"I know but in the end I too fell and fate gave us this second chance for which I'm grateful." Akame said as the reached where Akame wanted to go. "And I know that we won't squander it, especially because we can finally be open about our feelings and honest with each other. Which is why I wanted to come here, to enjoy some time just us so, er, what do you think?"

Tatsumi had been looking at Akame so not paying attention to where they'd been going so he turned to look at where she brought them and his eyes went wide at the sight. Before him, inside a natural ring of rocks at the end of the outcrop and facing the sea was a small pool of water. Way too small to be a lagoon but perfect for a few people to use to relax as the rocks around it formed a natural barrier and kept it clear and private but with enough space to see over the rocks.

Even in the moonlight Tatsumi could see the sandy bottom of it and noted that there were small gaps in the rocks which allowed water in and out so it was sea water which no doubt kept it at its current depth. It was an amazing find and Tatsumi was at a loss for words for a moment.

"It's, just, wow." Tatsumi said finding his voice as he turned to a now bright red Akame who was acting adorably embarrassed at his reaction. "You found this place earlier?"

"Yeah when you suggested I swim out to the sides to hunt away from people I did as suggested and ended up here." Akame said with a small nod as she pointed out to the sea that was lightly crashing into the rocks on the other side. "It was a bit rough, especially with a harpoon, but thanks to my magic I was able to fly up here and scout things out and that's when I saw this pool thing. I thought, well, that it was nice place for a private night with you Tatsumi. I did say I don't know romance but this, this felt right."

"It is, it's hella romantic." Tatsumi said with a smile as he put his arm around Akame and pulled her close to him. "I love it. I wouldn't have thought of it."

"Good." Akame said with a smile as she lifted up on her toes as Tatsumi leant down so that she could kiss him on the lips for a long, lingering, moment before reluctantly pulling away glad that Tatsumi's hand was on her lower back at the moment. "That's what I thought as well so I decided that at night we could come here while the others were busy and have some privacy for a bit so that we can properly enjoy this place. I did have hunting to do so I just used the rocks as my base to work before coming back with my catches. It wasn't much but with what Noelle is learning, well it will be perfect for deep sea hunting."

"Of course you'd think of that." Tatsumi said with a grin as Akame dropped the towels she'd brought on the rocks. "You'll take full advantage of whatever Noelle learns to get us to the Underwater Temple.

"She does have to train with it so that she can improve even after the mission so that will be the perfect time for it and if it means that I can hunt delicacies that few get to feast upon then that's just an added bonus." Akame said before she steeled herself. "But that's later, right now this is a moment just for us so get in Tatsumi. I made sure not to get in earlier so that we could do this together. Just, er, d, don't look back at me."

"Huh, er ok." Tatsumi said a little confused but he trusted Akame and did as she suggested, sitting down and slipping into the water noting that it was nice and cool but not too cold despite the hour so you could stay in it for a good bit of time and the depth wasn't too bad as it only came to his abs. "Just let me know when you're ready."

Tatsumi was surprised that Akame didn't want him to watch her strip to her bikini, it wasn't like he hadn't done that before and really early on, but she didn't want him to look so he didn't. Instead he waded through the pool to the other side noting that the rocks were high enough to see over so he could watch the waves lap against them in the moonlight, the sound slow and peaceful giving a perfect romantic ambiance to what was going on while giving Akame the moment she needed and she needed a moment.

That was because Akame was actually embarrassed as she took her top of and looked down at what she was wearing as she took her shorts off as well and put them on the towels. Usually Akame wasn't like this but between what she was wearing and the fact that she was with the love of her life and about to be bolder than she'd ever been brought those emotions to the surface for her. However, she was ready for this, it was time for the next step to what she was comfortable with and she couldn't think of a better place for it or a better thing to wear to show Tatsumi how serious she was about taking the next step.

What Akame was wearing, was, well to quote Noelle 'nothing but strings' and she couldn't help but agree with her friend's assessment of the bikini that Vanessa had offered to lend Noelle as it was just black strings with two small triangles for the nipples and areolas up top and a small strip over her groin that covered her most private spot and another triangle at her lower back so the string was between her butt cheeks ensuring that her derriere was on full display. In that regard she had her ki senses on high alert so that no one saw her but Tatsumi and she still had to make sure that he didn't just yet.

First she adjusted the top slightly so that it was covering her nipples just to be safe and then she made sure that the bottoms were sorted out as well. When she'd gone to Vanessa to ask to borrow it after the bikini buying incident she'd had to clap a hand over Vanessa's mouth to make sure that the woman didn't let out too happy a sound and alert Noelle and Charmy as Vanessa understood why Akame wanted to borrow it. Thankfully that had worked but it had led Vanessa to making sure that Akame was fully ready to wear such an item.

