Hello dear! Wanted to request a sonamy prompt c: The gang are over at Amy's and Sonic is bored out if his mind. He notices that on her study desk there is a myriad of documents and ancient scrolls, amongst them an old book. After a swift examination Sonic finds out that it is a spell book and plays around with it. Amy notices and yells at sonic to not play around with it but after he recites a spell amy is turned into a boy! What are the gangs, and sonics , reactions?

they'd be a bit creeped out to say the least, but Tails would be kinda fascinated by the change, asking her scientific questions like, "Does it feel different? What's different about it?" you know, stuff like that. Knuckles would just want to change her back because, "She's creepy! Boys aren't meant to be that pretty!" lol and Sonic… Sonic would just set the book down for starters, lol!
(Also, I should probably state I don't do guyxguy or girlxgirl. I'm just not comfortable with it. But I have many amazing friends who do and are like that and I love them dearly :3 but this headcanon won't have anything to do with that, okay?)
(On the special occassion of genderbending! :D We have the Sonic boom gang as dames and dude! :D Also, Amil for Amy's genderbend name.. huh? huhhh?)
After setting the book down, the gang blinked their eyes as Amy's whole appearance changed by some swirling white streams of light that made an eggshell around her and popped to reveal her as a dude.
"…Amy..?" Tails walked up, amazed to see her figure changed, and her eyelashes gone, and her spines more profound on her back and head.
"Uhh… I feel… weird." She doesn't realize her change at first, but quickly holds a hand up to her mouth, "Ah! My voice is deeper!" she cries out, and looks down, touching her chest a moment, before her eyes turn fear-stricken and she starts screaming, "WHAT?! WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!" she lifts a leg up, feeling how her body is now different. "My center of balance feels off, and my upper body feels more… empowered? What's with these spines on my back? And hey… why is my vision not allowing me to see right? All the colors got merged and a bit darker… Ah! What's happening to me!" she freaked out.
"…Dude… you're a… dude!" Knuckles pointed at her, as she-uh… HE quickly ran to a mirror, and looked himself over.
"Now, Amy, don't panic, we'll fix this, honest we will!" Sonic tried to calm her down, worried about her-
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Sticks plugged her ears. "Well, her voice might of gotten deeper, but it's still deafening! So that's still good, right? By the way,-" Sticks moved to the mirror, and struck a flirty pose. "You look strangely hot as a dude." she winked and walked off, as if it was nothing as Amy looked to the side of her, panicking with her hands on her face, and turning to Sonic.
"You…YOUUU! YOU CHANGE ME BACK, RIGHT, NOW!" He demanded, as Sonic leaned back, nodding a ton of times.
"Okay, okay! I'm sure we'll figure this out!" he moved back to Tails. "She's ten-times more intimidating as a dude!"
"Yeah, no kidding… hold on, you look for a reverse spell with Sticks, and I'll try and keep Amy calm." Tails turns to talk to Amy, who is still having a heart attack it seems as Knuckles wants to try and comfort her, but feels awkward about it now that she's a dude.
"With Sticks?"
"Magic expert!"
"Well…" Sonic shrugs, but still thinks it's a bad idea. "Here goes nothing…" he says a few spells, changing Sticks into a man, as she flexes, before changing her into a duck, and then a suitcase, and then a Beatle like the rockband, and then an obscure reference to an old Sonic character, and all this happens behind Tails as he talks to Amy.
"So.. for scientific purposes, how do you feel?" he asked.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"That isn't helping, Tails!" Knuckles hollers out, and hugs Amy, he(as in Amy) softly cries.
"Okay, okay! But hey, we can work with this… I mean… you're still Amy right?"
Amy nods, "Uh-huh." he sniffs.
"And you can still cry as a man?" Knuckles looks down at him. "Huh, I never knew that."
"Knuckles, everyone cries." Tails annoyingly explains to him. "Now, Amy. Please, calm down and try and answer me, as honest as you can."
He sniffs. "Okay…." he takes a deep breath-
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-HAHA-HAA!"
-later that day~-
Sticks is officially a flying and small hummingbird that keeps poking everyone annoyingly as Sonic keeps trying to work with the book. Amy is figuring out how a man's body is different from what she's used to so Tails can have his research make millions. He runs around and tries doing his normal acrobatic fleats, and finds there is a bit of a different in weight and such.
"Men have more muscle weight, I guess." he shrugged, and looked out at his surroundings. "And… I guess the world's the same, but it kinda looks different. Oh, and I have the urge to punch something. Like… with all… my heart… I want to punch something." Amy admits, as Tails writes things down.
"Yeah, that comes and goes." Knuckles nods, as he then asks, "Hey, do girls look the same?"
"Heh, I wouldn't know. Maybe that's because that should be a 'mental' thing, and not so much a 'body' thing." Amy stated. "Right?" she looked to Tails.
"Well, chemically speaking.."
"Okay, let's NOT research that." Amy put her hand out as Sticks flew down, and chirped, getting up close to her face and just STARING at her as Amy felt uncomfortable. "Sticks, I'll always think you're cute." she finally stated, as Sticks happily fluttered away.
"A pretty boy just said I'm cute!" is what she would of said, if she could talk normally.
Sonic threw the book down as the team turned to see him far off, as he paced back and forth.
"…Let me uh… let me talk to him." he (as in Amy) stated, gesturing to the others that he was gonna leave and went off to talk to him. "Sonic?"
"I'm gonna fix you, I swear!" he picks up the book and takes a deep breath, feeling horrible about what he has done, as Amy kneels down beside him.
"Look… it's not you're fault. And besides, I mean. I know you'll change me back, but for what it's worth, it's kinda fun being a dude. I mean, it's still me." Amy nodded, only trying to lighten the mood as he says, "But seriously, change me back, I'm feeling bad about how Knuckles is nervous about touching me." he chuckles. "I mean, he was kinda nervous before but.. he's never been good with girls, so." he teases, which puts a smile on Sonic's face.
"Thanks." he nods.
"No problem, bro!" he pats him on the back.
"Don't say that." he shakes his head at him saying 'bro'.
"Right, sorry."
Eggman attacks and Amy proves to be herself/himself whether he's a dude or not, and Sonic finally changes her back.
"Amy!" the gang are thrilled to have her back.
"Phew! I have to admit, I like being a girl. No doubt about it! This is my skin~" she gets embraced by the team as Knuckles awkwardly finds a way in and hugs her back too, as she smiles to him.
"I like you being a girl too." Sonic states, before wrapping an arm around her, and joining in on the hug, "But I can't deny, you were a pretty cool dude too." he smiles.
Amy smiles to him, before shaking her head and stating, "Yeah, no." and the gang laughs.
The Camera then is about to fade right before Sticks flies in, still a hummingbird, but happy to join in the hug as Tails looks back at her. "Uh oh…" the screen ends to credits.
(This would never happen in an episode, and not much sonamy I could do either…, but I think it would be funny to make Guy/Girl jokes about how guys think differently to girls and how they're so different lol XD I think it'd be funny tho.. as long as they didn't get into 'political' affairs…)
