AN1: Fairy Tail 100 Year quest 109 was released May 31/22 and YES it does show the canon explanation of what Laxus Dragon Lacrima is. My story and explanation were released like over a year before that so obvious I had no idea. Naruto's teacher will not be that Thunder Dragon King so Laxus and his Lightning Dragon Slayer magic will not be connected to that Dragon King. (Although I will point out that God Serena ALSO has a Lightning dragon Lacrima. Just saying.
Yes I know the AN has born reposted but I know people will claim I intentionally changing canon to make Naruto 'special' hence why I will just repost the top one for awhile (so people can see I am explaining a plot point).
Fairy Tail 100 Year quest 115 was released. It showed that God Serena survived and the last three of his Dragon Lacrima-Diamond(stone), Flash(Light), dark (unnamed) along with his established other 5-Lightning (thunder), Cavern (Earth), Purgatory (Fire), Sea King (Water), Gale (wind).
For context in this story God Serena will have refined organ (heart) of the Lightning Dragon King (like Laxus did have in canon) and scales/bones from the other Dragons. Hence his Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic will be in general more effective then Laxus but less than Naruto's (as Serena will have a refined organ rather then just some leftover scales enchanted.) And just because Serena and Kirin (the 5th dragon slayer) have their magic from the "Lightning Dragon King" does not mean that Naruto own (through first generation) Lightning Dragon Slayer magic is inferior (a dragon does not need to be king to be strong after all).

HAPPY 5th anniversary of Six Paths Jinchuriki! Can't believe its been 5 years already! June 28/2019! I did not think when I first started this story it would evolve into something so special! This is definitely my most popular story and I am very happy it is! Thank you so much everyone! (and yes that includes people who don't like certain aspects of chapters of the story!)
AN1: By the way. Just a SPOILER/WARNING! Naruto does give some memories about his past and remember and comment so for people who are going to complain Naruto isn't all action please don't bother putting a review. Its all part of the story regardless if you think its filler or not. This is pretty much for all chapters. The timeskip will have flashbacks and memories so that is simply the way it is.
Originally this was going to be Mira's and Naruto's first date but I had trouble writing it out so I changed the topic to wrapping up some of the 'Part 1' arcs. Next chapter will be part 2 aka the timeskip.
OKAY BIG NEWS FOR SIX PATHS JINCHURIKI! After a lot of thinking it over. I decided to end 'part 1' at the end of THIS chapter. I will flash forward to the 7 year time skip. The end of THIS chapter will have the setup to the end of Tenrou Island and then flash forward 7 years. Part of the reason I am going this path is because I simply cannot write out the drafts for Tenrou Island arc and the story is a stand still. By using the flashback I can move onto the more interesting arcs and then use flashbacks/memories to show what happened in small parts instead of struggling to write everything out.
Chapter 64 Ending of easy times
"So Naruto-kun. What would you like to do for our get together? I won't call it a date or anything but it will be special time between you and me." Mira asked cheerfully leaning into his shoulder as she let out a content sigh as her head rested on her shoulder.
'This feels so nice. Almost like my head was meant to be here.' Mira thought peacefully as she had to resist just falling asleep against Naruto especially as they were still in the middle of the guild.
The vast majority of the males looked at Naruto with jealousy and envy especially when Naruto was clearly getting affection and attention from Fairy Tail's 'Drawing Card' and star model. Natsu and Gray exchanged smirks especially when they saw their other teammates Lucy and Erza giving Mira the stink eye behind Naruto's back.
Mira shifted her face just enough to smirk at her rivals while keeping her head rested in Naruto's muscular shoulder and snuggle into him especially when Naruto subconsciously possessively put an arm around Mira's curvy hip and small hourglass waist.
'That little!' Erza hissed silently as her visible eye glared at the white-haired model before she took silent deep breaths to calm herself down.
'Calm yourself down Erza! You have to remember no matter how great a guy Naruto is he is still single and not yours by right. Of course, just because we are on the same Team and both S-class doesn't mean we are together or anything.' Erza mentioned before she had a deep blush just for an instant.
Despite her best efforts she saw an older version of herself and Naruto smiling while looking deeply in love. They even held a set of twin babies in their arms. A red-haired little girl the same blue eyes and whisker markings as Naruto in her arm and a blonde haired girl with brown eyes in his arms.
'Babies? With Naruto? Like a couple or married? I mean… I never fought of being in a relationship or anything as most guys don't interest me in that way with my closest male relationships being more like my bothers like Natsu and Gray but seeing Mira cuddling up to Naruto has made something in my heart ache and want to the girl that is sitting next to Naruto in that position.' Erza thought in realization as she almost seemed to see Naruto glowing even from behind as if seeing Naruto in a new light.
Meanwhile Lucy widened her eyes when she saw Erza blushing and gazing at Naruto fondly.
'Oh no! Is it possible Erza-san likes 'likes' Naruto as in wanting him to be her boyfriend too! I mean Mira-san and Erza-san are constantly on Fiore 'top bachelorette' and 'most want to be your girlfriend' columns every single month! This is bad if both of them are after Naruto! It is bad enough I have to compete with THE Mirajane Strauss but also with THE Erza Scarlet! Those are like impossible odds for someone beautiful but not goddess like beauty like me!' Lucy thought in fear as she placed a hand over her throbbing and racing heart.
Elfman was looking at Naruto with a rare but serious look as he saw his older and single big sister lean into Naruto as if they were lovers.
'Naruto? Mira-Nee likes him? No… this isn't a simple case of a crush or companionship or just watning to pay him back for what he did for Lisanna-chan's… This is deeper.' Elfman thought to himself as she saw how relaxed and content his older sister was being with Naruto.
'I know everyone loves Mira-Nee or rather lusts after her body from Sorcerer Weekly but I know Mira-Nee would never act this way with a random fan or even someone from the guild.' Elfman thought to himself.
Elfman eyes narrowed as he stared intently at Naruto.
"Regardless of how much I owe Naruto. If he breaks Mira-Nee's heart I will break him. I don't care if I get beaten up afterwards. No one messes with my sisters especially their heart." Elfman silently vowed as he missed Lisanna giving a cute sneeze.
'Oops! Is someone talking about me? I hope they don't know I have feelings for Naruto….' Lisanna thought to herself in embarrassment as she rubbed her nose cutely.
However, she pouted from the teasing smirk that Kinana gave her. Kinana kept wiping down the counter and glasses but looked amused at the white haired young woman.
