Sans always loved to teleport just outside the door and glance at it before walking in. He was a little less lazy since coming to the surface. So much to learn. So much to do. So much to love. Frisk. In one universe, they are a child of the surface, falling to the Underground, to save or to kill. But here, a choice made before they are even born ends with them being a child of the Underground. Follow them through their life as they grow and learn, raised by Monsters and become the shining light in a dark world.

What if there wasn't AUs but instead they were all personalities in Sans's multiple personality disorder? Well that is the reality Papyrus and the others are currently living in though they've gotten used to it. With the arrival of Frisk some things may change for all of them. Could she be the key to figuring out how to help Sans? Or will that be the surface? Rated M for themes

(I started this a while ago and uploaded the first version of the first chapter on another account and have since lost access to that account. I’ve changed a lot of the story since then.) Sans, Frisk, and their AU variants discover each other’s worlds and end up on a high stakes mission to get a valuable item back from a rather dangerous and uncooperative version of Sans.

[Underfell AU] Undyne is weird, and Papyrus doesn't like it. But by the time he tries to understand why, Undyne gives him the lead of the Royal Guard and disappears from his life. But why? After getting through the entirety of Undertale and Undertale Yellow, the latter being able to be beaten on every route, Scarlet Johnson wakes up from a slumber to find himself in the body of Frisk and being joined by Chara. And after learning he's in the Undertale universe, but with nods to Undertale Yellow, he needs to get through or die trying. T rated for language and innuendo.

After doing everything the right way in the first timeline, Frisk was compelled to do the genocide route for what they felt were "good" reasons. In doing so, they have broken utterly and become something new. Something absolutely devoted to Sans, and not remotely sane. Now they are striving to fix everything and find their path forward. What the hell is Sans supposed to do now?

No matter how many times we remake this world, the memories of past friendships still remain. For some of us anyway. These are the tales from the Underground, recalling laughter, tears, and some truly ghastly spaghetti.

For Monsterkind, the Surface represented freedom. For Frisk, it's a return to some uncomfortable realities. It all began with a simple wish. When that wish faded, Frisk tried to move on. Except, 'moving on' was not so simple. Emerging from the Underground had put them in a worldwide spotlight. From an unknown child, they had become an icon of great value.
