A/N- So what I was thinking for Peter is kind of a cross between all three live actions and looks like Tom's, I hope you enjoy
Peters POV
I wipe the dust off my arms and take my mask off
"Well looks like my little theory about who Spider-Man was right, correct Mr Parker?" Tony Stark says out of nowhere
"Oh um Mr Stark what're you doing here? Actually wait you know my name? How do you know my name?" I ask him eyes narrowed
"I'm Tony Stark kid of course I do, now let's see here, 13 years old, crime fighting teenager, has fought criminals and villains, notably the "Rhino" and "Sandman" with minimal damage to your body and didn't really hurt either one to bad, not to shabby, the Sandman one is honestly kind of touching, not to much though, and you didn't hear that from me." Mr Stark says
"Yea of course Mr Stark, I mean as much of an honor it is to meet you, you and I both now you're not here just to say those praises, but I do appreciate it" I tell him and he smirks
"Your smart kid, there's two things I want, I want you to intern for me, I'll have my guy pick you up and take you to the Avengers tower, it'll pay minimum wage starting out but once I know you're the real deal, you get bumped to 30 an hour, just till 6 during school, 8-5 during summer, 9-2 Saturday, Sunday you have off unless you really wanna come in you can leave early and stay late sometimes if your unusually very attractive aunt needs you and or is ok with it. That's what she told me."
I stare at him for a second processing the information.
"Wow Mr Stark, thank you, yes I'll do it, now I assume we both know the second thing?" I ask him referring to my Spider-Man suit and he nods
"Yes, you'll be a part of the Avengers B team which only currently has Roady and Sam, tho I have a feeling that number will be expanded though I'd say at least Sam will eventually join the main team. You'll beable to join the main team at 18 or whenever you're ready if your aunt knows and is ok with it." He tells me and I chuckle
"She doesn't know to my knowledge Mr Stark, but if she's ok with the internship then yes I'll take the job, we'll both jobs I guess." I tell him shaking his hand and he grins
"Great, let's go to the tower and you can meet the team." He tells me and I nod
"Ready whenever you are." I tell him
"See you there kid, follow me." He says before firing up his repulsers and I put my mask on and go to avengers tower with him and I see a window open
"Through the window kid." He tells me and I land in there doing a single barrel role before landing on my feet
"Alright Mr stark now what?" I ask taking my mask off and pushing my hair back
"Well the team is a little iffy on you joining and admittedly so am I, but you don't seem like the type to quit just because of age no matter what the threat is." He says and I grin
"No sir I'm not." I tell him and he nods
"Great cause I'd feel like an idiot otherwise, I may be an asshole kid but I don't wanna drag people into danger but if your gonna keep doing this you might as well learn from the best and get better gear, also I'm not against another science hero in the building even if we're twice his age, that's gross to think about it." He explains adding a little snark to the end of his speech
"Well I mean, when you get these powers and you can stop people but you choose not to, that indirectly falls on you, I know I can't save everybody like I wish I could, but I'd be damned if I don't at least try, because with Great power comes great responsibility." I tell him remembering Uncle Ben
"Good kid, you might wanna hold on to that thought cause I'm sure that the others are going to ask about that just a heads up, so be ready, but not to ready so you don't jump the gun." He tells me with added explanation for particularly no reason as if to make it sound more confusing than need be but I nod none the less in understanding giving a small eye roll with a smirk at the end
"Didn't really need that extra pressure from extra detail but ok." I tell him
"Get used to it kid, and don't roll your eyes at me, I know you didn't but I'm going to anyway, but we should probably get down there." He tells me with a smirk
"Ok Mr Stark, lead the way." I tell him
"Quit calling me Mr Stark, it makes me feel old
"Ok I'll try." I say as he starts walking to the elevator
"Follow me Underoos." He says and I groan as he opens the elevator
"Really Mr Stark?" I ask him maybe whining just a little bit
"Just for that I'm gonna call you that a lot more." He says with his signature smirk which causes me to let out a sigh and he laughs
"Ok then I'll just keep calling you Mr Stark then, old man." I tell him and he shakes his head as he makes us go down a few floors and the doors open and I see Dr Banner and Captain Rogers
"That's Spider-Man? He's a kid!" captain Rogers says kind of angrily
"I know Cap, but think about it, he's not gonna quit just because we want him to." Mr Stark tells him and that causes Captain Rogers to let out a sigh and looks at me
