"Augh! It doesn't make any sense!" Amy threw some papers back and hit her head down on the table, mumbling and whining out as she gripped her head, and bounced her feet up and down in her frustration.

Sonic and Tails looked up from what they were doing at her, before looking to each other.

It was the middle of the night, and it seemed they were getting no where with figuring out where to go next to find Eggman's secret destruction machine.

"Amy, you look really worn out with all this… thinking. Why don't you take a break or-….well, or something." Sonic commented, looking through his own pile of readings from Tails's detection scanner device.

Amy sighed, "If I don't do this, then we'll have another man down." she looked to Knuckles, who was laying down on his back, arms spread out, breathing in and out with little snoring/sleeping noises as with each breath, a paper flew up into the air, slowly drifted back down with his intake, before being flung up again. "I can't just take a breather."

"I don't mind." Tails stated, and looked to Sonic, smiling. "You both have been working hard. And there's literally only one more area we have to read, so it has to be there! We've pretty much found it, all we have to do now is get the drone I launched to find it's exact location. You two should get some air and have a night on the town. I hear there's some pretty lanterns they put up for a festivals of sorts, just for fun." Tails shrugged, wanting his friends to go out and have fun, at least, to not let their minds turn to mush! Tails was used to his instruments coding, and knew how to read it with ease, as if reading a book, but it was hard on the eyes for those who didn't know it as well as he did. "Have fun, you deserve it!"

"…Are you sure, Tails?" Amy lifted her head up.

Sonic jumped right up, clapping his hands and rubbing them together, "You heard the fox, time for some fun and candy!" Sonic was excited to hear something was going on in town, and rushed to Amy, leaning on her desk. "Come on, the food, the sights, the lights, the food." he repeated food while he moved his hand left and right above him, looking side to side. "Come with me."

"Emm…" she looked at her paper work, feeling she didn't want to leave Tails to do it all, but also finding the good in being alone with Sonic,…

"Having fun… IS my specialty~" Amy turned in her chair, holding a hand out and looking to the side as if trying to act like she was still thinking about it, but it was clear she was coming.

"Well, we'll see about that." Sonic got up, teasing her as they both headed out.

Together, Sonic and Amy enjoyed the lanterns with their beautiful sights and decorative designs, but also very much enjoyed the food! Their were stalls EVERYWHERE and one had a very pretty beaded bracelet that Amy found, buying it and putting it on.

She showed it off, "What do you think?"

"Hmm.." Sonic decided to have fun with this question, stopping and placing his hand on his chin, looking down and judging it thoroughly. "Well, it doesn't make your wrist look fat." he stated, as Amy rolled her eyes and hit his arm.

"Stop that." she slightly glared, but with a kidding smile. "Does it at least suit me?"

"It's nice." Sonic stated, and looked away and up at the lanterns. "It compliments your eyes."

"How so? It's purple and pink, my eyes are green." she rolled her eyes after looking down at her bracelet, upset that he didn't even remember or know her OWN eye color!

"No, I mean… ah, nevermind." he put his hand behind his head, his arm sticking up a bit.

"Wait, what did you mean then?" Amy felt bad about misjudging him, if that's not really what he was saying. She leaned down to try to see his face as he turned it and looked away, lifting another arm up to have both hands behind his head as he walked on. "Sonic! Hey!"

"They sparkle…" he admitted, still looking away. "They both do."

She stopped a moment, blinking in pleasant surprise as she looked down at her bracelet, seeing as it did shine a lot with the lightning of the lanterns and such.

"R…Really?" she looked away and blushed, moving her hair back. "Aw, Sonic… that's really sweet of yo-"

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!"

"Look at that!" "That guy's riding the bull!" "Yeah, and his wife is ticked."

Sonic was on one of the decorative bulls meant to run around scare the kids, but Sonic jumped on to ride it, as the lady bull rushed up and whacked him with her purse, and her husband looked furious with Sonic.

"Opps! Sorry! I thought you were mechanical!" Sonic rushed off, as Amy rolled her eyes at the bull charging off after him.

"You just can't help yourself,… can you?"

(hahaha, typical Sonic. XP Always going where the most action is, in this case, avoiding his moment with Amy to ride a huge bull! lol, taking about taking the bull by the horns, haha!)
