Haha, you know how hard that is without knowing these twos new personalities!? lol, but I shall do my best! ;) It's just…
They don't… well, Sonic doesn't… cuddle.
Flirting? If it's just for fun, then MAYBE. and that's a very small maybe, cause Sonic just doesn't really play around with Amy like that… (He knows what becomes of it 0-0;)
And singing and dancing? I WISH. XD HAHA!
Anything..?
Hmm… now that…
That is possible ;)
(lol, easy there Amy! haha XD)
In a moment of true desperation, Amy has flung herself into a book reading club, hoping to emerge herself in fictional characters love lifes and forget her dull one.
After being peer-pressured into doing more than just reading… Amy finds herself in a very AWKWARD situation!
"This is my son, Fred."
"…-sniff, snort- hehehehehe~"
"Uhh… nice to meet you."
Amy is suddenly wrapped up in a pushy mom trying to get her son 'out there' with the ladies as Amy suddenly realizes why not many people attend 'Book club'.
"It's more like 'Fred's only interaction with girls club." Amy complains to Sticks, who is trying to prove Tails wrong, in that she can 'research' and collect 'data' to prove her theories and beliefs are right.
She's right down up on a table, bending down over a small butterfly trapped in a clear jar with a snail. She has a huge eyeglass tapped to some broken glasses, and it makes her eye look ginormous. "Uh-huh. Yeah. I see." she scribbles things on her notepad.
"…Uh, what are you doing?" Amy asks.
"Oh, I'm going to prove to Tails that Butterflies, do indeed, communicate with Snails to find out where the best butter is. Cause you know, Snails, butter. I mean, it's kinda obvious." she gestures to Amy and shrugs, before diving back down to 'study' them.
"…Uh…R-right. Sticks… you know 'butter'fly, is just a name, right?"
"Can't talk. The butterfly is being awful rude about getting her information." Sticks scribbles some lines on her notepad that don't look like anything, as Sticks clearly can't write, as the butterfly flutters around and looks to be 'pestering', as Sticks would call it, the Snail.
"….Anyway, I need to get out of the club! But the problem is… There's no way out! I tried not to come, they came to me. I tried to say I wasn't interested in the book, they just shoved a new one at me. They didn't even know the name of the book they gave me!" Amy exclaimed, before Sonic rushed in.
"Uh, Sticks? Mind telling me NOW why I needed this bar of butter?" Sonic suddenly looks to Amy. "Ah, the book worms wiggled out into the sunlight again, eh? Tell me, those scribbles about him moving closer to her and her not admitting she likes the dude, and him being all cool and mysterious really worth it?" He mocks, acting dramatically a cliche plot line.
"Ah-ha!" Sticks grabs the butter from his hand, and rubs the butter, ever so carefully, on the snails shell, making sure the butterfly doesn't get out, and closes the lid again.
"..Uhh…" Sonic stares, as Amy raises an eyebrow and then shakes her head.
"Look, Sonic, it's not exactly what I had in mind." she puts her hands on her hips, upset by his mocking.
"Oh really?" his eyebrows flare up, as if he's interested in what she meant by that, smiling as he knew the answer. "You mean fake, fictional love isn't all it's cracked up to be?" he faked his disappointment with an overly sarcastic tone of voice, and pulled out a chair to sit backwards in it, also acted out a pout. "Bummer, dude."
"Ohh… it's not that! the books were kinda good, but it's that darn… ugh! That son of hers!"
"S-son?" Sonic perked his head up a bit from smirking at her and having it resting on his arms that were on the top of the back of the chair. "W-wha-what son? In the book?" he seemed concerned.
"I wish!" she flung her arms up, as Sonic's eyes scanned the ground, and then looked a little worriedly back up at her.
"H-he's really that bad, huh?" he looks away a moment, biting his nails in secret. 'Girls LOVE a guy they claim to hate! I've heard about this cliche before! Dratt! Now what!?'
"He's just… ugh! He doesn't just get on my nerves, but he INSISTS on sitting next to me! And gets a little too close for comfort too!"
"O-o-o-oh, really?" Sonic fidgeted, moving into different positions from how he was sitting on the chair, looking to be really uncomfortable with what he was hearing. "That bad,…huh?" he squinted an eye, worried she would agree with him.
"Oh, completely!" she shouted out.
He closed his eyes, frowning. To him, that meant she was falling for him…
"He's disgusting, he's vile, he's got no sense of personal space, and I SWEAR, what is that woman feeding him!? He doesn't just reek of ham, but of desperation!" Amy starts listing off her frustrations at not having a perfect book club like she wanted to have with this guy around, as Sonic just nods, 'yeah, uh-huh. Em-hmm, no, I'm listening, really.'ing as she continues and placing his head on his hand, holding it up with his arm as he looks like he's upset with this whole conversation.
"Why don't you just, I don't know, quit the club?" his frustration starts turning to her…
"Don't you think I tried that? The Mother is just…" she's holding her hands up, shaking them and about ready to just let out all her frustrations before Sonic gets up.
"Too perfect to disappoint? Yeah, I think I'm seeing what's going on." he put a leg up on the chair, getting off from sitting backwards on the chair and walking over to her. "This guy, CLEARLY, isn't your type." he states, pointing a finger out to her, and keeping his head slightly down, and closing his eyes. "Just forget it. He's probably already got some sorry fanclub on his heels anyways. You're better off on your own, Amy." he shrugs, shaking his head. "Now, a real prospect, on the other hand…" he leaned again a wall, facing away from her, totally posing.
"That's it! I'll bring in another girl!" she excitedly states. "But where would I find a girl that desperate?" Amy slowly shifts her eyes to Sticks.
Sonic falls from his 'cool and totally flirtatious' pose from leaning on the wall. You know the pose, one arm up and on the side of his head, his leg kicked up slightly and on the wall, with his other arm sticking out and placed on his hip.
Yeah… that look.
"Wow, you got over him fast." Sonic admitted, a bit surprised, and frankly disturbed, at how fast her 'crush' left her with his 'friendly' advice and got up, scratching his head. "Heheh… are um… are-are you like this most guys you fancy?" he seemed nervous to ask the question, but Amy didn't even seem to hear it.
"Sticks, how would you like to study your…. butter-loving fly at Book club?" Amy asked, smiling so sweetly.
"Eh, not my thing. Books are for fixing the roof." she pointed upward, as piles of books fixed the leaks in her roof.
"…oh." Amy thought again, "Ah! I got it!" she raced out.
Finding another girl that looked almost in the exact same 'predicament' as Fred, the two instantly hit it off… and so did their single parents!
Having the … ugh… 'lovely' pair together, Amy actually saw past the hideous features and found how true love could start… and began to long for it herself…
"…Hmm… cool and mysterious….eh?" she smiled, thinking of you know royal blue who and giggled while walking off back home. "Well, one things for sure, no more book club for me!"
