Zekhaev was walking through the hallways of the Misirugi Empire Capital while looking at the previous rulers who brought great and glorious power to the world, it was unfortunate that its former king and queen were sympathizers hiding their oldest daughter secret for being a Norma, and now the Oldest of the Misirugi sibling is the ruler calling himself 'Lord Emperor Julio of Misirugi' after killing his father. 'I just hope he gives me action to use the NMB.' He then entered the main palace room where Julio and his advisor/lover Riza.
"Ah if it isn't General Anton Zekhaev, your presence brings you great honor." Julio announced with a smile, Riza was looking at Anton with a neutral look. Julio heard the hard work that Anton brought to the table, how he led the victory over the Norma Uprising years ago, helped out an advancement with weapons, and top it all off helped him with scientific advancement to perfect the world they are currently living in. The bottom line is that Julio admired Anton for his work, even if he didn't know that Anton had 'other' agendas.
"As long as the world is perfect and right, I will always try to improve it." Zekhaev said with a little flattery and bowing to show respect to his majesty. Riza then walked forward toward the General. "Listen General Zekhaev, as much as Emperor Julio admires your work, can I ask what brings you here today?" Anton just glared at Riza for her straightforwardness. 'That girl has been following the Emperor ever since she got the job a couple of years back.' He thought to himself.
"Well, my liege it appears we have a problem. Do you remember the report my team and I made about our test bringing outsiders from a different timeline." Anton said while pulling out his mana data to show footage of Fighter Jets, Helicopters, and Armed soldiers dressed in camo fighting off DRAGONS, alongside Norma and the former Princess of Misirugi herself Angelise.
"Well, it appears that my repulsive sister has made allies to these outsiders." Julio stated in venom, Riza just looked at the mana screen with an intriguing look.
"That's not all Your Highness, brace yourself nobody else has seen this footage yet." He then pulled up another recording of the convoy that got attacked by the resistance group they call themselves 'Sentinals' however they anticipated their attack and dispersed the ambushers. Julio smiled at this with the insurgents retreating but what he saw next was shocking. One NMB soldier had his head blown off by a sniper, and behind the NMB soldiers were getting shot from behind and were in a two-way fight by the soldiers in camo and the insurgents, in the end, all NMB soldiers and Mercs were killed by not only the insurgents but the men in camo.
"This is impossible!?" Julio yelled in anger meanwhile, Riza looked rather impressed with the tactics and movement but looked 'disturbed' by the video. Julio looked back at Anton. "When the hell did this happen?" Julio looked upset.
Anton looked at the young emperor. "That was last night Your Highness, they decided to intervene and have sided with the insurgents. Now luckily we have been monitoring the campsite that they have been staying and we are ready to attack, that is why I am requesting more NMB Troops to assist with my Konni group, and I ask for more cooperation considering how we worked very well with the last raid we did." Anton suggested to Julio.
Julio thought about the proposition, and then Riza spoke. "If we take care of the situation right now, then we would have less of a problem to deal with, and fewer forces to deal with in the future." She stated while Anton was intrigued by her agreement to the whole thing. Julio then smiled at the plan even more. "Okay, then when will the attack begin?" Julio asked.
"Tomorrow night we will strike I still need to inform King Rosenblum about the mess so he can give me the green light, but I promise you the outsiders won't know what hit'em will get payback, although we need some alive for experimental purposes of course for my research." He stated with a slight grin. Anton knew that this would be a hook line and sinker.
"Excellent the founding nations have always supported you and your experiments and we shall continue to do so, by the way, what about those soldiers stuck on Arzenal should we dispose of them as well?" Julio asked curiously.
"Let them be, the DRAGONS will sooner or later get them, so don't you worry about it." Anton replied to Julio but deep down he probably wanted to kill Ange knowing that she was still alive. Anton then walked out of the room and left Riza and Julio alone. As Anton left the room he then contacted Embryo.
"Master Embryo, it is done I have already discussed the situation with Julio and he is on board with the assault." He told his master.
"Excellent I will contact our Konni mercs to assemble with the NMB in the Misirugi Empire Military bunker, capture or kill is the game, emphasizes to the NMB agents that will be assisting us, last time we needed prisoners they disobeyed and killed our quota."
Meanwhile back inside the throne room Julio and Riza had other thoughts in mind including the former. "Well, that settled the matter. Julio, you look upset." Riza asked her beloved. Julio gritted his teeth in anger.
