Believing that he is meant for what is to come, as well as enjoying simple adventure, Musuko wanted to go back to the Digital World and ignore his parents wishes. All four of the kids received a mysterious message and had a chance to learn the truth. After trying to decide what they should do, they met up and are now being pulled into the Digital World once again. Perhaps it might be time to get some answers.

Invade the Fort
Musuko and the kids decided to take the chance and go against their parents wishes. They each snuck away from their parents and wanted to know why they were selected for something like this in the first place. When all of them met up at the Convention Center, something pulled them into the Digital World. Next thing they knew was that they were at the beach in the middle of the night.
"I thought we were going to be meeting with someone. Not this." Natalie complained. "Are we back in the Digital World again?"
"Looks like it." Benson said.
"That's not good. How are we going to get back home before all your parents realize you're all gone?" Patamon said.
"I don't think we should worry about that right now." Biyomon said. "Where even are we? Aren't we suppose to know the truth?"
"Hey! Over here!" Veemon called as he stood behind some rocks. They could see there was also some sort of light moving around on the beach from a cove. All of them hurried over and stayed behind the rocks. They all looked in the cove and could see some sort of fortress there with some digimon standing guard.
"What is this place?" Mason questioned.
"I'm not sure, but if we were brought here, I'm willing to be the answers we're looking for is in there." Benson claimed.
"Well, let's go!" Musuko said as he and Veemon ran ahead.
"Musuko, wait! You can't just run out like that!" Natalie called, but it was too late. Once they ran out, the light shined on them. After that, they heard the sound of a digimon roaring. A closer look at the fort showed their were digimon guarding it. The light was coming from a digimon named Solarmon. On the tower was a Gorillamon. Up on the fort itself were digimon called Centarumon. Lastly, right at the gate were two Guardromon.
"That doesn't look good." Musuko said as he thought this was trouble, and he was right. Centarumon took aim and were firing away at him. Musuko and Veemon ran back, but the light followed them around.
"Patamon, help them!" Benson called with Patamon flying out.
"Patamon digivolve to...Angemon!"
Angemon flew in the way of the attacks and twirled his staff around to block all of the attacks thrown at them. Musuko and Veemon hurried back to the rocks and took cover behind the rocks with Angemon following. Once they were gone, the digimon stopped attacking.
"Are you guys okay?" Mason asked.
"I think so." Musuko said.
"That's what you get for being reckless. You didn't think it would be that easy, did you?" Natalie questioned. "This whole thing better not have been some sort of trap."
"Well, we can't exactly turn back." Musuko said as he had a look back at the fort. "We need to figure out how to get in there. It's sort of like playing a video game. All we have to do is come up with a strategy and figure out how to get around the guards to get inside."
"But we don't have multiple lives, Musuko." Benson pointed out. "We need to be careful or else." That was a good point. They have to be careful or else they're in real trouble. Still, if the answers they're looking for is inside that fort, they have to figure out how they're going to get inside.

The Real World
Back in the real world, most people would have been asleep by now. That's what Koji was doing, but something came over him. He found himself waking up and needing to go to the bathroom.
"Something wrong, Koji?" Salamon asked.
"Just going to the bathroom." Koji said as he got out of the bed and was on his way. As he walked down the hall, he passed Musuko's room and noticed something pass the open door. He noticed something was off. He looked inside and noticed Musuko and Veemon weren't in the room. "Musuko?" He looked around and didn't see anyone. Thinking this was bad, he hurried over to his parents while they were sleeping. He didn't like that he is disturbing them, but he thought they needed to know about this. "Daddy. Daddy, wake up." He said as he shook Davis around and woke up his parents.
"What is it, Koji?" Davis questioned.
"What? What is it?" Kari asked.
"Something wrong? Bad dream?" Davis asked.
"I'm sorry for waking you up, but it's about Musuko. I was passing by his room and I saw that he wasn't there." Koji said. When he said that, Davis and Kari were wide awake now.

The Digitla World
The kids have to get inside that fort if they want to find the answers they're looking for. However, it seems to be heavily guarded. That's why they need to think.
"Okay... How are we going to get inside?" Benson wondered as to how they were going to do this.
"What if we just stormed the place?" Musuko said.