To say that it was an ordeal that Vanessa subjected her to would be an understatement. The moment that Akame confirmed why she wanted to borrow it Vanessa took her to the women's bath and locked it so that Noelle and Charmy couldn't get in, though Charmy was already dreaming of her Prince of Provisions and Noelle was still dealing with the whole wearing a swimsuit in front of Asta thing, so they had time and they needed it as Akame had been ordered to strip and Vanessa went to work getting Akame ready.

The top wasn't an issue, it worked fine for Akame and she was at least familiar with what was needed for wearing bikini bottoms so kept things well maintained down there just in case but, well, with this thing bikini she needed to be, in Vanessa's words, bald and smooth. That was what Vanessa had made sure of and ensured that Akame was fully presentable down there so that she could wear the outfit.

While Akame wasn't ready to take the bottoms off and show Tatsumi all of her, she did understand that with the way they were that she had two choices and she went for Vanessa's suggestion as it was better and she was sure that when she was ready Tatsumi would love it. Still, she'd rather have been tortured than go through that with Vanessa again.

Still, the process was helpful even if Akame wasn't ready for that just yet but she was ready for more than they'd done. When asked what that meant she confided in Vanessa what she was ready for which made the older woman very happy and led to a long and detailed lesson on various things that Akame took in as they were washing and getting her ready for this date. It was a lot for sure but Akame appreciated it as she'd not really had this kind of education and Vanessa was very happy to share it with her, and the other girls when their times came, so she was ready.

Well, almost ready. It still took Akame a few moments to build the courage as she looked at Tatsumi's broad muscular back and tried to quell her beating heart. She could go into battle as calm as can be, kill someone who needed to be killed in a moment's notice without a second's hesitation, but showing herself to her boyfriend, the man she loved with her whole heart, like this was something else entirely. However, she'd made the decision to do so and she'd hold herself to it. She loved Tatsumi and knew that he loved her so it was time for the next stage.

"You, you can turn around n, now." Akame said hesitantly. "I, I'm ready."

Tatsumi, true to his word, hadn't done so before and had even only sensed Akame's ki enough to know that she was still there to give her as much privacy as possible as if he sensed her ki he might get a sense for what she was doing and she clearly wanted a moment so he gave it to her. Now that he had permission he did and looked up at her as he pressed his back to the rocks around to pool. What he saw took his breath away and made his eyes go wide as his jaw fell open.

Akame was standing there on top of the rock her head to the side, eyes closed, and a fiery blush on her cheeks in a bashful, almost vulnerable, look that Tatsumi had never seen on her face before as the moonlight bathed her from above showing off her flawless, snow white skin in a way that daylight just couldn't match, her long black hair loose down her back and fluttering slightly in the breeze which only added to everything. She had her left arm across her abdomen just below her ample bosom and her right over it holding her shoulder and all she wore was a black bikini that was clearly meant for Tatsumi's eyes only, the black a stark contrast to her skin and accentuating everything even more.

To say that there was basically nothing to the imagination as Tatsumi drank in the image of his girlfriend and the girl he loved with all his heart above him he couldn't breath at the sight before him. He knew she wasn't small in the breast department but the way the top only covered her nipples really drove that home and the bottoms, well they only covered the barest amount to protect her modesty down there and well it was clear from either side what was going on there. It was so stunning that Tatsumi didn't even realize how tight things were for him underwater. Finally though he found the words he needed.

"Akame, you're, you're beautiful." Tatsumi said his voice low but loud enough to convey his emotions to her and his ki clearly showing how much he meant it. "And in this light, it's perfect. I, I don't have any other words my goddess."

Tatsumi's words broke Akame's bashfulness as she'd been wondering what his reaction would be and what he'd said, along with his reaction and his ki, had been more than what Akame had ever expected and her heart swelled with love at it. That allowed her to open her eyes and look at him as he looked at her, there was nothing but love in his eyes for her and she knew she had to respond to his words with ones of her own.

"Yes, I am your goddess just as much as you're my god my love." Akame said putting all her love into her words as she carefully crouched down, legs together before she put them in the water and pushed off the rock to get in. "I'm glad you like it. This is only for you and when I found this spot I knew that showing you it at night here was the right place for it."

"Like is an understatement." Tatsumi said as the water came up to just above Akame's flat, toned, stomach and she began to wade over to him. "Where did you get it? Did you find it while shopping or something?"

