boom!Sonamy prompt: Can this be like a continuation of the one about amy rockin out alone with sonic's guitar at the hub? Like after the lil "incident" amy bought her own guitar, and so at hub alone she is playing a song (CAN SHE BE SINGING CANT BLAME A GIRL FOR TRYING BY SABRINA CARPENTER CUZ THT B ADORABLE, (is that okay? dont hve to if u no want to) and so sonic is listening at her door and he leans on it and turns out it was a tad open so he falls in her room? (is this to self explanetory?)

it's a bit self explanatory… and I don't think Sega would allow an 'actually song' to be put into the show (SO MUCH MONEY FOR COPYRIGHT THO) but I do like the idea of Amy getting her own guitar.
Can I, maybe, twist your idea a bit but still use it? :D I'll have Amy getting a guitar and asking for lessons from Sonic. NOW THAT COULD BE ADORABLE!
(I have a feeling I used this pic before… I hope not 0-0;)
Amy walked into the hub, looking around to make sure the coast was clear, and dashed to the couch, flopping down and opening her new 'mail delivered' item!
Sonic came in later after a pretty exhausting battle and she flinched at his arrival. He put one sad little tried foot after the other and flopped down, belly first, on the couch next to Amy.
"…Hey, Amy." his voice was muffled by the couch. "What'cha got there?" he whined out, clearly exhausted.
"Oh, it's nothing. You seem to tried to help with it anyway." she rolled her eyes, knowing he was in no shape to help her today.
"…Why? W-What is it?" his interest peaked as he turned his head, moving off his stomach and sitting more properly on the couch, except his feets were up and he sat lightly on them.
"W-well…" she unwrapped the item and took a guitar case out. "Ta-dah!" she weakly stated, holding it up and shaking it a bit, looking worried about what he may think.
He stared at it a moment, before smiling. "You got a guitar?"
"I was hoping you would teach me how to play it! Considering your such a 'master song writer' and all." she giggled, "I just wanted to write songs too." She hoped this would get them more time together, and maybe… closer than just friends!
Sonic looked at the guitar, and then Amy. "…." thinking about it carefully, he seemed to be slightly suspicious, but then leaned back and put his hands under his head. "Alright. Take it out and hold it for me." he instructed.
Her excitement skyrocketed as a huge open grin replaced her worry filled eyes and she quickly unlocked the case and took out the pretty guitar. "Here I go!" she tried to play, but it sounded weird. "Oh no! What happened? Did it break…" she looked it over as Sonic got up and and took it, tuning it for her.
"Just needs a fine touch up." he explained.
"…So do I." Amy turned her head slightly away, pouting and glaring at him.
"What?"
"Nothing! So,…" she clapped her hands together, "Gonna teach me how to play?~ teehee!" she bounced a little in her seat from side to side, as Sonic rolled his eyes and put the guitar back in her hands, and moved behind her.
She blushed as she felt his arms move around her sides to help hold the guitar with her. "Try strumming this after me, okay?" he played a few simple notes, and she tried to match him. "Wow, good job!" he praised, and she giggled.
"Alright, now try this…" he moved his head more forward on her shoulder as he played, and she tried desperately not to ruin this moment, squinting her eyes shut as she could feel him breathing a little bit.
"…? Amy? Aren't you paying attention?" Sonic must of seen her eyes closed and pouted, moving away. "Are you even being serious about this?"
"N-n-no! I want to learn! I do!" Amy straightened herself up and looked back at Sonic. "I'm sorry! I'll pay attention, I swear!"
"…Alright… but keep your eyes open." he moved back into place as she tried to hold in a squee.
"…Why were your eyes shut anyway?" he asked. "Heh, you can hear the music, but you can't play it if you're not watching." he teased, chuckling to himself as he continued to teach her how to play.
They spent a while together, learning about the guitar and how to play it when Tails came home. "Hey guys! Woah! Uhh…" he saw Sonic holding Amy from behind as she had just played a few notes. "…Am I… interrupting… anything?" he blushed in pure horror, not knowing if he just walked in on this little lovey dovey moment but Amy just giggled and played a tune.
Don't you worry, my little buddy~
I'm just learning how to play~
A little simple thing, like a guitar~ drum drum drum
and it's still a little weak, I just can't compete
But sooner, or later, I'll play this guitar like a pro.
So hooo-wooahh-ld on, I'm gonna be a guitar playing girl!
Just hoo-wooah-ld on, Sonic's teaching me, how to make a melody.
I'm playing a tune! Sonic! Look! I'm doing it!
Singing loud and proud, I'm gonna play songs with you one day!
Sonic clapped from behind her. "We'll see. I wouldn't say I'd recruit you for my future band just yet." he teased, winking to her. "And don't worry, Tails. I was just showing her the basics, but I had to have my hands on it with hers, so this was the best position."
"Haha, that was kinda rough, Amy, but I'm glad your taking an interest in music!" Tails perked up, hearing the explanation and walking over a bit. "But you know, music is a lot like math-!" he was excited to speak before-
"NOO!" Sonic and Amy shouted at the same time.
"…Ugh, you're all party-poopers! Math rules! It's the component of math in music that makes it even hold a pattern and beat! You should be grateful! Hmph!" he stomped out, mumbling about how they were 'simpletons' and 'not worth his time' as Amy and Sonic lightly laughed about it.
"Hang on one second!" Sonic dashed away, before coming back in with his own guitar.
Don't you worry, Amy Rose.
I'll have you playing like a pro.
But you'll never be this good~
Yes, I'm simply a master at my talent!
Got no need, for that slow beat!
I am speed, and I am rhythm.
I will teach you what you need, and then you'll be able to compete!
But your melodies and tunes, just caaan't beeat~ Me~
Amy glared, and got up, trying to sing back but she played the wrong note and blushed in embarrassment.
"Ohhh! Just you wait, Sonic The Hedgehog! I'm gonna compose the most awesome song that'll make you want to marry me!" she stuck out her tongue as he looked awkwardly at her and shook his head.
"You write, I'll play!" he teased, strumming a powerful mini-tune.
"I'll play, you cry!" Amy tried to mimic him but the sound was terrible.
Sonic covered his ears, "AHH! Okay! I'm crying, I'm crying!"
The two laughed as Sonic stated they'd pratice again tomorrow.
