Here we are at Chapter 57. No animals were harmed in the making of this chapter. It's time for more RWBY KEPL Chibi! I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 57. Enjoy.

Chapter 57: Up Your Arsenal

Skit 1: Armory

Velvet is looking through the photos in her camera out in the courtyard one day. Team CFVY's last mission was tougher than they thought and it forced her to use some of the weapons she had stored up in her camera.

"Hmm, should I just restock on the same photos I used before to get them back, or should I go for something new this time?" Velvet wonders.

As she ponders an answer, Velvet spots Khazhak walking by while resting his greatsword on his shoulder. Velvet gasps as an idea comes to mind and she runs over to him.

"Khazhak, wait up!" Velvet yells, which gains his attention.

Khazhak turns around, "Hey Velvet? What's with the yelling?"

"Sorry, I just wanted to ask you a favor," Velvet catches her breath.

Khazhak raises an eyebrow, "What kind of favor?"

"My team and I were on a mission that took longer than we initially thought, and I had to use some of the photos I stocked up on. I want to refill what I lost, so I was wondering if I could take pictures of you and your teammates' weapons if possible?" Velvet asks.

"Huh... Sure, I don't see an issue," Khazhak shrugs his shoulders.

"Yes! Thank you so much, Khazhak!" Velvet is very happy about that.

...

Khazhak calls his teammates to explain the situation. They all agree to help Velvet out and they show up with their weapons.

"Okay, so we're all here. What do you want us to do?" Khazhak asks.

"Good. For now, just take a few poses while I take some photos," Velvet says.

The four boys strike some combat poses or stances while Velvet takes several photos of them until she has a good stock of their weapons' photos.

"Thanks guys. Now, let's try... this," Velvet uses her weapon and creates hologram versions of Khazhak's blades.

Wielding them in her hands, Velvet makes a few practice swings with his swords in their dual form. Then, she switches to the staff form and twirls it around. After having fun there, Velvet switches to its greatsword form and jumps into the air to make a big downward swing. Next up, Velvet switches to Edom's twin-scythe. She twirls it around just like him, the blades spinning like a fan of death. She then separates the blades and continues her practice. After watching the members of Team KEPL in so many matches at Beacon, she's gotten a good idea on how they fight with their weapons. Fusing the blades again, she throws it, watching the blade spin and fly through the air before returning to her hand. Next, she creates Porhyrius' backpack. The arms attach to her own and she takes aim at a few targets placed neary by Lloyd. Velvet fires, filling them full of holes. Then she switches to the blades and charges at them, making a quick cross slash that leaves them in pieces. Finally, she tries out Lloyd's claws. She fires off the guns at the remaining target and then turns to a nearby tree. Standing next to it, she starts making one claw strike after another. The claws shred through the bark of the tree and the process keeps going until the tree gives out and falls to the ground.

The claws dissipate as Velvet wipes the sweat from her brow, "Woo, that was pretty fun. No wonder you guys like these weapons so much," Velvet notes.

"Well, as long as you like them. But..." Khazhak stares at the down tree. "How exactly are we gonna explain this?"

"Um..." Velvet looks everywhere but at them. "Lloyd did it!" and she grabs her stuff and makes a run for it.

The rest of the team leave as well, leaving Lloyd behind.

"Wait, why me?!" Lloyd shouts before running to avoid punishment by Professor Goodwitch.

Skit 2: The Escape Maze

A new attraction has come to Vale. To work alongside its brother business, the Escape Room, a new challenge known as the Escape Maze has appeared. Just like with the Escape Room, contestants must find clues and solve puzzles to escape the maze. However, this maze works differently from its counterpart. The paths in this maze can change, thanks to advanced Atlas technology. If they solve a puzzle, a path will open up in the maze, leading them closer to the exit. If they fail to solve the puzzle in time, or get a wrong answer to it, the maze will change and lead them further away from the exit. It could lead them in circles until time runs out, at which point a path will open to the exit, so they aren't stuck in there for the rest of their lives. And for right now, four brave contestants are testing their wit and mettle against this maze.

"Um, are you sure we haven't gone down this path already?" Lloyd asks as he follows Khazhak and Yang, with Winter behind the former.

"Don't ask me. This is your task, not mine," Winter shrugs her shoulders.

"This is a different path... I think," Yang isn't so confident.

"I told you the answer on that last puzzle was Mistral. History is kind of my thing, remember," Khazhak says.

"Hey, how was I supposed to know that was the wrong answer?! I'm terrible when it comes to complicated stuff," Yang retorts.

Khazhak snickers, "Are you admitting that you're an idiot?"

"Shut up!" Yang yells.

"Enough, children. We have a task to complete. Let's find the next puzzle and get closer to the exit. We don't have a lot of time since we've been in a few circles now," Winter gets them back on track.

They move onto the next puzzle which shows a square with several smaller squares within, each of a different color for a total of four colors.

