The Battle of Arthur and Fegelein Gremory, and the Reconstruction of The Uchiha City.

Issei awoke to his anime Alarm; he was butt naked, Then He saw some big Oppai, in his Dreams, she had long spikey Sliver hair, and Stunning Rubylike Eyes, and her breast were much bigger than Rias. And he had to admit it, that She was more beautiful than Rias, and then She spoke.
Are you okay Issei-Kun. She said in a worried tone, to Issei.
While Issei thought he was in Cloud Nine seeing a beautiful girl, but was immediately thought it to be a dream, he needed to pinched himself to prove, that he wasn't dreaming, but when he felt the pain from the pinch, he knew this was true.

Issei was in a trance of her, but was knocked out of his Day dreaming, when he heard of his mother calling out for him.
Issei started to Panic and was running around the room like a headless Chicken, but Mikoto was Unphased by his Reaction, was calmly laying on his bed.
Issei's mother opened the door and Saw a Young Girl with long Spikey Silver hair, and Rubylike Eyes, laying on her son's bed, and she was left speechless, she left in a hurry to tell her Husband.

Issei's father: so, our son had already got a girlfriend took him long enough, I worked my back off so just he could run around look at some tits of girls, he needs to get a life in my Opinion. Issei's father said to his wife.

Arthur, Joseph, and Caesar along with the Elite Uchiha Guard, went in saw that it was in ruins, they saw the building who had seen better days, the house was scorched and burned; while having bullets on them, blood was on the walls while corpses hang from the roofs of the House's.
And not to mention the bodies lying on the streets, their stomachs were gutted leaving their innards exposed, while brain matter was splattered on the ground, and some of the bodies were missing limbs, while some had their heads on pikes.
The Smell was horrible mix in with burning bodies and rotten bodies of the dead, it was a horrible mix. They could see the Soldiers faces fill with fear and agony, their mouths hang low, their eyes were white to the sight, while some of the bodies were filled with Holes, some were frozen to death and some were burn till they died.
Arthur wanted to cry out of anger, on who horrible people could this to his fellow clansmen, for they were all innocent, and didn't serve this fate that befall them all, he was sheathing on the inside while wanting vengeance on the people who did this.
Joseph feelings were the same with Arthur while feeling sad on all the people who died to defend this City with their lives and wanting to seek justice for this people.
Caesar wanted to puke from the gore and smell, and the monsters who done this, and was traumatize from the scence of this apocalyptic city.
Arthur spoke up and ordered the Army. Unit one secure this position and make an outpost, and do not let anyone in, use Earth Jutsu to make forts and bunkers, build trenches around the entrances of the city and do not let anyone leave, I order a full lockdown of the city for Iam the only high-ranking Official that is remaining in the Area.
All of Unit one Responded, Yes Sir!
Arthur: Unit two you sweep the city of any enemies and save any people who survived this massacre, and last but not least, Unit Three will be going with me Joseph, and Caesar to finish off the invading force who committed this war crime and a crime to humanity.

Arthur: Let's kill the bastards who did this and make them pay for every single crime! Arthur said to them all, as they all agreed and went their ways to complete the orders of their commander.

A devil rushes in and Saluted the Fuehrer and Reported in, Mein Fuehrer Fegelein Reinforcements have arrived and are right now closing off the Entrances of the city, and they have heavy armaments in hand, they have a few Artillery pieces on hand, and Tanks for support, they have made bunkers on the outskirts and forts. The Devil finished his Report to the Fuehrer.
Fegelein: are there any forces coming to Central Dogma. Fegelein Questioned the Devil.
The Devil. Yes, Mein Fuehrer and they are being led by Three men, and they have 100k troops backing them up, and the other troops numbering around 200k, the one 100k are sweeping the city, and the second 100k are blocking the entrances while also building Fortifications around the city, while having most of the artillery and tanks.
Fegelein: Then, release the Panzers, and ready the elite troops of a mighty battle that will mark our return to the supernatural world, and to make them fear us while putting those weaklings of a Khaos bridge in their place, and I will be leading the Troops, along with my Right-hand man Goebbels, while General Erwin Rommel will fight the other Units, and tell General Wenck to drive the panzer to the fortify troops in the entrance to break out of the Siege.
The Devil replied. Yes, Mein Fuehrer Your orders shall be done.
Fegelein: thank Gott there is an army coming to fight us, I had to kill the previous Fuehrer for this chance, that old bastard of a Hitler trying to hold us back, but at least I managed to convince, Krebs, Keitel, Jodl, and Burgdorf, to join me, most of the General staff joined me in our goal to achieve Krieg.
I hope I can fight the leader of this Army and defeat him, while killing his men right Infront of him all while him being naked and beaten to death, and release the three that we capture and turned into mindless Devils.

