Chapter 272: The One-Way Dream in the Age of Calamity.

Despite how dire a situation Mike was in, his teammates kept calm after the son of Ben and Lacus had been swept up in a storm composed of angry souls with someone who just moments ago was just trying to kill them, and tried to stick to the plan.

After making sure the outside of ZDR was safe enough to travel, they went to try and get the others out of the cyber prisons to both see if it will help find Mike, and try and free Sonic and Liac's friends before Tron and her allies could find them.

Ghavoran was nearest to the remains of the theme park and so after around ten minutes they made their way to the other part of the planet that was like an underground jungle.

While the terrain was unstable, Sonic made use of his speed to check ahead for everyone, so despite a few toxic locations, they were able to get to the monitoring station for the area without hassle.

Despite Sonic's cheerful manner, even the hero of Mobius could not let his tension seep through as he nearly forgot everyone in his haste to make sure his friends were still alive.

But after the group reached the clearing, and Sonic saw that the station was rusty but intact the blue hedgehog let out a sigh of relief." Man, never thought I'd be happy to see Egg-man's toys but at least them being stubborn to crack comes in handy when my buds are inside. Yo egg girl, you're sure my buds can be free as easily as me and Lilac were?"

As Sera glared at Sonic her servant Geetz cracked his neck." Watch your tongue you simple minded buffoon, your friend's fate is entirely in the hands of Mistress Yuna, for only the Master Unit or those who gave her authority can safely unlock the Cyber Prisons."

Sonic rolled his eyes before glancing at the woman with glowing eyes." I'll show her respect if she can pull it off dude. If you're the Master Unit then you can open any door in this planet?"

"As long as the systems are not to corrupted then that will be the case. For the sake of freeing my master, and ensuring the well-being of the Auro bloodline I assure you this process is something I want done correctly."

"Alright then let's get going!"

"Patience, the systems have been offline for centuries and must be turned on correctly, even I could not rush my own activation."

Astra saw Sonic tap his foot before she rolled her eyes." Man, I know speed's your thing but not everything's supposed to be done fast. Trust me, I have enough botched jobs to prove it."

As Sonic shrugged James looked around before the holographic man looked at the base keenly." And with the data from this station, we can properly lock down Mike's location?"

"Indeed Master Elrond. While his energy signature may be scrambled now, the more resources we reactivate the better are situation improves on breaking through the jamming."

"Well let's get this started." Astra spat out." Sounds like we have a hive of jackass would be raiders to kick out before we can get things done here."

Sonic nodded, and the group went inside the station. Thankfully this time there was no robots dressed with corpses, but also nothing at all that looked functional.

After going up a level they found a wide room with the same machinery that had Sonic's Cyber Prison, along with large black wires and rusty terminals across the room. Megaman saw how broken the terminal looked before he winced." Oh man, is this place busted?"

"The maintenance has faltered but the systems are still functional, if offline. The Central Unit just needs to be rebooted, one moment."

Sera walked over to the center before Ratchet sighed." Well with all the "Squishes" on this world long gone we better hope at least some of the digital brains are still intact to get a handle on this place. Well, Clank's show me how stubborn robots can be so guess it's a shot eh? Huh? Whoa!"

All of a sudden a slot opened up, and everyone expected a computer machine to appear, only for a pinball machine to rise up. As everyone looked confused Sera sighed." Oh that's right, there was a extra quirk to the security system to elude hackers. One must get a high score on this pinball machine to unlock the rest of the systems."

As most looked on in confusion Sonic snickered. " He just could not give up the slots since the Casino Night zone. Well, I'm better when the ball is, well me."

Astra sighed before she cracked her neck." I got this, I passed the time with a pinball machine growing up between jobs."

Sonic and Ratchet let her walk up and she started the game. After a few ball combinations she raised a eyebrow." How high a score you have to wrack up for this anyway."

"About…four billion?"

"Someone attempt to program some trolling skills in yah girl?"

"They...wanted to ward off low skilled robbers."

Astra winced as the ball suddenly bounced into the side gutter before her eye twitched." Oh screw this I'm not wasting time with a rigged game!"

The blond woman punched the machine hard enough to shatter it before Ratchet winced." You know, I really don't think that cheat's going to fly."

"Oh yah? Well I don't see anyone hear to see how, oh."

She was cut off as the central machinery opened, to reveal a large orb like a human eye. The top of it opened to reveal a large blue brain before Ratchet winced." When I was talking about organic brains, I was not meaning something like that!"

Sera saw Astra take out Gorr before she put up her hand." Don't be alarmed, that's just the central machinery taking the shape of brain-like organic supercomputers. They were modeled after brains to enhance calculations."

Astra spat on the ground before she eyed Sera." Yah? Was that enhancement to help them stay sane after going through centuries trapped in subspace?"

"The Chozo did modify their machinery to be able to."

The blue brain suddenly had its eye widened before lights in the room turned on, and auto turrets started popping up. Sera winced before she glanced at the brain with annoyance." It seems the corruption was even more widespread then assumed but with a few, huh? "

The cannons instantly started firing, and Astra noticed red "Rinkas" energy rings being throw out before she kicked one back into the giant blue brain's eye. This caused a hole to appear in it before it fell down, causing the blond woman to shrug." It just needs its ass kicked, or brain kicked for this. Had enough broken junk trying to kill me today."

Sonic saw some sparks break out of some of the computers before he winced." Hey girl I thought you just were saying to take it slow? You did not just bust the only way to bail my buddy out, did you?"

As the Equalizer winced Sera sighed." Thankfully I can assume this unit's duties and reactivate the rest of the computers here. Just, don't touch anything."

Astra saw Sonic, Lilac, James, and some of the others eying her before she rolled her eyes." Quit acting like I'm an dumbass alright?"

Everyone just held their breath before Sera glowed, and the light from the destroyed central computer dimmed, before her eyes glowed again. The Cyber Prison's suddenly glowed and extended, before after a few moments beams of light shined out.

As the light faded moans were heard, and two figures were seen on the ground. One was a humanoid yellow furred fox with two tails, and the other was a green Wildcat with dark green stripes and green eyes, and had red markings over her eyelashes.

Her tank top had red strap at the bottom and showed off more of her midriff. Her cargo shorts also had red straps, as well as a long yellow lace as a belt.

Both figures were motionless for a few moments before Sonic winced." Tails…you, you their buddy?"

Sonic's oldest friend 's tails suddenly twitch, before a weak," S…Sonic? Is…is that you?"

The green cat started to twitch before Lilac had hope form in her eyes before she ran up." Carol…your there? Speak to me!"

Carol moaned before her ears twitched." Quit yelling hero pants…my headache already took one of my lives."

The humanoid cat had a weary smile on her face before her friend cried out happily. Tails pushed up to look around before he saw Sonic and the others and blinked a few times." Sonic…you…we are really out?"

"Sure are buddy."

"What…what happened?"

"Man, so much that even I'm still needing more time to get up to speed."

"Oh? Then, then is the universe safe again?"

As everyone winced Sonic closed his eyes before he wagged his finger." Well…I don't think I would want to bet any rings or Chilly dogs on that man. But, your safe here, I promise."

"Thanks Sonic, I knew you would, huh?"

Tails tried to get up, till he felt his nose get wet. He looked up and saw a few droplets were falling on his nose. As some in the group looked up Carol winced." Wait…this place was drab before but now it's a downright wreck! We, we really been locked up for, a really long time? Well at least my fur's not grey. Still, sounds like, things are far from ok."

Lilac looked at Astra before she sighed." Maybe, but at least we can get through it together. They're some crazy guys running around here, but at least they don't,"

At that moment everyone heard a growl and learned the hard way the water dripping on Tails was in fact saliva from a creature that was nesting above, because a giant tongue burst out to grasp Tails and bind him before he even had time to yell.

Ratchet, Megaman, and 2B all had targeting lasers out in seconds before they saw the source above.

It was a large, rather hideous creature. It had no legs, but was crawling along the ground with its muscular arms and its upper body was slouched over. It had eight yellow eyes on the front of its face, which resembled tendrils forming a maw.

Its main body was a turquoise color with claws for fingers, and a red backside which resembled exposed muscle.

As the reptilian creature rattled its scorpion like tail Sera sighed." This does not match the Corpius's nesting patterns, but it seems the chaotic state of ZDR might have altered said habits."

"You think?" Astra spat out dryly as she took out her sword. Sonic grasped his fist before he hunched over." No, you better not be related to Espio ugly, cause if you don't put Tails down right now you're never getting another meal! So just leave fast and, huh?"

To his shock the Corpius narrowed its eyes, before it turned invisible. Sonic raised an eyebrow before rubbing his head." Man, he turned tail even faster than I thought! Hey, wait, but he still has Tails and Carol! Well you're not fast enough to escape me you, whoa!"

Suddenly the ceiling started to fall on him and the others, and while Sonic hit the piece of roof coming his way, he felt the wind move. As he swerved around he saw Astra roundhouse kick the air.

While for a second everyone thought she was kicking nothing, everyone heard an ear grinding screech, before the right wall collapsed. As it did, the Corpius suddenly appeared, with a broken shell and back.

As it moaned, and released Tails and Carol, Astra snickered." Guess your mind's not as fast as your body is eh Sonic? Seems this freak turned invisible. Too bad it reeks so bad I could smell its scent clear as day and shut this down before it got out of hand."

Sonic saw that the Corpius was dying before he winced." Oh yah…guess I'm still not fully alert yet. Still, Astra right? That was some slick moves, and some nice smelling to I guess."

"Eh, guess the demon blood makes that part of the job easier and all, plus I think one of my old jobs listed a Corpius's skull for part of his collection."

"Um…sure. Anyway…so we good now or do we have to worry about any other brains or wildlife trying to crash the party?"

Sera's eyes glowed red before she nodded." The area is secure, around here at least."

Tails rubbed his tails, then tried to get back on his feet." I knew it was bad when Eggman said that the Scourge was coming faster than expected but, did not think this planet would be gone for, what looks like a really long time. I, I just want to get home at this point."

Tails saw Sonic looking troubled before he felt a chill in his spine." Sonic…are home is still around right?"

2B saw Sonic's dismay before she gave a bow." My apologizes Master Miles, but sadly while you all were in stasis, planet Mobius was also consumed by the Scourge. Unlike planet ZDR, it has yet to be found."

As Tails froze up Carol winced." No…is that true for are planet to?"

9S let an uneasy chuckle out before he shrugged." So…the good news is that it's still there. But, bad news is, it's become a territory of the Wakanda empire. Hey at least it's taken over by folks that are big cat fans so it's not like, the worst outcome right? Trust me it's good for how bad things can get these days."

As Ratchet rolled his eyes Tails punched the ground weakly." Why…why did this all have to happen? Doug…was once Ben's teammate right? How, how did he go from a Enji Knight to a guy who did more damage than Zannacross!? All, all because he just only cared about his own pride."

Astra could not help but winced before she cleared her throat." Hey fox boy don't jump the gun here. What's going on, is because of something bigger than him."

Tails looked confused as he blinked again." Wait…who are you? And what could be bigger than the forces of light and dark fighting for control of the universe?"

"How about, all the universes!?"

"Wait, you're talking about a Multi-Verse? Wait my theory was right? I knew it was more than just the Sol Dimension!"

"Heh, your nose was on to something buddy. Guess Blaze will own you that drink when we…wait…oh right…nuts."

"Wait but that means, ugh!"

