Inside a destroyed futuristic building, Kisame carried two large metallic boxes, admiring his work with a bloody smirk. Dead bodies and limbs were spread everywhere.
"We are done here.". Kisame turned around to see Reaper carrying a metallic box, kicking away a male torn-off head, to walk ahead.
"So Genesis named his new robot Shogun?", Kisame asked as he stepped on a legless dead body, following behind Reaper.
"Yes, he lacks creativity.", Reaper commented as he and Kisame left the building.
"Have you seen what this man wears?", Kisame asked making Reaper snort. "Anyways, why didn't Kaguya come with us?".
"She decided to raid a FAUSD base on her own.", Reaper said before he raised an eyebrow, "You didn't ask about Blaze.".
"Why ask about someone I'm going to tear his head off once his use is done?", Kisame growled making Reaper roll his eyes.
Today was the day of Heiji's tournament. And being the good friends they were, the Rangers decided to board the train to head to Osaka, but they weren't alone.
"So Hattori called you and told you about his tournament?", Suzuki Sonoko asked both Masumi and Ran.
"Yeah, and we decided to support him as friends.", Ran nodded.
"Okay I get that.", Sonoko said as she glanced at Conan, "And I get why the brat is here…".
'Oi…', Conan squinted at Sonoko.
"But when did you and Hattori meet Makoto-san? And what are you guys doing here?", Sonoko directed her question towards Makoto and the other two teenagers with him.
The first was a tall lean and toned light-skinned teenager. He had brown eyes and black hair with some dark green streaks, styled greasy. He wore a shirtless tank top with a pair of jeans and black sneakers.
The other wore blue jeans, black sneakers, and a red shirt. He had brown spiky gravity-defying hair, green eyes, and tan skin, and wore glasses. He too was tall, lean, and toned.
"I met Hattori coincidentally more than once, so we talked, and we became friends.", Makoto said half the truth.
"Well, Kudo had told me about him, so I thought I should meet the guy who stole my best friend.", The greasy-haired boy said, making Conan sweat drop at him.
'Take it easy Kazama.'.
The spiky-haired boy sweat dropped. "And I came to make sure Kazama doesn't do anything stupid.", He said making the greasy-haired boy glare at him.
'As always, Makiba.', Conan chuckled.
"Just like always, Daisuke.", Sonoko shrugged before she looked teasingly at the greasy-haired boy, "Still saying you met an angel, Ryu?".
The greasy-haired boy cried, "I did meet a girl and I love her, and she loves me!".
"I pity that girl, for real.", Sonoko teased making the boy glare at her while Conan rolled his eyes.
"Sonoko! Don't tease him like that!", Ran scolded.
'For the first time in a while, I agree with Sonoko.', Conan thought.
Masumi then coughed making everyone look at her. "I hate to interrupt, but who are those two?", She asked.
"I was gonna ask that too.", Makoto said.
"Oh! Where are my manners?", Daisuke said before he raised his hand, "My name is Makiba Daisuke, nice to meet you.",
He shook hands with Masumi and Makoto.
"Kazama Ryuuga. Just call me Ryu.", The greasy-haired boy nodded at Makoto and Masumi.
"Ryu, Daisuke, Sonoko, Shinichi, and I have been friends since we were in kindergarten. Despite being second year like us, Ryu is 19 years old, because he entered school late. While Daisuke is 18 like you both.", Ran explained to Masumi and Makoto.
Masumi raised an eyebrow, "I didn't see them at Teitan.".
"I was traveling for the past two months with my mother, but Ryu was in the hospital for the past six months.", Daisuke explained.
"Abducted by some mafia. Experimented on. Survived safe and sound but had a coma. I woke up 3 months ago, but took my time recovering.", Ryu explained before he shrugged, "That is the main story if you don't count the ones where I beat Teitan's jerks and ended up receiving detentions and suspensions. I don't know why really; I was just cleaning the school from perverts and bullies.".
The other teenagers' sweat dropped at Ryu's nonchalant attitude while Masumi just smirked.
"I think you and I will get along well, Kazama.", She said making Ryu smirk.
"If anything of what Sonoko and Ran said about you is true, then we definitely will.", He said.
'Those two together definitely means trouble.', Conan and Ran thought the same.