"And be attacked like how you just were? No way." Natalie said. "We need to be smart about this. We can't just charge in without some sort of plan. You say it's like a video game, but I say it's more like a soccer game. We need some sort of gameplay because we might not get a second chance."
"Let's start going over what we know and see if we can figure it out." Benson said. The digimon took a look at the fort and made sure to stay hidden.
"Well, it looks like a digimon named Solarmon is emitting the light." Patamon said. "What's that light even for?"
"It's like a lighthouse. It allows them to see what's going on right on the beach." Biyomon said. "If we step into that light, they'll see us and attack just like they did before."
"It also looks like all the other digimon are champion-level digimon." Palmon said. "I see a Gorillamon on the tower, Centarumon on the fort, and a couple Guardromon standing at the gate. We can easily take them."
"Maybe not as easily as you think." Benson said as he took a look. "The Centarumon were the only ones that attacked. They must act like the first line of defense. Whoever light shines on, it's who they attack."
"And Guardromon are the guards for anyone who gets close to the gate." Natalie said. "If someone manages to get around the Centarumon, Guardromon can attack."
"What about Gorillamon? He's just standing there?" Mason questioned.
"Gorillamon must be the one in charge. He must act like the last line of defense if anyone does manage to get inside." Musuko figured.
"You might be right about that last part, but not about the one in charge. Look up there." Veemon said as he spotted something. All of them looked and saw Hudiemon was there as well. She flew up to Gorillamon and appeared to be talking, but they were too far away to hear what they were saying. "That's the same digimon from before."
"Hudiemon." Musuko remembered.
"I don't get it. Why were we called here when we were told we would get answers?" Mason said.
"It's too late to turn back, so the only way to know is to get inside." Musuko said and he was right. They tried to think of some way as to how they can. Musuko looked around to see what they're working with...and an idea soon came to him. "I think I have an idea."
"I'm suddenly scared." Natalie said. Musuko took charge and used some rocks as a model of his plan.
"Say this rock is the fort. The problem is that the sides of this circle thing in the beach has the light focus in that area." Musuko said he said as he drew in the sand. "However, there's only one light. That's what we can use. First, Natalie and Mason will come out with Birdramon and Togemon and make it look like they're attacking the fort."
"But they'll attack us." Mason said.
"That's the point." Musuko said. "Birdramon and Togemon can attack from a distance. You guys just need to keep their focus on you. While you guys have the Centarumon focused on you, Benson and I can sneak around on the side. We can get close to the Guardromon and attack them. With Angemon able to fly, he can take down the Centarumon. Once we bust in, Gorillamon is sure to attack us. That's when we can take him down and take the fort. What do you think?"
"I think... I think it's a great idea." Benson said as they were all astonished that Musuko was able to come up with a plan. "That might actually work."
"It's a great idea, Musuko, but there's one thing I don't get." Natalie said. "Musuko, if you can figure something like this out, why do you have trouble in school?"
"Because this is important and fun." Musuko claimed. Regardless, they have a plan now and they can put it into action. Time to see what these kids are really made out of. Once they had their plan, all of them got ready to make their move. "You guys ready?"
"Let's do it." Mason said as he and Natalie were set with both of their digimon jumping out.
"Biyomon digivolve to...Birdramon!"
"Palmon digivolve to...Togemon!"
Birdramon and Togemon ran out with Natalie and Mason following them. Once they ran out, the enemy soon became aware of them. They took the bait as the Centaurmon were firing away at them. Musuko and Benson took the chance and ran alongside the cove's edge so they could be undetected.
"Come on! Over here!" Mason said as he even waved his butt at them.
"I know we're suppose to keep their eyes on us, but no one wants to see that." Natalie complained.
"Meteor Wings!"
"Needle Spray!" The two digimon attacked together as they tried to keep the other digimon distracted so that Benson and Musuko could get close enough to the fortress. It seems like Musuko's plan was working as they were directly across from the Guardromon.
"Now it's our turn! Let's do it!" Musuko said. Veemon and Patamon were all set as they both moved in.
"Veemon digivolve to...Veedramon!"
"Patamon digivolve to...Angemon!"