'Sheesh I didn't think me telling her my feelings or rather she figuring them out for herself would give her so much teasing material.' Lisanna thought sourly as Kinana just whistled and smiled easily.
'For some reason I don't think the teasing would work the other way as Kinana-chan seems be far more open with her feelings. Plus, even if they were leaked, I think people wouldn't take them very seriously as she is still a teen unlike me.' Lisanna thought in realization.
Kinana smirk seemed to say to Lisanna 'I know what you are thinking and I don't care if you tell others. It's cute how embarrassed you are though.' Were Kinana thoughts at least how Lisanna chose to interpret that infuriating smirk.
Meanwhile Naruto was having his own kind of hell although he was sure most guys would kill to be in his position.
'Okay breath… Its just Mira-chan. Your friend… Whose body and reputation in Fiore make her more then likely the most popular wizard in the country…. Your friend who is clinging to your arm like you are her own pillow…. Your friend whose hair smells like the sweetest and most comforting vanilla only 1000X better…' Naruto thought trying to not look at Mira's direction as he knew from this angle and range if he turned towards Mira, he would unintentionally get a peek down Mira's white dress.
'I can't peek down Mira's dress! No matter how much I want to see up close those tantalizing… Stop thinking like that Naruto! Sheesh she is your friend not some free show you can use whenever you want!' Naruto chided himself.
Mira just smiled as she just leaned comfortably against Naruto and felt her heart soar when she could tell Naruto was both attracted but respectful of her at the same time.
"Naruto-kun?" Mira asked warmly as she looked up at Naruto who blinked several times to focus on her eyes.
"Yes Mira-chan? Did you decide on what we should do today? I did save this time for you after all and I always keep my promises." Naruto reminded her playfully as Mira took her head off his shoulder.
Mira giggled into her hand and winked cutely.
"Of course I didn't forget. Its something I find charming about you after all. One of the many reasons why you are considered Fiore's number one bachelor." Mira commented with a grin as Naruto patted the back of his head in embarrassment.
"That is kinda weird for me… Its not something I ever thought would happen. Girls you know wanting to well date me just based on rumours and my reputation." Naruto admitted as his eyes grew sad for a moment as he remembered being lonely as a child.
Naruto blinked and smiled widely as he waved his hands trying to avoid making Mira guilty or sad.
"Hehe its rather flattering if I am being honest though. I mean I am just me after all. I am not like a super model like you Mira-chan." Naruto stated rather evasively as Mira frowned as she looked him in the eyes.
"Please stop that. Don't lie to me just so I feel better. I don't know about you but when you lie even to make me feel better it hurts that you cannot be honest with me." Mira told him sternly as she crossed her arms and actually gave Naruto a rather frightening glare.
Despite not having her 'demonic' aura around her, her glare still made the people around her look away and pretend to be having conversations instead of trying to listen in on their conversation.
"If there is anyone who can understand loneliness and having people fear you for something out of your control. Its me Naruto-kun. People used to think I was possessed by a demon and I was driven away with my siblings before we arrived in Fairy Tail. So don't tell me I don't understand." Mira told him as Naruto eyes widened before he looked away with a guilty expression.
'I hate people who lie to themselves!' Naruto remembered his past self telling Sakura when she lied and claimed to be in love with him.
'Mira-chan really is a lot like me. She really does understand how it feels huh. People only saw a demon before and now they only see a picture not the kind and wonderful woman she really is.' Naruto thought in realization as he took a deep breath.
"Sorry Mira-chan. You are right. I shouldn't hide things from your guys. People lying to spare your feelings isn't the same as giving respect to them. I will try to be more honest with you from now on." Naruto promised as he grabbed Mira's soft hand with one of his as he stared into Mira's warm and living blue eyes.
"You idiot. I might not be on your team but I will always be here for you for anything." Mira told him gently as they continued to just look into each other's eyes with fondness.
After a minute Naruto pulled back but kept within talking distance of Mira as he gave her a true smile making her smile in response.
"You know what? You really are very kind Mira-chan. Your looks is what the world sees but for me your kindess is your real best trait." Naruto admitted as Mira actually blushed at his comment and looked away swaying slightly at his honesty.
'Gods if it was anyone else I swear they were trying to get into my skirt but I know Naruto honestly means that from the bottom of his heart. Oh my… Its really hard to not just fall for this guy and I can understand why I have so much competition even in this guild.' Mira mused as she caught Lucy not so subtly look away when she got caught listening in.
Lucy brief look showed that are eyes were glittery showing how impressed she was with Naruto's line with Erza closing her eyes but having an impressed smile as she looked away. Wendy eyes were literally stars as she clasped her hands together even as Carla sighed.
"You know Wendy I don't think he is intentionally saying that so you will worship him even more." Carla lectured but Wendy didn't seem to be listening.
"Sensei is so cool!" Wendy chirped although inside a chibi version of herself was pouting.
'If only I was like Mira-chan then Sensei would be saying sweet things like that to me.' Wendy silently pouted despite being starstruck on the outside.
Mira regained her blush as she smiled sweetly and beautifully at him with a wink.
"You really are sweet Naruto-kun. You might not see why many people look up to you or in some cases have crushes on you but its still obvious to the rest of us. Including me of course." Mira stated matter of factly turning her head slightly so she could look at Naruto embarrassed look out the corner of her eyes.
"Really? If you say so Mira-chan." Naruto replied back before he looked at her playfully.
"You still haven't told me what you want to do for our day together? Erza usually takes me out to go to cake eating. Natsu and Gray probably would want to spar with me. Happy hangs out with Natsu so he would just tag along with whatever Natsu goes." Naruto commented not seeing Mira eye twitch when he mentioned hanging out with Erza on what was essentially mini dates.
Erza smiled happily remembering how fun those little outings were especially as he didn't seem to mind her nearly endless pit of hunger when it came to sweets like strawberry cakes.
"Wendy-chan… Hmm I haven't held a lot of time to spend with her alone as we work best when we are part of the team. Wendy-chan is more then ready to do solo jobs at this point but if I am being honest I am kinda selfishly keeping her in the nest. I can't help it. I am not ready for Wendy-chan to not need me anymore." Naruto admitted with a fond smile as Mira eye twitch vanish as a warm smile spread across her face. AN2:
"I mean not S-class or anything as they are a completely different kind of danger and Master is right to have at least 1 S-class wizard tagging along." Naruto added in hurry as he waved his hands in front of him seemingly not wanting to give the impress
'Naruto is really taking this whole sensei thing to the max huh. I am not sure I have seen many teachers who care about their students as much as Naruto does for Wendy-chan.' Makarov mused as Gildarts gave a proud fatherly laugh.