"Will you all shut up?!", An adult voice interrupted them making the teenagers look at a sitting Mouri Kogoro.
"Isn't it enough that I had to accompany you to make sure you don't do anything weird, you Teenagers? Do you have to talk a lot?", Kogoro complained.
"I don't know what's going on in your mind, Otousan, and I seriously don't want to know.", Ran mumbled.
"You know, since you guys don't believe my story.", Ryu started, ignoring Kogoro completely, making the man fume at him. "I'll draw you a picture of my girl, and you guys search for her. This way, you'll be able to prove me wrong.", He said.
"Oh if Shinichi can hear you, he is gonna have so much fun with this.", Sonoko said making Conan smirk.
'I'm here. And I'll let Ran show me the picture, to see who is that poor girl, if she does exist.', Conan thought.
"Where is Kudo by the way? Still away for his case?", Daisuke asked Ran worriedly.
"Yeah, the case has gotten way too difficult and complicated, so he's still busy.", Ran said with a smile making Conan blink.
'Her answer isn't any different from when anyone asked her the same question when she didn't know the truth.', He said, noting how her acting made one believe her words when it wasn't exactly the truth.
"Oh well, he was always a mystery geek.", Daisuke shrugged making Ryu snort.
"Says the Shogi nerd.", He said making Daisuke glare at him from under the glasses.
"You like Shogi?", Masumi raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I like anything that involves using my mind, so I know how to play all card and board games. But Shogi is my favorite.", Daisuke said passionately.
"Cool, my middle brother is a Shogi champion. He holds 5 titles currently.", Masumi said making Daisuke's eyes widen.
"Haneda Meijin is your brother?!", He asked in surprise.
"Yeah. He changed his family name to Haneda in honor of Haneda Kohji.", Masumi explained.
"Yeah, Haneda Kohji was a legend in Shogi.", Daisuke smiled, "He's my idol actually.".
"You'd get along well with my brother.", Masumi said before the train stopped and Kogoro hopped off the seat.
"Finally! No more talking! Now let's go!", Kogoro cried making the teenagers look at him annoyed.
"Why is your father so pissed?", Ryu asked Ran annoyed.
"Okasan called him, you guys can guess the rest.", Ran said tiredly making everyone sweat drop.
"Yeah, definitely.", They chorused.
Outside the building where the tournament was being held and behind it, Okita Soshi was practicing his movements without much effort. This wasn't a major tournament, so that meant all 16 competitors would fight today until one of the two in the semi-finals won.
Soshi wasn't worried about any of the competitors at all. But rather, he was excited to face one opponent: Hattori Heiji.
Soshi eyed his Kendo sword and smiled, 'Let's see how far we've gotten in our training, Hattori.'.
Soshi then noticed from the corner of his eye a certain girl walking towards the Kendo tournament. He scoffed before he walked towards that girl.
"Still desperate to get Hattori, Ooka?", He asked making the girl stop in her tracks and eye him.
"What does it matter to you?", Ooka Momiji asked.
"Nothing really. It's just finding the reason you told me before when I asked you is stupid, he made a promise when he was 7. And he didn't even promise to love you or marry you.", Soshi shrugged, ignoring how Momiji glared at him, "Besides, he has been interested in Toyama before he even met you, so don't bother.".
"How do you know that?", She asked, trying to keep her temper.
"I grew up with him. So I know everything.", Soshi said only for Momiji to poke him in the chest.
"Keep your nose outside my business!", Momiji said sternly just as her bodyguard, Iori Muga, appeared next to her.
"Is that man bothering you, Ojou-sama?", Iori asked in his monotone voice.
Soshi looked at Iori before he rolled his eyes. "Relax, we were just having a chat. No need to be so tense.", He said as he eyed Momiji, who decided to walk away without finishing their conversation, making him annoyed.
"When it comes to you, Okita, I do have to be worried.", Iori said while giving Soshi a certain look.
Soshi's eyes then turned cold as he stood face-to-face with Iori. "I think you should be going after Ooka, as anyone would want to hurt to former prime minister's granddaughter.", He said coldly making Iori glare at him hard, before he walked away, leaving him alone.
'Hattori Hattori Hattori! Why can't that girl see me for once?!', Soshi thought angrily.
"Woah, what was dat about?". Soshi snapped out of his thoughts and turned to his left to see Heiji approaching.