The two of them digivolving was noticed by the Guardromon. Both of them charged right at them as Veedramon smashed his head against both of them and knocked them down like bowling pins. as for Angemon he flew up and stood in the way of the Centarumon and stood on the fort so the Centarumon were lined up.
"Hand of Fate!" Angemon fired his attack and blasted all three of them at once with one attack. Gorillamon tried attacking as he powered his energy cannon and tried to blast Angemon, but he flew out of the way. The Guardromon managed to get back up and tried firing missiles right at Veedramon and aimed to take him out.
"Fire Flap!" Birdramon flew in and was engulfed in flames and flew in the way of the missiles and blocked them. When the Guardromon tried attacking again, Togemon jumped in and smashed both of them as hard as she could.
"We've got your back! Now get in there!" Natalie called.
"Veedramon, bust that gate open!" Musuko ordered.
"You got it!" Veedramon said.
"V-Nova Blast!" Veedramon blasted right through the gate and stormed the fort. When that happened, Musuko followed after him and they were both inside. However, Gorillamon jumped right off the tower and faced the two of them. Gorillamon smashed his fist against Veedramon, but Veedramon fought back and punched back harder. The two of them charged at each other again and tried to push the other back.
"Don't back down! Show that monkey who the top digimon is!" Musuko encouraged. Veedramon certainly didn't let him down. He tried to push him back, but Gorillamon held his ground.
"Veedramon!" Angemon called as he flew over to help him out. He fired another attack and managed to blast Angemon. It provided an opening as Veedramon hit Gorillamon as hard as he could and knocked him back. As for the Centarumon, they were going to take aim, but Birdramon helped out as well as she smashed her wings against them and knocked them away.
"Cutting Shoot!" Veedramon swung his arms around and unleashed blades flying through the air and smashed against Gorillamon. Gorillamon was knocked back and smashed right into the tower. Gorillamon still didn't back down as he held up his cannon and was powering up to fire a powerful blast.
"Take him down, Veedramon!" Musuko called.
"V-Nova Blast!" Veedramon unleashed another powerful blast. Veedramon's attack hit just before Gorillamon's attack landed and caused a massive explosion. Gorillamon was blown through the fort and the tower Solarmon was on ended up tumbling down.
"Boom! Pow! Yeah! That was awesome!" Musuko cheered as he jumped around. "That was awesome!"
"Yeah it was awesome! We kicked butt!" Veedramon cheered.
"Veedramon! Stay focus!" Angemon called as all the others came inside and regrouped. "It's not over just yet." They all looked up to the sky and saw there was still one enemy to defeat. Musuko and Veedramon looked up and saw Hudiemon was up there as she lowered herself down until she touched down to the ground.
"You kids have done surprisingly well." Hudiemon said. "I must admit that I'm a little surprised. For some rather young humans, you appear to be stronger and smarter than I originally thought."
"Do you know us or something?" Benson questioned.
"In a way." Hudiemon said. "You've done well, as well as your battles against the other digimon."
"Other digimon?" Mason questioned.
"I think she's talking about Golemon since she was there." Togemon said.
"And I have a feeling she knew about Seadramon and Airdramon as well." Birdramon said.
"What's going on?" Natalie said. "What do you want with us, and what is this place?"
"Yeah! We want answers!" Mason claimed. "We were told that we were going to get answers, or was it all really just some sort of trick?"
"It wasn't a trick." Hudiemon said. This is rather strange. Is Hudiemon even an enemy? "The truth is that this was a test, a test that you have passed, as well as the other tests."
"Test?!" Musuko said as he and the others were shocked to hear that. "We passed some sort of test? Do we get an A? My mom would love it if I got an A."
"What do you mean by test? What is this all about?" Benson questioned.
"It's about a great evil that threatens both this world and the human world." Hudiemon said. It sounded like this is rather serious, but it seems like Hudiemon isn't the enemy. "This evil is powerful, but you children might be the only ones capable of stopping it." A great evil threating both worlds and these little kids might be the only ones that can stop it? Perhaps this really is where these kids can get some answers.

Next time, a familiar face from the past has come to enlighten the kids. A great evil will soon be upon them, and he claims they are the ones that can stop it. Just what is it that makes these four kids so special that they have to save the world at such a young age?
