One more! Prompt:(Boom or Modern) Sonic and Amy are walking together through a market place in a village. As they make their way through, Sonic starts to make jokes to pass the time. He notices that Amy is trying to keep herself from laughing. Taking it as a challenge, he keeps trying to get her to laugh. He finally succeeds, but is surprised by her unusual laughter consisting of many snorts. Amy get's embarrassed, but Sonic finds it rather amusing, and he'll admit it, kind of adorable too! X3

Sonic and Amy were on the hunt for the black market that was selling a priceless book filled with information on Lyric and what he was really after in terms of 'a power source' like none the team could possibly imagine. Getting help from some friends and tips on where it was being sold, the team split up to try and find the 'booth man' that they're friend had told them about.

Along the way, (*through the episode) Sonic is desperately trying to show Amy he's 'the best comedian around' and can make anyone laugh!.. well, maybe Amy's not feeling it today?

"Come on, Amy! Don't be in a-" he moved over to a booth with a chicken sleeping on a chair, and went behind him. "Foul mood~ I'm only trying to-" he dashed up a ladder where a man was lighting a lantern up top it. "lighten up the mood~ with some clever jokes."

"Clever? Make up your mind, Sonic. Are you being funny or.. punny?" she only smiled, but was desperately holding her laughs in.

"Ah, come on! Don't be a-" he dashed to someone stirring a large stick into a container. "Stick in the mud! Try and-" he rushed to a woman knitting as she was at a 'clothes' stand. "loosen up!"

She looked at the woman's confused face at Sonic holding her knitted sweater and frowned deeply, as she whacked him with her huge needle and 'hmphed' as she turned away and kept doing her work. "Ow!" Sonic rubbed his bruised head, upset until he looked to Amy.

She had her hands to her mouth, looking like she was dying from lack of oxygen as she tried to hold back her laughter.

He smiled, and rushed up. "Come on… come on…" he waited for her to burst, before finally realizing she had just to much self control as she completely straightened herself up.

"Yes?" she said haughtily, as if mocking him for his efforts, as he was failing.

"…Grr… THAT'S IT! You leave me no choice!" he cracked his knuckles as Amy grew a bit confused as he dove in and started tickling her.

She tried to hold her laughter in, but was using her hands to push him away and a huge squeaky laugh was heard in, like a witches crackle or a crow's caw.

Sonic stopped to stare at her, as she moved her back toward him and covered her mouth. "I…I hate my laugh!" she admitted.

"…Ha… hahah…HAHAHAHA!" he started laughing, as Amy felt bad until he blurted out, "That's the funniest laugh I've ever heard! It's almost cute! Hey, if you want to laugh, then laugh! I just want to see you happy, Amy!" he admitted.

Amy beamed and started to laugh less loudly, seeing as they were causing attention. "You dork."

Sonic suddenly grew serious, "Hey, now. woah-woah-woah, there's no need to be calling the coolest blue dude on earth such horrible names." he shook his hands out in front of him, along with his head as he gave her a stern look. He took it so much to heart,.. before he broke character and started laughing right along with her, and they kept laughing until Tails paged them that the man they were looking for was found.

"Alright, haha! Tails found our man. Let's get moving."

"Hehe, you are funny though, Sonic! Honestly, you are!"

"Aw well, shucks!" Sonic acted all shy as he kicked the ground and looked down, before cockily lifting his head up. "I know."

She pushed him a little, "Stop it."

"Never." he teased, nudging her back as they walked on.

(How was that? :D and I really hope you were referring to Mulan 2 or I'm gonna feel like an idiot x )