"You're late.", Soshi said as he and Heiji fist bumped.
"Don' change da subject, ya always arrive early anyways. Besides, I was practicin' somewhere else.", Heiji scoffed before he looked serious, "Seriously, what happened? I saw ya havin' a glarin' contest wid Ooka's butler?".
Soshi shrugged. "I was just telling Ooka to stay away from you and her butler came, overprotective as usual.", He said.
"I wonder why she is so obsessed with me.", Heiji said making Soshi sweat drop.
'You and your memory, Hattori.', He thought.
"HEIJI!". Soshi and Heiji winced at the loud voice of a girl they knew too well. Soshi looked behind Heiji, to see Kazuha approaching, with the Rangers, Sonoko, Kogoro, Ryu, and Daisuke with them.
"Your girlfriend is mad.", Soshi said making Heiji fume at him.
"She isn' my girl yet!", He hissed making Soshi shrug.
"Well, you better hurry and confess, because one of the tournament's competitors happens to be Shimura.", Soshi said making Heiji scowl.
"What's wid da face?", Kazuha asked Heiji once she reached him before she waved at Soshi, "Nice ta see ya, Okita-kun.".
"Nice to see you too, Kazuha-chan.", Soshi said before he asked, "And who are those with you?".
"OI!", The group turned around to see Akira running towards them, with a 12-year-old running beside him.
"Hope we aren't late.", Akira smiled. He wasn't wearing his gi anymore, but jeans with a black shirt, and a pair of sneakers. The boy next to him was almost identical to him, but his shoulder-reaching black messy hair was tied in a ponytail. He had an X-shaped scar on his right cheek. He wore black pants with a blue sleeveless shirt, showing his athletic build.
Heiji smiled widely, "Nah, yar right on time Akira.".
"Which is a first time.", The boy said making Akira glare at him. The Rangers then noticed the boy's voice and his act with Akira and immediately deduced that this was Static, but in disguise.
"Uhhh, Who are they?", Kazuha asked the question Soshi asked a few moments ago.
"Okay, I think we have lots of introductions to be made.", Sonoko said, "My name is Suzuki Sonoko. The handsome muscular boy with glasses here is my boyfriend, Kyogoku Makoto. Those are my best friends; Mouri Ran, Sera Masumi, Kazama Ryuuga, and Makiba Daisuke. The brat is Edogawa Conan. The old man is Ran's father; Mouri Kogoro. And I don't know who those two are.".
Sonoko's introduction had different reactions from the group. Kogoro and Conan glared at her while Makoto blushed lightly, everyone else just sweat dropped.
"My name is Akira Orionson, and this is my little brother; Daichi Orionson.", Akira said, the Rangers noting that he used Kaiden's family name, not his. He didn't say his family name when he introduced himself. "We are old friends with Heiji.", He added, but he didn't notice how Ryu was eyeing him intently.
"Oh, nice to meet you all then. My name is Okita Soshi IV, Heiji's rival and best friend, before he started spending more time with Kudo Shinichi.", Soshi joked making Heiji roll his eyes.
"We hear you.", Daisuke and Ryu chorused making Conan roll his eyes.
"And this here is…", Soshi said as a wide smirk spread on his face, "Hattori's girlfriend; Toyama Kazuha.".
"I'M NOT!/SHE'S NOT!", Heiji and Kazuha chorused angrily, their faces completely red, making the whole group laugh (but Kogoro who was uninterested).
"Anyone know where the bathroom is?", Ryu asked. Heiji gave him the directions before he left the group. He followed Heiji's directions inside the building and entered the bathroom. He locked the door, pulled out two small black devices from his pocket, and placed them on the door. One of them glowed blue, while the other sprouted from its side metallic arms that attached to the door's lock.
He pulled out a smartphone and called someone, the speaker on.
"Black Cat here.", He said. He didn't receive a response for a few seconds before a feminine voice sighed.
"You do realize, when any of us are alone, we can use our real names, no need for codenames?", The female said making Ryu frown.
"Come on, Nina! Can't you follow FAUSD's rules for real?! You are a Captain for God's sake!", He cried.
"Do you want me to answer that?", She asked teasingly making him sigh. "Alright, so you don't feel bad, Otouto. Shadow Assassin here.".