"That kid. He sure is something huh master?" Gildarts gulped slamming his cup to the table as he gave a loud chuckle.
"You have no idea how true that is Gildarts." Makarov answered back as the two older men shared a grin.
Natsu and Gray shared grins as Erza and Lucy shared happy smiles as they glanced at their youngest members. Wendy eyes were wide at Naruto proclamation as she felt pride welling up in her very core.
'Sensei thinks I can do solo jobs by myself? I know I can't do S-class jobs by myself and they seem really scary but Sensei believes I could do some smaller jobs by myself?' Wendy thought in shock at Naruto's faith in her.
"Wendy! You better not be thinking of rushing off to do a random job or at least without talking to me about it!" Carla stated trying to show her disapproval by crossing her arms.
However, Wendy blinked as she looked at Naruto's back with a look of determination. Wendy flew over with a burst of Sky Dragon magic allowing her to jet across the air in a faster rate then if she ran on her feet. Naruto nose twitched as he caught Wendy's scent as he raised an arm and caught Wendy in midair as if it was second nature for him. He grabbed the pouting and squirming Wendy with a grin as he set the young girl down next to him on her feet.
"Now what has gotten my adorable student all excited?" Naruto teased as Wendy caught her breath and blushed when she realized Mira was also giving her a motherly but teasing smile.
"Um… well…." Wendy whispered with her nervous nature seemingly back to full strength when she saw both Naruto and Mira smiling down at her.
'How kawai. Little Wendy wants to impress her dear handsome Sensei but part of her charm is how cute and nervous she is.' Mira noted with amusement as she felt an urge to glomp the younger Dragon Slayer in her arms and never let her go.
Mira decided to take mercy on the young Dragon Slayer and help her out.
"I think Wendy heard your little speech Nauto-kun? You weren't exactly being quiet and Wendy is a Dragon Slayer so she already has enhanced hearing." Mira suggested sweetly.
Naruto chuckled as Wendy looked up gratefully at Mira who winked at her briefly.
"Is that so? Well, I meant every word of it Wendy-chan. You are getting so strong so fast I am bit jealous to be honest. If I was as good of student as you are then Kakashi-Sensei would be out of a job." Naruto commented as he remembered Kakashi using rather 'hands off approach' to his teaching like just sitting back while him and his shadow clones worked on win manipulation.
Wendy blushed and shifted cutely at the praise before she shook her head in denial.
"That's not true Sensei! Whatever strength I have is due to you! Without you I wouldn't be strong or anything!" Wendy insisted passionately with tears in her eyes.
The guild all felt the urge to comfort the young girl including Gajeel much to Pantherlily surprise. However, Naruto was the closest and quickest as he brought the girl into a tight hug allowing her to wrap her arms around his neck.
"A teacher can only do so much for their student. If a student doesn't want to learn then there is nothing a teacher can do. Your willingness to learn and grow is a strength that you have that I only helped grow abit." Naruto assured her wisely as he patted Wendy on the head making her look up at him.
"But you want to know what you have that wasn't a gift or lesson from me? Something you already had deep inside of you before I met you?" Naruto asked her gently.
Wendy looked up at him and shook her head cutely.
"Kindness and heart. That is your true gift and powers. Something I am sure your mother sensed in you too before you gave the power of the Dragons." Naruto told her warmly as Wendy eyes widened.
"Kindness? That is a strength?" Wendy asked in surprise as she honestly thought she was weak at least compared to everyone else.
Naruto nodded as his eyes grew soft bringing Wendy into a tight hug as he wrapped an arm around her small shoulders and one hand rested on her soft blue locks while Wendy blushed but happily accepted this embrace.
"It's the greatest strength. Its much easier to hate someone then to love or forgive someone especially someone who has hurt you or someone you love. That kindness inside of you is something I hope you never lose no matter what kind of battles or events you will take on." Naruto commented gently giving her an embrace for a minute before Wendy reluctantly stepped back.
"Its something I had to learn growing up in a world like the Ninja world. Obito and Nagato lost their way and fell into darkness. They gave up on the world and in return the world gave up on them. I even hated them due to their actions against my friends and their seemingly unrepenting ways. This changed when I felt their emotions, saw their pasts and saw it from their points of view. I understood how they got to where they were and I can show them empathy when I realized how alone they truly were." Naruto as his magic subconsciously manifested itself.
It showed a man with different coloured eyes behind a unique mask glaring at them all and a blonde hair man with purple eyes that has three sets of rings around the pupil looking stoically and emotional dead.
"This was Obito when he pretending to be Madara and that was Yahiko body controlled by Nagato. They were both at their lowest point and truly believed their actions no matter how horrible were justified no matter the means." Naruto explained before he waved his hand causing the illusion to change.
In the place of the cold looking Obito was a kind looking Obito with white hair and same-coloured unique eyes. In place of the dead looking Yahiko was a smiling red headed Nagato.
"However, in the end I managed to convince their old selves to come back even if it was only a short time before they died. I truly believe I reached them and they got to become their kind hearted selves in the end." Naruto added as he closed his eyes with a smile.
Everyone was quiet as they took in this memory.
'Sheesh when Naruto was talking about his life Obito and Nagato sounded like such villains and horrible people but it turns out they weren't always like that and even managed to change due to Naruto in the end. I guess that is another point in Naruto 'good quality' column. The ability to talk and convince enemies to become allies huh.' Cana thought with a joking tone as she smiled faintly.
Wendy being the closest and already close to tears of pride for her Sensei rushed forward to plant her face into his chest as he happily hugged her back. Everyone awed at the scene but Cana grew a smirk as an idea appeared in her head.
"Group hug! I think Naruto needs to know how much we appreciate him here!" Cana announced as suddenly it seemed the air got colder as several woman eyes glittered.
It seemed that there was an unspoken agreement that this hug somehow showed how much Naruto meant to the woman themselves not specifically the guild. Not surprisingly Mira being the closest and still one of the top female wizards of Fairy Tail was the first female besides Wendy to hug Naruto.
"You are such a sweetie Naruto-kun. Wendy-chan is lucky to have you as her Sensei." Mira cooed as she grabbed onto him from the back so her well developed breasts squished against his back and her warm breath made him shiver as it passed by his neck.
"Mira-chan…" Naruto gasped as she not subtly moved just enough so her breasts jiggled against his back.
Erza seemed to not to 'lose' against Mira as in a flash of light she 'requipped' into something that suspiciously looked like a wedding dress with even white gloves albeit it was lacking a veil as she dashed forward and wrapped her own arms around Naruto. This incidentally made Wendy let out a soft eep as she was now caught between the two S-class wizards.