Tails was about to get back up till he winced and grasped his side. Sonic saw his pal's body was red like his was before he went over to him to help him up." One thing at a time Tails, let's get you guys patched up so your well enough to hear the answers."

Tails saw James nod before he nodded back." Wait…who has the answers? Eggman?"

"Hopefully…right now we are figuring out just who does have the answers man. But we will rescue the others, and then get to the bottom of this."

Astra saw Tails nod before she cracked her neck." Then settle down so we can get this over with…who knows how many jackasses are creeping around this rock."

The new members to the group nodded as everyone prepared to figure out the best move to make.

As they did, they were unaware that at least one thing they thought was a problem was at the moment part of the solution, that being Tyson.

While both princes were uneasy about the turn of events, they both followed Samus and Raven Beak deeper into Itorash, Mike saw that most of the lights were not on till he let out an uneasy chuckle." So, you guys just awoke while we were fighting? Sorry if it was a rough awakening."

Raven Beak let out a coy chuckle before he looked around." Oh it was far "smoother" returning to this plane of existence then it was leaving it. No, the systems in Itorash alerted us of are return to a well, "less" hostile realm.

It just took a bit to get out of "Hibernation sickness". Sadly, some did not wake up at all."

Mike glanced to the right and saw some pods with humans, and humanoid like moth creatures called Luminoths, looking decomposed before he winced." Guess you made your point."

"Thank you. That's why I apologize for my decor, but this armor is keeping me stable after such a long, long time of inactivity."

"Hey its cool man." Mike threw out casually." These days it's all about practicality over style for most folks."

Tyson saw Samus was moving slowly, almost robotically like she still was in a daze before he looked around carefully." That being said…you guys were just looking at everything eh? If I knew this planet was not abandoned well, I would have, let's just say, taken a different approach to things."

"I see. Well, it's simple really. The universe has clearly changed a great deal, and to survive, it seemed ideal to figure out what could be trusted, and what was a threat. Just as we were gathering data on how the universe has changed, it became clear that there were people on this world."

Mike saw Tyson's eyes narrow before he cleared his throat." Hey, I get it dude, I was not too long ago asleep for a while, and woke up to find that everything had changed myself.

Look, it's a long story but…the truth is we need your help. It's a long story but we need the Atium Coaxium fuel on this world so are ships have enough "Juice" to make the journey they need to pull things off."

Samus paused before she eyed Mike carefully." This…this is to help Ben, and Lacus, stop Doug?"

Raven Beak paused before he also eyed his guests carefully." From what I told the" devil "has the power to teleport to anywhere in the universe and can't be detected by anyone, hence how he's eluded heaven's judgment all this time.

But…its true that in its pure form, using Allomancy, Atium allows the user to see into another person's future. The user can see what their opponent is going to do before it happens, thus allowing them to avoid or counterattack any offense.

So, this is part of some plan to pin down the one who broke heaven? I suppose that could be useful even before mixing it with Phazon."

Mike shrugged as he looked around." Man, that does make sense, I think dad tried that once though, and was not fast enough cause Doug does not even seem to think and just act on instinct half the time. But anyway, that's not what we need it for. I get this might not make sense but despite what you are aware of the scale of things have gotten a lot bigger."

Tyson saw Samus and Raven Beak pause before he put up his hand." Just…one thing. Why were you thinking of mixing Atium with Phazon? Phazon was that highly radioactive drug that mutated the hell out of anything it touched right? That stuff was wiped out during the Cosmic War with half the crap Zannacross spawned right?"

"Heh, I see you're a Black Panther that is observant of history, good. That is true young master, but what is forbidden in times of peace, can become vital in times of crises. To figure out how to see breakthroughs in objects that could lead to salvation, nothing is off the table.

Planet ZDR under are watch, was one where many experiments were being conducted. That's why, I do hope you have not been too careless in your visit, there are things that must not be touched by anyone, but me."

Tyson remained on guard before he responded with a casual shrug." Hey, no offense sir but, for all we knew this was a dead world. If there was a sigh around Elun that would have changed a few things."

Raven Beak glared at Tyson in an instant before his eyes glowed." Elun is the last place clueless fools should wonder into unless you want to kill us all!"

"Well, it looked like everyone was already dead so it was a moot point. What, that vault had some sort of unstable reactor or something?"

"Something even more…unstable. So, your compatriots have not broken through?"

"They were all stuck before I went out, and since we did not want to break anything we have not gone to hardcore, long as they don't get any ideas in there head. The Paradox Prism going unstable is what caused this mess in the first place."

Both of the human males froze at that before Mike widened his eyes." Wait, so that really was a thing? Is, is it true that it's whole deal was space manipulation and sending people to alternate dimensions?"

"I see you're a well-versed man, good to know. To be truthful, its inconclusive. Before we could fully test the Paradox Prism, Ivo and I had a disagreement with the best way to proceed and he was stubborn, partly starting this whole debacle in the first place. And if he misjudged the Prism, a bunch of fools could set us into a much worst, much more fatal spot."

Tyson saw Samus just looked motionless before he shrugged." Yah…I'll give you that. Thing is the crew I'm working with is full of shifty characters if you feel me. Without proof they will think I'm trying to screw them over."

Raven Beak saw Tyson looking calm before he sighed." I have become quite familiar with the stubbornness of humans. Very well, some of the systems are still rebooting but, some of Itorash 's surveillance systems might be online. My apologies, it takes a while to get things up and running after a few hundred years of inactivity."

Mike looked around before he shrugged." Sure, just lead the way. Sounds like this is the kind of place where you don't want to press something cause you think it turns on the lights and it blows you up instead."

"You have good instincts Prince Auro, let us hope the others are so observant, for all are sakes."

As Raven Beak motioned the two to the right Mike let out a bigger chuckle." Just never get a break that makes the whole thing go easier eh?"

Samus paused, before chuckling and turning around." I was not sure for a while, but you really are the kid's, kid. After all, when I first encountered Ben on SR388 he all but said the same thing. We, we make our own luck kid. We, ugh."

The bounty hunter grasped her head for a moment before she grasped her fist tightly." Sorry, this hibernation sickness is a real drag."

Mike saw his dad's friend stagger after Raven Beak before he shrugged." Well…been trying to do that, jury's out on if my own luck will make a profit yet but, got to keep rolling the dice as long as I can."

Making sure he was alert as he could, the son of Ben and Lacus tried to get a grasp on how to make the best next move.

As he did, others were trying to do just that, but were having a lot less patience.

The Chiral storm caused Tyson's makeshift crew to hunker down as well, but when it ended and the Black Panther did not respond the group had, various reactions, none of them positive.

After reaching out to Tyson only to get nothing in the transmitter Teisel looked at Tron before holding up a bracelet." Yo Tron, Drebin said we used these beads to call him right? Am I using it the wrong way or not?"

The smaller member of the Bonne family rolled her eyes before she took the bracelet from her brother. "Yes your using the Kimoyo Beads correctly Teisel, Vibranium can't be disabled so easily, unless well…he's dead."

"Piff…after all that talk he better not have left us here to dry. The Bonne family's not going to stomach coming off as suckers eh?"

As the Serv-bots weakly cheered Drakken Joe snickered." Hey, if he got offed by this planet and we have to split the score one less way than who's the sucker again? We were doing the work anyway so works for me!"

Megera paused before she hissed out," Forget we have a contract with Wakanda itself? On top of that, forget this is on the behalf of Homelander? Is short term profit really worth having the Vought Clan wanting you dead?"

"Hey, show some guts lady! If no one else follows up then how would they know if it was a dead end?"

Before anyone could answer, the Kimoyo Beads suddenly started to glow red. Tron looked at the Kimoyo Beads before she sighed." I'm rather sure this means incoming message in the Wakanda tongue. You did not really think no one was going to check in right?"

Joe winced before he spat on the ground." Bah, long as they are not here, we can still tell them what we want them to know. Just answer them before they pull something!"

Tron nodded and pressed the part of the beads that acted as a button. The image glowed green, before a hologram appeared, and took the shape of man with gray skin, brown hair, and brown eyes.

He wore a purple cloak with golden outlines on the hood, cape, and belt. Angela Cross saw the man's agitated face and raised an eyebrow." Who is this twig supposed to be? Got a wrong number dude?"

"Arrogant peasants, how dare you!" The man hissed out." I'm Prime Minister Astor, and this is a line for Wakanda business!"

"Well, we are on Wakanda business sir, were doing a job for you!"

Astor looked around before his eyes narrowed." You're the help? Then where is Drebin?"

"He's out." Yozora bluntly replied." A matter concerned him…and he left us to keep trying to unseal this vault while he addressed his concern."

Astor saw the sliver haired man looked indifferent before he winced." Then why is he not responding eh?"

"Cause one way or another something seems to be keeping him from responding eh?"

Joe threw in sharply." Astor glared at Joe before hissing out," What, someone uncovered you?"

Raymond saw Tron winced before he flashed an easy going smile." We saw some people not with us on ZDR, not sure what they want yet."

"Well, no one comes to a planet like this by accident! So, they are trying to take are treasure? This will not stand!"

Raymond shrugged as the Equalizer put his hand in the air." Hey, maybe they can help us out and get the job done faster eh?"

Tron winced before her eye twitched." But that Megaman and his crew are two timing liars!"

Astor had his eye twitch before he leaned forward." Were the lot of you drunk when you were given this job? There is no sharing, the spoils of this venture are only to go to my lord and then you get paid if he is satisfied with your performance! If others have, huh? My lord, talking with such riffraff is, huh? Yes, of course, if that's your wish. Lord N'Jadaka wants an summary from you, and if you want to keep living you will be truthful to him."

Astor stepped aside, before the hologram took the shape of someone else. This new person was sitting on a throne, with his bald head on his left hand. He had a purple, likely Vibranium medal hanging over his neck, and had gold and red gauntlets.

The ruler of the Wakanda Empire looked motionless for a moment before he cleared his throat." I am getting the impression all of you are under attack from a force you feel is superior to you. Is that correct? If Drebin has been defeated, slayed, or otherwise compromised by an enemy then it would be best for me to know now."

Joe cleared his throat before he walked forward." With all due respect Lord N. Jataka the recent storm has made transmissions difficult so we are trying to figure out the,"

"If we can talk now then clearly that's no longer a problem. I invested in you because you were supposed to be professionals that could deliver results. If you can't even function without my supervision I should have just invested in droids."

Tron let out an anxious giggle as she saw her brother 's eye twitch before she got in front of everyone." I assure you are reputations are not fake my lord! It's just…this vault is very, very advanced systems and you wanted the treasure in one piece right? We are just ferreting out a solution "

"Yes, and I wanted what was inside above all! There will be no ferreting pirate, only purging if you can not deliver what is promised."

"Hey show us some mercy here this planet's a hellhole!" Teasel spat out, which only made N'Jataka narrow his eyes. "Mercy? Every breath you take is a mercy from me pirate! If you can't deliver your promise the only choice you have, is for me you will face your punishment form, or Homelander!"

As most in the group tensed up Angela let out an anxious giggle before she walked up." Hey now who said we got nothing eh? It's tricky but we got something, just a dozy to pull off!"

N'Jataka eyed the female Lombax carefully before he cracked his neck." This is not some stunt just to look better is it?"

"Hey now one cat would not lie to another eh?"

"Tsc, just because you're a feline race don't dare think you are on equal with Wakanda Lombax!"