Fegelein: So, you're the leader of the army so are the two others. Very interesting, well then. Let me introduce myself, Iam Hermann Fegelein the Fuehrer of the Last Millenium Devil Battalion, let my two other Generals introduce themselves.
The first one, was young fella with Slick Silvery Hair, and Rubylike eyes, let me introduce myself. My Name is Joseph Lucifuge Gobbels at your service to end your pathetic life. Gobbels said in a jovial tone.
The Second one, with long black spikey hair, while wearing the SS uniform, and the blackest eyes you have seen. As he introduces himself, Iam Felix Steiner, and all I want from this battle, is your innards in my mouth, and your bodies impaled on a pike. Steiner said in a Sadistic tone.
Fegelein: settle down you two, can you give us your names before we slaughter you like the Jews, said Fegelein to Arthur.
Arthur was truly disgusted by this thing, it wasn't right to call him a man, for he was the devil incarnate, and he also symbolize the Darkside of Mankind in way.
Arthur wanted to end the introductions quickly, as he went first. Iam Arthur Uchiha Pendragon, Iam the Son of Naruto Uchiha, and Artorias Pendragon for I wield the legendary Excalibur, and with this sword I will vanquish you from the face of this planet. Arthur said with all the determination and courage.
Up next was Joseph, as he introduces himself. Iam Joseph Joestar and I have to defeat you all, and bring justice to all the people you killed, and when I defeat you all. You will be hearing the Name Joseph Joestar.
The final one to Introduce himself, was Caesar. Iam Caesar Zeppili, and we will defeat no more the cost, and I will never forgive you all for your actions, for that you will pay.
As the Three of them Pose in the Pillar men Pose. Awakening a hidden power with them.
The Three Devils started to hear music in the background, and was wandering where it was coming from.
Arthur, Joseph and Caesar, all shouted at once Awaken!
The three of them became much more muscular, and stronger, while their Aura was Menacing.
Intimidating Fegelein, Goebbels and Steiner a bit, but started the first the fight signaling the start of the Second battle of the Uchiha city.
Arthur faced off against the Fuehrer Fegelein.
Arthur turned on his Eternal Mangekyou Sharigan, while also using Excalibur, while Fegelein was throwing power of destruction spheres to him, Arthur was tanking the hits like it was nothing due to awakening the Power of the Pillar men.
Fegelein decided to use 50% of his power, as he powered up. He started to gain Muscle, while his Uniform adjusted to his increase in power, while creating a Power of Destruction sword or POW sword, to match Arthur's strength.
Arthur parried Fegelein's blow, Arthur then broke the stalemate, and Slash down at Fegelein's head while enhancing Excalibur with Chakra and Hamon, while Fegelein increases the amount of POW on the sword making it larger than himself.
Arthur decided to heat up the battle even more and decided to put all his Chakra into his Muscles, buffing his body to the max, and on top of that Summoning the World, his stand, and used it to fight Fegelein two to one.
Fegelein not wanting to be outclassed, went full power matching Arthur's strength all while his POW was shaking the city to the Core as the two Superpowers can be sensed throughout the Supernatural World, even if the city was sealed off by the Supernatural and the common people.
Arthur tag teaming with Za Warudo, to defeat Fegelein. But fuehrer Fegelein knew Arthur had a secret weapon on his selves, and decided to reveals his own secret power, a figure appeared in front of Fegelein the figure had got head with Devil horns, and chest part was human, while lower midsection had dirty brown fur, while the feet of the figure was hooves.
Fegelein spoke. Let me introduce my Stand is that what you call them, the stand name is Lucifer and his ability is that he can counter any time manipulators, while he can manipulate time in any way, he seeks fit, and Iam his Stand User, for I can also read minds. Fegelein said to Arthur.
Arthur's plan on using Za Warudo to stop time, was useless but he can make this work, his father just gave him the right item to win this battle if all hope was lost.
Arthur decided to test out the ability of lucifer and shouted. Za Warudo!
Just expected time went back to normal, Fegelein what did you expect Arthur my stand is unstoppable and with my stand I will defeat you, and this world the real meaning of Suffering. Fegelein said in Evil Sadistic jovial tone.
Arthur that may be true, while you were speaking your nonsense, I have already got behind you Fool! Excalibur was shining with Righteous fury swinging down fast at Fegelein's back, managing to hit him, and injuring him badly, but not life threating.
Fegelein was a bit furious, but had to commend Arthur on landing a hit, the pain was unbearable due to the Holy energy on the sword, and the burning effects of Hamon.
Fegelein backed up, and said so you want to play rough then we will fight rough, and had stopped time, while Arthur was frozen on spot.
Fegelein: you shouldn't have fought me Arthur, and now you will be my slave to my bidding. Fegelein said to Arthur.
Arthur was in a panic, but remembered his father words. When you fall into darkness and despair and hopeless, use this Arrow to give you hope and Courage throughout your battles, for this arrow also has a bit of my soul in it, meaning that I will always be at your side to help you in your Lowest. Naruto Uchiha.
Arthur saw the Arrow glowing and Shining hope and power, Arthur was amazed by the Sheer Radiance of the Arrow, he didn't even pay attention to the Arrow, he just thought it to be an Object of unimportance, this arrow was his father last gift to him, before he left the World of the initiative, and he knew what to do.
Fegelein was about to defeat Arthur and make him into his bitch, but was blinding by a burning light and glow from an Object the Sheer image of it, makes his devil blood spasm in pain but the Surprises weren't done yet, Fegelein could See the World Changing morphing.
The World was gaining parts of golden armor that were shimmering with hope and power, The Helmet of the World was Changing as well, the old one was covering only the top of the head and two eye sockets for seeing, but the helmet was melting and it started to cover all of the head, the design had a crusader design, it had a cross in the middle while two sockets on the sides.
The Chest plate had the Pendragon symbol on the front, while the Uchiha symbol appeared on the back, while his hands gained dragon style braces with gloves inside the braces, while the leggings had the Kanji of Time and hope on them, while the boots had the Sharigan on it.
The Last part that Fegelein saw on the World Was holding a new sword, it had an hourglass symbol on the cross guard.
The blade was dark as night, while you could see some bits of stardust shining, while the grip had the infinity symbol engrave on it. And the pommel had the pendragon symbol on it.
The World had completely changed from the requiem arrow, and had godly aura to the stand, and Arthur had a golden aura to him, and was staring down Fegelein with cold Calculating eyes.
Fegelein: even if you change your stand your no stronger than before! He shouted at Arthur.
Then Fegelein called out to Lucifer to stop time, but was stopped by the world via of the erasing of time, and had been struck at his chest wounding him badly.
Arthur: you overestimate my power. Fegelein, for you see you thought you were handling a mere human, this power that was given to me by my father, to exact the justice of killing my people of the Uchiha clan, and with The World Requiem on my side you will pay.
Arthur: The World Requiem steely dan treatment. The World Requiem understands his master's request.
Fegelein was about to stand up, when he got punch heard the word Muda.

