"How long will I have to wait?!" Yells a male voice impatiently. There is a young man who looks similar to Kaito Kumon from Kamen Rider Gaim but with black hair, earrings like the one Kaito has in his ear, and reddish brown eyes.
This is Katsu Kumon the younger brother of Kaito Kumon/Kamen Rider Baron who had died while fighting against an enemy in order to give his brother and Kouta Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim a chance to defeat the enemy.
"This is getting annoying. Shouldn't I be heading to the afterlife by now?" Katsu questions as he looks around the white space that has nothing. As he looks round a pair of arms wrap round his neck in a hug as a voice, he didn't think he would hear again is heard behind him.
"Always so quick to get annoyed, aren't you?" The voice asks him.
"No way." He said as his eyes widen. "Jade?"
"Yes it's me Katsu." the now named Jade who looks like Momo Yaoyorozu (MHA) but her spiky hair is longer and is normally in a thigh long braid, her hair is black like her brother's but she has a habit of dying it different colors bit is normally keeps it a light blue with red and purple highlights, she has Heterochromia meaning her left eye is a amethyst purple and her right eye is a topaz orange. She prefers to wears a deep purple short sleeve muscle shirt underneath a white and blue jacket with dark orange trim, with dark blue leggings and orange and black platform shoes, she also has a hand to shoulder tattoo on her left arm that continue on to upper body and her neck as well as her legs that is a deep red (based on the siren tattoos from borderlands), she also has a tattoo of a snake and a wolf on her right shoulder, answers with a sad smile.
"D-did you die too?" Katsu questions in sorrow.
"Hey, don't be sad Katsu." Jade says as she hugs him. "I was as good as dead after you died saving me anyway."
"What do you mean?" Katsu questions having a bad feeling.
"Well, you know how unlike you I didn't eat the fruit we were given." Jade says as she looks away.
"Yeah. Wait, did you eat it?" He asks in surprise.
"Yeah, your death made me so mad I ate it, but I did it mainly because seeing you die protecting me made me realize my biggest regret." She has tears in her eyes as she says this.
"Biggest regret?" Katsu questions.
"I love you." Jade said lowly and extremely fast hoping he doesn't hear.
"What did you say?" He questions.
"I missed you." Jade lies hoping that she hasn't ruined her chance.
"I missed you too. Also, you do realize that we are dead, so hiding things is kinda pointless." Katsu said.
"Fine my biggest regret is that I never told you my true feelings." Jade said
"And what are they?" Katsu asks hopeful that she feels the same.
"I have always loved you and should have listened to my brother and told you but now it doesn't matter or mean anything we're dead now." Jade says as she looks down sadly. Katsu places his hand on her chin and lifts her head up. He then kisses her on the lips. Jade leans into him and kisses him back but pulls away in shock.
"You just kissed me." She said. Katsu shrugs.
"Hey we're dead. Might as well do it before well what happens next in this afterlife." Katsu said before sighing.
"You ok Katsu?" Jade asks in worry.
"This... This isn't what I wanted. I wanted to marry you. Have kids and grow old as our children grow up and get married before having children of their own." Katsu admits looking away.
"Hey, look at Katsu, we are together now." Jade says as she pulls Katsu's head to look at her.
"Yeah, but what happens now? Is there a paradise or will we be reborn while being separated again? Never remembering each other or ever meeting each other again." Katsu said sadden.
"Even if that last one did happen, I will find you every time my wolf." Jade says smiling at him. Katsu chuckles before hugging her.
"And I you my beautiful Jade." Katsu said.
"I will never leave you Katsu." Jade says with a look of resolve.
"Same." He said with the same look. But then a light appears, and he hears drums playing a song of liberation.
"What's this?" Katsu questions as he sees a familiar face and one, he didn't know but the person was covered in darkness.
"DJ Sagara?" Jade questions in surprise as the Announcer of the Inves Games also known as the Spirit of Helheim Forest was here. "Why are you here?"
"I came here with an offer Katsu and Jade." DJ Sagara said.
"An offer?" Katsu questions.
"First, I should explain. You see when you died, I decide to take your souls and bodies." DJ Sagara said.
"What?!" Katsu exclaims in shock and slight anger. "Is that why we're struck in this damn place?!"
"Yep, but this offer will more than make up for it." DJ Sagara said.
"What's the offer snake?" Jade sneers out as she glares at DJ Sagara.
"What my offer does is give you a new chance for life, but you would have to go to a new world." DJ Sagara said.
"A new world?" Katsu questions then the dark figure speaks up.