"Oh Naruto? Did you like this dress? I haven't had a chance to wear it and I wanted you to have a first hand look at it up close and in person." Erza asked in a surprisingly girly tone as if she was talking to her crush.
Naruto blush increased when he felt Erza's also large breasts press into him and he couldn't help but notice how the white dress curved perfectly against Erza's natural beauty and left a rather notable amount of her cleavage for him to stare at.
Mira eye twitched as she saw her crush check out her rival as she considered using her transformation magic to change into a bikini while pressed against Naruto. Meanwhile the rest of the males were having heart shaped especially at Erza's sensual and yet modest dress being showed off.
Lucy despite blushing also ran towards Naruto and also managed to hug him making him even more squeezed in between three busty beauties while Wendy started to turn blue as she couldn't get air in that tight hug. Wendy head was getting crushed between Erza breasts in her 'wedding dress' and Lucy large breasts in her sleeveless white shirt that she wore when she first came to Fairy Tail.
'Is this how it ends for me? Being next to Sensei but crushed by my bustier sempais?' Wendy thought to herself as she started to comically turn bluer by the moment.
'I am just as important to Naruto even if we haven't had any alone time together! I am not losing to Mira-san or Erza-san! My pride as a woman is on the line!' Lucy mini chibi self declared with a peace signs or her eyes glittering.
"Naruto! We haven't had time to hang out! I thought we were more then teammates!" Lucy whined as intentionally pouted to enhance her cute look.
'If we hang out, I can even wear that special 'date' outfit I have been saving for my future boyfriend! You can be the first guy to see it!' Lucy whined in her head as a black mini dress with lots of cleavage appeared in her mind.
Naruto felt light headed as three busty bodies were pressed against him along with their very pleasing scents and voices. Part of him felt like he could just fall asleep in their embrace while an even more primal part of him wanted to see how it felt to cuddle with the three of them in a more intimate setting like a bed.
Several of Naruto parental and older sibling figures appeared in his mind as illusions.
'Would it be so bad Naruto? I mean if the girls are willing I don't see why you can't give your heart to multiple woman.' Jiraiya voice suggested but his perverted grin showed that his first thought wasn't so much romance rather getting laid.
'Naruto! You have to pick the one who is most like me! Maybe that dear Erza-chan? She seems like a sweet reliable young woman! Plus, she is a redhead!' Kushina ordered with her arms crossed.
'Naruto my dear son. I think you should follow your hot-headed mother's advice.' Minato suggested kindly with a warm smile.
'Minato! Don't call my hot headed in front of our son! He will get the idea I am bossy!' Kushina yelled at Minato who smiled with an eye smile.
'Yes dear. You are not being bossy.' Minato replied gently seemingly okay with his wife being loud towards him.
'Hmm. Maybe that Mira girl would be good for you? She does seem to relate to Jinchuuriki rather well?' Tsunade told him with a shrug with her large breasts bouncing due to the low cut garb and her shrugging her shoulders.
'Hmm Naruto-kun? Maybe Lucy-san would be a good match for you. She does seem to be rather level headed and normal like you. Plus, she is rather pretty. Also don't say anything about our chests! That is rude!' Shizune told him gently before her eyes scowled at the idea of their different chest sizes.
'Oh, you want my opinion Naruto? I dunno maybe just date them one after another and see who you like best? Just make sure they know they aren't the only options. Trust me woman do not like to be lead on.' Kakashi noted with a thumbs up and eye smile.
'Wow none of my role models are great at this whole romance thing huh. Even Kaa-chan and Tou-chan fell in love at first sight so they didn't even date other people beforehand. They really not helping and the Tailed Beasts are even worst as they don't understand why humans even date in the first place.' Naruto thought sheepishly even as his face and body was getting smothered in between three beautiful young women.
'I would ask Mavis-chan but for some reason a part of me thinks she would be mad if I asked who I would date. Its weird. She is super kind and amazing but I think she would not be happy giving me dating advice.' Naruto thought cluelessly unaware that Mavis would definitely be jealous and be annoyed at who he should date.
"Lucky brat. What I wouldn't give to get even one of the girls here to give me that kind of attention let alone three." Wakaba grumbled with an annoyed glare and his arms crossed.
"Kids got game! I am so jealous and proud! What I wouldn't give to have a kid like him! Maybe I will ask him to go fishing one day?" Gildarts suggested proudly as he raised a fist up to celebrate.
He missed the hurt look Cana gave him as her smirk vanished as she looked down at her table.
'Stupid old man. He still doesn't realize he has a kid right across from him who actually wants to know him. Who am I kidding? I am the coward who can't even tell her own father who she is.' Cana thought sadly as she quietly gazed at Gildarts with longing out the corner of her eye.
Kinana and Lisanna sighed and shared a look.
"I don't think there is room for us there especially with those three taking pretty much every inch of Naruto-kun between the three of them." Kinana noted as she looked down at her own flat chest with a frown.
Lisanna crossed her arms over her more modest chest but nodded.
"It would be hard to get anyone to look past Mira-Nee but Erza and Lucy as well? I don't think anyone could get Naruto-kun attention right now." Lisanna admitted.
Levy shook her head as she cleared thoughts of clear envy at her own lack of a chest at least compared to the three women smothering Naruto and trying to get his attention.
"Um Naruto-san? Is Wendy-chan okay in there? I think she is kinda getting smothered right now." Levy pointed out as she pointed at the barely visible head of dark blue hair that belonged to Wendy.
Instantly everyone seemed to remember the young Dragon Slayer rather then the three busty women and Naruto around her.
"Wendy-chan!" Naruto grunted as his blush vanished, he looked down. Wendy blue head appeared to be droopy showing that Wendy was no longer struggling.
Naruto sent a pulse of Sky Dragon magic from out of his body with the blue magic pushing Lucy, Mira and Erza back a few feet at the same time. The three-woman blinked as they stumbled a few feet back. This allowed Naruto to focus his attention on Wendy now that they were released from their grasps.
"Wendy-chan!" Naruto repeated trying to wake his student. Wendy didn't reply so Naruto removed her from his chest and held her bridal style.
Wendy eyes appeared to swirling and her mouth was wide open. A cute amount of drool leaked from her mouth showing she was currently sleeping.
"Wendy!" Carla screamed as she flew over towards Wendy only to stop when Naruto put a hand up.