"Hey, no need to get testy now. It's taken some time to figure out how these old machines work but we figured out how to get the barrier down without blowing things up, right Tron?"

Tron saw Angela look tense before she nodded." Oh right, the towers around Rhea Island!"

Zone saw both woman were looking at him before he nodded." That's right. We, were going to present the plan but since he has not returned we will just present it to you.

While the barrier around Elun can't be hacked, we realized we might have better luck with the six relay towers around the Rhea Island part of the planet. If we can trick the barrier to think we have access to enter then, we can get in without blowing up the prize!"

"If you can do what you say, then what are you waiting for?"

Tron gulped before she cleared her throat." Well it's just…what about,"

"His job was the same as yours, bringing honor and glory to Wakanda. If "Drebin" is alive then do what you can, but do what I paid you to do. Understood?"

"Crystal." Tron put out sheepishly. Tyson's brother saw the others look uneasy before he leaned forward." And if anyone else gets in the way, then remove them by any means required. If you did not expect a fight, then you're a fool."

Yozora stopped leaning before he got up." I can't speak for the others, but contrary to that, I came here expecting a fight that could provide a worthy challenge."

N'Jataka saw the sliver haired man's coldness matched his own before he snickered." I can tell your no faker warrior, good hunting to you. Enough talk, if you don't produce the results you promised the next time I contact you, consider yourself drafted into my next hunt. Astor, contact Homelander."

The group saw the think aide to the leader of Wakanda run up for a moment before the transmission faded. Yozora was silent for a few moments before he walked to the side, and took a black coat out of the hover-cycle he had with him. Joe saw the man put it on before he snickered." What's wrong…feeling cold from the pressure?"

Yozora did not even respond, and just put his coat's hood over his face before he looked up." Hardly, just don't want the weather to delay my mission anymore."

Raymond saw the man in black walk out before he snickered." Man keep trying to act like you know what's going down and you're going to get killed just to act tough man!"

"Oh, it's not an act. I know where the others on this world are, I can sense there magic energy. The one who killed the Nahobino is there."

Joe raised an eyebrow before he spat on the ground." You know where they are? Then why did you just say nothing when that panther man grilled us!?"

"Because it might have interfered with the fight I'm seeking. I'm going to corner this "God slayer" and see for myself if she's really powerful enough to have killed the Sentry. Do what you want, but get in the middle of my fight and the consequences are on you."

Before anyone could argue lighting crackled around the man's hand before in the span of a thunderclap, he vanished. Teasel blinked a bit before he looked around, and winced." Showoff! Eh, if he wants to take the heat that's on him but we can't let him take all the glory Tron, let's roll! This planet's folks are long gone, so might as well move their stuff to people that can still make use of them!"

"Yes, and for your sakes said people will be Wakanda!" Merga hissed out before standing up." It's time the universe knows who the new king's, and queens of the jungle that is this universe is, and my people will never be the prey again, no matter who else has to be the prey instead."

The humanoid water dragon moved out with grim resolve as the others in her makeshift group did as well. As they did, they failed to realize that there was still some residents of the planet left who would in fact mind if there stuff was taken. And for that we go back to Itorash.

Around this time Raven Beak and Samus have escorted Mike and Tyson into the recording station.

The Chozo/ Red Nitro scientists was true to his word and lead the two "guests" into a smaller room with two Chozo statues holding up a monitor.

Mike saw the humanoid bird glance at the room before he tugged his collar." So, um…you got the goods my good, beak?"

Raven Beak paused before he sighed." I was just catching up with what humans called "Slang" before time passed again, but more importantly the "progress" was indeed" saved" in this chamber. Now, to prove my words are not gossip."

Raven Beak pressed a button before a recording appeared. It showed another wider laboratory, where a bald, rotund human wearing pince-nez sunglasses, a red flight suit with a yellow collar, a bushy mustache, and black pants with two white buttons, with goggles to his head and a detailed red lab coat.

Mike paused before he widened his eyes." Oh man I saw that in my dad's old videos from the war! That, was, Dr. Ivo Robotnik right? He, huh?"

The curly haired man noticed that Sage Sara showed up behind Robotnik before the woman grimaced." Master…the levels are raising faster than your calculations!"

"No way, I can't believe this Sage!" Robotnik spat out as he typed faster and faster." But it's too late to go back now! All systems...full power! Have everyone enter the cyber cells, if Sonic objects just throw a chilly dog in front of his face. One way or another, time to prove who is right! Get a load of this!"

Sara somberly nodded before leaving, before Robotnik wiped some sweat off his brow and pressed a button. Suddenly the image fizzled before the recording ended. Raven Beak paused before he shrugged." His impatience caused us to be frozen in time for centuries…though if it means we can now bring salvation to the universe then maybe it was fate."

Mike winced as he looked at the monitor carefully." Man…my folks told me that the" eggman" was on the top mad scientist list for a while but during the Cosmic Wars saw the error of his ways. Seems that fell apart."

"Maybe…but when the promise of salvation seemed broken many gave up on the idea of redemption, and doubled down on the only thing that mattered, the power to survive. Alas, in the end he showed he just was not on par."

Tyson paused before he shrugged." Eh…if his cyber thing saved some dudes guess the jury's still out on that eh?"

Raven Beak paused before he glanced at Samus." There is no time to waste on second rate fools any longer. That's why, it's time to reestablish order on this planet, before seeing to the rest.

It's time to set things straight, the sensors detect many forces outside and on the planet, and on behalf of my thanks to your father I wish to know which forces not to destroy."

The masked bird man waved his hand before a round orb on the wall behind Mike glowed. It showed more holograms, including many ships. Tyson saw his own ship, the Mackaandal, was detected despite it being in a cloaking feature before he noticed the Hague.

He glanced at the Space Noah-Class All-Purpose Combat Mothership belonging to the SRX team and raised an eyebrow." Huh? Never saw a ship like that before, and not many folks outside the big clans can fund ships like that these days. Hell…this multiverse stuff might not be a delusion after all."

"Wait till you see inside Tyson. So yah, that's my ride so don't blow it up and all that."

"I see. Then the others are the enemy I take it?"

Mike saw Raven Beak point to the Ydas, the Belial Gore that was Joe's ship, and Gesellschaft moving across ZDR's sky. He saw some mobile suits around it before he recognized the Bonne family crest on the larger ship and let out an uneasy chuckle." Was wondering where that girl ran off to."

Tyson raised an eyebrow before he walked up." The hell are they doing? I told them to wait till I got back!"

Raven Beak paused before he cracked his neck." Samus…it seems your time of terminating space pirates is not over yet."

As Samus nodded she turned to Mike." You too are friends right? Then why is some of his crew enemies?"

As Tyson tensed up Mike smirked and got in front of the Black Panther." That's easy miss number one bounty hunter. Just had a misunderstanding that we mostly cleared up.

Only thing is that some of his group has not gotten the memo. How about letting down the jamming barrier around this place so we can clear things up and end this classy eh?"

Raven Beak paused before looking up." It's not up to me. It's this cavern that jams transmissions child."

Tyson paused before he turned around." Then time to scatter. Thanks for all this but no time to rest."

"I agree, it seems like things are already on the verge of disaster."

He pointed to a new hologram showing Drakken Joe and some of the others like Bola and the Nahualli before he narrowed his eyes." I will take the needed measures to keep the vault sealed, the lives of a few fools is nothing compared to the salvation of the universe."

"Man, you need to chill." Tyson retorted as he cracked his knuckle." How about doing something instead of just, huh?"

Everyone felt a vibration before they saw lights go on. Raven Beak sighed before he motioned above." Don't be alarmed, Itorash is just preparing to take off. I wanted it to be secure while the systems were restored, but it seems the time of hiding has passed.

It will take a bit to emerge out of the crater, but then your free to contact your crew, if you can get to them in time. I should note that the towers have their own jamming systems for, further defense against enemies."

"Never be to prepared, eh?" Mike threw out dryly." Well that's fine, we will just have to pull it off with style."

Samus grasped her head before she grunted out," Like father like son with the dramatic interventions eh kid? Guess, we should go to the docks here then."

"That seems logical, very well then." Raven Beak muttered before he motioned everyone to the right. Tyson and Mike gave each other a quick nod before they went down the elevator.

After ten or so seconds they saw a wide room, and Mike saw a yellow ship with a window like Samus's visor that was four times the height of the group before he widened his eyes." Whoa…that's your ship right Samus? My dad told me about it. Not finding where it went was another one of the things that bugged him but, guess it was here all this time. Hey, if we ride in on that I think that would set the stage eh my good man?"

Raven Beak paused before he eyed Mike carefully." My apologies but that won't be happening. Her ship was out of action for…centuries and we did not have time to repair it yet."

Mike saw Samus keep walking without giving her ship a second look before he shrugged." Oh, guess that makes sense. I'll just get a picture for the old scrapbook yah know? "

The lanky man dashed up to the Gunship, and got his personal computer to get a photo out. As he made a thumbs up he saw a light blink from inside the ship. He peeked inside, saw Tyson and Samus look at him and winced before he nodded and ran over, not realizing his personal computer had gotten a transmission and blinked the same light.

As he saw the fortress fly into the planet's atmosphere he took a deep breath. Man, as crazy as today's been it's been kind of manageable compared to earlier in the month, or maybe I'm just use to chaos.

Anyway, hope everyone can keel cool long enough for things to not get well, even more out of hand…guess that depends on how pissed off Astra still is…good grief.

As Mike struggled to do what he could to salvage things, his current crew was trying to do the same.

To try and rescue Amy and Milla from the cyber prison in the Cataris section of ZDR, the part of the planet that served as an industrial station that transported thermo-powered energy from surrounding magma reserves to other parts of the planet that's thermo-powered energy acted as the main reason the planet doesn't end up frozen.

Astra saw Sonic and Lilac had gotten ahead of her, and were evading waves of lava before she glanced at the machine in the distance and groaned." What kind of genius puts anything next to the core of the planet?"

Tails shrugged before he rubbed his head." Well Eggman and Mister PAIR wanted to monitor the core of the planet to make sure its stable, but they did make sure it was secure enough a lab to endure the heat and all. I guess if it's still here that means something?"

Long as the gears are not all melted or fried or something." Astra bluntly replied. Sera flew by her before closing her eyes." No, the systems are still working. The security systems are coming online now."

As everyone tensed up Astra cleared her throat and leaned forward." Oh, does those systems involve things blowing up in are face? Cause I, hey!"

Everyone saw a blue light, from a hole in the ground, before a white humanoid robot with a skeletal body and a cube for a face burst out of the ground. As it crawled rapidly to the ground Sera shrugged." Don't be alarmed, that is a Extraplanetary Multiform Mobile Identifier operative research robot or E.M.M.I. for short.

The E.M.M.I are created from the strongest materials in the universe for research applications. But they function mostly for experiments and for extracting DNA from unstable test subjects. It should have nothing to do with us."

A spike came out of the E.M.M.I's head before it ran at Astra at a faster pace, causing Sera to shrug. "Though, its targeting systems might have, decayed."

The blond woman saw the robot jump on her and try and jab her with the spike before she spat out," You think? Back the hell off you pushy junk-heap!"

Astra backhanded the E.M.M.I hard enough for it to be hurled into the magma. As everyone saw an explosion the blond woman sighed." Can we get this over without me having to spend all day shutting down broken machines?"

"Very well, the faster we resolve this the better." Sera uttered. With her system override she got the lab doors open. Like with Tails and Carol, Sera was able to unlock another Cyber Prison, and once more two individuals were freed.