"Listen, I went with Makiba, Suzuki, Mouri, and her father, to a tournament that their friend Hattori Heiji will participate in. It wasn't just us, that kid, Edogawa Conan was with us, Suzuki's boyfriend; Kyogoku Makoto, and Mouri and Suzuki's new friend, Sera Masumi.", He explained.
"Sera, huh?", The woman named Nina said in interest, "Also Kyogoku… And Edogawa Conan, all to see Hattori Heiji.".
"That's not all. Toyama Kazuha met us at the station and took us to where the tournament will be held. She was about to introduce us to Okita Soshi. Only for two new arrivals to arrive. Guess what they said their names were; Akira Orionson and Daichi Orionson.", He said.
A few moments of silence passed before the woman said, "Orionson, as in Kaiden Orionson.".
"Most likely. Nobody on Earth uses the name Orionson, and those two resembled the image of the Princes of Dragonia 11 years ago.", Ryu said.
"Oh Ryu-chan! You've become better at your work!", She coed making Ryu snarl.
"Stop that! It's not gonna be you and Kaachan doing that!", He cried angrily in embarrassment.
"Can't I be proud that FAUSD Section 12's Lieutenant Kazama Ryuuga, my brother, has evolved his deduction skills?", She asked.
"Be proud when I find her.", Ryu said sternly making Nina sigh. Ryu then asked suddenly, "Have you spoken to F-".
"Finish that name and I'll make you miserable for the rest of the month, you hear me?". Ryu shivered at how his older sister was instantly able to change from her sweet and nice voice to her cold and emotionless voice.
"Okay okay, Take it easy.", Ryu said, "Anyways, I told you what I know, I'll inform you more if anything else happens.".
"Alright, Captain Katrina out.", Nina said before the call ended.
The Rangers with Makoto, Sonoko, Ran, Conan, Masumi, Ryu, Daisuke, Kazuha, Kogoro, Akira, and Static sat in the front rows of the audience during the tournament. Iori and Momiji sat ahead of them, with Kazuha glaring daggers every minute at the back of her head. Kogoro was sleeping, while Ryu was drawing on a paper with a pencil. He had bought them from a nearby stationery store.
"I don't see anyone from Okita-san's family.", Conan said as he looked around, "I don't see anyone looking similar to him or cheering him on, other than his classmates.".
"Soshi-kun is an orphan.", Kazuha said making the others stare at her in interest. "When he was 10, he returned home ta find his parents murdered. Since his father was friends wid Heiji's father, Soshi-kun ended up in da care of da Hattori family. Although, since da age of 15, he started livin' back in his home alone in Kyoto.".
"That's awful.", Ran said, feeling awful for the teen, "Did the police ever find out why?".
Kazuha shook her head.
Masumi then heard the notification sound from her phone, she had received a message from her mother. Conan, who was sitting next to her, saw and read the message once she opened her phone.
How is everything going with that Conan?
Conan tapped Masumi's shoulder making her look at him.
"When we are done with Hattori's tournament, you and I need to sit down together and talk.", Conan said. Masumi raised an eyebrow at him making him confirmation.
"I will meet her, your sister from outside the domain.", He said with a light smirk making Masumi smirk back with a nod.
Masumi then typed a message and sent it.
We are talking. He will meet you soon.
The tournament didn't last long. Heiji was able to easily defeat his competitors, reaching the semi-finals, and so did Soshi. Soshi easily defeated his opponent, reaching the finals.
But Heiji was now standing face to face with his opponent; Shimura Yari. He was a light-skinned, tall, lean, and toned, teenager, in the same school as Heiji. His hair black and messy, with cold blue eyes. He and Heiji always hated each other, ever since Yari transferred to Nishiro High School last year. He was a bully, a pervert, and would always try to hit on Kazuha.
"Hajime!", The referee said and the match started.
Heiji and Yari circled each other intently before Yari smirked, "How is Kazuha?'".
Heiji snarled, "Mind yar own business.".
"She is my business.", He said before he swung his Kendo sword, attempting to strike Heiji in the head, but the latter blocked it.
"Like hell she would be interested in ya.", Heiji snarled as he tried to strike at Yari's chest but he blocked it.
