The school had finally hired a replacement teacher for Mr. Tanner, today was his first day and Care was trying to get the information of his life before he arrived, she wasn't having much luck. Iris had noticed that Bonnie and Elena hadn't been talking to Care as much as they did a couple of months ago. Iris and the terrible twosome tried to keep her occupied though.

Iris was sitting outside at lunch, trying to get in the last few nice days of the year. From where she was she could see Stefan and his broody face trying to talk to Elena. Merlin they were drama. Deciding she had enough of people watching she went to find Care before history, hopefully she would calm down about the new teacher.

Walking towards the doors Iris notices her least favorite Vampire walking towards Bonnie, she looked terrified. Iris may not enjoy spending time with Bonnie but she wasn't about to let her be bothered by the dickhead. Setting off in their direction, Bonnie seen her coming but Damon didn't.

"Aren't you a little to old to be harassing high school girls, dick" Damon turns around at her voice.

"This conversation is between Bonnie and myself, it has zero to do with you" Damon glares at Iris.

Smiling, Iris replies, "I think it would be best if you left her alone" waving Bonnie off, she gets the hind and heads towards her car, "I would really hate for you to find a bloody head in your bed again"

Damon glared at Iris, "I knew you had something to do with that, how did you get in my house"

"I can honestly say I have no idea how to get into your house" smiling at him, Iris walks off. This is about the same time Damon realizes Bonnie is gone.

Heading to her last class of the day, Iris sees Care waiting at the door for her. Walking in they sit and wait on the new teacher.

Iris is sitting at the grill, waiting on Remus and Sirius. Finally seeing them walk in she notices who they're talking to. Mr. Saltzman is talking quietly with both of her uncles. They separate when they see Iris. Mr. Saltzman waves at Iris and then says something to her uncles.

Sirius and Remus take a seat with Iris, she can tell they have something to tell her. "Sheriff Forbes has talked the council into using us as a sort of consult" Remus tells her. Dobby had told them all the other night that he had been keeping his sense out to search for new vampires that come to town. Just today Dobby told them he sensed a new one and a couple that were on the outskirts.

"Liz said that since our girls were so close, we needed to know what was happening and to be able to protect you both" Remus adds. "The mayor didn't seem happy but his wife didn't mind" Sirius chuckles at that.

"I don't think she believes that we are together" Sirius says, "She also seems like a few purebloods from back home"

The group is finishing up their dinners when Elenas brother walks away from his aunt and teacher. Jeremy waves at Iris and she waves him over to them. Jeremy scoots into the booth next to her and starts to laugh.

"I think I just set my teacher and my aunt up" Jeremy laughs. Iris had been helping him out with classwork that he had to catch up on. He had asked Care if she could but that girl already wears too many hats. Iris was happy to help him out. After the whole Vicki thing she had felt bad, she knew the vampires had compelled him because he was like a new person, according to Care.

Jeremy also like to hang out with the twins when they weren't following Care around like lost puppies. Fred and George had seem to take Jeremy on as a little brother. They really were a weird bunch of friends.

Iris was grabbing some groceries for dinner when she noticed a woman staring at her. Looking behind her to make sure there was no one else, Iris walked up to her. "Can I help you with something" Iris asked her cautiously.

"You're different. I can sense that you don't belong here. You're not all human" the lady told Iris.

Iris was silent, how could this woman sense the offness? "I'm not sure what you mean, I have to go" she tries to walk away when the woman reaches out and grabs her arm. The woman froze, looking into Iris's avada green eyes.

"Death" is all the woman said. Letting go of Iris the woman backed away from her. Iris was freaking out now. Who was this woman?

"Who are you" Iris asked her, "You can just say that and then not expect me to ask questions"

The woman shook her head, almost like she was shaking off a trance, "My name is Sheila Bennett. You have a power that has never been seen before" Iris was really uncomfortable now, "You know what is here don't you" Sheila asked.

