Okay so… I'm at 36 no? (Dang, I need to get paid for this or something XD)
36. Yet again, Sonic and Amy dive right into another fight, except this one has a bit of a twist! Amy has found a rusty old Amulet, and is treating it like her precious. little does the gang know that it's an evil Amulet, one that makes it's wearer more powerful, and more violent too! Amy is almost going mad as she smashes robots and anything else in her way, laughing manically! "Somethings off with you, Amy! You need to stop this killing spree!" Sonic says, fighting with her to hold her back, having his hands pushing against her own in a locked battle of strengths. "MOVE ASIDE, SONIC! THERE'S STILL A FEW MORE!" Amy swings her arms to cause him to be thrown to her side, as she rushes Eggman's robots. Tails flies up to Sonic, "If we don't do something…" "What could have gotten into that girl?! Ever since she started wearing that Amulet she's been going nuts with power!" Knuckles commented, as Tails seemed to slowly raise his head up, and then smiling, leaped into Knuckles's chest, hugging him. "THAT'S IT! Thank you, Knuckles!" "Uhh… w-what did I do?" Knuckles asked, being confused, as Tails got Sonic up on his feet. "What is it, lil'buddy?" Sonic said, a little out-winded from trying to take Amy head-on like that. "It's got to be that Amulet! She was fine ol'Amy before she started wearing and obsessing over that thing! We have to get it back!" Sonic nods, moving from bending over and leaning on his knees, huffing and puffing for air, to now standing straight. "Leave it to me! I'll swipe that thing off of Amy while you distract her!" "Sounds good!" "Here we go then!" Knuckles rolled back his shoulders, ready to spar with Amy if needs be. Which it did! While Knuckles fought Amy back, proving to be a bit of a challenge, Tails watched Eggman leave in fright as he distracted Amy from the skies, shooting at her. "Sorry, sorry, sorry for that too!" he shouted out as he shot, and Sonic finally got the upper hand, pulling the Amulet off from around her neck. "And with that, you won't be tormenting us anymore!" "W-woah…. what happened? I… I became a monster!" Amy holds her head, a little dizzy, and then looks at her hand, disgusted by her behavior before. "It's okay, Amy. We know that's not the real you." Tails flew down, and comforted her while Sonic dashed away. "Where's he going?" Asked Amy, but Knuckles just smiled, lowering his head and closing his eyes. "He has to deal with that amulet." "My…my amulet!" She then seems to be frantic, but both Tails and Knuckles hold her back. "Now, now… I think we ALL know that's not what's best for you now…hehe.." Sonic arrives at a boiling hot water spring, one where you put one foot in and your a goner. "Now then, let's make something clear." he stated, looking at the Amulet. "No one messes with my friends heads and gets away with it! Whelp, have a nice bath!" he then tosses the Amulet in, where no one will ever be able to retrieve it and wear it again. "Besides…" he puts his finger under his nose, and rubs it slightly, moving to the side and lifting a leg up stylishly. "I'm the only thing Amy can obsess over…" he grins, looking cocky as he runs back to meet the gang.
37. Today is a bright and sunny day~ And for once, Eggman is no where to be seen! Neither is the other enemy as the gang seem to take a nice vacation on a island near their hub. "Aw~ Now this is nice… the sun, the wind, the sea-" "AHHHHHHHHH!" "Sonic screaming for his life." Tails begins, having shades on as he lifts them up slightly to see Sonic clinging to the mid-section of a tree. "I won't do it, Amy! I can't!" "Sonic! If you don't get over your fear of water, we'll never be able to enjoy the sea together!" Amy shouts out, placing her hands on her hips and pouting up at him, unhappy he won't even try. "I'll teach you!" "Go away!" "You'll have no weaknesses~ No one could trump you! Ever!" "SCRAM!" "Ugh, you're hopeless!" Amy hollers up at him, and begins to stomp away. "Looks who talkin'…" Sonic mumbles, and gets down when he thinks the coast is clear. Funny enough, Amy loves the sea, and we get a few scenes of her enjoying the ocean, as Sonic watches her and walks over to Tails. "How can she look like she's having the time of her life like that?" Sonic inquires of Tails, who simply shrugs. "I don't know, maybe you should find out." He flips another page of his book he's reading, as Sonic glares at him, rolls his eyes, and walks off. Knuckles is building a sand-castle, humming leisurely when a bunch of kids keep messin' with him. "HEY! THAT'S MY KNIGHTS COURTYARD, YOU-! GET BACK HERE!" he runs after them while Sonic approaches the very edge of the sea. He quickly runs at the speed of sound to dodge any wave or water that tries to touch his feet though. "AMY!" he calls to her. Amy looks back, and smiles. The rest of the episode is them bonding while Sonic learns how much the sea means to Amy, and through her, learns to 'tolerate' it. "Okay, kick your feet." "I know, I'm trying!" "Okay, okay, well, don't forget to breathe…" "I do that automatically…" "Keep your head up." "PffftTT!" he sprays water out of his mouth. "Okay, I think your ready to dive!" "WHAT!?" Amy was holding both of Sonic's hands to try and help him learn to swim, but now she wanted to show him the beauty below the sea. "That's it, I'm done." Sonic began walking out of the shallow end. "I'm not gonna let you kill me with your ridiculous suggestions-OFFPH!" she grabs one of his spines and pulls him back to her, also downward to wear he trips. Acting like he's drowning, he leaps out of the water and flails about. "AMY AMY AMY! AMY HELP!" Amy just stands and watches him, "Hon, the water reaches your waist, just stand up." "Glub-glub, PAH!" he gets up last minute before drowning and looks around, then glares at her. "And you want me to DIVE." he sarcastically states. Eggman soon attacks and Sonic uses his few swimming skills to actually defeat him, and as a thank you, he takes Amy out to sea and swims with her, even forcing himself to dive and seeing the beauty of the clear blue ocean life under the sea. "See?" Amy says, popping her head out of the water. "There's a beautiful world down there you've never seen before, and the more you learn how to explore it, the more you'll grow to love it." Sonic smiles at her, still having to keep one hand on her shoulder to stay floating upright, but he gives her a thumbs up with the other hand and states. "You know, Amy. You're right. It's a bright and beautiful world." he then looks up, as does Amy, as the moral of the episode is to love the earth and the many features on it, including, the sea!~
