Tales as Old as Time.

This batch of Servants is way too jokey, perhaps. With any luck the next one will have more imposing characters, but these ones are fun to write too.

Rider.

True Name: Herbert West.

Other Names, Titles, and Aliases: Dr. West.

Alternate Classes: Caster, Berserker, Foreigner.

Alignment: Chaotic Evil.

Attribute: Star.

Gender: Male.

Natural Enemy: Daijuuji Kuro.

Parameters:

Strength: C

Endurance: B

Agility: C

Magic/Mana: A

Luck: A+

Noble Phantasm: C

Likes: SCIENCE!, himself.

Dislikes: "There's nothing more unlikable than someone with a low sense of esthetics."

First Ascension: West with his electric guitar, a long overcoat on his clothes and 'wicked' shades.

Second Ascension: He takes the shades off and his eyes glint maniacally as he lifts the guitar.

Third Ascension: He takes the coat off and riffs on the guitar with his tongue lolling out.

Final Ascension: He is sitting in his Noble Phantasm Demonpain and pushing the controls ahead while grinning.

Biography:

A member of the Black Lodge association and their wild card. A loose cannon that only obeys his own sense of direction instead of fully aligning with the group's goals of expanding the influence of the elder gods over Earth, but as long as he remained useful he was tolerated.

An individual with his own twisted sense of amoral leanings, but not a particularly vicious person, and he could be affable even to his enemies. Eventually, after feeling betrayed by the Black Lodge and their unwilligness to adher to his standards, he joined his former foe, the heroic Daiduuji Kuro, pilot of the Demonbane mecha, who had defeated him several times before; West proved to be more competent as a 'hero' than as a villain, even if his behavior remained as eccentric as ever.

After the Black Lodge was obliterated, West was its only surviving member and went back to wrecking havoc on Arkham City to have his fun.

Class Skills:

Riding: A

The Servant loves riding motorcycles, and he is also apt at drawing other land, aerial, and water vehicles, albeit in a fashion that would look reckless to any onlookers, never mind passengers. He also can ride animals roughly, and even ride a few minor phantasmal beasts, but never dragons.

Magic Resistance: B-

Due to being an avid researcher of the occult, he has gained a reasonable amount of endurance against magic. But his status as a comedy relief character and his scatterbrained, unfocused nature put limits on that.

Personal Skills:

Technical Know-How: A+

He tried being a Caster but for some reason, the Throne of Heroes wouldn't let him hack his way into the class in this occasion, and neither could he give himself the Dual Summoning Skill to have Territory Creation and Item Creation. The World was probably afraid of what he'd do with those skills and Chaldea's resources. But he still can repair and analyze almost any machinery he comes across.

Mystical Know-How: A

Just like he knows about science, he knows about the mystic, and he is an apt hand at technomagic. He identifies spells and the like easily.

Mental Pollution: A

Rider is very insane, laughing madly as he wrecks havoc and terrifies others; while never murderously cruel he may be unfeeling and ignorant of the risks he brings upon others, seeing villainy as a game to play. Even his own robot Elsa calls him out on being immature and foolish.

Holding communication with the Servant is not impossible, and he can easily see what is best for himself and adapt pragmatically, but ultimately trying to derail him from his worldview is a foolish task.

Noble Phantasms:

Show Them All- The March of the Destroyer Robots: B

Anti-City.

Up to 1,500 enemy units at a time.

West unleashes several of his Destroyer Robots on the battlefield. They shoot energy beams and are very durable, but not undefeatable; often Kuro would treat them as cannon fodder easily disposed of. But to lesser enemies they might pose an issue and they are very stubborn, like West himself.

Demonpain- Super West Invincible Destroyer Robot DX No.28: A

Anti-Army.

Up to 250 enemy units at a time.

A copy of Daiduuji Kuro's Demonbane robot that West built aided by several pages of Al Azif. A bipedal giant painted golden and black, with impressive strike abilities. It is piloted by Dr. West, with an AI system to replace his co-pilot and robotic creation Elsa, who has to be summoned separately.

It weighs 6,835 tons and towers at 55.5 meters high. It can function on land and underwater, yet it lacks flight.

Mostly a short distance grappler, its two best long rance attacks are:

Atlantis Strike: A technique derivated from Demonbane. A powerful kick enhanced by the forces behind the sinking of Atlantis known as Timaeus and Critas to perform minor dimensional and space-time shattering on impact. The eye perceives it as a ripple on the fabric of reality, aka a flash of light in colours from another world. It also can also be used to warp incoming enemy projectiles and physical strikes away.

Dig Me No Grave: A scaled up adaptation of Elsa's own Spell Cannon. It functions by shooting powerful energy beams comparable to Demonbane's baseline Lemuria Impact. This beam also scatters into many homing beams best suited to strike down multiple targets at once.

"So you're the one who fancies himself Fran's tutor. Well, Fran has a new and better tutor now and he'll teach her to use her potential! Moriarty? Who? I never had any use for two-bit lit!" (When you have Archer James Moriarty).

"No, I'm not that guy. You could say I'm the improved and rock 'n roll version of him!" (When you have Foreigner Lavinia Whateley).

Birthday: "Happy birthday! Let's go on a concert to paint the town all night long!"

Event: "The stage is set for Doctor West! LET'S GO!"

Holy Grail: "Oh ho ho ho! What an interesting trinket for study! I wonder who created it?"

Next: Negi Springfield's students strike back.