"Wait. Wendy-chan just got smothered for abit and got knocked out. This should help her out." Naruto declared as his free hand glowed with Blue Sky Dragon magic and he placed that hand against Wendy's forehead. His hand pulsed for a few moments before Wendy's breathing grew calmer as she slowly opened her eyes.
"Good morning sleepy head. Did you enjoy your nap?" Naruto teased her warmly as he brushed a few loose strands of her hair out of her eyes. Naruto then used her hand to gently brush away her drool as the women of Fairy Tail giggled at the cute Dragon Slayers while the men smirked down at her.
"Sensei? Nap? Was I asleep?" Wendy asked cutely as she blinked several times before the memories rushed into her as she turned bright red.
'That's right! I was hugging Sensei then our guildmates smothered me… With their big soft bodies… It was so embarrassing that I was so jealous! I mean they are our friends but why did I feel so inferior to them!' Wendy thought in worry as her eyes widened for a moment.
"Wendy-chan? Are you alright my dear?" Makarov asked as he raised a hand to make the crowd part and allow him to approach the sense and student duo.
Wendy's red face vanished as she looked guiltily around until Naruto placed a hand on her long blue hair to comfort her.
"Sorry Master. I didn't mean to make everyone worry about me. I am fine! See fit as a bean!" Wendy declared as she looked up at Naruto who sighed but nodded.
Naruto set her down on her feet as she bounced on her feet and even used Sky Dragon magic to current small currents making women with long hair like Erza and Lucy hair sway slightly. Everyone smiled down at Wendy's eager look while Carla sighed with notable relief.
'Thank goodness. She really has become a lot happier since she has come here. Or rather since she met him. I don't think she would be as happy as she is now if he wasn't her Sensei.' Carla mused reluctantly looking at the grinning Naruto with a hint of respect and a tiny smile even as she tried to pretend to be annoyed at him.
"Alright my dear. If you say so. Everything should be fine as long people watch when they hug people right my dears?" Makarov smiled but his voice had a slight stern and disappointed tone.
Mira, Lucy and Erza had the decency to look sheepish as they honestly forgot Wendy was hugging Naruto and would be squished when they had their mini contest.
"Sorry Wendy. We weren't thinking. Next time we will think before we act rashly." Erza apologized on behalf of the three of them as they all bowed to the knee at the kind Dragon Slayer.
"It's okay! I know it was an accident!" Wendy insisted as she nodded her head rapidly.
The sweet moment was ruined by Makarov changing his stern expression to one of perverted old man.
"Now ladies if you need to hug someone to prove something Naruto isn't the only option here. Matter of fact someone with more experience with the ladies like myself might be a better judge." Makarov suggested with his eyes turning into hearts much to the disgust of every woman in Fairy Tail.
Even males like Gray, Elfman and Natsu looked rather bothered at Makarov open display of attraction to their guildmates.
"Or maybe me? Mira-chan if you need someone to hug, I am always free! Night or day!" Wakaba declared happily with his eyes heart shaped as he leered down at the irate and beautiful demon model.
'Oh boy. They won't take this well.' Naruto thought to himself with a sweatdrop.
Demonic magic and aura seemed to emit from Mira and smother the entire guild. Even Naruto eyes narrowed somewhat as he protectively put an arm in front of Wendy and Lucy who were shivering in hear.
"I am going to say this one last time. I would never date you even we were the last two people in Fiore. We are vastly different in age, you a pervert to basically any girl who you see despite most of them being quite abit younger then you, you have a wife and you probably smack my butt if I ever let you give me a hug which is so weird and creepy!" Mira shouted as she looked ready to use her Satan Soul magic and pummel the whimpering Wakaba into the ground.
Mira also turned to Macao and Master Makarov who had the common sense to avoid her glare and look away. Makarov was sweating when Macao looked ready to void his bowels at any moment. The guild was silent at the sweet and usually nice (but with a hint of her demonic Tomgirl nature occasionally) model finally venting and expressing her annoyance at the older members of the guild hitting on her and flirting with her.
Mira took several deep breaths as the killer aura slowly receded as she smiled softly when she was offered a cold ice tea that Naruto seemed to summon with a wave of his hand. Naruto gently held her hand for a moment before letting go when he realized they were still in public but Mira twinkle in her eyes showed her amusement.
Mira then turned to the sweating Wakaba who looked like deer in headlights as she sighed and put her hands on her hips.
"Look I don't care what you do in the bathroom with Sorcerer Weekly magazines. Odd are its one of the models who are my age or even me in there. I expected that a lot of people like the pictures of me in them and frankly if I was offended at people knowing me because of the pictures then I would have stopped modelling ages ago. This is a hobby and a job for me. I am not going to knock people out for reading the magazine just try to not do it in public. Its insanely weird and creepy for me and I think women in general." Mira stated flatly with her eye twitching when several members of the guild sighed in relief confirming her suspicion that at least some members of the guild had the magazines and probably looked at pictures of her in their spare time.
"Sheesh. Was I giving the vibe I was going to beat everyone up and then find the magazines to rip them up in front of you all? Do I seem that scary?" Mira asked seemingly back in her 'sweet' mode as she put a finger on her chin innocently.
Everyone sweatdropped at Mira's drastic change in personality with none so much as Elfman and Lisanna who knew Mira the longest being her siblings.
'I am 100% sure that is what Wakaba-san fear was and for you to convince Sorcerer Weekly to no longer provide him a subscription to get new issues of you in them. A ban on the magazine would probably hurt more then weeks without paid work' Lisanna thought drily.
Naruto resisted chuckling as he could imagine Kakashi-Sensei crying if he ever tore one of his 'Icha Icha' books he loved so much. Although unlike Wakaba and Macao, Kakashi-Sensei seemed to lack any sort of modesty of reading the books in public despite the contents being well known in the Ninja World.
'Maybe that is why he read it in public? Pervy-Sage books were so popular that nobody cared that he read his in public.' Naruto mused as an imaginary Kakashi gave him a thumbs up and Jiraiya stuck his chest out in pride as he yelled how he was a 'super pervert'.
'Makes sense there is perverted old men no matter what world I go to. I know Jiraiya-Sensei would love this world. The girls are far less modest here then in the Elemental Nations and he probably would consider a black eye worth it to spy on women like Erza or Mira-chan. Heck he probably would not be able to hold himself back on commenting on Lucy's chest or skirt length. Oh Pervy Sage.' Naruto thought happily as his perverted teacher would definitely like Earthland for a very specific and obvious reason.
'Speaking of busty girls or rather more normal petite women.' Naruto thought as he quickly glanced over the laughing Levy who seemed amused at her friend Lucy's tactics much to her embarrassment.