"No, it's the one that Vanessa offered Noelle back in the hideout." Akame said shaking her head. "As soon as I saw it I knew that I had to borrow it and show you how it looked on me. I just needed the right time and this is it."

"I, I don't…" Tatsumi began as he'd never seen this side of Akame, sure she could be cute and forward but this was a whole new level and really drove home just how far she'd come.

"I know it's a lot but I wanted to show you how much I love you and how glad I am that fate allowed for us to have this second chance at happiness in this regard." Akame said as she reached Tatsumi and wrapped her arms around his waist to pull herself close and rest her head on his shoulder as he put his arms around her back and pulled her closer not carrying that Akame could tell how much he liked seeing her in this though Akame couldn't help but give a small smile at that reaction as it was the one she was hoping for. "Because I do, I love you Tatsumi, so much and I can't begin to voice how happy I am that we were reborn in this world."

"Same Akame." Tatsumi said quietly. "I love you too. There is so much that I wanted to tell you in our old lives but couldn't because I failed to keep my promise. Fate was kind to allow for it and now I can tell you how much I love you whenever I want. We're together and this time we can say what we couldn't before."

"Yes but right now there are no need for the words we both know so well." Akame said as she pushed back slightly though she was still chest to chest with Tatsumi which with her excuse of a top left barely any barrier between them and snaked her hands up his toned chest to wrap them around his neck. "There is a better way to show each other our love right now."

With that Akame leant up and caught Tatsumi's mouth in a searing, passionate kiss, the kind she only gave him in private and he responded in kind, his mouth opening and she eagerly let his tongue in as they began a fierce war for dominance as the kiss intensified. They were both warriors after all and even in this they were fighting with all they had as they exchanged their deepest kiss to date with neither giving way nor winning before Akame finally broke it with a step back so that they were no longer chest to chest panting from the intensity, as was Tatsumi.

"Wow." Akame said still panting as she tried to catch her breath. "Just. Wow."

"Yeah, you take my breath away normally but that was something else." Tatsumi said. "I love you."

"I love you too and while I'm not ready for, er, that, I am ready for the next step Tatsumi." Akame said her cheeks red but she never broke eye contact from him as she kept her left hand behind his neck and brought her right down his left arm and to his hand that was on her waist just above her hip. "That is the other reason why I brought you here tonight beyond showing you this excuse of a swimsuit. Tonight I am all yours and you are all mine. The rest of the week is for the Squad and making sure that Noelle is ready but now it's us."

With that she took his hand off her waist and brought it up to her right breast and placed it there. With only a small covering over her nipple there he had full contact with her skin as she flushed and he gently squeezed the soft flesh there, her own natural reaction present and the thin fabric showed at least the top part to Tatsumi. Akame didn't mind at all as she pulled herself in again, Tatsumi's hand still on her breast, and kissed him again.

He returned it again with the same passion as before but this time it didn't last very long before she pulled away with a little coyness and let go of him stepping back a bit and enjoying the slight whimper she got from Tatsumi as she moved enough that he had to let go of her breast. He'd get more soon but she just smiled at him, her red eyes meeting his green ones and his hand still out as she raised her hands to the back of her neck and lower back to undo the strings there.

"I don't need this anymore." Akame said as she pulled the strings, her cheeks bright red but she'd already come this far, it was time to show Tatsumi all of her from the waist up as she was ready for that. "There, that's better."

With that her top fell off and to the water where it floated and Tatsumi's eyes went wide as they fell down to look at Akame's fully uncovered breasts, the bright moonlight allowing him to see her in all her glory as she stood there before him not trying to hide her nakedness. Akame smiled at his reaction, it was better than Vanessa had said it would be, and this was just the start of their night as she picked up the top and used it to tie her hair up and back as she'd forgotten a hair tie.

"This is just the start my love." Akame said as she waded back and instead of wrapping her arms around him she lowered her hands to under the water and put her fingers in the waistband of his trunks as pressed her bare breasts to his chest and rose up once again. "So relax, tonight is just for us."

With that she kissed him again with the same passion as earlier, if not more so and Tatsumi returned it as his arms wrapped around her and pulled her close. Tonight was just for them and it had only just begun as the couple poured their love for each other into their kiss and the moonlight illuminated them as nothing more needed to be said.

I think that's a nice spot to leave this chapter off on, don't you? I'll leave the rest to your imagination. I know that this is an M rated fic but this is about as close to anything like this as I'll write and give this couple a nice little moment while they have the time before the Underwater Temple. That is coming and they still need to finish getting ready for it as Noelle has to master a new spell but that will come, for now Akame and Tatsumi have a moment as we get ready for what is to come.
