I don't own Kingdom Hearts or Batman. They belong to DC, Disney, and Square Enix. And I'm back with another update. Not a lot of action but we do get some story development. Now before we begin, let's reply to some reviews...

Spiral-Voltron-Zero0Q1: Yes, I've seen you're PM and I'll get to it. Things have been a bit busy IRL, but I will get back to you soon. In the meantime, I am glad you like what you've read in this story so far. I hope you enjoy the rest of it when you get there.

Gamelover41592: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter after a long wait!

the mysterious Mr.E: Well, you didn't need to wait for long this time. Enjoy!

VaderSkywalker: Yeah, I've always wanted to read a fic about how the Dective Vison would handle against a Nobody. Which, of course, they don't have a heart... or regained a heart of how the events of DDD revealed so it wouldn't pick them up. However, this isn't the first time villains have tried to mess up the DV but Batman always found a way around it. It was how it was done in the Arkham series... well, the ones you play as Batman and family. Plus, this could give the Batfam prep time if they go up against the Organization... You know, how Batman is with prep time.

Guest: Thanks for that, hope you enjoy this chapter.

Okay, with that out of the way here's the next chapter...

Chapter 6: Fixer-Uppers

Later that evening, the Northern Lights are bright. Olaf stared at them in awe as he and Sora rode on Sven's back, "Look, Sora, Sven. The sky's awake."

Red Hood scanned the area as to keep an eye out for any remaining squads of Stormtroopers they might run into. All while explaining to the other adults of the group of what he discovered. Anna blinked, "The bad guy didn't have a heart?!"

"How is that possible?" Kristoff wondered aloud, "No living being can live without a heart."

"Perhaps not the living, but the undead is another story," Jason deduced.

The ice harvester glanced at the Red Hood, "What? Like a vampire?"

"Pfft!" Anna rolled her eyes, "Okay, I've seen a lot of things lately but I know there's no such thing as vampires."

"You mean like there's no such thing as people who can make it snow or no such thing as living snowmen," The former Robin pointed out.

"...point taken," Anna fully-heartily admitted, "But I'm pretty sure that vampires aren't real."

"Tell that to ones my family faced in the past," Jason smirked underneath his head, "My foster father even managed to take out the father of all vampires himself long before he met me."

Anna blinked in disbelief, "Wait... you're saying your dad took down the real Count Dracula?! As the guy who says, 'blah blah blah?!'"

Meanwhile, somewhere in the multiverse...

"I DON'T SAY, 'BLAH BLAH BLAH!'"

"I pretty sure he never said that but yeah, the very same," Jason replied, "Our butler has his remains locked away within our make shift museum."

Anna blinked for a moment before muttering, "And just when I thought this week couldn't get any crazier..." She then gasped, "What if that guy was a vampire?!"

"I never said he was, I just saying he could been undead like-"

"Okay, once we get back, I'll get all the stuff! Holy water, wooden stake, silver, crucifix..." Anna trailed on, "...wait, do they also not like garlic?"

Just then, she began to shiver as more of her hair turned white. Kristoff turned to her in concern, "Are you cold?"

"A little." She admitted.

Kristoff did a quick scan of the area before spotting the steam vents up ahead, "Uh...uh...wait. Uh...come here."

He took her to the steam vent and she holds out her hand to warm up, "Ooh.."

Anna then noticed her sister was still following them from a distance as Jason stated, "Okay, no sign of our guy in the black coat, or the Empire. I think we're in the clear for the moment."

Putting away his blast, he pulled out another device and began to work on it. The Princess turned to him, "What's that?"

"Before I destroyed the Imperial Base here, I caught a conversation between the officer of said base and the spy back in Arendelle through a transmission," He explained, "I couldn't make out the face and his voice was disguised, but this device should help reveal his real voice..."

"...so we can figure out who told the Empire where Sora was," Anna realized, before sighing, "It's almost over..."

"As long as Thrawn remains free, neither Sora or anyone else will be safe," Jason corrected, "And I promised Sora that I'd bring the man responsible for his parent's deaths to justice. I won't rest until I do."

Anna turned to him in slight concern, "Look, I know you said you're not really Sora's Uncle, but if you really plan on raising him... he's going to more than just the satisfaction that his parents killer is behind bars... you know that, right?"

"I know," Jason admitted as he continued his work, "But I also what's like to lose your parents at a young age. And the killer being still free. I don't want Sora living the rest of his life with that feeling."