"Why wouldn't she?", Yari asked as he and Heiji then went at each other, strikes and blocks could be heard across the room.
"I'm rich, handsome, and strong!", Yari cried the last word as he hit hard at Heiji's head. Heiji blocked it but the hit was so strong he almost lost his footing.
"What about you? You're not rich or good looking…", Yari trailed off before he said with a loud voice, enough for everyone to hear, "Say... Why is yar skin darker dan yar father? Especially when yar mother is light-skinned? Looks like yar mother had some fun.".
Heiji was caught off guard, giving Yari the chance to hit his head earning a point.
Heiji then stood in his place, ignoring all the sounds around him, as he started panting heavily, anger rising and making his blood boil from Yari's words. He already hated that guy, but for the same man to insult his mother.
"I bet Kazuha knows how ta have some fun too!", Yari laughed as he attempted to do the same thing before he caught Heiji's eye.
Heiji instantly dashed towards Yari, dodged the strike, and hit Yari's throat hard, making him cough, before he hit his chest sideways hard, sending him flying outside the ring.
Heiji panted heavily as he stared angrily at a Yari, who was sitting up and glaring at Heiji. Heiji, from the anger rush he was feeling, didn't hear the referee announcing him as the winner, and will be competing in the finals against Soshi.
"Next time ya mention my parents or my Kazuha, I'll cut yar tongue off.", Heiji snarled.
Suddenly, a white portal opened inside the building, and a robot monster with an army of Gridnoids walked in. The Rangers, Akira, and Static's eyes widened.
'Now?!', They thought.
Everyone started screaming and running for their lives once the robots started shooting lasers everywhere. Ryu rolled the paper in his pocket before he and Daisuke jumped to help the people get outside, with Kogoro who just woke up to doing the same. Akira and Static doing the same, while the Rangers were trying to find an empty place to morph. Everyone had left the stands, with Kazuha and Momiji standing near each other as they tried to leave from the crowd.
"Iori!", Momiji cried for her butler, but he was busy. Because a group of Gridnoids were heading towards them and he was trying to keep the attention on him.
Suddenly, Yari appeared out of nowhere, pulled Kazuha and Momiji from their hairs making them scream, catching Heiji and Iori's attention.
"Ya too like dat Hattori right?! Then let him save ya!", He cried as he threw them both in the middle of the room, right in range of eyesight of the robot monster. It was no different then a demonic shogun, with red glowing eyes, and a red glowing core in his chest, holding a Katana sword in each hand.
Shogun's eyes glowed red as his chest glowed red, preparing a laser beam. Kazuha and Momiji froze in fear, unable to move away.
The Shogun fired the beam towards the girls.
"KAZUHAA!", Heiji cried as he rushed in and pushed Kazuha out of the way.
"Ojou-sama!", Iori cried after kicking the last Gridnoid around him before running towards Momiji, but he knew he would never be fast enough.
Momiji closed her eyes, preparing to die. Her only hope was Iori and Heiji. But Iori won't arrive quickly while Heiji chose Kazuha. So that meant instant death.
But the hit never came. Momiji opened her eyes to find herself carried bridal style by Soshi.
"Are you okay?", Soshi asked her worriedly. Momiji just blushed at the position she was in, while staring at Soshi.
"Why did you… help me?", She asked making him deadpan.
"Why wouldn't I? You needed help.", He answered easily with a slight blush, that Momiji instantly noticed.
'Could it actually be..'. He thought was interrupted by Iori reaching them.
"We have to get out of here!", He said. Instead of Soshi handing Momiji to Iori or putting her on her feet to run, which were both options Iori expected, his eyes widened once he saw Soshi running with Momiji in his arms outside the building.
"Savage Change!". The Rangers, but Heiji, had hid somewhere inside the building in order to morph, and now they rushed back in, melee weapons in hand, and started fighting the Gridnoids and Shogun.
"Kazuha, leave!", Heiji cried as he helped Kazuha stand.
"What about ya?!", She asked worriedly.
"I'll follow ya shortly!", Heiji said as he tried to push her outside the building but Kazuha pushed him back.
"I won' leave wid out ya!", Kazuha cried.
"Its dangerous here! Go away now!", Heiji cried.
"Why do ya insist on me leavin' without ya?! Why-".