One was a red anthropomorphic echidna with large knuckles and dreadlocks, and the other was a humanoid panda with a spear and purple armor.

Sonic saw Knuckles on the ground and snickered." Yo Knuckles, wake up! You slept enough!"

Everyone heard a few soft mumbles before the blue hedgehog smirked." Seriously Knucklehead? Eggman is going to make off with the Master Emerald again!"

This caused the protector of Angel Island to growl before his eyes opened." Wait? I knew he was just trying to trick me again! I'm gonna, huh?"

Knuckles looked around before seeing all the people he did not know before he coughed." Wait…I remember now…did Eggman send us home after all? It…felt like it took forever."

"We are not back home dude, but we are still together, so that's something these days."

Lilac saw her own comrade weakly grasp her spear before she got up to her." Neera Li…you ok?"

Neera Li grasped her head before she looked at the parts of her body infected with Cyber Energy and winced." I don't know, you tell me, I don't feel ok."

"Well, if you can feel anything that's good enough for me right now."

Knuckles took Sonic's hand and as he got up he saw Astra, Ratchet, and then looked at Crash. As Crash gave him a thumbs up the echidna glanced at the bandicoot with confusing." Wait…that guy fought with us back in the Cosmic War right? Did, did Auro really save everyone?"

Astra snorted before she leaned back." Not by a long shot shortie. But right now we are trying to find out what is still worth saving!"

Knuckles glanced at Astra before he cracked his neck." Who's this chick Sonic? She has a worst attitude then Rouge! Hey if you're going to introduce yourself like that then you're going to, ugh!"

Despite his bravado, as Knuckles walked up to Astra he staggered, and tripped over himself. As he fell the blond woman snorted." Man this is so sad that its funny. Must be a big fish in a small pond if you're supposed to be the tough guy dude. Oh? Well if you were supposed to be projecting critters like those guys over there then maybe it's not to much a joke."

Everyone saw she was pointing to a few small, stone-like creatures with holes for their eyes and mouth that resemble haniwa statues. Tanjiro saw the statues were on shelves before he raised an eyebrow." Were…those dolls of people that use to live here? They, remind me of some of the dolls Nezuko played with back home."

Tails glanced at what Astra pointed to before he smirked." Nah they are not dolls, more like, fossils. Eggman and some of the others call them Koko, they use to live on this planet but that's all they could figure out. Well, when we get all of this settled I'll be happy to give the full story later but I think we have stuff to take care of first right?"

2B nodded before looking around." I know the situation is delicate, but we must rescue Prince Michael as swiftly as possible."

Neera Li paused before she looked at the blindfolded woman." Prince, Michael? Who is that? Why are blind people in such a place?"

"It's a long story." Carol muttered." So long we still don't know all of it really. But, seems like there are still bad guys who want to get trouble so we got to get Milla and Amy out while we can."

Knuckles looked around as he struggled to get back up. "All this time…and punks still want to take treasure that does not belong to them, eh? Where are they?"

Ratchet shrugged as he looked back." Don't worry dude they seem like not the most organized group so I think we,"

Before the Lombax could finish everyone heard a crashing sound before Megaman winced." Well, are luck with that just might have run out. Unless, its Mike?"

As Knuckles and Neera Li were healed of their cyber sickness the rest ran back out the door,

Astra landed at the point she was told to go to, and realized she landed so deep in the planet that she saw lava. She saw a giant pump like machine before she rolled her eyes." How the hell did I get stuck with the short straw again? Oh right, cause no one else is hard core enough to hack it. Well, at least don't seem like anyone else can last this deep for long so should be an easy enough job to,"

Everyone heard some crashing sounds in the distance before Kaine snickered." Sounds like that Black Panther might be back for a round two…let's move!"

As some stayed behind to heal the two most recently retrieved citizens of cyber space, they ran out to see a good chunk of the crew working with Tyson had arrived, with Drakken Joe in front of everyone.

Joe saw the shocked looks before he smirked." See boys? If you just let others do the work for you then you get an even bigger bonus! Thanks for getting us an idea on what's going on in this dump, but we will take it from here."

Astra saw Joe's grin and rolled her eyes." Oh damn it course a jackass like you would be pulling stuff like this."

Tanjiro raised an eyebrow before clearing his throat." I take it you know this man Lady Astra?"

"Yah, Drakken Joe, goes by titles like Dark Alchemist, former member of that Oración Seis Galáctica group before the Last Emperor smashed them hard. Only thing this guy really is though, is a two-faced jackass. After all he's the only one left cause he sold out his own crew. Hear that boys? You're working with a two faced bastard."

Joe spat on the ground as he saw Raymond, Angela, and some of the others look uneasy." C'mon dame none of us are rookies at this. We all know it's a live let live world these days and just want the big score! This place smells like money, so that's all there is to it!"

Megaman put up his buster before the Digger winced." Don't you guys understand what you're doing? We are not going to let monsters ruin even more lives!"

The pirate floating in the air with a mask over his face and bangs of red hair sticking out smirked." Whoa there who said we were monster let's start over eh? Hi there! What's up? Names Bola man! With a outfit like that your part of the Bethal Kingdom eh "Megaman?

"Hey, I just needed to rack up the resources to pull off a rescue so, was doing this job to do that! And…a few other things! Besides I hear you managed to find one of the other last Lombax's alive and he was some hardcore general! But, he's not here, so Nefarious got him?"

Ratchet winced as the memory of Alister killing Rivet after Sieg promised him to be on the" Winning team", before he grasped his Omni-Wrench tightly." No…the man who killed Nefarious conned him."

"What?"

"It's a long, long story girl but the point is there is a lot worst things going on than your even aware of. And the only way to not get screwed over is not going along with chumps like this guy!"

Joe had his eye twitch before he cracked his neck." You want to say that to my face you punk?"

A bulky armored pirate behind Joe and Bola stomped up." I don't believe it! Bola why are you letting these little punks make us look bad!? Pah! "Just want to say he's not always like this, Klaymoor is just angry when the bills are due yah know?"

Astra rolled her eyes before she took out her sword." Yah I don't care dude. You guys can get on your knees and beg me not to kick your ass or I'll end this before you can blink cause I'm really damn tired of idiots making things a pain for me! I, huh? Oh damn it again!?"

The blond woman was cut off as she saw something fall in front of her.

Astra heard a deafening roar before she saw parts of the ceiling fall down and looked up to see a large monster vaguely reminiscent of a lizard with insectoid features crawl down from the hole.

Most of its body was black or very dark red, save for its claws, spikes, and its twisted, skull-like head.

Its red flesh and an exposed rib-cage on its underside contribute to its visceral appearance.

Multiple yellow-orange eyes were scattered over its head, and its tripartite jaws were lined with jagged, tooth-like protrusions. It had six limbs: two are spike-lined tentacles that serve as its main means of locomotion and physical combat, while the other four have distinctive joints and four hooked claws on their ends.

The monster widened its eyes before Astra rolled her own." Well, almost no one else can hack it. Still, with you being that ugly guess I can see why you want to hunker down nearly at the core of the planet to hide."

The giant lizard roared, and suddenly fired a massive red energy blast at the blond woman. Astra responded by snickering before roundhouse kicking the blast back at the beast's heart.

Astra saw the lizard beast fall into the magma before she snorted in disgust." Can't rage quite the truth ugly. Oh well, at least that's done. So, any of you want what that pain in the ass got?"

As even Joe looked uneasy a new male voice chuckled." Man, you really are a class act Astra."

The blond woman got on guard before she saw an equally blond man walk up. She saw the blond woman next to the man before she almost laughed." Ah hell, so it really is you Raymond? I was wondering if someone stole your ship again!"

The Equalizer form Verguld gave a shrug before he threw up his hands." Hey, I know you like to rub in how great you are girl but you're not the only competent Equalizer."

"If you're so competent what are you doing being a panther's patsy?"

"It's a job to help Wakanda so they help Verguld. No one's even left alive on this planet so it's not like we are hurting anybody."

"Yah but if you give the wrong dude the wrong thing then a lot more folks could be hurt dumbass. I did not think you were as careless as Higgs or some of the others Ray."

"Yah well, the Viltrum clan may be focused on the Bethel Kingdom for now but we seen a few of those mustache bastards attacking a few outposts."

"So, your trying to get the Vought Clan's favor to hold them off?"

"If they are too busy fighting then it gives us time."

"Yah…no offense but you guys did not think this out very much did you?"

"Hey, it's all we got alright Astra? Some of us still have home planets we want to see standing by the end of the year. There are no good options damn it. I mean, what the hell are you doing with Bethel forces?"

"The gist of it is, I'm not on their side cause I become a fan of the Last Emperor's teachings, but because even worst crap then you could ever image is going to go down if I don't stop it. That's why I need the fuel on this dump to pull it off, and I can't do that if you and the rest of Wakanda 's hired meat shields screw it up!"

"Damn it, this is not the only planet with Hyperspace fuel yah know?"

"That's the sort of thing about money or ships, I can't sell out my entire planet for a favor Astra!"

"If you're thinking it that black and white Ray, then you're going to have to sleep for a while cause I don't have time to bring you up to speed!"

"Damn it Astra, everyone knows how strong you are but don't think you can dismiss me like I'm a joke!"

"Oh? You learn how to fly yet, or you still need that drone thing to fly around like a kid playing with a toy?"

"Hey, D.U.M.A. is a very advanced piece of machinery that lets me fight in ways normal folk can't pull off!"

The blond woman sighed before getting into a fighting stance." I don't see this as the best course of action Ray, but I'll do what I can."

"Sweet. You have not seen all my moves Astra! Extreme Daredevil!"

The orb floating around the blond man glowed before attaching to his back. Astra saw the other Equalizer have energy surge around his sword before she rolled her eyes." Dude…if you're not going to even try and put some effort into your attacks then you're just asking for a, huh?"

Elena suddenly jumped up and fired a beam of energy from her hand. Astra easily bat it aside, only for the light to explode and blind her eyes. Astra cursed in annoyance, then suddenly swerved around.

As she put her hand up a shock-wave of power caused the ground to cave in, but she heard a gasp and opened her eyes to see Ray clearly shocked at his Extreme Daredevil attack being blocked.

He realized Astra caught it with her hand, and did not even looked stressed before he winced." Oh, come on now you're just rubbing it in! You always were hard core Astra but now it's like you're not even the same person!"

Elena paused before her eyes glowed, and she winced." Be on guard Ray, that's not as far off as you might think. Scanners are detecting demonic energy in her."

"Huh? She has that Avatar fusion thing right?"

"Yes, but now her direct energy match's that of demons."

"What, what the hell does that mean? Astra, what are you?"

Astra just narrowed her eyes before muttering with a bitter," What I have to be to survive. It's a long story, but I had to become even more badass than I already was to survive. But I'm a survivor Raymond, no matter what. So don't make me have to get through another dumbass to survive."

Ray noticed Gorr was still sheathed before he winced." Seriously…what the hell's happened? There's all kind's of rumors going around."

"And yet fact is stranger than fiction yah hear? Things are so out of hand that all the stuff you think is a big deal is just small potatoes dude. That's why I have to get around fast before we are all screwed!"

"Tsc, you're acting like everything going on in this planet is not a problem for you."

"I mean…I am pulling my punch's since I don't want to waste the wrong folks. Trust me, you don't want to get a firsthand taste of what Gorr can do so take the god damn hint! Only Homelander, Omni-Man, and some of his mustache pals and the new threat I'm talking about are a problem now, everyone else is just a waste of time."