'I still can't believe she is still alive, I thought for sure she would have perished by now.' He thought to himself, then it hit him he would have to kill her himself. 'If I can't get the DRAGONs to kill her then I shall do it myself' He thought while smiling. "Don't worry Riza I am just okay." He then got off his throne and proceeded to walk away from the room.
Riza then realized she was alone. 'I better report this to lady salamandinay, she needs to know.' Riza thought as she was leaving the room too. As soon as it was the coast was clear, she pulled out her communicator.
The screen became static and then showed an image of a shadow figure with no visible face. "Liza what is the status of the false world." Salamandinay asked.
"Salamandiney we have a developing situation." Riza said with a calm voice.

A bright beautiful morning sky greeted Ange as she woke up inside that cave. She looked around to see if her perverted savior was nowhere around. Slipping a pair of the boy's sandals Ange walked through the path until she reached the beach to find the boy working on Villkiss. A tarp had been laid on the sand beside it, weighted down with a metal toolbox and several tools. "Oh, hey." The boy greeted, as he unscrewed a panel. "I see you're okay to walk around now."
Ange walked over towards the boy. "What are you doing?" Ange asked leaning over to get a better look.
"Fixing it I hope."
"Wait, can you?"
"Sometimes, Paramail wrecks and parts would wash up on the shore here." He explained. "Studying them is a good way to pass the time. By the way, can you hand me that hex wrench?" Ange handed him his requested tool and a look of realization flashed across her face.
"Hey, why don't you use Mana to move it?" She asked, which brought Tusk to a pause. "You are Human, right? And what are you even doing out here anyway? Just who are you?" Tusk just pursed his lips as he thought of what he could tell her. She hasn't learned about everything about Villkiss and/or Liberus, she rather be much more eager to get back to Arzenal. Plus there were things that he would rather not talk about.
'I wonder if he's related to the soldiers at Arzenal?' Ange thought to herself. "Are you...
"Tusk." He finally answered. "My name is Tusk, that's all."
"That's not what I asked for..."
"Aha! I knew this was the problem!" Thankfully he found a way to change the subject. "The output circuits are short. I can't get the thing running in full, but the radio will get working when I do. You can get ahold of your people then."
"Don't bother." She sighed, squatting back down on the tarp. From where he stood, to Tusk she looked less like the wild girl who'd crashed into his life, and more like a lost child. "Even if we do, none of them are going to bother coming to get me. Even if I went back no one would be waiting for me."
"Oh." Tusk had no idea what happened prior, but he guessed someone had been hazing her, and that led her to be isolated from her group. This begged the question: What did this girl have gone through that produced such a wistful look? "Well then, if you're okay with it, why not stay here for a while? I swear I won't do anything weird!"
"Well, I suppose." She broke the briefest smiles. It was short-lived, but it was an honest one. A look like that told Tusk there was no way she could be a bad person deep down. 'Maybe I can ease her consciousness by letting her have some RR.'

U.S. Army Ranger's base of operations

Captain Davis was sleeping, and then his alarm went off telling him to wake up. He then got out of his makeshift tent to see his men scrambling to get their gear together, he saw Jonas, Wayne, Hector, and Johnson on the radios trying to make contact, and overlooking them is Parker. "Alpha team this is Eagles Nest do you copy over?" one of them said. "Alpha team this is Eagles Nest what's your status please respond over."
"You four did you establish any contact?" Davis asked gaining the four radiomen's attention.
"Negative sir but we are doing our best, and we will continue to try and establish contact no matter what." Jonas answered the captain.
Davis nodded at the men and then turned to see Parker with his map out, with him was the search party that came back this morning.
"Is there an updated status of Ichiro and his team? Is there any evidence of their current whereabouts?" He asked Parker.
"Well unfortunately we are unable to locate them we saw their camp but no evidence of them being killed or captured, however..." Parker then pulled out photos of what looked like men dressed in black suits with heavy body armor, Mana vehicles, and Advanced tech compared to the NMB agents. "As you can see we saw a group of unknown soldiers that looked different from the typical stormtroopers we usually see from the recon missions, so they are more likely special forces."
"That doesn't sound good at all, if our recon team has attacked a convoy then they will definitely think it was outside work, and sooner or later they will discover us, and more likely kill us."
