Anything? lol, I don't know… I think up a lot of stories during the day… and then I forget them later on XD
I once had an idea that Amy's backstory revealed her to be a Goddess that fell for Sonic, and so she became mortal, but her brothers have been searching for her. she has to go back in order to save her friends from the end of the world, and turns into her true form. In order to turn back, she must receive a mortal touch, and something precious of the heart. Sonic kisses her, saying, "I'll do you one better." as the whole adventure he's been wrapping his head around that Amy's not who she said she was. Being turned back into a mortal, the brothers grow furious, and threaten Amy… they leave and the brothers watch Amy the rest of her life, for if Sonic ever left her side, they would come and take her back, and destroy the world in their wake.

Sonic is in another storybook world in Arabia, and Amy is a servant girl he freed, and she's constantly trying to repay him, and keeps calling him 'master' until she feels she's paid off her debt. She dances in Shadow's arabian pub place to distract the people from Sonic making a deal with Shadow through 'shady' means… And then they meet Tails and the rest but end up going home. She wants to remain his servant though, but he tells her she can't come with him, but he'll always remember her. "Just not in the way you'd think." he'd awkwardly state, as he'd be thinking of his own Amy back home.
See? still stupid. like that one idea-
Sonic Jumps into Amy's dream to find that the dream eaters (I've mentioned this idea a whole lot of times before) have corrupted it, and a fake princess rules as she's lost her memories and working in a tavern. He finds her and helps her regain her place in her own dream, but the evil Sonic stops him and Amy, and although Sonic knows it's a dream eater, Amy is unable to identify Sonic as himself, because the Dream Eater is making it hard for her to see his true form. The evil Sonic says some pretty horrible things, but Sonic counteracts him with what "Sonic would really say!" things like that. "I think he does cherish her, and besides, why would the real Sonic ever say such cruel things? If I were me, I wouldn't want to see Amy lose that wonderful smile!" he says as he dashes to strike the Evil Sonic, as Amy sees through the lies and sees him as the real Sonic. Once the evil's Sonic is revealed as the dream eater, and flees her dream, Sonic kneels down by a broken hearted Amy, whose also broken in spirit, as he says some pretty touching things. She awakens… swearing that Sonic was leaning in toward her before everything went bright. But Sonic never confirms her theory.
Oh-oh! And that one doozy, hoho!
Sonic is running from Amy before they both get sucked into a portal, that leads them to, supposedly, into the future after they 'disappeared' and Eggman is starting his conquest! Together, they try and get back to their time, but end up fighting the war secretly, as their friends think their robot counterfeits to deceive them again. Forced to work together, it would be Amy's first time in a Sonic Game being his partner, as he's had Tails and Knuckles as partners before in many games. They fight towards end, bickering and being frustrated, before Amy starts to walk away, believing Sonic is upset with her. Though he is losing his temper, he quickly realizes he shouldn't have hurt her like that, and a touching moment of understanding how the two truly have a bond is shown, especially how Sonic doesn't want to lose Amy. Amy perks up and states she was never going to really leave Sonic anyway, and just secretly tag along. He smiles and they work it out and are back stronger than ever! They defeat Eggman and return home through the help of their friends, now believing it's them for real this time, and upon going home, Amy says something jokingly witty and walks off, running to get away as Sonic fears he's hurt her again or something, and rushes after her. So you see, the parallel would be that Sonic was running from Amy in the beginning, but now, it's the opposite! As the credits reveal art of Amy and Sonic hanging out together, and maybe a touching Song for the two of them too (xD Oh I how I wish this would be a game!)
So you see, these are some random sonamy thoughts I've had before. Strange, isn't it? How I just can't decide what to write, when I've got like a billion of these Modern!Sonamy ideas flying around in my head XP