"The world we are sending you too is one covered in mostly seawater with different islands. In this world is not only various creatures with some different from the ones from Earth but also a unique type of fruit." He said.
"A unique type of fruit? Also, what do we call you?" Jade questions.
"You may call me Joy Boy for now." He said. "And these unique fruits are called Devil Fruits."
"Devil Fruits?" Katsu questions with a raised eyebrow. Then several holograms of weirdly shaped fruit appear.
"Each Fruit when eaten gives its user a power. There are three different types. Paramecia which grants a wide variety of powers like say being a rubber human. Zoan allows the user to transform into an animal like a dog or cat for example. Also, mythological animals like Dragons plus you can even have hybrid forms. Logia allows you to create control and even transform your body into a natural element like fire or water." Joy Boy said.
"Interesting so these paramecia ones are basically the whatever doesn't fit in the other two fruit then?" Jade asks. Joy Boy nods.
"Whoa. Wait something that powerful would have a weakness of some sort besides the obvious ones." Katsu said.
"Yes. The weakness is of course needing to train to learn how to use and control the powers and seawater." Joy Boy said.
"Seawater?" Jade questions with a bad feeling about this.
"The sea hates and rejects Devil Fruit users due to perceiving them as inhuman, causing them to become weak and helpless while submerged in water, also referred to as "becoming a hammer Though this weakness is usually referred to as the inability to swim, a more accurate definition is that the seawater itself is the weakness. The inability to move their body in the sea is simply a byproduct of that weakness." Joy Boy explains.
"Are you freaking kidding me?! In a world filled with more Seawater than mass that means you can drown if you can't swim or have some way to be rescued!" Katsu said incredulously.
"Yes, it is a problem. Now I will explain more about the world." Joy Boy said before giving him a rundown on the world. Katsu learns about Gol D. Roger, One Piece, Pirates, the races of the world, Celestial Dragons, the World Government, and the Marines. Katsu was disgusted about the Celestial Dragons' discriminating against people and the corruption in the Marines and World Government. He was surprised to learn about how some Pirates were actually good people.
"That's disgusting." Jade said in anger.
"This is a lot to take in and something tells me there is more that you are not telling us." Katsu said rubbing his head.
"You are right though considering the info dump you just have it might be best to wait so you can get used to the info you just gotten." Joy Boy said.
"You have a point. So, what you wantuse to go to this world and take out the World Government and Celestial Dragons?" Katsu questions not exactly comfortable with the thought of killing people.
"Not exactly though if you do happen to take care of them along the way that would be great." Joy Boy said.
"Then what are we supposed to do in this world?" Jade questions with a frown.
"You need to look after and help my successor Monkey D. Luffy." Joy Boy said.
"Monkey D. Luffy?" Katsu questions.
"You see this young man has eaten the Devil Fruit I had when I was alive." Joy Boy said.
"Wait how does that work?" Jade questions.
"Well after the user's death the Devil Fruit goes back to nature where it waits to be eaten again." Joy Boy said.
"That's kinda handy but also dangerous at the same time." Katsu's frown deepens as this means anyone could get it and take its power for their own.
"Yes, but the boy who has eaten the fruit I have is a good soul who wants to find the One Piece and become the King of Pirates." Joy Boy said.
"The one piece? Also how are we meant to help him?" Jade asks with a questioning look.
"In exchange for this new life and some bonuses you will be bonded to him meaning if he dies you die." Joy Boy said.
"What kind of bonuses?" Katsu questions. DJ Sagara summons a Sengoku Driver and an Ichigo Lockseed while Joy Boy had a Sengoku Driver with a Lockseed based on a Jabuticaba.
"We can be Riders again?" Katsu asks.
"Yes, but you both will also still have your Overlord form making you into a hybrid." DJ Sagara said as he snaps his fingers causing Katsu to transform into his Inves Overlord form. He looks like Lord Baron but minus the horns and he has more of a ninja look to him.
This is Lord Striker.
At the same time Jade transforms into her Inves Overlord form. She looks like Flowing Mutant, Twilight Madder but with the body type of Elemental Hero Poison Rose, her head is like Zeltrax's standard head from Power Rangers Dino Thunder, she is colored black and purple.
This is Lady Trickshot.
"So, we can transform into these forms and back into our human form?" Lord Striker questions.
"Yes." DJ Sagara nods. "Just imagine transforming into the form you want to use."
"Ok." Lord Striker said as he and Lady Trickshot does as DJ Sagara said and transform back into human form.