"I am more concerned about these troops in black, They may pose a bigger threat than the NMB itself, and if they are elite troops then we need to be more vigilant, so I strongly suggest we fortify our defenses even more, I propose more Machine Gun defenses here, here, and here, and we should put our tanks and Bradleys on stand by and make sure our Helicopters are ready to go if shit hits the fan." Captain Davis said while pointing to the map.
"I suppose we must always be prepared for an attack if it ever happens, but still I feel like we are gonna be outgunned and out-equipped." Parker said with disappointment.
"Well we have no other choice, if they ever attack us then we have to defend this position at all costs, now let's get everything set up." Davis said making everyone head to their positions and amping up their defenses.
The radiomen overheard the entire conversation. "Hey, you don't think they would send an army to attack us right?" Jones based his fellow radiomen.
"Nah I don't think so, It's more likely they would pull up and give us a warning, I mean it's not like their savages right where in the future they to be something of an advanced society?" Wayne said with a bit of optimism.
"Yeah, but I got a bad feeling about all of this, also does anybody get the feeling that we are being watched?" Hector asked while looking out into the forest, his friends looked at the forest as well.
"I wouldn't worry about it, it's all because we're in the middle of the forest nobody knows we're here, now come on let's get back to work." Johnson said getting everybody's attention and continuing to work on the radio. Meanwhile unbeknownst to them, on top of the hill there were 2 Konni Mercs one with the Sniper and the other with Binoculars.
"Looks like they are fortifying their defenses." Said the one with the sniper.
"We better contact the boss." replied the one with Binoculars.
One of them got on the radio and began to talk to Anton "Sir we got movement, it appears they are upping their defenses... Roger that will do." The sniper then unlooked from his scope and looked at his partner.
"I just got word we need to return to base and prepare for the assault, we have the layout of their camp and we shall strike at 00:30."
"This is gonna be too easy." Said the female Merc as she put her binoculars away.
Hidden Underground base

An underground compound that houses both armed and unarmed personnel somewhere doing maintenance on vehicles, and weapons cleaning, and with civilians living with their families some of them are still recovering from the "Attack" that had happened a month ago. Currently, there was a makeshift hospital treating the malnourished and beaten-up prisoners that arrived last night.
Laswell was with one of the medics who was treating a little girl with bruises on her face and bedridden. "Here you go sweetie, you are all patched up, and a hot meal is ready for you." Said the woman in a nurse uniform, Laswell then headed next to the little girl.
"So tell me sweetie what else have you noticed when these soldiers in Camo opened the prison van." Laswell asked the little girl, who was frightened still then she started to start talking.
"Well I didn't see anything until the doors were open, but the soldiers in green looked at us like they were sad, but the one who they called 'Sarge' told the others to unchain us, they were like princes that saved us, they even waved me back after I gave them one." She explained with a slight smile. Laswell then smiled at the girl and ruffled her head.
"Rest up kid, your mother and father are in the next room so once your recovery is done then you three can reunite." Laswell said with a smile, then walked out of the room, and checked the clipboard of the list of people who encountered the Foreign soldiers, including her troops.
"So what have you gathered Laswell." A man with an eye patch on his left eye, Blonde hair tied up in a ponytail, wearing an outfit that looked like Kirito from Sword Art Online, he had a clipboard as well.
"From what we can gather the outsiders got involved, and we're taken by Luke and Leia. I bet the same to you Dash?" Laswell finished while looking through her clipboard.
"Yep, same thing. Do we know their whereabouts now?"
"They are currently at Bunker 13, and we have confirmation that a couple of the outsiders are currently with Luke and Leia's group."
"Laswell! Captian Laswell!" One soldier ran towards Laswell and Dash, the insurgent handed her a message, Laswell looked at the message to see what it
Meanwhile, In the training room, there were people lifting weights, running on treadmills, and using weight machines. Some were punching bags, and dummies, including some agents were sparring each other. MYROM is in her gym clothes while still wearing her face mask and blonde hair in a ponytail. She started stretching and putting on her fingerless gloves.
"MYROM you ready!" Said a voice causing MYROM to turn to the origin of the voice, revealing to be a man with black hair and grey eyes.
"Oh you bet Leo, I've been waiting for this day." MYROM said while popping her knuckles.