As Rey and Elena looked distraught, Astra thought she was going to break through to her fellow Equalizer before suddenly a stoic voice cut in with," They say that those that bark the loudest, are the weakest."

Astra winced, looked up and saw a lightning bolt coming down for her head. She dashed back and saw it came from neither Ray nor Elena, but looked up to see her attacker was covered in a large black raincoat with a hood over his face.

The blond woman realized the new challenger was not hiding before, but arrived in the area in an instant before she spat on the ground." Talking big for someone who won't show their face eh hot shot? I remember those coats were all wore by those old Organization XIII "Dark Enji" punks. What you a cosplayer or something?"

Ray paused before he stepped back. Yozora? The hell are you doing? I thought you went off somewhere else?"

"I just wanted to observe first…so that after she was "warmed up" there was no excuse when she lost."

"Piff…you don't get to play the "honor" card when you introduced yourself with a cheap shot that did not even work!"

"Your mistaken…Astra Fitter. I knew that you would dodge that, that was just my introduction."

Astra saw Ray and Elena widened their eyes in shock at hearing their comrade's full name before she grasped her fist tightly." Who the hell are you jackass? I never saw you before, and I don't get personal that easy!"

"You could say, it was fate that brought us here. I…crossed paths with your father, a long, long time ago."

Ray winced before he eyed at the blond woman." Wait, Astra your old man, is the Equalizer's god damn founder!?"

Astra 's aura started to flare up before she took Gorr out." I just knew for sure not to long ago myself if I'm being real dude. But how the hell did you know? I never heard of some Yozora!"

"That's because before now you were insufficient to me. But things changed, and now the path before me for my mission is clear."

Yozora put up his right hand, before cubes of orange energy formed around him. After a few moments it took the shape of a ranged weapon similar in design to a crossbow mixed with a blaster gun.

Astra saw the man was motionless before she cracked her neck." You think you can own me because I could not kill your cat boss? I'm not trying to piss off an entire world if I can help it but that does not apply to punks trying to kill me for a bonus!"

"Once more your mistaken." Yozora replied bluntly." I saw your fight, from a distance. I want to see your true power, to see if it can sate me."

"Oh, one of those kinds of junkies eh? Not a bright idea when you're pissing off one of the biggest badasses in this universe eh?"

"But does that hold up to, all the other universes?"

Astra blinked and nearly sweat before she grasped her blade tightly." What…what the hell? This, this a joke?"

"So, you are aware…good…that streamlines things to do here."

Astra prepared to block from whatever Yozora was going to shoot out from his gun, but she realized to late it was a feint, because the moment it glowed and Astra shifted to prepare to block, in a flash she realized the hooded man was below her.

Just as her eyes widened she noticed his red and green eyes, before he hit her with a uppercut that knocked her right into the sky of ZDR in mere moments, leaving her gone before both her allies and enemies could even process what happened.

The blond woman stabilized herself before she went out of the atmosphere. Astra coughed up blood, and realized how far she was hit before she winced." Damn…the guy's a jackass but he puts his money where his mouth is.

This dude some would be "god" like Bob? If he's another one of those then it's time to get him acquainted with yah Gorr!"

Astra took out the God-Slaying sword, but felt something hold the blade back. She looked up, and winced before realizing Yozora was above her. The man in the hood glanced at the blond woman's blade before he nodded." Oh I heard the stories of the "All-Black the Necrosword" that was forged to butcher celestial ones and that sort. I admit it's a better fit with you then with a wild dog like Knull Z Diavolo. Still, how ironic that his child would be the one relying on a blade as the ace in the hole, just like him."

"The hell are you, huh?" Astra realized her opponent was about to fire a beam, but when she tried to block it the projectile instantly expanded into a blood red circle that entrapped her. As the blond woman felt her energy being drained her enemies' eyes glowed." Don't get too confident in power that can be so easily taken away!"

The sphere, and its caster's eyes glowed before Astra was blinded. When the light was gone, Astra saw the sphere faded, but that Gorr was suddenly in her opponent's hand.

A chill went down Astra's spine as Yozora looked at the God slayer sword and shrugged." So it did have a will of its own, impressive, I had to put some effort into this."

Astra winced before she muttered," The hell…you really are some sort of god?"

"No…not a god. Just a super elite that's transcended such level of ability."

"Think one trick is going to seal the deal jackass? I'm more than a one trick pony! Your, huh?"

Astra saw her opponent's aura split off into red orbs, that all suddenly fired lasers at her before she yelled out," Shunkō!"

Lighting burst out of her, but even unleashing a barrage of flash steps, while she evaded many of the shots, she still got shot across her left leg and right arm. The blows were not too painful, but it slowed her down to see her own sword coming for her head.

She on instinct put her hands up to catch Gorr, only to realize the blade was swung on its own, before she felt a pain erupt in her gut.

The blond woman realized Yozora had punched her in the gut and cursed out before her opponent raised his fist." Most impressive, that blow was intended to knock you out. I see, you really are as stubborn as him."

"Whoever your thinking of I'm not like him! I'm not just someone's damn legacy!"

"Believe it or not, I can sympathize with that. And…it's a good thing that you're not cause, then I'd have to terminate you. But either way, you're done."

"LIKE HELL ASSHOLE!"

Astra yelled at the top of her lunges before unleashing a shock-wave of demonic energy. It blew Gorr into the air and also knocked Yozora back. The woman sensed her hooded enemy's energy waver and called Gorr back to her before she yelled out," Thought you figured me out? I'm just getting started!"

Astra yelled again before she unleashed her Mazoku state. Yozora paused before he pointed his crossbow at her." The Devil Genes…the Devil Trigger really waited so long to emerge. But if you don't know what to do with that power, you're just a wild hell-hound burning everything around you to ash with your unbound rage."

"I know damn well what to do with this power prick, kick your ass, then kick the asses of all the pricks who want to put me in chains!"

"Your resolve is true…but if you can't control this rage then it's useless."

"What…scared my rage will kill you now that you can't hijack my sword?"

Yozora paused before he had something slide out of his right sleeve, a futuristic sword with a glowing orange edge. He pointed it into the air before declaring," No, but your clearly still too new to your power to the point that it could endanger the mission. So, better safe than sorry."

He formed an orange energy sphere at the tip of his blade and shot it into the air. Astra braced herself before she suddenly saw the orb make a larger sphere that surrounded her, and formed a sphere around her that had a web of orange and purple energy as the area around her became an area composed of innumerable amount of randomly arranged and differently sized rectangular prisms.

Yozora sighed before he got back into a fighting stance." Now, at least your inexperience won't jeopardize everything."

"Quit looking down on me like I'm some dumbass who does not know a damn thing! I did not survive this long making rookie mistakes."

"Fair enough…but the battle to come will require the elite of the elite, just one mistake will be the end of everything."

"Like acting all smug pretty boy? You don't know what I saw!"

In a flash Yozora was gone, but at full power Astra was fast enough to swerve around and see an orange blur before she parried her opponent's slash. As the clash caused a shock-wave, Astra had Gorr transform and have shadow blades burst out to counter the incoming lasers as she screamed out," Would not be the first time I jumped into a train-wreck, but I dig in, and keep on chugging till I burst through!"

She shocked her opponent to tank the lasers in her way and punch Yozora right in the face. The blow smashed him into the wall and knocked his hood back.

Yozora was bruised, but just cracked his neck before he stood back up." So, your regenerative ability in that form is more rapid than I assumed, I won't make that mistake again. I won't deny your skills of that of a true ace, and at even faster pace than that man."

The sliver haired man had his aura surge before he raised his right hand, and eight flames burst out of his hand. The flames grew bigger and bigger, before taking the shape of eight dragon shaped heads, one having the head of Bahamut King of Dragons, one of Shinryu, and other legendary dragons.

Astra saw one of the dragon head coming at her with spiky hair and red fringes before she winced." Damn it…you guys better be able to handle the rest of the jokers cause this might take a while. Still…not being burned away by some smug jackass no matter how many dragons you bust out of your ass!"

Despite her defiance Astra moved at full speed to avoid being consumed by the various dragon heads of multicolored flames swarming her.

As she did, her comrades were too busy to worry about her as, while their own opponents did not have quite as many attacks, it was still enough to keep them on their toes.

While Joe was surprised at Yorzah's sudden outburst, he was more than happy to see things be easier for him. Even with Astra being removed from the battle zone the others refused to give up. But as Joe saw everyone surround him he grit his teeth." You punks really think your better than me? You're not even good enough to look me in the eye! Ignition Floor!"

Joe created a mark branching away from him to where his targets stood. He raised his hand and then proceed to change the floor at the end of the mark into an explosion. While he grinned at the prospect of seeing those in front of him blew up, when the smoke cleared everyone was to the left.

He saw Sonic was in front of him before wagging his finger at the taller man." Hey dude, now's not the time to blow everything up yah hear?"

In an instant Sonic unleashed a spin-dash to smash Joe's tooth out, before Sonic bounced up and then came back down to hit his target hard enough to smash Joe into the ground.

Lilac saw the taller water dragon's glare before her jaw dropped." I, I never saw her in my life! There, there are more of my kind alive? I, I looked everywhere in the universe for proof that more of my kind of Water Dragon's were still alive."

Twin metallic wings of fire erupted out of her back before she slammed the ground. Sonic smelled a burning sensation before he and Lilac moved out of the way as pillars of fire erupted.

Sonic saw the extent of the flames before he shrugged." You sure have a lot of hate lady, but no offense, but no amount of hate will make you fast enough to catch me!"

The speedy hero from Mobius unleashed a spin-dash and spun around Merga to have her flames blow back on her. The water dragon fighting for Wakanda hissed as her flames consumed her." We will see. But either way, that's what the others are here for. Zone…prove your worth!"

Sonic saw a flash of light before he saw a beam coming his way. He dodged the projectile easily, but as the light faded Sonic suddenly slipped, and floated in mid air. As he struggled to move he and Lilac saw that the source responsible for the attack was a round ship glowing green, before a deafening sound loud enough to paralyze the two boomed out.

Sonic could see from the ship's cockpit before the man with the hat smirked." I'm glad you got away from those other thugs, you're too rare to be casually throw out with the other trash. An legendary hero, would make for a fine specimen. Your unique, but not unique enough to escape the power of my Photon Battleship! As his robot pal agreed the Lombax took out a thin blue gun and fired a powerful blast of blue energy that hit the Photon Ship hard enough to knock it into the sky and disrupt the Ultra Sonic tractor beam.

As Sonic fell to the ground he gave Rachet a thumbs up." Heh, I think you and Tails are going to get along, thanks dude."

As Ratchet nodded stabilized his ship." Computer! Give me a full analysis of what just hit my ship! My Photon Battleship is perfect in every way! I won't be defeated by a few scavengers and the random guns they stumbled on to!"

The other light took the shape of a young, female Hush Basset puppy with ivory-white fur, bushy orange hair, bright green eyes and large ears with a set of four bright green discs on them.

She was clad in a sleeveless, black romper with yellow straps on the leggings, a yellow crop top vest over the romper and black sweatbands under the bracelets on her wrist and ankles.

Joe saw the tremor shake, and the cyber tower near him glow before he smirked." Well I'll be dammed, that Bonne girl could talk the talk after all. Time to nab the score."

Tanjiro winced before he looked around." What…did the bad guys get past the others and get into that vault?"