"And we can just do that whenever?" Jade asks. Joy Boy nods.
"I wonder what kind of powers we have since we haven't gotten a test to try them out." Katsu said.
"That's a good point but we have seen what those other overlords could do." Jade replies with a thoughtful look.
"Doesn't mean we'll have the same powers." Katsu said.
"Don't worry as we will give you these." Joy Boy said as he snaps his fingers causing two large Backpacks to appear.
"In these are the world's money being 1000 Belli each, a book with some info on the world, and other supplies." DJ Sagara said.
"Interesting." Jade says as she bends down to look through one of the backpacks.
"Also here is a special Seed." DJ Sagara said producing a seed and handing it to Katsu.
"What is this?" Katsu questions.
"A special Seed that was modified from a Helheim Tree." DJ Sagara said.
"Wait isn't that dangerous?" Jade asks as she looks up.
"Don't worry as the fruit can't tempt anyone into eating it anymore. Plus, you two need to eat from it once in a while." DJ Sagara said.
"What do you mean?" Katsu questions.
"It's like what was happening to Kouta right?" Jade asks DJ Sagara.
"He is becoming the Man of the Beginning of your world which you two will be the Man and Woman of the Beginning of this world to congrats on your marriage." He chuckles.
"Wait marriage!" Jade says in shock as she looks to Katsu.
"W-well I'll have to get you a ring then." Katsu said also shocked but also happy.
"I wanted to take it slow, I guess that's not an option now." Jade says but is secretly very happy.
"We had known each other for a while, and we died once already. Besides we can wait on other things since I doubt, we can start a family while on the sea." Katsu said.
"True but I'm happy." Jade smiles at him as she says this.
"Same. Also, I can wait until you are ready to make a family or practice making one." Katsu said smiling back at her.
"Practice?" Jade laughs at that.
"Why not? Isn't making love a good way to relieve stress?" Katsu said.
"You do have a point, Katsu." Jade replies with a smile.
"And I mean what I said about waiting. I won't push you." Katsu said sincerely as he hugs her.
"I'm done waiting. Look at waiting got me." Jade says as she holds him. Joy Boy coughs making them blush as they remember where they are.
"Now the tree this seed will grow into is called the Alfheim Tree. Like with your powers the info on the tree will be in the book since we have been taking a while we need to hurry up." Joy Boy said.
"Right sorry." Jade says blushing.
"It's alright." Joy boy chuckles.
"Now you will need a pot of some kind to plant the seed in and the seed can drink seawater. Take good care of it and don't lose it. It will produce Hellheim fruit for you that will turn into random Lockseeds, or you can eat the fruit. About two when its starts but as it grows bigger it will produce more and more fruit along with Drivers of both kind and Energy Lockseeds." DJ Sagara said.
"Ok the fruit I understand but drivers?! How?" Jade questions in disbelief.
"I don't think that is important right now Jade. This means we need to keep it safe before someone tries to steal it and uses it to build a army." Katsu said.
"Now here is the bad news." Joy Boy said.
"Some Sengoku and Genesis Drivers will already be in this world and in another world, we'll have you go to as part of a deal we had to make." DJ Sagara said.
"Some will as we needed to put some balance into bringing you guys there. As to the other world well we'll come and bring you to it when its time." DJ Sagara said.
"Good news is these Drivers will have one Lockseed with them and these are Riders you know the suits of. Also a few of them will end up with people who can use it for good." Joy Boy said.
"I want to ask something. Are there worlds of things from our world say like a game series in our world is real in another world?" Jade asks with a bit of hope in her voice.
"Of course. After all there is a multiverse, or I think I should say a Omniverse of worlds." DJ Sagara said.
"We should end this soon or else we'll miss our window." Joy Boy said.
"Right sorry I got a bit too excited." Jade says as she blushes again.
"Its fine." Joy Boy said.
"I guess we should end this now." Katsu said.
"Yes." DJ Sagara said creating a crack and the other side is a place near a forest.
"Is there anything else? Before we leave?" Jade asks as she picks up one of the bags. Katsu also picks up the other bag as they were handed the Drivers and Lockseeds.
"There are also gods in this world so be careful. Some aren't the friendly sort." DJ Sagara said.
"Right thanks for the heads up." Jade says.
"You're welcome." DJ Sagara said.
"Ready my wolf?" She asks Katsu.
"Ready my beautiful Jade." Katsu said as they enter the Crack together.
"If it's with you always. To a new world." She replies to him.
"To a new world." He said as they went to the new world.
