Welcome back to the continuation of the next generation of criminal profilers. If you enjoyed their first case, then I hope you enjoy their next official case as real FBI agents.
I do not own Criminal Minds or its characters, including Theo. I do own Jackie, Lucas, Jo, PJ, and Dexter.

Also, I've left an important message at the end of this chapter. It's vital that you read it!
As I waited within the bushes, my brown and green uniform camouflaged nicely to my surroundings. This way, my prey had no idea that I was stalking it. My placement was perfect too. Nothing could be able to see me in this thick woodland.
Didn't take too long for something to arrive. It stepped carefully, as if it too was looking for something. Too bad it was never gonna find it.
I readied my arrow and took aim. Making sure I had a perfect shot, I released my arrow and it struck my prey's leg. It fell down hard and cried in pain. That was the sound that always got my entire body filled with excitement. I quickly put down my bow and took out my gun. Time to finish it.
I ran over to examine my prey. Course, I knew who it was before I'd shot them, which made this even more satisfying.
My prey looked up at me with fear in its eyes. "Oh, it's just you. You're stupid arrow stabbed my..."
His leg was still bleeding from my arrow. It was time to end his suffering. Without saying a word, I aimed my gun on the top of his head.
When he realized my intentions, his eyes widen in disbelief. He cried out "please! Don't." I had enough of this.
The very next morning in Quantico, PJ was just finishing up rereading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He loved the Harry Potter series ever since he was a child. Although, he was not too fawn that there were snakes and spiders in this book. Considering he was terrified of snakes. Still, the story was fascinating overall. So much that he couldn't bring himself to put it down.
That was until someone came into his new office at the BAU headquarters. He was right at the part where Harry Potter found Tom Riddle's diary when he looked up and saw Theo Holston. "Can I come in?" his old college friend asked.
PJ turned his seat towards him. "Of course, our fearless leader." He still could not believe that he was sitting in his own FBI office. Never had he thought that he would have come so far. Nor had he ever imagined himself as part of the Behavioral Analysis Unit. Yet, there he was, an official profiler of the BAU with Theo as the leader of their division. None of them minded, since he was the one who put their team together.
Six months ago, Theo had been convinced that a body PJ examined had been killed by a serial killer. And, after looking further into it, PJ was convinced as well. That was why Theo asked the help from their classmates Jackie Shepherd, Jo Baker, Lucas Archer and Dexter Logan to help solve this case. With all of them working together, they were able to track down the killer right before he tried to harm another victim.
Shortly afterwards, the director of the FBI had them all placed in the BAU Second Division. That way, the original team could be able to work a case while the Second Division worked on another at the same time. Course, they weren't allowed to go into the field till they passed their FBI training. Luckily, PJ and Theo passed both their physical and mental exams with ease. And since they were both over twenty-three, they were allowed to call themselves FBI agents.
Theo sat down in the seat opposite to his. "Can't believe that we're both here now."
"Me neither" PJ told him as he put the book down. "This was not where I'd thought I would be six months ago."
It was true. He had hoped for a job as a medical examiner not very long ago. While most people may find that position as disturbing since it was basically looking over dead bodies, he found it quite interesting. Not to mention, he always found it satisfying to know that his work helped to bring peace to the victims. Now, not only could he do so, but he could do so as an agent of the FBI.
"Six months ago, we were just college students with dreams" Theo added. "Mine to be a profiler. Yours to be a medical examiner."
PJ grinned. "Yeah, till we expelled." Despite successfully tracking down the serial killer, since they pursued their investigation after being told not to get involved, their university had no other choice but to expel them.
His friend shrugged. "Not our finest moment. Still, it did led us here and I'm ready to get on the field."
"Oh, is that so? Is the rest of the team ready?"
"I hope so. Prentiss told me that she already has a ton of cases to look over."
"Gee. Where do you think we'll be sent to?"
"Well, since most of us are now officially part of the FBI, Prentiss asked me earlier to look over some of the cases with her. Help her choose which ones seem most critical."
That sounded like a tough thing to do. It wouldn't be easy to choose which case seemed more important than any of the others. He certainly didn't believe that he could do such a task himself. Guess there were some downsides with being team leader.
"Got any advice?" Theo asked him.
Ah, so that was the real reason his friend was here. "Personally" he answered. "Just go with what your gut says. It has yet to steer you wrong. So continue to put your trust in it." It was true. Theo's instincts helped them crack open their last case and convinced them to pursue it in the first place. So, it had to be the only thing that could help his friend with this situation.
Reluctantly, Theo nodded his head. "Thanks, man. I'll try that."
The two of them shook hands before Theo left. PJ wished to go back with his reading. But their short conversation left him to think of another unnerving topic.
Now that they were all officially part of the BAU, they were going to have to get right into cases. Cases that wouldn't be simple. They'll be required to chase down dangerous criminals and be expected to be two or more steps ahead of them. So many lives would be in their hands. Were they ready to face those challenges head on?
Sure, they did catch one serial killer, even when they weren't real FBI agents. But they would face more criminals to come. Criminals with different mindsets. It wouldn't be easy catching them, especially since not one criminal had the same mind as another.
He shook his head. He already knew all of this when he agreed to this position. Mustn't get so worried now. Besides, he would only be needed in the labs to examined the bodies of the victims. His allies can do all the heroics. And lastly, he trusted Theo to make the right decision on which case they would be working on first. His friend would surely choose one that they could handle. As he leaned back in his chair, he quickly got back to his reading, confident that the team's first case would be nothing to worry about.
So, what do you think of it so far? I hope you're enjoying it, because there's more to come!
P.S. This story really made me pissed. Some idiot in Western Wyoming not only killed a wolf, but tortured it for pleasure. Here's what happened. This guy just so happened to see a young wolf near his property. So he took out his snowmobile and ran her over, injuring but not killing her. Instead of putting the severely injured creature out of her misery, the guy taped her mouth and brought her to a bar so that he could showcase her to others. After he paraded the terrified wolf around and gloated about his satisfaction in making an animal suffer in his bloody hands, he shot her in the head. No words can describe how upset I am at this man for what he did to an innocent creature. But I'm also disappointed that no one tried to stop him. That man was showing off that scared wolf to who knows how many people while she was still alive. And not one person told him off about how he was being cruel. If you had witnessed something as horrific as that, would you have stood by and watched? Someone could have demanded that guy to release that wolf or screamed at him for abusing an animal. Yet, no one did anything. Is this what our society has become? We allow people to get away with heinous crimes like that? Will we merely give people a slap on the wrists for beheading babies? We may as well, considering that there's a high chance that this man will so eventually. If you'd seen the video of him showcasing the frighten wolf, you can clearly see that he took pleasure watching a living creature suffer. That tells you a lot about his character. One day he'll torcher wolves. The next day he'll torcher someone's cat or dog or even a child. That's what people like him are. If they enjoy harming one life, they'll find enjoyment harming others including humans. He's a danger to all living things and his community. Do you want to see him walk away freely with only a $250 fine? After what he's done, it's time that his hunting license was permanently taken away and for him to do serious jail time for torturing an innocent creature. Please, we need to stop this guy before he does the same thing with another creature and before he turns his violent nature on a person. Stop him now!