"It's Captain Leo." Leo stated. The bell rang and the two of them assumed a fighting stance and then MYROM made the first strike running in low to uppercut to Leo's chin. Leo dodged it and countered with an offensive block, striking her back with greater force. This sudden impact threw MYROM off balance, she tried to hit him again but he dodged it twisted her arm on her back, and kicked her to the floor.
"Come on MYROM is that the best you got?" He taunted her as she got back up, and got into another fighting stance.
"I'm doing just fine." MYROM said with a smirk she then began to go to the offensive again and went for his knees however she couldn't land a hit since Leo grabbed her leg and pinned her out of control to make her fall on the ground. "If that's all you got maybe you ain't even trying."
Agent MYROM was fighting a man twice her size 'Wait what I lack in strength I gain in speed.' She thought to herself, Leo then went for the final blow but she dogged and weaved each punch he could throw at her, but the man couldn't land a hit. She then found an opening and hooked his ankle, sending him falling to the ground. Before he could get back up MYROM was already on top of Leo with a fist inched from his face.
"Good job you finally got me down." He smiled in defeat.
"Told you I get yah." She said with a smile while getting off of him and reaching her arm out for him, he then got back up from the ground and then went over to grab his water bottle to freshen up. "Yeah, Yeah, you got lucky." MYROM wiped the sweat from her forehead with a towel.
"Well, I have been lucky for the past ten years of my assistance." MYROM said with a little snark. Leo shook his head with a smirk. "Luck can only get you far, make sure your parents don't catch you, or else." MYROM looked at Leo and stated. "That won't ever happen, I'll make sure of it." A voice came from behind MYROM and it was Laswell along with Dash who liked to mess with MYROM.
"You know I gotta say for a rookie Agent you are very good at it considering you've only been helping from the sidelines, but when shit hits the fan you better get ready to get in the action." Dash sarcastically said.
"Very funny Dash." MYROM said while giving him a punch on the shoulder. "So what brings you guys here, I heard about the refugees, Do you need any assistance with that?"
"No we got that taken care of, Listen MYROM we have an assignment for you, we need you to go scout on the Rangers camp again." Dash told MYROM with a serious look.
"I feel like there's a catch?"
"Listen we've intercepted a message from one of their Konni mercs, they know that the Rangers were involved in the ambush, and are planning to attack their base of operations, we need you and a couple of sentinal warriors to scout the objective."
"Do we help them?" Dash and Laswell looked at each other with an indecisive look.
"That would be up to you and your squad." Dash truthfully said.
MYROM then thought about it. 'Well I have been suggestion that we help them out, nows the time.' She then turned towards them. "Okay then, when shall we get started?"

NMB troops and a group of Konni Mercs were in the room, the NMB outnumbered the Mercs 3 to 1 but the Mercs gave off a bad aura to some of the NMB troops. Anton Zekhaev then entered the room to announce his men and NMB Troops. "Okay listen up, I have an assignment that all of us will enjoy." Gaining everyone's attention to Zekhaev.
"Now I know that our previous ventures together have been successful over the past ten years, including our recent victory a couple of weeks ago, but we have a problem, we have a new but old enemy." He then showed images of Helicopters, Fighter Jets, and Camo soldiers firing at the DRAGONS. Everyone had mixed opinions about seeing the video.
"Are the Ancient Humans back?" Asked one NMB soldier.
"What are we even watching?" One NMB soldier asked.
After the footage ended Anton then turned his attention to his subordinates. "what you see is actual footage that happened near the Norma Arzenal base, anomalies from the past have entered our timeline and have allied with the Norma of Arzenal, but that's not all." Zekhaev stated then pulled up another footage that happened yesterday with the convoy.
It showed 4 Camo soldiers fighting off NMB Agents along with the insurgents that started the ambush. They saw a bunch of their men getting killed left and right, the camo used the forest to their advantage, they noticed they were getting sniper fire as well, and once the firing was over they noticed that the soldiers continued to shoot the dead bodies with some of them being double-tapped by the camo soldiers before they walked passed them.
"This is outrageous!" shouted one NMB operative.
"They have no honor!" another one protested.
The Konni mercs just saw their NMB counterparts arguing but they knew what kind of enemy they were facing, but they never expected to attack the convoy. Anton finished the video and then brought his attention to the entire organization. "As you can see we have a new enemy among us, they are from the past more specifically from the year 2022, their weapons are obsolete, equipment outdated, and the best part is they are out of time. However, they have taken out 2/3 of our security forces they are a resilient enemy, so don't underestimate them." Anton stated.
