The next day, it was official that the news had declared that Cat Noir was now a wanted thief and the posters were up for anyone who saw Cat Noir, to alert the police. Marinette still lost that cat again last night as Ladybug. It was harder than she thought and no one knows who he is behind the mask nor how he moves around and jumps around like a cat than a human. No one can jump that high like a superhuman. It was as if he was possessed by a demon to do that but he didn't show any killing intention, just his cockiness and his charming side towards Ladybug.
Rumors at school are going around that Cat Noir is dangerous, a maniac, and can steal souls if someone looks into his cat eyes at night alone.
"According to the surveillance cameras at the museum, he kicked every thief and guard's butt" Alya showed the footage of Cat Noir beating the other thugs.
"He's a badass" Nino couldn't lie but seeing Cat Noir fighting like a devil was very admiring.
Adrien heard it and he put his hand on his mouth to cover his growing smirk. It was true he can be a badass as Cat Noir to fight.
"Like a male Catwoman" Marinette said.
"But is he for real? Volpina is captured but he's a challenging one" Nino said.
"Well, Ladybug has fought him but kept losing" Alya showed a video of the two fighting.
Marinette made a low groan in frustration about failing to capture him. Adrien hides his smirk again at how he fought like a badass against Ladybug.
"Clearly he brings bad luck," Marinette said.
"Like a badass," Nino said like he was praising him.
"Are you choosing him as your favorite thief in crime?" Alya groaned.
"No! I'm just saying how strong and tough he is! It's like no one has ever beaten him in a fight" Nino replied about his opinion.
"Of course," Alya said.
"I still don't understand why Ladybug is so slow to capture that maniac! Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" Chloe criticizes the superhero of Paris who has failed to capture Cat Noir.
"She's never faced a foe like that, that's all. Volpina was nothing to her" Marinette replied.
"Foxes, bugs, cats. What's next? A vampire to look scary to frighten children?! Ladybug should be protecting Paris, not date a thief!" Chloe scoffed.
"Nonsense. Why would a hero love a villain?" Adrien asked.
Although it was half a lie that he did kinda kiss her but it was a mere distraction.
"If they have bad taste, that's all" Chloe replied.
"Are you scared of that master thief that will steal your hotel?" Alya sneered.
"No! I'll make sure he'll stay behind bars!" Chloe replied in anger.
"Yeah, good luck with that. Everyone fears him. Maybe they don't" Adrien chuckled at how easily foolish Chloe can be when she has a big mouth to cause disasters to herself.
Marinette then headed to her seat, "This can be dangerous, Alya. Cat Noir may not be a killer but he's a thief. Pickpocket thieves are very persuasive"
"It was never confirmed if he killed someone. So far, I think he just steals, not innocent lives" Alya said.
"I hope you're right," Marinette said.
Adrien smirked mischievously at the thought of visiting her as Cat Noir. After all, he did save her life and now it's time she gets to know more about Cat Noir. No one else can face him directly but Marinette can since she probably owes him now but he might need to do it after school.
After class is over, he heads to his locker only to get scolded by Chloe for embarrassing him in the classroom earlier.
"What's the big deal? Cat Noir hasn't even faced you yet" Adrien said.
"You embarrassed me! I am your friend, Adrikins!" Chloe yelled.
"Was your friend but all you care about is yourself" Adrien glared, "I gave you one chance and you blew it" He added.
"You think I care? All I wanted was for people to respect us popular teens of the school!" Chloe said.
Adrien slammed his locker shut, "No, you only care about being above everyone else, I don't. We have both been motherless but unlike you, I cherish the memory of my mother, not take my anger out on everyone who has mothers" He glared and Chloe was taken back by his anger.
"You seriously need to fix your attitude Chloe or there will be consequences" Adrien warned her, "The more you gain, the less you have" He added until leaving the locker room.
He spotted Marinette by her locker. He doesn't understand why Chloe torments Marinette like that. So he had to ask her why.
"Hey Marinette," He said once she closed her locker.
"Oh, hi Adrien. What brought...I mean brings you here?" Marinette asked.
"I apologize for Chloe bullying you. I'm not like her. She's just been through a lot when her mom left her. I just don't understand why she's so against you. You seem like a nice girl and you never put any harm in anyone" Adrien said to her.
"She views everybody like doormats and she sees me as her favorite target," Marinette said.
"Oh, I see. It's just…I have never been to public school. It's all new to me and I just wanted a normal life. Until Chloe had to get all worked up like this. She's the only childhood friend I had. I never had new friends in my life" Adrien explained his experiences.
"I understand," Marinette said.
"I know Chloe can be a brat but I just want her to be a better person. Maybe for me. My life is not so easy when being famous in everyone's eyes" Adrien said.
"Life is always not easy, Adrien. High school can be hard too. There's no such thing as perfect in everything. There are only people with unique differences or individualities. There's no winners or losers" Marinette said.
"I can't argue with that," Adrien said.
"To Chloe, we are losers in her world," Marinette said before shutting her locker.
"She doesn't know what she'll lose," Adrien said.
"Which is why being a bully only brings more harm to themselves until one day they are all alone. Especially the only servant friend of hers is Sabrina" Marinette said before leaving.
Adrien couldn't argue with that but knowing Chloe in school, no one ever gets along with her. Especially being forced to do nothing at all and let her do all the tormenting.
"This is getting serious," He said.'

Night approached and Cat Noir decided to pay a little visit to his princess who lives at the bakery. He ran to the rooftops and saw her on her balcony looking at the stars. He purred in delight to see her as a princess at her castle. He jumped to the chimney and purred out loud to get attention without startling her.
"Hmmmm?" Marinette turned around and saw him, "Cat Noir?"