Grimoire Weiss looked up before the book snickered." It's not that kind of attack lad. It would seem these thugs have more than one approach, and that one of their allies is using the fighting to hack the door open."

Joe licked his lips before he looked up." Just needed you guys to lower the computer systems defenses and jackpot!"

Ray raised an eyebrow before he cleared his throat." Hey Joe, you were going to fill us in on that part of the plan, when?"

"When it finished!" Joe retorted bluntly." The less people that knew about it, the less they could figure out what's going on to mess it up! It's just business."

Tanjiro saw Joe's smug grin and grasped his blade tightly." I don't know what all this cyber stuff is still about but you're not getting away with this!"

"Of course I am, cause I'm better then you runts!" He aimed his blaster pistol at Tanjiro, only for the demon slayer to cry out," I don't care where you came from, you can't dismiss my family's skills! Seventh Form: Drop Ripple Thrust!"

The scar faced man thrusted his Nichirin Blade right into his opponent's gun. As the pirate cried out in pain Shiki charged at him." Time your brought down to reality jerk! Magimech Attack: Meteor Breaker!"

Shiki charged Ether at the end of his fist to create a gravity sphere, which becomes a giant meteor of gravity when fired at Joe. Joe got hit by the blast, and screamed in pain. As he saw he was pushed into the lava, his eyes widened. "You think punks like you can rub out the likes of the Dark Alchemist! Ether Overdrive!"

Joe's aura erupted before his eyes glowed red. The composition of his body changed, giving him a more far monstrous and crystalline appearance as Ether lines started to spread across his entire body.

His skin started completely darkened, aside for a series of bright Ether markings running along his body while his hair turned bright, almost crystalline, and he grew a long, reptilian tail.

As Joe slammed his tail onto the ground Tanjiro widened his eyes." What…this man's a demon to? He…he's not like the spider demon back in the castle."

Shiki eyed Joe before he grit his teeth." No, he's an Ether Gearists dude."

Weiss sighed before he nodded." I see. Ether Gear utilizes the Ether or mana that flows from the user's body and rearranges it by turning it into power, making the user into a "mechanical wizard" of sorts.

This gives its users the ability to manipulate certain elements such as gravity and wind, reconfigure machines, create swords using Ether, or even completely alter the material composition of objects the user touches. So, this man seems to be a different kind of demon."

"Maybe, but I won't lose to him all the same!" Joe saw Tanjiro, Megaman, Crash, and Shiki all giving him defiant looks before his eyes glowed." Enough, learn your place mooks!"

Joe slammed the ground, before suddenly the entire chunk of ground started to glow, before turning to dust. As everyone lost their traction aside from Joe, all the ones who could not fly started to fall, including Raymond, Elena, and the others that were supposed to be Joe's allies before Raymond roared out," Joe you backstabbing son of a,"

"If you thought this was ending any other way you were just as naïve as these punks kid!"

Joe spat out as he glanced at Tanjiro." See? It was a learning experience, right? You want to dream about being heroes? Going on adventures? Fine. But there are some people in the cosmos that you just shouldn't mess with. Get the message?"

Angela saw Bola try and keep Klaymore from falling into the lava, till the weight was too much and they both fell in. As they both cried out in agony while burning to ash she winced. "Oh I get the message!" Angela muttered as she pressed a button and had her flying platform extend." I think I put up with your breath long enough creep! If that's how it's going to be I'm taking my chances with Ratchet's crew!"

Joe saw the female Lombax catch Tanjiro, Megaman, and Crash, and saw Elena and Raymond hover thanks to the D.U.M.A on the blond warrior's back before he snickered, and had wings form out of his back." Go on and scurry to life like the cockroaches you all are, while I go on to win!"

The member of the Oración Seis Galáctica flew out while those below struggled to not die, those still working with Joe were trying to pull off their plot. Tron and the rest of the Bonne family had set up there hacking operation in the special machine Tron came up with for the operation made to look like one of ZDR's shuttles.

Teisel glanced at the giant sphere in the distance before he heard some explosions and let out an anxious chuckle as he leaned on his chair." So…this is working right Tron? Cause if we need to bail, we need to go now!"

"It's working!" Tron answered defiantly." The plan worked, by hooking into the surrounding systems we are tricking the vault's ID systems! The Gemeinschaft will have the vault open soon!"

The older pirate smirked as he grasped his fist tightly." Guess we saw who was on top after all eh Glyde? We fooled this planet's defenses and these punks, we got this,"

Before he could finish, a massive roar that shook the ground caused him to freeze. He quickly looked back at the vault before he gulped." That…that did not come inside there, right?"

Tron looked to the right before she winced." No, it, it came from the right? Huh? As soon as the vault's defenses dropped, four massive energy signatures flared up in four directions! It's an outside system!"

"What like a gun? We can, huh? Uh…uh oh."

Tiesel's shock came not from one, but four new sights. On the left was an enormous black-and-gray robot that towered over the canyon's around it. It has a roughly humanoid stature with a broad torso and large shoulders compared to its thin limbs and lower body.

Its arms end in three-fingered hands, while its legs terminate in rounded stumps. Its head consists mainly of a massive mouth with multiple nested jaws of squared teeth; a pair of protrusions extend from its chin, and it had a somewhat long neck that gives it a slightly hunched or bestial appearance.

Red energy courses through various lines on its body, and it has several indentations resembling simple eyes. Its back and shoulders are covered with circular red pillars topped with silver discs.

From the right was a giant dragon robot that was flying in the sky. Its body was mainly grey in color, with a body that is very narrow and thin, along with pulsing red streaks along its sides. It had two large arms and two sets of jaws.

To the north was a giant silver robot, brandishing a buzzsaw-like shield and a large red sword. It had four legs with wheels attached the bottom.

To the south was the largest robot, primarily of brushed white metal, complete with black and red highlights. It had a roughly humanoid stature, with a broad, stripe-covered torso. Attached to its shoulders were a series of massive cylindrical turbines, branching downwards across its back.

During later phases of the fight, ethereal laser wings sprout from the holes in the turbines. Its wrists and hands are black, with three fingers ending in pointed red claws. Its thin legs end in segmented stumps.

It had red holes, similar in appearance to eyes, are freckled across the side of its body. Its head rests on a long, drawn-out lowered neck, and seemed to have a red, helmet-like shell that makes up the upper half of its face and connects to a spinal cord that courses down the center of its neck.

This shell had several lines and red lights that seem analogous to simple eyes. The lower half of its face has four, dark grey protrusions, with the two outer ones being considerably longer than the inner pair.

Three pairs of outer protrusions curved around from the back side of its head and point downwards in front of his face, and the upper pair curves upwards into horns.

As the four titan like robots stomped into the direction of Elun, Teisel tugged his collar." We flew down and all four of those titans did not move an inch! I, I thought they were busted!"

"It…it seems they were conserving power, all to make sure the vault kept closed!"

"Yah well, they are big but we conned Reaverbots before right? Just, trick them or something, no one can tell them they are wrong!"

"What about that thing Mister Teisel?" The nearest Servbot muttered. Teisel prepared to snap at the small yellow robot before he saw Itorash flying in their direction, and that the four Titans were ignoring it before he stepped back." Oh…well never mind "then. Wait…that did not come from space right Tron? WHERE WAS THAT HIDING!?"

"I, I don't know? It, it does not matter, if we get into the vault then they won't blow us up! Long as we stay one step ahead."

As Tron tried to hack faster others were just as shocked with the Titans sudden awakening, Mike and Tyson among them. While they were alarmed at seeing four massive robots move like they were just taking a nap, the two old friends were even more disturbed at seeing Raven Beak's indifference.

Mike saw Raven Beak look below like he was watching ants about to be crushed before he let out an uneasy chuckle." So, these giants are your ace in the hole? Or, Beak? I admit they did not look like your kind of style."

"That they are not." Raven Beak bluntly replied." They were a collaborative effort. But these titans, Giganto, Wyvern, Knight, and Supreme, are this planet's ultimate defense against any kind of invader. They were meant to be powerful enough to repel an invading fleet, and even hold their own if the devil himself wanted to interfere. Well, it was not able to test all those outcomes but, they have proven there worth. "

Tyson saw Knight take out a giant blade, and Supreme take out a larger sniper rifle before he cleared his throat." And…do you have control of your "Trump Cards" man? They look like they can cause things to go into over kill real quick."

"I honestly can't stop them; they were meant to keep invaders out of Elun no matter what. After all, if I were to have been killed they would need to still preform there duty. If you want to avoid losing those close to you, the vaults opening must be reversed as swiftly as possible."

Tyson saw the vault was starting to open before he cracked his knuckles." I made it real damn clear they were not supposed to do anything till I got back, but it's clear some of these punks got ideas in there head. Well, I picked freelancers in the first place so Wakanda would have less risks as a whole but still…got to get this under control. I'm going down."

Raven Beak nodded before turning to Samus." I dear…it would seem in case this panther fails, that you might have to live up to your legacy once again."

Samus grasped her head before she gave a grunt in disgust." Nothing, ever changes. I'm so, so sick of damn space pirates."

The chozo clad bounty hunter shocked everyone by casually jumping off the platform and spinning around in a somersault to become a sphere of energy to slowly descend to the ground.

Tyson saw her descend before chuckling bitterly." Guess some pro's really are hardcore for life. Chill here while I get everyone in line, so they don't get no wrong ideas Mike ok?"

The agent of Wakanda had his mask cover his face once more before going off the flying fortress. As Mike saw he was now alone with the Chozo he inched back, only for Raven Beak to glance at him." I would recommend you remain here young Auro. Your too important a, individual to be down below in case, the vault does open."

Mike saw Raven Beak was calm, but was clearly not requesting before he shrugged." Man looks like the beans are about to be spilled anyway so what is in that vault man? Like, an even bigger titan?"

"It's not that kind of weapon. Again, it's the means of salvation, of evolution, and more. But it can't be put into the hands of mindless salvages. These scum will learn, just like the ones who tried to deny my daughter before."

Mike tried to keep it cool as he shrugged." Guess it's time to see who here's a fast learner eh? Well, I know Sonic's fast but hope he's that kind of fast to."

Speaking of Sonic, the hedgehog was one of the many who noticed the Titans stomping in there direction before he let out a uneasy chuckle." Man, were they always that big? Thought Eggman was just kidding when he talked about how powerful they are. Well, just one of those days. Oh?"

Sonic saw Tails, Knuckles, Carol, and Lilac had gotten over before Tails landed, caught his breath and winced." I knew things were bad but, it must be really bad if the Titans have gotten out of control!"

Lilac saw Giganto and Wyvern both roar before she gulped." They do look like they will take a whopping. Hey, Sonic, this sounds like one of those times to go all super right?"

Sonic rubbed the back of his head before he let out an uneasy chuckle." Normally yah but there is a problem with that dragon girl.

We need the Chaos Emeralds for that, and um, I think if I'm remembering right these giant clunk heads are powered by the Chaos Emeralds, right?"

Tails winced before he nodded." Four of them at least, with the others in the vault. It was for an experiment but, well things got out of control before we could retrieve them. But it's not all bad guys! If we take the Chaos Emeralds out of them then they will lose power!"

Knuckles saw the Knight titan kick away a mountain top like it was a sandcastle before he grimaced." I mean it's not that simple when these tincans are big enough to step on Perfect Chaos or the Biolizard like a bug Sonic!"