Each Merc and NMB agent began to murmur to each other. Then Anton got everybody's attention he pulled up a map with his mana. "At approximately 00:30 we will have our snipers take out certain targets at key locations, we will send the first wave to attack the front left and right flanks of their positions, leading the way will be Dugal the reason I chose him is considering that his raid attack 4 weeks ago went very well with our capture or kill on the latest raid, the second wave will bring in Konni 3rd division with light armored vehicles." He said while pointing to the coordinates of the map.
Konni mercs were smiling while the NMB looked a bit worried. "These Ancient Humans are a stain to our world and we must prevent more from arriving or repopulating their numbers, You all know what's at risk, but make sure to keep some alive I need more experimentation, be ready and read on your objectives so because at 23:30 we roll out. Ura!" Anton said with high morale.
"URA!" The Konni mercs replied in high spirit.
"YEAH!" The NMB agents replied.
Konni Mercs then began to get their equipment and gear ready for tonight's raid, and so did the NMB. Anton noticed Dugal and then walked towards him. "Thank you for making me lead the NMB troops first, I know we don't see eye to eye with how we operate but we do get the job done, with exterminating the filth of this world."
Anton smirked at Dugal's statement. "Yes but unlike you I am more in line with Embryo meanwhile you are nowhere near Embryo and I league, you can keep on dreaming of being by our side, but you still failed with the amount of specimen that we were supposed to have all thanks to your bloodlust." Anton stated with an annoying look.
"Don't you dare, I have my reasoning for wiping them out of existence, it's only personal that's all not that you need to know." He stated with venom.
Anton smirked at his statement."Then I suppose that your brother Leo's death at the hands of the Insurgents has nothing to do with your need for revenge, just like your out of highschool protege, you have been blinded by rage?" Anton stated in Russian.
Dugal looked at Anton with confusion. "What did you say? I swear I don't know the Ancient language that you just spoke."
Anton then coughed and said, "I said, that this time you make sure that you and your men follow my orders this time and try to kill a lot like you did last time, okay." Anton lied with a neutral face
"Yeah I got it, I got it." He said out of annoyance he then went to his men to get them ready for tonight. Anton then turned his attention to his new recruit that he saw who looked nervous, he walked over to the young man.
One young Merc soldier with blonde hair and aqua-blue eyes looked at his helmet with images of blood and violence he experienced with his previous work with the NMB, and now he has been reassigned to the Konni Mercenary group. 'All the blood and carnage, it means nothing to me. I'm just doing what needs to be done, they are just mindless beasts nothing more, I promise to avenge you, father.' He thought to himself, then he saw a shadow looming over him.
"Ah if it isn't the rookie of the year Yosef Schmidt, your transfer from Norma Management Board to the Konni Mercs proves that you are one of the best of the best, and your skills are truly remarkable 29 confirmed kills I have to say pretty impressive." Anton talked to the young man.
"Oh thank you, sir, I was still surprised that they took my bluff of being one of 'them', it was pretty easy." Yosef said with relief.
"Your mentor is a very ballsy man, yet Dugal is a very incompetent leader that only sees me as a rival, and he can be very insubordinate at times, disobeying my direct orders. Let me tell you a secret we were ordered by the hire-ups to detain at least 200 specimens last raid yet we were only able to get 40 that time no thanks to Dugal." He said with a little disappointment.
Yosef heard the word 'Specimen' but decided to ignore the word. "So what shall we do for the Hire-ups?"
"Well as you have heard during the meeting the outsiders got involved, what I have gathered is that we need to capture and kill as many as we can for one and you, my friend I need you to take the first shot, and I want you to do your best you can but preferably capture more, by wounding them or crippling them, but if you have to kill do kill." Anton said with full confidence. "You'll do fine your with the professionals now, go with the others."
Yosef then took off to meet up with the other sniper teams. Anton then pulled out the map of the camp and just looked at it. "Let the games begin."

Mitchell was lying on what felt like a bed that he hadn't felt in days. 'Is this what heaven feels like.' He thought to himself. "Blood pressure is ok, Vitals are stable, and Heart rate is Normal, the new medical treatment we gave him is working very well." said the strange voice that was different from his own Ranger Buddies he'd been hearing for the past week. He slowly opened his eyes and saw the blue-haired girl he saved was reading a machine she was using.
