Juvia didn't wear her hat that day, her hair was neatly tied up in a ponytail held by a white scrunchie. She always tried to cover her face with her hat to avoid the stares that people used to give her when she was younger.
But today was different, she just wanted to be someone she could accept herself. Her old home was located in Waas Forest, she remembered the orphanage that took her in that somehow got enough funds to buy a small house so that Juvia could live somewhere secluded, away from her piers that despised her because of the rain she brought.
It was a small town that depended on itself. She knew she could always go back there knowing that no one would care about her. Hence the thought of leaving Fairy Tail for good. The journey was long and it took her almost a full day on the train to get to her destination.
Upon finally reaching her old house, she let out a big sigh, knowing full well that her house would be full of dust, cobwebs and probably even mold. She took the time to set her belongings aside and then started cleaning even though her body was exhausted. Opening the windows for some ventilation.
After a few hours, the whole house was sparkling clean. She looked around her house feeling nostagic. It was here when she locked herself out from the world when everyone hated her for her rain.
A sad smile appeared on her face as she looked down on fairy tail insigna on her leg. She knew she had to remove it so that no one would know of her whereabouts. Placing her hand on top of it, she whispered her final goodbye before erasing it.
It has been 2 days, 2 days and the team finally went back home. The whole guild was oblivious to what happened to the blue hair mage an assumed that she just went out on a mission. Natsu and the team were exhausted from the long journey and all they wanted to rest.
Fairy Hills, a female only dormitory. A place where most of the female guild members resided. Walking back home Erza felt a uneasy but she didn't know why, upon reaching her door, she noticed a paper bag. Looking into it, she realised that it was Gray's coat. Shrugging off the feeling, she entered her home to take a nice hot shower and got ready for bed.
"Dear Lucy-san ... -Juvia- I don't want to hurt my comrades ... Although it's a little presumptuous of me to call you that, after all you are my rival in love, well maybe just in my eyes, but I did consider you as a friend Lucy. I truly came to love Fairy Tail, it feels like a home I never had ...it seem so friendly .. so fun...so warm...as though even if it's raining outside, in the guild the sun is always shining. Anyways, thank you for always protecting us. Please promise me that you will look out for Gray-sama."
She never thought she would feel this way after a tiring day of travelling. Tears swelled up un her beautiful brown eyes.
To Lucy, losing a comrade was like losing a family. It hurt. She already lost so many people in her life. Her parents, Michelle and even Aquarius. It wasn't something she liked.
Grabbing her bag, she ran. She ran to the only person she knew who could track down someone. Her eyes red and almost swollen, the rain didn't help with her vision. Stumbling on his door, she broke down. "She left..Natsu.."