"BECAUSE I LOVE YA, OKAY?!", Heiji cried at the top of his lungs making Kazuha go silent, "I LOVE YA AND I DON' WANT YA TA GET HURT BY ANY MEANS, SO LEAVE NOW!".
Kazuha blinked a few times, her face completely red before she kissed Heiji on the cheek.
"Took ya long enough ya ahou.", She mumbled making a very blushing Heiji stare at her dumbfounded.
"Eh?".
"Love ya too.", She mumbled back making Heiji's face grow even redder. "I'll look for Okita and wait for ya wid him.", She said before she ran outside the building.
Heiji remain frozen in his face, rubbing his cheek in disbelief.
"Well, dat wasn' so hard.", He mumbled.
"I hate to interrupt your happiness.", Masumi said making Heiji turn around to see her Glaive clashing with Shogun's katana, "but we need your help!". She said before she jumped sideways to avoid the laser blast, only for Shogun to swing his sword in her direction, sending a slash blast that hit her right in the chest.
Masumi cried as she landed a few feet away from the robot monster. The Shogun crossed both of his swords before sending a large X like slash blast that hit both Makoto and Ran, making them fall away, groaning in pain. Shinichi, now using his weapon in the ranged mode, starting shooting at Shogun, only for the latter to block all his shots with the swords, before rushing, and swinging his sword diagonally.
If it weren't for the suit, Shinichi would've had a huge cut across his chest, but he did feel its pain. He cried as he fell on his knees. Shogun raised one of his swords to strike again only for him to be pushed away.
"LEAVE MY FRIENDS ALONE!", Heiji cried, now morphed, as he grabbed Shogun from his waist and charged towards the wall, he cracked the wall open with Shogun's body before throwing him away. Shogun landed on his back before he slowly got up on his feet, to see an angry Heiji charging with his Katana.
Out of his anger, Heiji was throwing random attacks that Shogun was able to block easily, making Heiji angrier, and use more aimless attacks. Shogun blocked the last attack before using the other sword to stab Heiji in the neck.
The Blue Ranger's eyes widened as he dodged. His dodge wasn't good enough because the sword pierced through his suit and shoulder.
Heiji cried in pain as he jumped back to avoid another attack and placed his hand on his shoulder to stop the bleeding. Heiji started panting in shock at how close he was to death, he also eyed the injury intently, reminded that the suit wasn't indestructible. If with enough force and a strong weapon, it can be pierced. And then he remembered the images of the former Savage Rangers.
This will be his fate, if he wasn't careful.
Heiji shook his head as he stood up. 'Can' let my anger control me. I would've been dead had I not evaded.', He thought as he held his katana with his other hand, still covering his shoulder.
"Hattori!", Shinichi cried as he and the other Rangers rushed towards him, and their eyes widened once they saw his shoulder.
"Heiji, your shoulder-", Ran said.
"I'm alright. Ranged Mode.", Heiji assured as he handed his bow to Shinichi, before holding his Neo Striker and changing it to blade form.
"I'll handle him alone. I'll disarm him an' distract him while ya guys form da Neo Smasher.", Heiji said before charging, not giving a chance for anyone to object.
"Barou!", Shinichi cried before he looked at his team, "Let us do as he said, and hope he doesn't get himself hurt again.".
Heiji raised his blade to block one of Shogun's katana before jumping backwards, avoiding the other Katana. Shogun charged to stab Heiji with his right Katana, only for the Blue Ranger to dodge and swing his Neo Blade to cut off the right hand of Shogun.
Heiji jumped backwards before swinging his sword diagonally, sending a water slash blast. It hit Shogun in the eyes, blinding him and catching him off guard, Heiji took the chance, rushed, swung his sword, and cut off the other arm.
The Blue Ranger jumped forward above as he cried, "NOW!".
He landed behind Shogun as he heard, "Neo Smasher, ready!".
Shogun raised his head to see the Rangers aiming their combined weapons towards him.
"Savage Finisher!", The other Rangers cried, firing the final beam that destroyed Shogun into several pieces.
Before they combined, and he came back as a large monster.
"Savage Zords, Unleash!"
"Zords Combine!".
The Savage King Megazord stood ready. As Shogun raised both his Katana, the Megazord held his Neo Strikers in their blade form.