Mitchell then got up and then he looked around the room he was in 'Why is that every hospital room has to be white.' He thought to himself then he decided to get her attention. "Ah Hello, Angel." Mitchell said out loud Leia turned to the conscious soldier who spoke.
"Oh, you awake, How do you feel?" Leia asked while checking his wound and pulling up her tablet to see his wound healed. "I'm okay how did my wound heal, I'm pretty sure I was shot in the chest, and that usually leads to death, right? Also, who are you? Where am I?" "Where are my friends?" "Am I in heaven and you're an actual angel from heaven?" Leia put down the X-ray of Mitchell's body and began to raise her arms to calm Mitchell. "It's okay, calm down we are in a safe place, your friends are okay, and yes you were shot in the chest, but you're good as new." Leia reassured the panicked Soldier.
Mitchell looked at where he was shot but was in disbelief. "I don't understand how in the world am I still alive I should be dead, how is that possible Angel?" Mitchell asked in confusion again Leia blushed at his 'Angel' comment but she regained her composure and decided to tell him. "We were able to inject you with a healing syringe that contains nanotechnology which helps destroy the bullet and the lead poisoning that's inside your body after that we repaired your wounds with the Regeneration Cradle."
Mitchell then sat up from his bed and just raised his eyebrow at her explanation. "Regeneration Cradle? Now that's some advanced tech." Leia looked back at him realizing how confused he was. 'Right, I forgot their technology is different from ours.' She thought, then she pulled out the machine she used on him. "The Nano-Molecular functionality repairs any damage by grafting a simulacrum of organic tissue to the patient and having its bond to the patient's cells."
"Wow, that's impressive. How long did it take to make Angel?" Mitchell asked Leia making her blush a bit.
"It was an Ancient Human tech from a long time ago, we found it in the outskirts, we got it worked again 10 years ago and now it is in full use for anyone who is critically injured." Leia explained
"Ancient Human, wow I never thought I would be considered ancient? I guess it makes sense considering I'm in the future and those guys we fought were a new type of Human." Mitchell replied getting all the information in his head, he then looked at the blue-haired woman. 'Oh my goodness she really is an angel!' he shouted in his head.'
Mitchell realized he was staring at her, so he decided to break the silence. "So like I asked before what is your name?"
Leia wanting to break the ice and solve this 'Angel' nonsense then walked towards him. "Well in case you were wondering my name is not 'Angel' My real name is Leia just to clarify this conundrum." Her name just took Mitchell aback. "Leia? Like Princess Leia from Star Wars?" He asked in curiosity. Leia looked confused about what he said 'Star Wars?' Leia thought to herself.
"I'm sorry but what's Star Wars?" Leia asked out of confusion, Mitchell was shocked by this reveal 'Do they not have Movies in the future or did the franchise get lost in history' he thought but he would save it for later. "I'll explain it later, by the way, my name is Mitchell." He reached out his hand, Leia looked at Mitchell when he revealed his name to her and she returned the gesture and shook his hand which lasted for a minute.
Leia wanting to end this awkward situation she then reeled her hand back and grabbed her device. "So wait a second where are we again?" Mitchell asked, Leia opened the door and then turned back to him and replied "Follow me." Mitchell then got out of his bed and followed Leia to the door and walked down a hallway.
It had been 2 days since the scout team was picked up from the Insurgents, Ichiro was still reeling in on what had happened one minute they were doing recon for the Battalion, then they helped out an ambush, and now they were hiding in an underground bunker from an unknown enemy that was more likely superiorly technologically advanced, like before they were unarmed but this time they were not being held at gunpoint. Ever since they arrived they were given a shower, a warm meal, and a bed to sleep in. Now Ichiro has been arguing with Luke since yesterday.
'I wish we could use our radios but they were damaged from the battle, and their people are trying to fix it. I just gotta convince this arrogant bastard in front of me to let me head back to report in.' Ichiro thought to himself with anger. He and the rest of the Rangers heard footsteps and a familiar voice they thought they would never hear again.
When Mitchell and Leia entered what looked like a large living quarters, he saw Men and Women from last night who just gave him a look, he kept on walking and saw his buddies sitting on a couch, Ichiro and Luke arguing with each other.