'To be honest I feel Levy would be good friends with Sakura. They both seem rather level headed albeit I have never seen Levy use her fists like Sakura did. I guess Baa-Chan passed on more then her legendary strength and medical Jutsu.' Naruto thought with a laugh as Tsunade and Sakura shared similar quick bouts to anger which usually manifested against Jiraiya and his own silly antics.
"Plus, they are both flat as a board. I mean that Lucy girl is the same age as Levy and they are as different as sun and moon. Hmm I guess Lucy is more like Hinata while Levy is like Sakura in how big their chests are." Kurama mused much to Naruto's amusement.
Naruto patted Mira on the shoulder and Wendy on the shoulders with his hands getting their attention.
"Sorry I just need a few minutes. Can you let me have some space?" Naruto asked kindly but made it was clear it was not quite a request.
Wendy nodded instantly stepping away while Mira gave him a curious expression. When Naruto gave her a raised eyebrow, she giggled but stepped away waving him off.
Naruto mentally shrugged at Mira's possessive attitude before he walked over to Levy much to her surprise.
"Uh, yes? Is there something you need Naruto-san?" Levy asked unsure why Naruto was talking to her.
'Not that he a bad guy or anything but I think I have yet to have a conversation with him directly.' Levy thought as she gazed up at him with a polite and curious expression.
Naruto put a hand on his head with a rare nervous expression.
"Hey Levy…. I know this is pretty random to ask but you can rewrite Rune Magic right? I know people can write Runes with enough practice but from what I can tell its another level to actually rewrite someone else's Runes." Naruto asked as he looked interested in the younger woman's reply.
Levy blinked several times before she slowly nodded.
"Yes? I am not great at offensive type of magic but I would consider myself an expert in Rune magic and I have rewritten Runes before but not very often." Levy replied carefully.
Meanwhile Freed perked up sitting up when he heard Naruto mention Runes or rather Jutsu Shiki Runes.
Naruto knowing that everyone was listening sighed.
"Can you teach me how to rewrite Runes set up by other people? I could really use your help. I could pay you for your time of course. I wouldn't expect you to do this for free as you could use this time for something else like a job or just hanging out with someone else." Naruto offered to Levy.
Levy blinked and looked around as if she was expecting him to look past her and ask someone else.
"Uh…" Levy gaped not expecting the incredibly strong wizard and chakra user Naruto Uzumaki would need help with magic and especially asking her of all people for help.
Everyone looked at Naruto with confusion who was focused on Levy's response.
"Why do you need help with something like that? Can't you use Rune magic as well? You have made those barriers before like Freed's." Gray asked with disbelief as several members looked abit annoyed remembering Naruto trapping them inside said barriers. In Particular his own team gave him stink eyes.
"Sheesh! I apologized already you know! Its not like I trapped you inside of them because I wanted to or anything! I was just being worried about you!" Naruto replied back indignantly crossing his arms and pouting at the looks he was getting.
Freed however looked more impressed then anything else.
"Naruto-san. Would you mind putting me in a barrier? I would like to see your Rune magic firsthand. I was not aware you were capable of this magic." Freed asked politely as he pointed to himself.
Naruto tilted his head before he turned to Makarov.
"Master, do I have your permission? I will set the timer to be like 2 minutes or something so people don't think I am abusing my powers or anything." Naruto asked politely but he did give a side eye to Gray who frowned.
'Okay sheesh. I didn't mean to bring this up like this.' Gray thought with a sigh.
Makarov nodded as he gestured to Freed.
"Everyone listen up! Please give Naruto and Freed some space so nobody is caught up in the barriers!" Makarov commanded as everyone was more then eager to get behind Makarov to watch the display.
Freed nodded his head in appreciation as he looked at Naruto with a challenging smile.
"Now lets go Naruto-san. Please try and contain me." Freed stated as he dashed forward.
Naruto subtly tapped his foot and flicked his wrist as he briefly looked at where Freed was about to dash to. A blue barrier contained Freed instantly as he crashed into the barrier that appeared out of nowhere and shook his head.
"Ah. This is rather impressive. You seemed to be able to form Runes very quickly and this is a rather high-quality seal." Freed noted impressed as he looked up to see the conditions of the Barrier.
"Freed shall not be able to leave this confinement for 2 minutes. Nobody from outside the confinement mall help or assist Freed in his escape." It said simply as the barrier hummed when Freed slashed at it and it merely bounced off the wall. There was a timer that started with 2:00 and started to count down to 1:59 and continued to go down.
Freed took a moment before he looked past the barrier and pointed at Natsu.
"Natsu please try to attack the barrier from the outside. I would like to test its strength." Freed requested as he pointed to the wall in front of him.
Before anyone could stop the eager Natsu he dashed into the air.
"Alright! That is what I am talking about! Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu shouted as he took a breath and released a stream of Fire Dragon magic at the wall.
"You idiot! Don't bring out your fire inside the guild!" Gray shouted as everyone dashed away.
Natsu's Fire Dragon Roar hit the wall but instead of going through the wall or even being absorbed the Roar instead hit the wall and dispersed getting sent back as several bursts of fire.
"Eep! Can't Natsu-san just eat the fire? He is a Fire Dragon Slayer after all." Kinana asked as she ducked behind the counter to avoid the fire.
"Natsu can't eat the fire produced by himself! Its one of the rules of a Dragon Slayer!" Happy revealed as Natsu rubbed his head in embarrassment even as the fire rained down at the guild.
Before anyone else could attempt to stop the reflected Fire Naruto waved his hand as a massive amount of water appeared out of nowhere to intercept the Fire Dragon magic. Naruto then snapped his fingers as the water had absorbed and smothered the fire before vanishing leaving nothing not even a puddle behind.
"Was there a point to all this besides making everyone glare at Natsu for his recklessness? I mean we all know if you challenge Natsu he is going to rise to the bait." Naruto asked drily briefly looking back to make sure nobody was burnt or hurt from the fire.
Freed chuckled as he waved his sword with Rune markings appearing in the air from his slash.
"I just wanted to see the strength of your barriers Naruto-san. It is comparable in strength to my own." Freed noted with a nod of approval before a smirk appeared on his face.
"However. I can still overwrite your rules like this." Freed commented as his Runes glowed and then a hole in the barrier appeared allowing him to step out.
Everyone looked up at the timer which now read 1:00 showing there was still roughly a minute left in the barrier.