"Let us finish this quickly to get Hattori to the hospital.", Makoto said as he noticed Heiji's hand completely red from keeping the blood from pouring from his shoulder.
Both giants clashed with their swords, blocking, parrying, and striking here and there.
Shogun then sent with both his swords the X slash blast towards the Megazord, hitting the latter solid in the chest.
"You like doing that a lot, huh?!", Ran snarled as the Megazord imitated Shogun's act, sending a multiple-colored X-slash blast toward Shogun.
It hit him solid in the chest, catching him off guard. The Megazord charged forward with both swords before swinging them rapidly, ending with an X-cut movement, destroying Shogun in hundreds of pieces before they exploded.
The Megazord posed with both swords as Shinichi nodded, "Savage Rangers, victory is ours.".
"HEIJI!", Kazuha rushed worriedly once she saw that his shoulder was wrapped, and the piece of cloth was red in blood. The tournament was cancelled, so everyone then left, but the Rangers' friends with Iori and Momiji stood, waiting for the Rangers to return.
"Are ya okay?!", She asked worriedly.
"Don' worry. Just a small injury. I'm okay.", Heiji said before Kazuha embraced him.
"I'm just glad yar okay!", She said, still feeling worried and not entirely convinced by his answer. Heiji blushed hard, considering he was standing with people around, including his friends who were giving him teasing glints.
Momiji observed Heiji and Kazuha blankly.
"If I may voice my opinion, Ojou-sama.", Iori said making Momiji nod at him.
"I think you should forget about Hattori. He isn't interested in you by any means. Continuing to chase him will just make less than any girl, especially if you cause them to break up.", Iori said.
"I agree with your bodyguard.", Soshi said, "There are lots of good guys around that you can hang out around with. Get over Hattori, find yourself a good-looking nice guy, get to know him, fall in love, confess, end of story. It is as simple as that.".
'Good-looking… nice guy...', Momiji thought as she stared with a light blush at Soshi, and Iori scowled once he noticed that.
'Of all the people, it had to be Okita?', He thought.
"Makoto-san! Where have you been?", Sonoko asked worriedly, holding Makoto's arm.
"I was helping people and making sure no one was around the battle.", Makoto said blushing.
"Did you see the Rangers?!", She asked excitedly and at his nod.
"Aren't they cool?! Especially the Black Ranger, he is the coolest of them, even cooler than Kid-sama!", Sonoko cried with hearty eyes, making Makoto blink before smiling.
His girlfriend has a crush on his alter ego, even more than Kaitou Kid, that wasn't a bad thing, right?
"Ran are you okay?! Did those robots hurt you?! Did those rainbow clowns touch you?!", Kogoro asked worriedly as he shook his daughter's shoulders.
"Rainbow clowns?", She asked with a raised eyebrow as she removed his hands off her shoulders.
"Those Power Rangers.". Kogoro's answer made her deadpan at him.
"Otousan…".
Masumi and Conan slipped away from the crowd and stood somewhere alone on the streets. Once both Masumi and Conan were sure they were alone, Masumi spoke up.
"So this Haibara is Sherry, made the APTX 4869, and she hid from you the final antidote from you?", Masumi recalled Conan's explanation on how he got his body back after their second battle.
"Ah, she was raised in the organization but she defected, once they killed Akemi, her elder sister. Her real name is Miyano Shiho.", Conan said and then he saw Masumi's face lose all color, turning instantly.
'M-Miyano… Shiho? And Akemi? Don't tell me…', She thought in disbelief.
"Do… Do you know her parents' names?", She asked quickly.
Conan raised an eyebrow at her reaction as he said, "Miyano Atsushi and Miyano Elena.".
Masumi took a few steps back, her face still pale.
"Masumi, what's going on?", Conan asked confused.
Masumi let out a heavy breath. "Mama had a younger sister, Elena Sera. She married a man named Miyano Atsushi, and they had two daughters; Akemi and Shiho.", Masumi explained, and Conan's eyes widened in disbelief at her explanation.
"Don't tell me….".
"Ah, Miyano Shiho is my maternal cousin.".
Since Kamen Yaiba doesn't exist in my story, then Okita's love interest (Yaiba's sister), doesn't exist. And I always thought he and Momiji would make a good couple.
And Momiji is a good character, when she isn't ruining HeiZuha moments.