"Mitchell you alive and you walking?!" Jonathan yelled out of excitement. "I thought we were gonna lose you?" Samuel asked out of relief. Mitchell then saw Leia's brother and he then stood up to greet the Ranger.
"Yeah, but thanks to the power of the future I'm alive." Mitchell then walked towards his friends and saw Ichiro and Luke yelling at each other, Leia walked next to her brother to find out what was happening.
"So now that we have established what we are dealing with, and your involvement you must help us and meet our commanding officers." Lucas stated with an angry tone.
"I'm not saying we shouldn't meet your commanding officers but If we don't tell my troops at the outskirts, they will perish and all our vehicles will be destroyed!" Ichiro shouted with anger.
"Wait what is happening?" Leia asked her brother then turned to her sister and said. "Well I suggest we take them back to HQ but he insists that we should tell his comrades back in the forest." Luke said in
"If you guys knew we were there this whole time then more likely this Konni Group and NMB Agents knew the whole time like you guys did! It's only a matter of time before they will strike, and kill them all!" Ichiro shouted.
"Look I bet if we just calm down and take a deep breath, we can sort this out." Leia said with a calm voice. Ichiro looked at the woman with an angry look, he then took a deep breath and then rubbed his face out of frustration.
"I understand you are upset and you want to warn your comrades but be assured if you meet our leader right now you will know what you and your people are dealing with, and as soon as we are down with the meeting then we can get your people out of the forest and stay over our base of operations." Leia said with a little diplomacy.
Luke shook his head out of surprise, he then leaned towards his sister and whispered. 'Are you sure, we were given explicit orders to...'
'If they helped us, then why can't we help them.' She whispered out of frustration.
"Okay, if we go to your commanding officer then can we contact our troops afterward, and you will keep your end of the bargain right?"
Leia looked back at his brother who just sighed out of frustration and saw Mitchell who then smiled at her. She blushed a bit when he smiled and then turned back to Ichiro and then reached her hand out. "You have my word." She said with a serious look. Ichiro then grabbed and shook each other's hands in agreement.
"I hope so." Ichiro said with a suspicious look. Then an insurgent soldier came into the room and brought a communicator with him in hand. "Luke, Leia, it's Laswell she has some important information for you." Ichiro and the gang looked at the Insurgent with a concerned look and Luke and Leia were cautious. Luke then grabbed the communicator and opened the screen.
"Laswell, it's Luke we finally..."
"Listen, Luke, we have a developing situation." Laswell said on speaker causing everyone to react differntly.

Parker was walking around the base, he saw the new defenses they had set up in case of an attack, he knew that he should be sleeping but he felt like he needed to be up and about.
Alan Parker then looked up in the night sky looking at the stars. "It may be the future but at least the night sky is the same as ever." Alan stated with a sigh. He looked over at the tent housing his troops. Some were playing cards while some were sleeping.
He then reached one of the dug-up foxholes to see one of his privates messing around, he walked over towards them, but they didn't even notice him, 'Ahem' Parker coughed up getting their attention. "Shit, sir." They said and saluted to the lieutenant.
"At ease soldiers. I only came over here want to make sure you guys are doing your jobs." Parker stated with a little hint of frustration.
"Yes sir, sorry sir... It's just..." The young private then began to stutter a bit.
"Hey I understand son, you are afraid but be assured nothing is gonna happ..." Parker stated but then a gunshot was heard and Parker felt pain in his chest and realized he was shot. Then Explosions and gunfire began to hit the Ranger's camp and the Rangers began to fire back.

Hope you guys enjoyed it so far I know it's short but with the next chapter I'll make it longer and it's a battle scene Modern Warfare vs Futuristic Warfare, who will win?
I made some changes in the previous chapter, by adding an additional scene to make this chapter a lot more sense so do read the previous chapter to see what's new.
I also introduced a new character named Dash, an alternate variant of Rush from RedKll fanfic Living Hell, and Dugal and Yosef are variants of Dutch and Jeffery from Raggylads fanfic just to keep the multiverse references going.
Poor Parker! Don't worry he'll be fine you'll see in the next chapter. Also, I didn't realize that LT Parker was a character in the RTS game World In Conflict (Which I find a very good RTS Game) So I decided to change the general last name from Price to Sawyer that was introduced in chapter 2, to keep in line with the World In Conflict references.