"Is that true kid?" He asks me as he and Dr Banner look at me
"Yes it is, I'm not sure if you're wanting an explanation or not but if you are can we please wait for the others so I can explain as minimal times as possible, Captain Rogers and Dr Banner." I ask them and Captain Rogers lets out a chuckle which surprises me
"That's fair kid, in all honesty if I had your powers at your age I would do the same thing, just kind of different now that there's more actual villains instead of just criminals, and please call me Steve or Cap." He tells me and I smile
"Peter Parker sir it's an honor to meet you." I tell him, shaking his hand
"You as well Peter, and we're all friends here." He says smiling as I look to Dr Banner
"Hello Peter, Bruce Banner." Dr Banner says shaking my hand
"It's an honor to meet you Dr Banner, your books on nuclear physics and gamma radiation are very interesting." I tell him and he looks shocked
"You understood those?" He asks shocked
"Yessir I did Dr Banner." I tell him
"Please call me Bruce Peter." He says and I smile at him and nod
"Not only that but he's obviously smart so I'm having him test his luck as an intern to work his way up to a scientist here." Mr Stark explains
"Definitely beats Oscorp." I tell them laughing and Tony grins
"I know." He says confidently
I smirk remembering my friend Ned he'd freak if he knew I was Spider-Man and worked for Tony Stark, then I remember my old friend Harry Osborn who moved away to England I believe
"Hey Thor, meet our new recruit." Me Stark tells him
"Who're you?" He asks
"Peter Parker, or Spider-Man sir." I tell him and he shakes my hand his grip a lot stronger than Steve and Bruce's
"So your the Man of Spiders that swings around?" He asks and I nod
"Yes I am Mr God Of Thunder Thor sir." I tell him and he lets out a booming laugh and Mr Stark chuckles and Bruce and Steve let out small grins
"Just Thor is fine young MidGaridan Man of Spiders." He tells me and I laugh
"As long as you call me Peter." I tell him and he nods
"Peter it is then." Thor says
"Hey Tony, wait who's the kid?" Mr Barton asks and a Ms Romanov hits the back of his head
"You idiot that's obviously Spiderman." Ms Romanov tells him
"Well obviously, I'm not that stupid Nat." He says and Ms Romanov just shrugs
"Coulda fooled me, anyway a kid is Spiderman, aren't you a little young?" Ms Romanov asks and I sigh, at least I kind of figured this anyways
"Well I mean, when you get these powers and you can stop people but you choose not to, that indirectly falls on you, and I know that I can't save everybody like I wish I could, but I'll be damned if I don't at least make and attempt and try, because with Great power comes great responsibility." I tell them and the room grows silent for a minute
"Well I'm Natasha, you can call me Nat since that was a very good answer and birdbrain there is Clint." She says and he waves and I wave back
"Thank you Ms Nata- I mean Nat." I say
"So are you feeling like going on a mission tomorrow Peter? I understand if you don't and want to train a little bit more especially with it being Hydra, but the choice is yours." Steve asks me and I nod thinking it over for a second
"How long would we be gone?" I ask and he thinks about it
"We should be back at the end of the day, about 630ish." He says and I think it over, I'm not sure if may would want me to stay out that late or not, but I think she'll understand.
"I'll do it." I say and Steve nods
"Try to be here a little before 730 ready." He says and I nod
"Actually be here at 7, I got something I wanna give you tomorrow Peter, but it's not quite done." Mr Stark tells me and I nod
"Alright thanks guys I'll see you tomorrow." I tell them
"Underoos, you can go out the window." He says raising a window down and I nod silently thanking him putting my mask on and I dive out and head home
I make a stop by a robber and web him up as people call the police on him before I get to my room going through the window taking my suit off before may opens the door and I throw my mask under the bed I think in the neck of time
"Hey Peter." Aunt May says
"Hey aunt May, how're you." I ask
"I'm good, how're you, when did you get home, I didn't see you come through the door?" She asks and I think I see a little smirk on her face.
"I'm fine, I got home a little while ago, you know me, I like to be quiet and sneak through sometimes." I say with a small chuckle
"I know so did you take the job with Stark
"Yea I did, I gotta leave early and I won't be home till about 7 or so because of paperwork." I tell her and she hums in agreement though it sounds like there's a smirk in there as well
"Well let's eat then you go to bed, we can't have you falling asleep or doing something to awfully dumb on your first day, am I right?" She asks me teasingly
"I guess not, thanks for understanding Aunt May." I tell her and she smiles
"Of course now let's get some Thai food, they're doing a delivery special tonight." She tells me and I grin, this is an awesome night
