Can you do a boom Sonamy promt where Sonic tries to be funny and scare amy, and in the process ends up falling on her, and they both kinda realize how attractive the other is. (I'm sorry this i waaaaaaaaay not canon and probably too self explanatory)

Another mission treking through the bountiful landscapes this large island has to offer as the team heads towards the misty mountains where a 'rainbow bridge' will lead them to a land above the clouds.

Unbelieving, Sonic feels this whole thing is just following a fairy tale, but Amy is determined to speak with a 'Grandmaster' of weaponry's who lives above the clouds in that city. Set on learning more unique battle styles with her Piko Piko Hammer, she moves the team up to find him, and maybe the Crystal of wind too.

She swings and acrobatically moves ahead of them, super excited as she keeps pressuring them to get a move on already.

Tails is walking with Sonic, as they begin to discuss this little adventure.

"Aw, it's nice to see Amy so excited about something again. She's usually just doing whatever we want to do, so I'm glad we can finally return the favor." Tails states, as Sonic sighs, being bored as he can't run fast due to the cliffs hidden by the mist. One wrong move, and you're falling to an unseen doom.

"Yeah,… I guess." he states, head hung low, arms swinging to and fro.

"Hmm? Oh come on, Sonic. Lighten up! Don't you think it's nice to have Amy so lively and cheery again?" Tails asks.

"Ehmm.." Sonic whines, growling a replied agreement, but not really meaning it.

"Oh, come on. Just look at her! Beaming with joy, having that cute smile on her face." Tails gestures to her ahead as she flips down to speak with Knuckles on a branch, straddling the branch.

Sonic looked up, eyebrows lowered in boredom, "She's always thaa-a-a-a-a-" he blinks them open, seeing Amy smiling, laughing, and looking very much like Tails said. "aaa-a-aa-a…hmm." he straightens himself out, narrowing his eyes as he actually thinks Amy looks really nice right now. So cute, so youthful energetic…

Kinda his type.

"Hehe, see what I mean? She's really happy right now, and you shouldn't ruin the mood for her." Tails walked ahead, as Sonic was having a mental war between him and his heart, trying to convince himself what he just thought and saw were not the case.

"…She's… eemmm… moderately decent looking, I'll give her that, but I wouldn't go so far as to sa-a-a-a-a-a-a-aa-aa-" he trailed off again, gaping at her getting up, swishing her hair around, holding her hammer over her shoulders, and then jumping off to do some flips, "aa-a-a—a-a-a-aa-a—" he watched her intently, as she nailed the landing and even gave her merry little gang a sweet smile and wink.

"Are we going or what?"

"aaa-a, aye~" Sonic lowered his eyelids in a flirty manner, holding his hand out to lean on something as he let his leg cross the other, but there was nothing to lean on, and he ended up falling. "Ah! I'm okay." he bounced back into view and up, shaking his head from the weird thought and impulse of wanting her attention and just moved on, clearing his throat. "Eh-hem. This uh… this altitude is um.. eh-HEM. Taking a toll on me right now." he fibbed, and shook his head, trying to stop thinking about how cute Amy was all of a sudden…. when she's, you know,… happy and all that…stuff…

He rubbed his finger under his nose to try and distract him from that earlier thought as Amy gasped, and then exclaimed, "Look! Through the clouds!"

The clouds slightly moved and parted to reveal a city floating in the sky, with a bridge made of rainbow glass, that shined brilliantly in the sunlight.

The area was lush and green, and Amy's eyes just lit up at the buildings and jumped for joy, bouncing around. "I knew it! I did it! I knew and I did it!" she shook Tails in her excitement. "I found the Floating City!"

Sonic kinda wanted to be shaken by her instead of Tails…feeling that only for a moment as he looked away and folded his arms, just wanting her to be excited towards HIM.

"Ohh! Thank you guys!" she pulled the group into a big warm hug, as Sonic's eyes grew wide before looking back at her, and smiling, looking away to play it cool and said. "Well, I never doubted it. I just hope you get what you want Amy. You deserve it." he winked to her, as Tails looked back to him in suspicion.

"Hey, isn't that what I-"

Sonic lifted his foot and placed it on Tails's mouth, considering his arms were being locked down by Amy squishing the team up together. "What, who, hey, now?" Sonic stopped him from speaking further about him lying and stealing some of what Tails said.

"Wow, Sonic. Thank you." Amy let the others go, and turned to him, as he stood tall with his hands now on his hips, letting her praise him and give him the attention he wanted. He looked away and smiled, peeking back at her as she continued. "I thought you wouldn't get it at first, to be honest, but I'm so thrilled I was wrong!" she happily put her hands together as he grinned widely.

"Not a problem, Amy. I'm always the one you can count on when it comes to making a trip more exciting."

Tails face-palmed himself.

"And I just hope you don't see me in that bad light again. You should know better, after all, my team's happiness is my TOP priority!" he held a finger up, as Tails groaned at his lying.

"Oh Sonic~" Amy swooned, before taking off to the city. "Whelp, thanks again, bye!"

Sonic's eyes sprang open as he looked back out to her, and grew upset. "HEY!" he cried out, "Where do you think you're going!?"

"Haha, guess you'll have to wait for all that 'continual praise' till she's had her fill of the city." Tails stated, as Knuckles snickered behind him, having seen what Sonic did to get Amy's attention on him too. "So… how does it feel, Sonic?" Tails leaned forward, smiling wickedly to him.

"H-how does what feel?" Sonic leaned back, not liking Tails's new attitude.

"Not being the one that makes Amy so happy anymore? I think she may not even need your attention anymore now that she has her floating city~" Tails teased, and walked on down the road, as Sonic made a straight line with his lips, fuming in rage at how Tails could suggest such a thing.

"Yeah, maybe she'll stop cooking special meals for you, and just feed you like she does me and Tails. You won't be her 'favorite' anymore~ haha!" Knuckles rushed to catch up with Tails, as Sonic folded his arms, and huffed.

"I never said I needed her attention!" Sonic called out, hearing the echo and getting self-conscious. "Bah! What do they know… she'll be rushing back to me before the day is done in no time." he convinced himself, and darted down,…

"But maybe I can just remind her how amazing I am in her life. Then she'll remember where her true happiness lies… in my hands!" Sonic gloated, determined to make Amy turn her 'happy attention' on him again, and not be ignored by some floating castle!