"Hey, the goons Zannacross and the Beyonder threw at us when we helped Ben and the Enji take them down were just as big but we did not fear going into doomsday zones back then eh Knuckle head? Can't take this lightly, but got to go faster, not harder eh?"

Lilac paused before she nodded." Right…I'm too fast for any machine to hit me!"

Knuckles glanced at the titans before he nodded." Alright, let's do it! I'll get the giant thug!"

Tails glanced at Wyvern before he got determined." I got the dragon, he's not fast enough to hit me!"

Lilac saw the Knight Titan's hands detach thanks to wires on its limbs before she smirked." I'll get the" Knight". No matter how big its sword is it's not sharper than a dragon's claws!"

Sonic smirked before he saw Supreme fire a dozen projectiles, and then those projectiles floated around Supreme and had gun turrets come out before he got into a running stance." Then I'll shut down the overkill over here…Eggman said this robot was too much for me so have to show him up either way." Sera floated above the others before she looked troubled." You're going to stop the Titans? All of them have the power to wipe you out with one blow!"

"Maybe, but just cause a job's risky don't mean true hero's can turn down what they have to do eh? Besides, I need a warmup after being out of action for so long.

And if nothing else, people I care about will be hurt so, I got to keep running. If all of this is because the vault's opening then do what you can to close it cyber girl."

Sera glanced at the vault before her eyes widened." There might be an advantage to this. If its part way open, I can awaken father without compromising the rest of the systems."

"Well if you can do it then go for it, I got places to be!"

James floated over before the Holocron had his body fade in once more." I was not here but I worked on systems like this, with the help of some of the others I can help insure it goes faster."

"Sounds good!" Sonic replied." Its go time guys!"

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Lilac took off at once, and Sera saw them go before she winced." They truly don't let the odds effect their judgment. It's like father said…they really are…beyond calculations. But if that logic lets me do my function, then so be it."

As Sera went off as well Sonic saw Supreme glance at him, and instantly fire over a hundred energy blasts at him. But this just made Sonic's smirk get wider." That all? No matter how many shots you can fire at once, your still to slow!"

As Sonic used his Lightspeed dash to evade the onslaught coming his way, Joe landed on the planet's surface.

He saw the Titans all attacking those right in front of them before he glanced at the opening vault. "Well some things have become a pain in the ass but looks like this is going good after all!"

He was about to head to the vault till someone sharply cut in with," That's only because you forgot what the god damn plan is dumbass!"

Joe tensed up as Tyson landed in front of him, with a hard enough impact to crack the ground. "You, your,"

"If you're going to keep being this dumb then I'm just going to waste your sorry ass now and end this." The Black Panther responded." You did not even bother to see if I was dead or alive anyway Joe. If you really thought you could double cross me and Wakanda and get a bigger cut and walk away, then killing you now is god damn mercy!"

Joe saw Tyson crack his neck before the pirate cleared his throat." W…wait a second you got it all wrong man! I was never stupid enough to try and backstab Wakanda I was doing this for them!"

"Testing my patience is just going to make this,"

"It's not a lie I swear! Lord J'Nadaka contacted us and told us to get the vault open no matter what! You can check the transmission if you want!"

Tyson paused before he looked back at the direction of Joe's own ship, the Belial Gore before he glared at Joe." That cause you told him I was dead?"

"Nah, we just said we did not hear from you and he said you could take care of yourself, and that we were here to get the vault open so get on it so that's what we are doing!"

Tyson eyed Joe before he saw the Titans, and saw Knuckles had already managed to climb onto Giganto's arm pit before he sighed." Well even if that's true, since I am here, I'll deal with him. But for now, hold back on getting in, this is shaping up to be something we don't want open."

"What the hell are you talking about? You and your,"

"Hey, don't mess around I know what J'Nadaka said more then you we clear? But he don't know what I know now. I found out a few things and this is not something that will help Wakanda, Homelander or anyone. It's a dead end, deal with it."

Joe saw Tyson was serious before his eye twitched." So that's it…job's off just like that? All that work for jack?"

"Guess it is…but at least your still alive to do another job eh? You will be paid for your services so far so don't be acting like an ungrateful, huh?"

The two heard another roar, and saw the Wyvern Titan roar as Tails evaded his claw slash using the Grav-Tether he borrowed from Ratchet, and had red rods pop out of the sides of its body before firing red energy rings in all directions. One of those rings headed for Tyson, and he instantly slashed the projectile in half with his kuni. As it exploded upon impact, Joe took off for the vault.

As his boss glared at him Joe laughed wildly." Hey its fine if Wakanda or the Vought clan don't want what's inside anymore, but if it's too unstable to use even a broken weapon or monster is still something that can be sold to someone, and Drakken Joe did not get this far by being picky!

Heh, after all this planet, if not this whole damn universe is already ruined so all that's left is to get what fun you can out of this ride while you can!"

Joe saw Tyson was about to go after him, but that he was to distracted by more attacks from the Titans to go after him and smirked. He saw the vault doors open before he licked his lips with hunger." The only thing that made me cautious was opening something that was going to blow up on me. But even if its gas that can't kill me."

Joe slammed the opening vault door, and had his hand glow. The entire section of the door started to glow, and turn to cardboard before he laughed." Long as it won't blow up on me I'll use my alchemy magic to morph each door till I get the good stuff! These long dead idiots thought they were too smart for me but they all realize who's the bigger, GUH!"

Before he could finish, a painful blow to his back broke his focus, and caused him to roar out in pain. The impact caused him to cough up blood, and as he glanced behind him he saw the attack was a tackle, a very, very fast tackle.

His eyes widened as he saw that he was hit by none other than Samus, who had used her Shinesmark function to move and super speed, and them slam right into Joe's spine.

Joe had heard the stories about Samus, but seeing the Chozo bounty hunter before his eyes just caused him to blink in shock. As he tried to mutter something Samus just hissed out," I'm so…sick…of pirates. You're done!"

Joe tried to grasp his new attacker, but Samus caused her armor to emit energy waves from points on her suit, while she somersaults into the air, turning her into a rotating energy blade of destruction, slicing in to Joe's back in the process.

As her target screamed in pain Samus suddenly rolled into a ball, and glowed for a moment, before unleashing a glowing orb, or more like a bomb. Joe just yelled in pain as Samus dropped the Power Bomb down his throat.

The bounty hunter spun away just as Joe gagged for a few moments. He saw his own throat and started to scream, before a yellow explosion consumed him. Ratchet saw Samus casually land on the ground in the distance before he gulped." I don't know who that dude is but, I really hope he's on are side!"

Tyson also saw Joe get vaporized before he eyed Samus carefully." Damn…I heard Samus Aran was a legend but that's full hardcore gangster. Guess if I was just woken up and thugs were trying to mess with my stuff I'd be pissed off to but still."

At the moment the Black Panther was caught off guard when he saw the Titans roar, and realized that despite a few close calls, Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, and Lilac all managed to get the Chaos Emerald powering the Titan, causing them to power down.

Sonic spun the Blue Chaos Emerald like a ball on his finger before he smirked." Eh, had a tougher time nabbing the Chaos Emerald from freaking Nack the Weasel! Heh, at least in that special zone of his. After all, you Titans are all brawn and no clas, huh?"

Sonic saw the light form the power bomb and saw Samus before his jaw dropped. The former member of the Freedom Fighters and the Justice Force blinked for a few moments before he glanced back at the vault." What…what is this? This…some sort of joke? Seriously whatever is going on its really not funny! Who is, oh?"

Sonic saw a light from the top of Elun flash out, before he saw something that looked like a egg, with a mustache on it slide out of the top of the Vault. Sonic saw this Egg Emerge before he glanced at the red sphere in its center, and saw Sera fly into it before he raised a eyebrow.

Sera glanced at the house sized sphere before her aide Geetz looked at her." The Life-Egg is fully functional Mistress Sera, Master Robotnik should be able to be awakened without hampering Elun's defenses now."

"Good, its a good thing we worked out the opening flaw with Absolutely Safe Capsule door with Dr. Andonuts or this would have been much more diffcult. Well then...at last, its time to wake up father."

Sera's eyes glowed and the Life-Egg glowed red, before its cyber prison flared up, and fired a beam of energy. The beam landed behind Sera, and took the shape of the obese scientist, still in his Egg-Mobile.

Despite having a few red marks of Cyber Corruption on his body, he looked intact. Doctor Robotnik took a deep breath, and coughed a bit before he grasped his chest." That…that did not go as planned. But, since this is not hell I guess something went right. Huh?"

Robotnik noticed Doctor Neo Cortex had been one of the ones who along side James, Coco, and some of the others helped free him before he moaned." Oh, you got to be kidding me. Doctor Cortex right? If you're here, then I guess they fixed hell because I'm in it with all the other mad scientists!"

The smaller scientist moaned back before he rolled his eyes." Hey, I know you just woke up and all but I figured you were smart enough to know who's dead and who's not!"

"But…Xehamaru dragged you to your death!"

"Yah…that's a long story. How'd you end up here anyway?"

"That's…also a long story."

"I know the feeling. Look this girl begged me to help you out so thank her!"

He saw him point to Sera before his jaw dropped." Sage…you're here? Wait, where is here?"

"Good evening, Doctor. You are outside of Elun."

"Well, at least the planet is not blown up. Wait, when is it?"

"I have not fully integrated with the outside network but, but from the data I have gotten clearly centuries have passed, at least."

"Oh? Heh, did Sonic tell you that?"

"No, prince Auro did."

"Auro? SO, the savior's still holding strong? Well, that's good because I hate to admit it but only him and his wife might have the means to easily contain this mess if, huh?"

Robotnik paused as he noticed Itorash approaching Elun before a chill went down his spin. He glanced around before he cleared his throat." Sage…no time for pleasantries I need an update now! Is, is Raven Beak onboard Itorash?"

Sage saw the dread in her creator's face and paused." I have not saw him, but it seems a Chozo mana signature is detected from his fortress."

"Well then so much for the best-case situation."

"Sage…this…this all started because of him! My counter measures were to prevent are demise and at least that worked but he, he is the one who started the experiment on the Paradox Prism!"

"What…but why?"

"Because he's gone mad, and was willing to do anything to further his research, on fusing Metroids and X-Parasites and Phazon together into a new lifeform!"

"What? That, that was not the mission?"

"I know, he hid his own agenda!"

"Was, was he successful?"

Robotnik did a quick scan to see who was around him, and as the scanned indicated Samus, and a warning noise blared out Robotnik grit his teeth." I'm afraid that, it appears so. You monster…you took this too far."

As Robotnik frantically tried to get as up to date as fast as possible, others were trying to take in all of the changes to. Mike saw Sonic's group deactivate the Titans, saw Samus blow up Joe, and saw the Life-Egg emerge out of Elun, with Robotnik quickly released, and saw Raven Beak look annoyed before he cleared his throat. "I'd say what's with the frown, but I can't tell with that mask on my good big bird. Still, guess Lady Luck has favored us eh? Your "lab partner" even came out in one piece to."

"Partner?" Raven Beak uttered with disdain." That human amateur is not my "partner" Prince Auro, do try and see things for how they are. The likes of him that can only produce such low-level toys could never compare to my,"

At that moment a flash of light shocked the two before suddenly Sonic appeared, using Chaos Control with the Chaos Emerald he nabbed from Supreme to warp right in front of them. Mike saw Sonic look haggard before he tensed up." Hey Sonic, I know speed's your game but what's the rush? Hungry or something?"