The cat jumped down and bowed to her, "Good evening, puuurrrrincess"
"What brings you here?" Marinette asked.
"To see you ever since I became your knight. You owe me for saving your life, princess" Cat Noir flirted.
"I barely know you other than how the news declared you're a wanted thief," Marinette said.
"Yeah, I know, I robbed the Louvre" Cat Noir chuckled.
"Hmph" Marinette scoffed at how he got away from Ladybug.
"But I kicked the other thieves' and guards' ass all by myself," Cat Noir said.
"You're too cocky," Marinette said.
"Part of my charm, princess. Being cocky and snarky always helps deal with stress in situations" Cat Noir purred at her.
"Really? Yet neither you nor Ladybug won or lost" Marinette said.
"Technically I won," Cat Noir said.
"Really?" Marinette crossed her arms.
"A cat has nine lives, princess. You better believe the legend of cats" Cat Noir twirled around her.
"I've read that cats were worshipped in Egypt," Marinette said.
"And I like to be on top of the food chain of the criminal world, my dear. I'm no killer, not unless I have to survive without having to run out of nine lives. I'm very mysterious and adorable like a kitten of the night" Cat Noir held her waist, "And I hope you're not completely traumatized from what that asshole tried to do you"
"He merely tried to rob me," Marinette said.
"And I wanted to be sure you're okay. Now then, I got places to steal, my dear. After all, I am nocturnal. I hope to see you again, princess" He held her hand and kissed it.
"Don't get caught then. See you soon" Marinette said.
"Meow. So sweet of you to care for this kitty" Cat Noir flirted.
"Just get the hell out of here before I change my mind. Especially no cat treat for you" Marinette rolled her eyes.
"Alright. See ya" Cat Noir used his whip to swing.
"Silly kitty. You better watch your back" Marinette smirked and headed back inside her room.
At the hideout, the thugs were hiding the stolen money inside the safe behind the portrait since they heard rumors of Cat Noir gaining on top. Especially how he managed to take out the crime lord alone without a scratch.
"Just chill the hell out! That young teenage cat shouldn't be a problem!" The thug said.
"Shut up! If he gets in here, he'll wish to regret having a death wish once his neck is broken!" Their boss laughed.
"He's like a ninja! Way beyond that! A devil!" The thug said.
Just then the window broke and Cat Noir approached, "Shit! It's him!" They all exclaimed.
"Sorry boys. It's just little old me." Cat Noir reveals his claws. He tackles one before doing a backward kick at another and a spin kick towards one.
"Grab him now!" The boss ordered them.
Only for Cat Noir to claw at them and strike them with his whip and elbow one in the face. He kicked one in the face and flipped one using his legs.
"Goddamn it! Just fucking stay still!" They threatened him.
Cat Noir strikes down the last thug with one hard blow, "Sorry boys. But this cat got claws" He said.
"You piece of shit! How the hell are you still standing?!" The crime boss tries to shoot him but Cat Noir grabs it with his whip.
"Didn't your mother tell you not to play with guns?" Cat Noir taunted him.
"Our mother taught us well how to use guns, pussycat! Surrender or die with all your nine lives" The boss threatened him.
"This kitty does not surrender," Cat Noir said.
"What the bloody hell do you want?!" The boss yelled impatiently that his boys were unconscious and there was no one to stop the feline.
"Treasure you boys stole. Where is it?" Cat Noir glared before striking him with his whip to lash his face.
"Agh! Okay! Okay! Right there!" The boss pointed at a painting and Cat Noir moved it aside and saw the safe there.
"Fuck! You don't know the code!" The bloodied boss cackled.
"I'm a thief. I cracked safe codes so many times" Cat Noir put his ear on the safe door to hear the clicks for the right code combination. And it opened once he got it right.
"You little shit!" The boss roared.
"I'm the badass cat" Cat Noir bares his claws, "I can claw your eyes out and make you never see everything again" He chuckled evilly.
"No don't!" The boss saw him approach chuckling darkly.
"Yes, fear me. Just like you put fear on innocent people you killed" Cat Noir purred deadly.
"It wasn't intentional!" The boss cowardly backs away, lying about what he did to harm innocents.
"Tell that to the judge!" Cat Noir then strikes his claws near him, "In Hell!" He then left the terrified boss alone.
Taking the stolen money sack and then jumps out the window only to be stopped by Ladybug in the alley.
"Impressive that you fought alone without help but hand it over, Cat Noir" Ladybug demanded.
"No can do, milady. I deserved my reward. Wasn't my ass rewarded to you last night with ass-kicking style?" Cat Noir chuckled with amusement.
"Barely since you distracted me by kissing," Ladybug said.
"Meow, was it so sensually addicting? Your lips were so gorgeous to taste" Cat Noir flirted.
"You stole my first kiss" Ladybug replied.
"And you stole my heart. Such stealers we are" Cat Noir smirked.
"Oh yeah?" Ladybug scoffs.
"Mmhmm. You like to stalk me, milady. It's very unladylike of you" Cat Noir sneered at her.
"More like pursuing," Ladybug said.
"Yeah, pursuing my sexiness" Cat Noir laughed.
"Will you stop it?!" Ladybug had enough of his annoyance.
"Why should I?" Cat Noir circled her.
"It's like you're only saying funny stuff to hide your feelings of sadness or something," Ladybug said.
"It keeps me sane," Cat Noir said.
"More like a dumbass," Ladybug said.
"Says the one who never beat me," Cat Noir said.
"Hand over the money to me, now" Ladybug walks closer to him.
"No. Don't tempt me again, bug eyes. Get out of my way" Cat Noir growled lowly that he felt threatened by her.
"Try me!" Ladybug almost got the bag.
