How about this for a prompt (Sonic Boom): The team ends up splitting up deep in the wilderness to search for an ancient temple. Their search ends up getting delayed due to some extreme weather and they decide that everyone should find a shelter and set up a camp (with supplies they've been carrying of course). Sonic and Amy find a cave to spend the night in, and late at night the two find that the cave has become freezing. So the two awkwardly have to cuddle for warmth (in a cute way :)

Just as you heard, folks! The team are trekking the wild for an important exploration when suddenly the weather doesn't look to promising.
What will our heroes do?
Well, find shelter, hurrdurr!
A pleasant and wide cave helps get them out of the chill of the snow and try to get warm. But that's easier said than done…
What, with Knuckles's big hulking frame already called with dibs as Sticks and Tails cling to him, and Sonic being to prideful to depend on another for help, curls up and tries to keep warm by himself.
Next to Tails, who offers him one of his tails, he sighs and begrudgingly takes the offering of warmth.
Amy… seeing this as a good opportunity to 'cuddle' with the man of her dreams, scoots ever so closer to Sonic a few times, before he begins to notice and opens an eye, looking at her with some annoyance.
He really hates being cold… but even worse, being pitied.
"Hey there… trooper." Amy swings her arm in front of her, trying to keep things lively as he just narrow his eyes and huffs in frustration, looking away from her and straight ahead. "Eh heh…" she looses a bit of her motivation but tries to keep a smile on her face, looking away awkwardly as she daringly scooted closer to him. "Look, we're all cold. You might as well… let us help you with that." she waited for permission.
He didn't do anything, not even moved, before quickly darting his eyes to her in a strange suspicious glare. It was almost like he was asking, 'how?' with his eyes.
"…Um…" 'HE'S ON TO ME!' she freaked out a little, turning to the camera to chibi cry and twitch away from this situation, but she held her ground. Turning back to him, she started to lay down and settle in closer toward him. "Hey, at least you have a Tails's tail to keep you warm… I'm on the end, here… I don't have anything." she looked away, admitting the sad truth that she was really cold too.
Sonic had his fingers up on Tails's tail, as if he was a child tucked in by a big fluffy blanket, and looked away a moment, thinking…
'…Will he pity me, instead?' Amy thought, taking a chance to peek back at him.
"…Meh." he threw his arm out to her, not being happy about it, but it kinda smacked her face and made her twitch, as she lowered it off of her and put it behind herself, scooting closer to him, and taking some of Tails's tail, only the tip of it really, and drapping it over her.
"Yee~" she squee'd. "Thank you, Sonic~" she chimed.
"…Ehh." he rolled his mouth to the side, annoyed, but showing he had a heart.
She tried to cuddle closer, as he let his body turn and scooted more to Tails, giving her more room and helping her settle under Tails's tail.
He closed his eyes and just kinda flopped his other hand over her and Tails's tail.
"…Goodnight." she excitedly stated, but wished she had said that with less obvious sense of joy for his kindness.
"…Eu-ughhh." he replied, trying to get to sleep and not really seeming to care, although he did.
She giggled and put her hands into fists up to her mouth, blushing and being very warm now. "You're my hero!"
He groaned again, flopping his hand on her face to get her to shut up already.
She giggled yet again.