TWR understood the command and used Unstoppable Time stop, to stop Fegelein and his stand. And Arthur used one of three new abilities of TWR, and the second one was to permanently aged a being to the edge of death, but won't die and cannot be killed and die while this ability still active.
The name of the second ability is Why are we here just to suffer, or WAWHJTS for short.
Arthur: when on to beat the shit out of Fegelein and place the second ability of TWR on Fegelein, making him disable for his entire existence.
Arthur and TWR used both of their swords, and brutally destroy Fegelein, ripped his legs and arms, while stabbing his stomach repeatedly, all the while Fegelein was enjoying and screaming in pleasure of being tortured.
Fegelein: bring me more pain and I will enjoy every moment of it, every pain you deliver will only grow our desire to spread this kind of pleasure to all the world, not this universe but the whole Multiverse.
Fegelein knew he was defeated, and needed to retreat he must get the same power that Arthur got and soon his army will return again, to enact their Ultimate goal.
Arthur stabbed Fegelein in the head, and was done him and left quickly from the Area.
After Arthur left and went to meet up with Joseph and Caesar, but he didn't notice that Fegelein was crawling slowly while giggling to himself like a madman, and said under his breath. Soon my dear Arthur we will meet in battle and when we meet you will be defeated by me, while releasing a Craze Laugh. HAHAHA!