"Yah but that can wait later Mike." Sonic uttered tensely." Glad you're ok man, but if you want to stay ok come with me quick!"

Mike saw Raven Beak grasp his fist tightly before he tugged his collar?" What? But, Samus was with him and everything and seemed cool about it."

"Mike…you got to trust me on this ok dude? Samus…was not on this world when things went south here on ZDR?"

Mike turned pale as he saw Raven Beak's cannon starting to charge up." Wait…what? Then, what happened to her?"

"I don't know what happened to the real Samus Aran dude, but she sure was not here! She came here once, talked to this guy, and left in a real angry mood. She only told me, she could never work with this guy!"

"Then what the hell is going on here!"

"I'm not good with the science stuff so might as well phone in who is. Eggman…clear this up already!"

Sonic pressed a button on his glove before a small hologram of Robotnik in real time appeared. The former villain glared at Raven Beak before he stroked his mustache." Prince Michael is it? We will have to do the formalities and what not later, time is of the essence.

Because of that I delayed it enough so that I and some of the others could be transferred into cyberspace and live but still, the entire planet was shifted into a pocket dimension."

"So…this was all on purpose? Why? Only a handful of folks survived!"

"It was all worth it to him lad. The data Sage provided to me so far, the process reminds me of what happened to the moth like people, the Luminoth race went through, because of Phazon.

Dark Aether was created when a Phazon Leviathan impacted the surface of Aether some fifty years prior to the arrival of Samus Aran. It occupied the same spacetime as planet Aether, and even siphoned half of its planetary energy, and it's clear to me now that ZDR went through the same process."

"To experiment. Raven Beak was hiding from me, Auro, Samus and the others the extent of his experiments on the X parasites, Metroids, Phazon, and the remains of something called Gourmet Cells.

I was only made aware of this because Samus Aran came to ZDR and had a rather hostile chat with the man before you. I took his word that the matter was resolved, but that was clearly a mistake!"

Mike paused for a moment before he stepped back." What…what does all this stuff mean? X parasites…so some sort of giant bug?"

"No." Robotnik retorted grimly." X parasites were, well, are extremely hostile, shape-shifting organism native to former planet SR388, mostly known as the home world of the Metroids. X Parasites are able to assimilate both the DNA and knowledge of other life forms, as well as to incorporate those features when they take new hosts, and their single-minded drive to consume and spread made them a rather risky threat.

As someone who tried to use one kind of monster after another take it from someone who use to be called a mad scientist, only someone truly insane would try and use such things. But here we are."

Mike repressed an urge to vomit before he muttered," But, what, what would you want to use with, huh? No, NO!"

The curly haired man below glanced at what he thought was Samus Aran below, before looking at Raven Beak with disgust." What…what did you do?"

"What I had to, for the salvation of the universe, and to my own child!"

The Chozo saw the looks of disgust in front of him before he widened his eyes." To think even after all these years, my clan would keep my DNA in their data banks, and that DNA was infused to a human they took pity on, to try and atone for their mistakes.

But in the end what they really needed to atone for, was there own cowardice! The Mawkin Chozo are the descendants of the Red Nitro, and the Thoha Chozo were the descendants of the Blue Nitro, the spineless cowards who betrayed there kin!

At first, I thought these Metroids that my descendants came up with were nothing compared to the power of the ultimate gourmet demon Neo, but then I realized that they were easier to control.

So, took in all the data, but found that fusing everything into one ultimate life form. I realized Samus Aran was the solution. She already had elements of the Chozo, Metroids, and the X parasite in her and was a host for Phazon!

But while she had a Chozo upbringing, it seems that Gray Voice, Quiet Robe, and the others that raised her were to corrupted by outsiders to get her to understand what was important, and she turned down my offer to do what was needed to bring order to a broken universe. To think she would keep repressing the Metroid DNA in her because " She did not want to become a monster", to deny her destiny!

Alas since the "Champion of light" and his comrades were still fond of her, direct action was illogical, so I found samples of DNA from wherever could be found, and went to work. It took, many, many factors to break through many failed test runs.

But I was able to at last finish my masterpiece, the byproduct of project dread, SA-X Prime! Unlike the flawed original, my child, the heir to my race's legacy knows her destiny! Samus, show the power that will bring order to this universe."

Raven Beak pressed a button on his armor, and moments later Samus, or SA-X Prime below grasped her head.

As she did friend and foe alike got on guard, before suddenly the ground around her collapsed, and none other than Drakken Joe burst out and grasped her by the neck.

Joe's body looked like it was reforming before his blood shot eyes widened with rage." You think your so slick punk? Not fun being on the other end of the cheap shot eh? That hurt like hell but I can regrow as long as one cell of my body has the spark to regenerate! You're not getting in the way of my, huh? "

Samus's right arm glowed purple before her eyes turned hollow." I TOLD YOU TO DIE!"

A fang like spike burst out of her palm, before she stabbed Joe in the end. Her target screamed in pain before energy was sucked out of him. She kept sucking energy out of him till Joe became limp, and turned dust grey.

After a few moments Samus threw him to the ground, and he shattered like dust instantly. Merga winced before she stepped back." What…what is this? This is not…anything like what we were told!"

Samus grasped her head before she started to glow. Energy surged around her before she yelled out in pain." Have to kill the pirates…HAVE TO KILL THEM ALL!"

Her armor then transformed, and when the light faded everyone could see that it was now green, and strongly resembled a Metroid and was much more organic than any of her previous suits.

Samus's gloves become sharp and clawed, her visor's silhouette gained two fang-like protrusions, and the barrel of her Arm Cannon ended in four teeth, resembling Metroid mandibles.

Her suit takes on a green and red color scheme similar to that of a Metroid's membrane and nuclei, with the edges of her helmet, thighs and shoulder pads sharpening with a rough texture similar to an evolved Metroid's carapace from SR388.

The lines that run down the suit now resemble cracked in molten rock. As her new shape could be see Tron saw SA-X Prime shatter Joe's remains before she let out a uneasy chuckle." You know I know we wanted a bonus but I really don't think I have the gear to control…that…nightmare thing"

"Yah Tron, I get that feeling." Teisel replied." I think the others will understand if we just cut are losses. And if they don't, they can take it up with the monster lady."

Samus suddenly roared again, before her helmet cracked, and shattered. Her face could be see, and her eyes were hollow, her face was blue, and her teeth had fangs as it was clear she had a look of pure insanity on her face.

As she yelled out with mad fury, one of the others Tyson hired, the mustached man who just went by the" The Nahualli," saw the ground around her melt before he gulped." If she could waste Joe, then I'm cannon folder here. You can have this rock lady, I'm out of here! Huh?"

The Nahualli tried to run into Elun for cover, but saw someone new was looking at him. He noticed it was a humanoid robotic bird, Chozo-like battle automatons. He then took out a gun before his eye twitched." Hey, we can make a deal right?"

The Chozo Automaton's eye glowed, before it extended its right hand. Just as the Nahualli glanced at the hand, a spear popped out, and impaled the mercenary in the gut. The bearded man saw his wound before he winced." Guess not. Damn Joe..I told him he would ruin…everything. GUH!"

The Nahaualli coughed up blood before he slumped over and died. As more Chozo soldiers marched out of the vault Raven Beak snickered as he saw Mike's shocked reaction." This is the true treasure of ZDR, the Chozo reborn, vie the power of the X Parasite merged with Phazon!

At last we will take are rightful place and rebuild this broken universe, over are whim! Those "Titans" are nothing compared to the power of the Phazon enhanced parasite troopers! Unlike those of the past I have perfect control of them! Tsc, the savages that act like gods will not even know what they are dealing with till it's too late!"

Mike saw the mad glee in the Chozo's eyes before he grit his teeth." You, you can't do this! Samus Aran was a hero, and you went behind her and everyone's back to make some Frankenstein eldritch horror with her face on it!"

"And why can I not?" The masked man coldly retorted." Samus Aran became a legend because of my genes, and a child has to repay their parent for their existence one way or another! With the fusion perfected she's an even more perfect combination then Neo was as an appetite demon to Acacia! It will be the zenith of life, it will show who was the most superior race in the universe at last, and prove that I am the genius savior of all!"

Sonic saw the glee in the Chozo's eyes before he got ready to fight." If you really don't think your doing anything wrong then this chat's done. Even Eggman knew there were something's that were just too wrong to do."

"Tsc, wrong? You think some faint moral code makes me "wrong?" The mantra of heaven is shattered, and with it any pretense of virtuous acts being the correct path! If such things like justice could have saved this universe they would have done so already! My kin tried so hard to be " Good" to atone for the sins of there ancestors . But there reward was the near extinction of the Chozo race, showing the folly of such devoution to "goodness".

As I said young Auro, Hadar... sen olmen, Power... is everything! And since I spent lifetimes amazing more power than anything else, thus it's only natural that I guide everything in this universe hence forth!"

"Only because your to broken to even see straight asshole!" Mike uttered as he unleashed all the power he could muster." Even if my dad's not here and the angels fell, it does not mean your free to be as horrible as you can think of! You still have a debut to pay for what you did, and I'll make sure you own up!"

Raven Beak's armor glowed purple before wings came out of his back and he took to the air before his eyes glowed red." I would hate to waste such intriguing samples. No matter what you do you cannot stop destiny, just make fate more painful for you. Enough.

My "Lady" your orders are to neutralize all the pirates around you, none can be trusted to be left alive, so that no one can do what they did to you and your parents ever again? Any objections, "lady"?"

Back on the surface Samus, or SA-X Prime widened her eyes before she roared, and blue energy, Phazon seeped out of her and started to corrupt the ground around her. As she did, energy was drawn into her as she seethed out," I understand, bounties confirmed. I can't let any of them escape. Momma, Pappa, I will avenge you!"

Tyson saw the mutated clone of one of the members of the Justice Force glare at her before he took a deep breath, and crack his neck. He had his suit glow, before his aura erupted and he got into a fighting stance." Always heard of the legend of the Chozo hunter, and wanted to prove Wakanda could trump even that kind of ace.

Well, if it's just some messed up clone from a deranged jackass then I don't have to feel bad whopping yah yah hear? No matter how juiced up you are…I'm damn sure making Wakanda Forever is not just a joke!"

The two locked eyes at each other, before the two predators circled around, preparing for one last hunt for the jugular.

Authors Notes: I know we got a chaotic chapter but hope it all came together well to show the high paced intensity I intended.

Astor is indeed mostly the same from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, it might seem random but, my reason will be more clear later.

The Nahualli is from the Saints Row Reboot, the quick pitiful death is just what he and the rest of the reboot deserved.

I know the Titans were dealt with quickly but as cool as they were to fight in Sonic Frontiers in the end they are still just giant grunts without any personality so, figured with the extra stuff Sonic and co have been through they could at least shut down a few giant enemies without to much hassle, them all needing to be powered by a Chaos Emerald never really made sense but ranting about all of Frontier's faults could take a while, just being better then Forces does not excuse being so sloppy in so many things.

Gaston and Velanji are from Star Ocean 6.

Yozora has a few more tricks then he did in KH 3, the many flame dragons were a nod to Recca Hanabishi, the main lead of the Flame of Recca anime and manga, and for the rest, more on that later, I assure everyone the fight will be resolved next chapter.

Now for the main event, this clone of Samus is indeed inspired by the SA-X X parasite clone in Metroid Fusion, with the Metroid form she had in Metroid Dread, along with aspects of Dark Samus, and a few more surprises.