"Okay, so what do we do here?" Lloyd asks.

"Hmm, maybe we need to arrange the colors in a certain order in order to open up the way," Khazhak touches one square and moves it around in the puzzle. "Only question is: what do these colors represent?"

"Hmm, beats me?" Yang gives up pretty quickly.

"Wait, four colors... Four colors... Four... kingdoms? I think that's it. Each color represents one of the four kingdoms. And I'll bet their positions are supposed to match them when looking on a world map," Khazhak theorizes as he moves the colors around to the correct order. Once he does, a pathway opens up for them. "There, one step closer to freedom."

"Okay, but how many puzzles do we still have left?" Lloyd asks.

"I think about... a dozen more," Winter says, making Yang and Lloyd groan.

Yang grabs her hair, "Argh! I can't take it anymore. We're getting out of here right now!" Yang engages her gauntlets.

"Yeah, I'm hungry!" Lloyd brings out his claws.

"Guys, wait! That's not how this-," Khazhak says before Yang and Lloyd yell as they run forth, smashing through every wall in front of them.

Khazhak facepalms as Winter walks up to him, "Maybe next time we want to tackle a puzzle challenge, we leave those two back at Beacon so they don't spoil it for everyone else," Winter suggests.

"Agreed. Come on, let's go before they get themselves arrested and we have to clean up their mess," Khazhak groans before he and Winter walk to find their simple-minded friends before they destroy everything in sight.

Skit 3: Black is the New White

In the middle of a nice, sunny afternoon in Vale, Yukari is out in one of the local clothing stores in the city. However, she's not there to shop. She's there to check out the competition. It would be a travesty if she wore something that's not one of her designs. Suffice it to say, she is not impressed.

"Ugh, they call this piece of fabric 'fashion'. It's barely legal for public viewing," Yukari criticizes one summer dress that seems to have nothing to do with summer. Turning to a red top with a pair of jean shorts, her expression only gets worse. "How can they even put this on display? Kids may see this garbage. At least keep it more towards the back where they're less likely to see it," she mutters with disgust.

As she checks out the other items on the shelves, she stops when she spots Willow Schnee looking at some of the designs.

"Hmm, would something like this be alright? Maybe I'm too old for this," Willow worries while looking at a white dress with a knee-high skirt.

"I don't think that would work for you," Yukari walks up behind her.

"Oh, I see. I guess I am too old for something like that," Willow sags a bit.

"No, that's not what I meant. I meant that it's not good enough for you," Yukari replies.

"Wait, what?" Willow doesn't understand.

"There's nothing wrong with a little age in your years. Older women have something young women don't. Experience. Experience when it comes to elegance and grace. Even if young girls are taught that stuff, they're usually still too stiff, which doesn't bring out the clothing's true beauty. Not to mention, there are some older women who are far prettier than younger ones. Come, let little old Yukari Hakucho help you out," Yukari grabs Willow's hand and drags her out of the store.

...

Now in Yukari's store, she has an employee take the Schnee mother's measurements.

"Now then, what were you looking for exactly? Something to make you look younger or prettier? I doubt it's for that ape you call a husband, no offense to any primate Faunus around," Yukari asks.

"I suppose... something that makes me feel beautiful. I fear I've lost that as I got older. I just want to feel good again, even if only for a little while," Willow laments.

"Ah, I see what you're saying now. Don't worry, I actually have something in mind. I know you were looking at that white dress from before, but right now, black is the new white. Now then, let's try some of these," Yukari picks out a few dresses.

The first is a gothic Lolita outfit with a small set of black feathers like wings on the back (Suigintou from Rozen Maiden).

Yukari inspects her, "Hmm, not bad, but it doesn't feel quite right. Next," she claps her hands and her employee brings the next outfit.

The next outfit is a black bodysuit with a few white pieces added on and a coat tail that looks like a bird's tail (Shenhe's outfit from Genshin Impact).

"Ooh, that's not too bad. It shows off your figure quite nicely," Yukari says.

Willow blushes, "Um, maybe something more subtle. I don't think I like this one,"

Yukari rolls her eyes, "Oh, alright. Next," and onto the next outfit.

The final outfit is a black dress with a fur collar up top, a two-layered skirt with a slit down the side and pantyhose to go with it, and a matching choker around her neck (Scathach Skadi's first outfit in Fate Gand Order).

"Yes, a more formal dress for a formal lady with the right sense of elegance and style. This should do nicely," Yukari says.

Willow keeps staring in the mirror, "Wow, is this person really me?"

"Oh, believe it, missy. Now then, let's get to work on a little makeup to really make you shine," Yukari claps her hands and two employees pop up with makeup kits.

Suffice it to say, Yukari did good business that day and Willow got to enjoy looking at herself in the mirror.

And that's the chapter. Hope you like the outfits I chose for Willow to try on. Until then, please Read and Review.
