Break 4 : The dance of pain
Miss Layla looked at everyone with sad looks and sighed.
"I think after what we just witnessed another break is in order". She said
They all nodded.
Juileta went to grab something to eat along with Imelda, Elena, Pepa and Alma as the rest stayed behind still trying to process what just happened.
Héctor hugs Coco reassuring he is not going he is never going to leave Julio hugging his wife too along with Victoria.
Miguel looked heartbroken as his mother and sister hugged him tight making sure he didn't leave again as he got wrapped up in their embrace.
For a while both families just sat in silence hugging and keeping each other close even the ladies who came back with the food.
"We're all okay". Miguel sighed
Mirabel smiled and decided to cheer everyone up and get their minds on to something positive , so she changed into her florickio skirt and dance shoes and started to dance La charreada and as the music played they watched in amazement taking there minds off all that happened.
"Viva Mexico y Colombia". She shouted as her voice bounced of the walls.
Everyone couldn't help but smile as they watched the girl dance with such happiness and passion, Miguel couldn't help join the fun as he danced with his love.
"Eso". He shouted
Mirabel stomped her feet loud as she spun her skirt flowing with her. Juileta smiling and sighing at how happy the two were, soon Socorro joined in and then Manny and Benny soon all the pain was forgotten and all the happiness and memories took over.
"Upa, upa". Héctor smiled as he couldn't help it
"Vamanos Mi Amor ". Miguel smiled
Socorro joined twirling her skirt following Mirabel and stomping her feet loudly and smiling as she continued .
"Epa Mija ". Enrique cheered
Ernesto on the other hand was not liking this sighing and growled loudly as he had to watch.
"Too bad so sad love these families can get through anything you though at them". Layla winked at him
Mirabel then spun Socorro around in time with the music as she laughed, Imelda smiled as she couldn't help but go join them.
Imelda stomped her feet loudly and twirled with them, apron off and all Héctor smiled and blushed at the sight of his wife dancing bringing back memories for him.
Coco joined her mother and danced like nobody was watching and pretty soon everyone was dancing and spinning and having a good time forgetting all that just happened.
Gritos and laughter was passed around as they danced even the guard was smiling watching both families have fun.
"Aaah". Miguel smiled
Mirabel wrapped her Shrawl around her waist bent down and gave Socorro a kiss on the forehead and she giggles smiling softly.
She eventually went around to her sisters and hugged them and smiled and they returned it just as tightly as they danced.
Imelda smirked as she took down her hair from the ribbons that she had literally and let it flow as she danced Grey Streak and all, Coco chuckled as she took down hers well; Héctor smiled and sighed and kissed his wife on the cheek lightly knowing that she's let down her guard.
Miguel stopped his feet letting the music take him and he couldn't be happier as Abel was copying those exact movements.
"Upa , Upa , Ayyy!!!" He shouted
"Ayyy!!" Héctor joined. His joy was exploding
"Claro que si Mijo ". He added
Luisa clapping her hands as she went smiling and laughing as she and Dolores started.
Isabela copying the steps Mirabel was making as they danced and twirled, Julieta spun and danced with Augustin as was Pepa with Felix .
"Would you look at that". Casita smiled
"I know, they've come so far". Layla sighed
Mirabel went over to her love as Miguel twirled her in and kisses her deeply and passionately, As they danced the final bit together.
They stomped their feet making noise as they went smiling and laughing the whole way through as the rest watched.
"Those two are so made for each other". Franco smiled
"I know, it's like they never miss a beat". Bruno finished
As the two finished up the dancing he twirled her in as he gently smiled and took her hand smiling as she lifted her skirt, Miguel facing away from the family and looking directly at her and smiling hiding his face with the sombrero he was wearing so he could kiss her in private then they finished as they blushed like crazy.
"Hermosa Mi Diosa". He whispered
She smiled and blushed and chuckled.
"Not bad Mi charro ". She smiled
When both families sat down out of breath but smiles showing and sighs coming from every corner of the room.
"I haven't felt that good in ages". Juileta sighed
"I'm with you Julie". Luisa said
Miguel still couldn't believe what just happened and sighed now back in his normal clothes along with Mirabel in hers happy and smiling.
"Hermana where in the holy gods green earth did you learn to dance like that!?" Isabela asked still shook
"Where do you think?" Mirabel challenged
"There is no way Abuela Daphne taught you that". Luisa sighed
"Not all of it". She shrugged
"The rest I just picked up myself, I am half Mexican after all I don't want forget where I came from". She adds
Bruno smiled and chuckled lightly.
"It was beautiful Mija ". Imelda smiles
Héctor leaned and kissed Imelda on the cheek she blushed and smiled.
"What was that for?" She asked
"For the being the most amazing wife". He smiled
She smiled and chuckled.
"Now that I think we've have had a chance to breathe shall we get back to it then". Layla asked
They nodded and smiled.