Iris stared at her and then responded, "Could we take this conversation elsewhere, would you like to come to my house. My uncles would like to hear what you have to say"

Sheila looked at Iris and then nodded. "I will follow you"

Pulling into the driveway Iris was happy to see her uncles were home. This was definitely not a woman she wanted to be alone with. Iris walked into the house and quickly explained what had happened. Remus went to the door and opened it for Sheila. She paused and looked to Remus before following him into the house.

"What is it you think you know about Iris" Sirius asked. Straight to the point. He wanted to make sure this woman wasn't going to be a danger to his pup.

Sheila started, "I noticed Iris had an aura that wasn't human. It wasn't one I had ever seen before but one that the ancestors spoke of. I am what you would call a wiccan. I know from the ancestors that you are different, not from here even." Sheila explained, "I have never in my life seen anyone with an aura like hers" she says, pointing to Iris.

Fred and George decide to make themselves known, sitting down across from Sheila she pauses and looks them over. Shaking her head, "You're not one I've seen either, I've seen ones close to yours but there is something different" She looks at Remus, "You three all put off the same kind of aura but it's still nothing that has ever been seen in this world".

Iris confirms with the others and they decide to tell Sheila, Remus wrote up a contract like he did for Care. Sheila looks it over then signs it after confirming it won't hurt her.

Remus decides to be truthful, "I'm a werewolf but I am also a wizard. These three are all wizards and Iris is different than all of us. I was bit by a werewolf when I was a child and have grown with the lycanthropy for all these years."

"We are what is considered magical twins" "we are identical in every way and we can't be separated" "That is how we ended up here with our family" "We were given a chance to have a free life" Fred and George tell her. Sheila nods at them.

"I'm a wizard, I am also Iris's oath sworn godfather which makes me her father in all rights since her parents died" Sirius adds.

Sheila looks to Iris, wondering if the girl who exudes death will add anything.

"Where we came from, there was a magical war going on, if you didn't have the right blood they wanted you dead. All of us were on the side they wanted to exterminate. We were in a battle that ended up with us falling through a veil, we came out here." Iris tells of everything that had happened and then adds the part none of them knew would happen, "We didn't know that I was immortal until Damon killed me. He snapped my neck and left me for my family to find. Fortunately I don't stay dead. When I was healing I was taken to what could only be described as a void. Death met me there. Death explained that I had become his Mistress because of who my family was." Iris pauses, letting Sheila absorb what she had said, "by being the Mistress of Death I have a few perks we've learned. One is being able to torment Damon and not even having to be near him. I love sending him night terrors" Iris smiles.

The others chuckle at her, "I think Dobby has been having more fun than anyone" Sirius tells them.

Sheila looks confused at that, "Who's Dobby" POP. Sheila is silently staring at the being.

"Dobby is happy to meet a nature witch. Dobby has never met one before" Dobby says excitedly, holding his hand out to shake.

Sheila shakes the beings hand, "This is all very fascinating. So you don't care for the vampires either?"

"We don't like the two we've met. Damon is lucky to still be in one piece and Stefan is just boring. There are more around and one keeps coming into town but the other two seem to be sticking to the outskirts. We know there is something big coming, Death warned us, the original vampires are coming and I don't think everyone will make it out. The people around here think that they are invincible but that just makes them cocky" Iris explains.

Sheila thinks over what they have spoke about, "Bonnie doesn't know she's a witch. I worry that people will use her if they find out and I don't want that to happen. If I have to explain things to her I fear she will tell Elena and then the vampires will use her"

"I will admit, I'm not really friends with Bonnie or Elena but I will try to keep an eye on her. I would hate for her to get hurt because she can't tell people no. I was like that for a long time and people took advantage any time they could" Iris tells Sheila comfortingly.

Sheila thanks them all for talking to her and heads home for the night. Iris texts Care to tell about the night. Heading off to bed, Iris hopes tomorrow isn't as eventful.