"Freed rewrote the rules of the Runes which allowed him to slip past the barrier despite the timer still being active." Evergreen noted with a superior smirk as she glanced at Erza who looked uninterested.
"Of course, since I am Freed's teammate I would know of such things while certain other people wouldn't have knowledge of such complicated magic." Evergreen taunted with a hand on her hip and leaning forward abit.
This got the attention of several men while Bickslow just sighed.
"Is there a reason you are looking at me when you said that? I have never pretended that Rune magic or Solid Script magic is my forte. Its just something I have neither the talent or interest to learn." Erza stated flatly more then willing to admit that forming barriers like this was not in her wheel barrel of tricks.
Evergreen growled at Erza not rising to her bait and her unable to get a rise out of the more popular Female wizard.
Evergreen then scoffed as Freed pushed his hand towards the still active barrier which rejected him showing that the strength of barrier had not weakened.
"As you can see just because I rewrote a part of the barrier restrictions does not mean it caused the barrier itself to vanish. This allows me slip through but if someone else was in the barrier with me they would be still trapped." Freed lectured before he hummed and looked at the timer.
It soon reached 0:00 and vanished along with the barrier.
"So, you can see why I need help. I am not an expert on Script magic so I am unable to rewrite the restrictions or abilities of other Rune magic users despite being able to form strong barriers." Naruto admitted as he hung his head down seemingly annoyed at his weakness.
Levy blinked seeing the seemingly invincible or nearly invincible S-class wizard admit a flaw and needing her help of our people.
"Uh…." Levy stuttered before she awkwardly patted Naruto on the shoulder not knowing what to say to the stronger mage.
A bitter Wakaba could not help himself but smirk seeing a chink in the armour of the 'great' Naruto Uzumaki.
"Huh I never thought I would see the day where the 'amazing' S-class Naruto Uzumaki have a fault. I guess your barriers aren't that great is someone like Freed or Levy can just rewrite them huh?" Wakaba mocked but he winced when he got glares for his remark.
"That's enough! Nobody is perfect at all magic. Last time I checked your magic has not improved much over the years so if anyone needs to improve their magic its you." Makarov snapped finally showing he was no longer willing to just sit idly by and let insults be thrown at the newest S-rank wizard.
"Sorry Master!" Wakaba apologized by instinct as Makarov frowned crossing his arms.
"Yeah, you guys should relax. Heck I can't rewrite Runes either so nothing to be ashamed about." Gildarts stated easily as he gave a laugh at admitting something he thought was rather obscure in his mind.
'Judging from his magic power and what I heard about him he might be able to smash though most standard Rune magic barriers although the collaterial damage is something I do not envy about his powers.' Naruto thought off handed as he glanced at the mighty 'Ace of Fairy Tail'.
Naruto just ignored Wakaba and waved off Mira and Erza who were glaring at the Smoke magic user.
"I will admit it. I felt powerless back then when I was trapped in Freed's barrier. Despite my magic I was still trapped inside and unable to help you guys when you were fighting each other. I don't want to feel that way again." Naruto admitted as he looked down and clenched his fist.
"Trapped?" Wendy whispered not knowing about this story as Lucy waved her hands around.
"I will tell you later! I will just say it's not Naruto's fault! Nobody was able to break free and he still ended up saving the day." Lucy whispered back to Wendy's intrigue.
Freed, Bickslow and Evergreen looked away in shame as they were reminded of their plot with Laxus in his attempt to take over the guild by force even if it meant hurting the people in the guild itself.
"I want to be able to break these sorts of barriers so if I ever trapped again or my allies are in trouble I can help you." Naruto announced with his eyes full of determination as he slammed his fist against his chest.
This got whistles showing the guild was impressed by his determination with Wendy literally floating in the air with her eyes shining with Carla having a tiny smile even as she sat on Wendy's head.
Erza nodded but then gave him a disapproving look as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"That is an excellent goal Naruto but you should learn to trust us as well. Being able to make Barriers and even erase them is all well and fine but trapping us to keep us out of harms way does send the message you don't need our strength as well. Remember we are here with you not to be in your way." Erza chided as Naruto sighed but nodded.
"Fine. I will keep in mind before I put you in barriers in the future." Naruto promised as Erza smiled before she slammed his fist into her chest once again.
However sadly for Naruto she was still wearing her amoured top so once again his face was pressed into a metal plate and not Erza's natural large breasts but Naruto didn't complain.
'Lucky kid. I would kill to be him right now.' Makarov, Wakaba, Macao and even Gildarts thought with their depressed expressions showing that they all had similar thoughts.
"Do all old men in our guild super perverts? I mean come on! That is Erza-san's armour not even her shirt so its probably not even very comfortable!" Lucy whined as she placed her hands on her hips in disapproval.
Natsu turned to Lucy with a flat expression.
"Are you just mad that its not you doing that to Naruto? Cause you seem awfully offended that its Erza doing that to Naruto in my opinion." Natsu suggested but his expression showed he cared very little if any.
Lucy face turned scarlet as she shook her head furiously.
"Why would I care whose chest Naruto's face is in?! He can put his face in Cana's or Mira-san's face for all I care!" Lucy stated firmly but her longing expression showed she wasn't being truthful.
"She loves him!" Happy added giggling when the annoyed Lucy swatted at him with a Sorcerer Weekly magazine, she pulled out of her skirt somehow.
Gray laughed while Juvia watched him carefully behind a pillar as if to see if Gray was getting jealous of Lucy focusing on Naruto.
'Eh could be worse way to spend my time. I mean Erza still has that beautiful red hair and it smells nice.' Naruto thought as he decided to just relax and lean into Erza's armoured chest especially as Erza's soft hand stroked his neck and her long red hair wrapped around him as if a sweet-smelling strawberry blanket.
'This does feel nice. I wonder how it would feel if we were closer then this? What if we were to sleep next to each other on a bed or even if we were just in our underwear? I wonder how that would feel? I heard that people who trust each other like skin to skin contact.' Erza thought shamelessly but with a certain innocence and purity of a woman finding out about romantic love.
'Hmm maybe I should not wear the armoured top next time? The armour helps keep a certain distance so people can't hurt my heart but Naruto feels like he safety itself. Hmm I will have to think it over for our next hug.' Erza mused not denying she intended to hug him again in the future.
Mira smiled sweetly but Lisanna noted a few metal spoons broken in half seemingly just from Mira bending them with her thumb.
'Note to self never try to put Naruto-kun into my chest. I mean it might feel nice but I don't want Mira-Nee glaring at me.' Lisanna thought with a blush.
