Saturday,
Cordelia was in a black and blue dress which made her look extremely attractive to the other men walking passed her on the streets 'why did Francis want me to dress up?' Cordelia thought to herself
Flashback to phonecall yesterday...
"hello mademoiselle Cordelia...Hon Hon Hon, I'm calling to tell you that I will be taking you somewhere for our date please do dress up in proper attire"
End of Flashback...
Cordelia sighed and checked her watch then heard a familiar sounding voice "oh my mademoiselle Cordelia your here rather early" Cordelia looked up from her wristwatch to see Francis
"I like punctuality and being on time is no different, being early is something I'm used to" Cordelia said making Francis chuckle "of course you are an independent woman mademoiselle I'm sure you have no faults in your mind" Francis said but didn't notice the slightly depressed look on her face
'If only you knew just how wrong you were with that statement' Cordelia thought to herself she shook away the dark thoughts and looked at Francis
"So where are we going?" Cordelia asked raising an eyebrow at him "you will soon find out mademoiselle" Francis said with a small grin on his face as he took her hand in his and lead her to a restaurant
In the restaurant...
The people inside the restaurant were all properly dressed and pampered 'some of these people must be rich and snobby there's no way that no one's going to ignore us while we're eating' Cordelia thought to herself
"Please do enjoy yourself, help yourself to whatever you pick off the menu I'll be paying anyway" Francis said with a big grin on his face "I'll keep that in mind" Cordelia said as a glass of wine is poured for both of them
'This sort of looks like a place mom would go to with my father Blood...but that's just me speculating' Cordelia thought to herself "hmm? Cordelia" she heard a familiar voice
This made her freeze instantly "I thought that was you I didn't know we'd bump into you here" Cordelia's mother Crystal said holding her handbag "Mademoiselle Cordelia do you know this woman?" Francis said confused
"Mother why are you here" Cordelia sweatdropped making Francis's jaw drop in shock "your mother and I wanted to come here for dinner what's wrong with that" Blood said smirking
"Father please" Cordelia said embarrassed by their sudden appearance "what's the matter are you becoming shy because we've caught you on a date with one of your soulmates" Crystal said teasing her daughter
"Mother!" Cordelia exclaimed making both Crystal and Blood chuckle at Cordelia's embarrassed expression "well I suppose we've teased you enough, let's go Blood" Crystal said as Blood responded with "yes dearest"
"That was quite the shock" Francis said not expecting Cordelia's parents to look so young and healthy "I'll give you a kiss if you don't say a word about this day" Cordelia said
Francis immediately nodded and she gave him a kiss making him kiss back fervently "well our dinner was interrupted but we can come back another time" Francis said with a smile
Sunday,
Cordelia found herself coughing and sneezing "God what is going on with me today" Cordelia said checking her temperature with a thermometer only to find out she was sick
"Damn it, I have a fever...guess that means I need to cancel that date with Ivan today..." Cordelia said and pulled out her cellphone to call the Russian hottie himself
Cordelia heard the call pick up immediately "that was quick" Cordelia said "for you sunflower anything...so what's wrong why is your voice sounding different?" Ivan said
"I'm sick today I'm afraid we'll have to reschedule the date another day..." Cordelia said "I'm coming over" Ivan said over the call "what for?" Cordelia asked confused
"I'm going to come over and take care of you my little sunflower" Ivan said on the call this made Cordelia feel touched at the care and concern Ivan had in his voice "ok" Cordelia said
Later...
Ivan was checking her temperature with a thermometer "37.8 Celsius...yes it is indeed true you are sick my dear sunflower" Ivan said as he put the thermometer away
"I don't remember the last time I was sick like this it's been awhile" Cordelia said as she coughed "just relax sunflower I'm going to take good care of you today...I'll go make some soup" Ivan said as he went to go cook
"Why are the other's afraid of you" Cordelia asked "it's because I can be very intimidating when I want to be don't mind it their just very cautious that's all" Ivan said
"Don't you think it's kinda lonely though" Cordelia said making Ivan turnto look at her for a bit as she stared back at him "I don't mind it but...why aren't you scared of me sunflower?" Ivan asked curiously
"Why should I be scared you seem like a big sweetheart to me, especially since you came over to me while I'm sick and now your cooking soup for me" Cordelia said with a small tired smile on her face
Ivan felt himself smile at this response and made her the soup handing it to her she started eating "it's so warm and filling" Cordelia said "sunflower" Ivan said getting her attention "may I kiss you" Ivan said softly
"Are you sure that's a good idea? You may end up getting sick" Cordelia said "I don't really care enough to worry about that" Ivan said and pressed his lips against her's kissing her gently
Few day's later...
Ivan did ironically get sick but he didn't want to worry Cordelia about it so he just stayed in his bed and slept it off