'I wonder if he would like to put his head on my lap… It wouldn't be too romantic right? I mean his face is just near my sacred spot and I can use my fingers to comb through his spikey hair and he can relax into my lap and thighs…' Lisanna thought as she had to fan her face from her cheeks burning with embarrassment. Despite her trying to keep her mind innocent she couldn't help but fantasize the idea of her wearing a short dress and having Naruto rest his face into her smooth thighs where the skirt ended.
Kinana just gave her a smirk seemingly guessing what Lisanna was thinking.
Meanwhile Cana pouted even as she chugged another massive barrel by herself.
"Hmph! I try to be sexy and flirty and he ignores me but Erza gives him just a bit of attention and he is like a kitty! All affectionate and loving! Maybe I am trying to hard so now he is immune to my charms? Maybe trying something new like being a 'lady' to shock factor him into a reaction?" Cana whined.
Cana imagined herself in a full body white dress and umbrella like her Edolas self but then sensually taking off her clothes piece by piece getting a blush from Naruto.
"Hehe that could work. He would think I am a lady but I would be the most kinky lady he ever seen! Now I just need to find clothes that actually fit my measurements!" Cana claimed quietly with a smirk aimed at Naruto who was not paying attention to him.
Meanwhile Wendy seemed to being an identity crisis as she was in her normally sweet shy self but mentally, she was having a battle of wits with herself.
'Why is Erza-san hugging MY Sensei like that?!' A devil like Wendy whispered in her head but still looked rather adorable with black devil wings and a pitch fork.
'Eep! Why are we getting mad? Erza-san is one of guildmates and like a big sister to us!' An angel like Wendy replied back in confusion complete with a pair of white angel wings and halo.
'It doesn't matter who she is! Sensei is ours!' The Devil Wendy argued.
The Angel Wendy eye twitched as she looked like she resisting arguing with her devil counterpart.
Soon a depressed blue skinned Wendy just sighed as rain started to fall down on her to show her lack of excitement.
'It doesn't matter who sensei is with… He will never look that way at us due to our age and our lack of maturity… Even Levy-san has a more attractive figure then us… Sigh…' The depressed Wendy stated sadly.
All three Wendy's look down at their lack of a chest as their heads dropped in depression. After a moment they all vanished in puffs of smokes as the real Wendy blinked.
'I need stop having these kinds of thoughts… I am me and that is all that matters. As long as I can be alongside Sensei and Fairy Tail in some way I can be happy.' Wendy decided as her brown eyes shone for a moment.
Levy felt an ugly feeling seeing Naruto resting his head on Erza's chest even through the armour as she frowned.
'What's wrong with me? Naruto-san isn't my boyfriend and even someone I am interested in. This is pretty weird.' Levy thought trying to rationalize her feelings.
Levy coughed as she looked at Freed who blinked.
"Naruto-san? I think we should get going now. Feed and I do have other responsibilities so we shouldn't waste too much more time here." Levy pointed out as Naruto rubbed his head after he pulled out of Erza's group.
"Ah excellent idea Levy. Naruto-san if you would like to come with us, we can go to a quiet place to practice Rune magic and rewriting Rune magic." Freed added politely.
Naruto nodded as he waved to his team and friends looking at Mira with apology.
"Sorry Mira-chan! We will need to take a rain check okay?" Naruto asked as eh was lead out of the guild by Levy who was tapping her feet impatiently.
Mira waved as she sighed dramatically with an amused smile.
"Alright but you better not forget you owe me a day to ourselves!" Mira shouted as Naruto nodded.
Thus begin the training of Naruto/Freed and Levy. Naruto found it rather interesting to see how different it was to rewrite Runes rather then simply place new ones. After a few days Freed declared that Naruto had gotten the basics down after Levy suggested that she could continue to teach and supervise him on her own. Freed was confused but agreed after Levy insisted.
Naruto kept trying to pay Levy for her time but she refused saying that this was what guild mates did for each other making him feel guilty.
"Fine then Levy. How about we go out to eat then? I am feeling abit hungry after all." Naruto asked Levy who looked skeptical.
"Is this a date Naruto-san? I mean its just something I don't usually do with guys at least one on one." Levy asked with a raised eyebrow.
Naruto shook his head and put his hands in surrender.
"Its not a date. This is simply a meal between two friends. Although 'San' is a bit formal for me so if you want us to feel more like friends you can get rid of the honorific if you want?" Naruto explained looking expectedly at the petite blue haired woman.
Levy bit her lip as she looked around before sighing.
"That is abit too familiar for me. How about…. Naruto…-kun… I suppose? Hmm that will get used to saying but I will get used to it." Levy commented as Naruto grinned.
"Alright Levy! Take you time. I know this great cake place. I went there once with Erza but it was more her just enjoying plates of cakes with me being dragged along for the ride." Naruto noted as Levy gave a slight giggle as Erza love of cakes was well known.
After several more sessions Naruto was capable of rewriting Levy's own barrier with his improved Solid Script magic with Levy declaring him capable of rewriting most Rune Magic if he should ever have to face them again. During this time Levy gradually grew more comfortable to the point where she no longer struggled between calling him 'San' and 'kun' and it was just Naruto-kun without thinking.
Several weeks later it was finally time for the S-class trials! Onto Tenrou Island and the destiny of Fairy Tail! Much to Naruto and Carla's relief Wendy was not selected for the trails but was allowed to go to Tenrou Island due to being a qualified healer. Despite all the preparations of Fairy Tail for their S-class Trials they were ambushed by the Dark Guild Grimoire Heart which was one of the three parts of the Balam Alliance and one strongest Dark Guilds in Fiore. Fairy Tail was eventually able to push back their dark rivals only to face off against an even greater threat. The legendary Dragon of Destruction. The Black Scaled Dragon Acnologia himself! AN3:
AN2: Just a not-so-subtle reference to episode 74 where canon Wendy does her first 'big job' (albeit with a random team of Happy and Freed and later the rest of Team Natsu through unrelated side quests). This is Naruto acknowledging Wendy could do some small solo jobs by herself but he hasn't outright told Wendy this partly due to him wanting to keep Wendy in the nest for awhile longer.
AN3: I am summarizing Tenrou Island as I am sure a lot of people read this already know the basis of the Tenrou Island arc. I am keeping Naruto specific role vague on purpose however like I said before there is a 7 year gap next chapter so Naruto does not end up defeating Acnologia. I do have the why planned out but its not for right now.
I WILL show the ending of the Acnologia fight as the 'beginning'/flashback of the next chapter. It is the prologue to the 7 year time skip.