As Anna warmed up by the steam, she turned back to her sister who followed from a distance. Elsa looked away with guilt. Kristoff glanced to her, "You two haven't really spoken since she and Jason saved us from those...uh... Stormtroopers."

"Yeah... but if we do fix everything, she's go back to shutting me out again..." Anna frowned.

The former Robin briefly stopped working to turn to her, "Look... I'm sure you two will figure things out... she does love you. She's told me herself."

"She did?" Anna turned him, as he confirmed with a nod, "That's good, I guess... but it doesn't exactly feel like it."

"Once Summer's back, I'll make contact with my friends back home," He reassured her, "They'll send someone to help control her powers, then you two will have plenty of time to catch up."

Anna nodded in appreciation, as he went back to work. He was getting close to deciphering the Imperial spy's true voice... it... it sounded like...

"Do you have any siblings?"

He looked up to her, shocked, before answering, "Well, I do have a couple brothers... not blood related by we were all taken in by the same man."

"You close?" She wondered.

He sighed putting away the device. He already know the identity of the spy anyway. He removed his helmet full on admitted, "Truth be told, I was close to Dick... but me and the rest of the family... I haven't seen eye to eye with them lately."

"How come?" She asked in concern.

"Well, while all choose pretty much the same careers," Jason decided to put it simply, "How I accomplish my cases... are very different of how my family does. We fought. And I never really spoken to my family since."

"Wow." Kristoff blinked, "Just... wow..."

"So, you've been on your own," Anna realized.

"Yeah..." He admitted.

"But you still love them, right?" She asked hopeful.

The former Robin recalled his last meeting with Batman. He gave him a choice between him and the Joker. And when he didn't choose, he tried to shoot at him... then tried to blow them all up.

Perhaps he was a little extreme. Maybe the Lazarus Pit did have some effect on his mind. Still nothing changed, Bruce still refuses to kill the Joker and because of this... he couldn't return. As long as Bruce allowed the Joker to keep on killing the innocent, he could never go back.

Closing his eyes, he sighed, "Look, the last time I spoke with them, it didn't end well..." Opening them again he turned to her, "But you and Elsa can get past this... I'm certain of it..."

Anna frowned before nodding, "I hope you're right..." After a moment, she then proceeded to ask, "Hey, you mind checking up on her. She seems to like you. Kristoff and I can watch Sora."

"Sure," He nodded, "But we should keep moving soon, we don't have a lot of time left..."

He then walked back to where Elsa was...

"Do you still want to marry that man?" Anna heard a small voice call out to her.

She turned to Sora, who had hopped off Sven to see her. She gave him a smile, "Of course. It is true love after all."

The Princess could hear Kristoff sigh, as she turned to him as he rolled his eyes. She and him already had this conversation earlier, and she didn't wish to argue with him in front of the spiky hair kid. She then looked to him frowning, causing her to ask in concern, "Hey, what's the matter?"

"I saw him... in those... dreams?" Sora replied, "That white thing..."

While she was new to what the boy could do, she immediately knew what he meant. She asked, "What did you see?"

"Elsa was hurt... he was carrying her down the mountain..." The four year old explained, "I... think he might have something to do with it..."

Anna's eyes widened in horror. Hans hurt Elsa in his vision? But... but that couldn't be true! It was impossible! Hans was a good man! It had to be some sort of misunderstanding!

"Look, maybe you weren't seeing things right," Kristoff, of all people, spoke up in his defense, "We all saw the monsters, the Heartless, in your visions. Maybe they hurt her and he was just getting her to safety."

"Yeah!" Anna beamed as she gave the ice harvester a grateful look, before turning back to Sora, "I'm sure he was just there to help her."

"It didn't look like help to me," The boy shook his head, "Before we found you, he chased us off a cliff."

Anna frowned again. Hans chased them off a cliff? But why? She turned to Jason, who was currently speaking with her sister, maybe she should ask Jason what happened on the North Mountain after they left. She didn't even notice the concern look Kristoff was giving her...

Moments earlier, Jason approached the shy Queen, "Hey, how are you holding up?"

Looking up to him, she looked back down, "As... well as you can expect from the one responsible for your own home's suffering." Jason sighed as he nodded in understanding, she then asked him, "How's Sora holding up?"

Turning back to him, he saw him approach Princess Anna, as he answered, "Well, he hasn't freaked out with his powers since last time, so I think he's okay for the moment."

"That's good at least..." Elsa smiled sadly, "At least he can move around on his own two feet again."

"Look... I couldn't help but notice that you haven't really spoken to your own sister since we agreed to find Kristoff and your friends to help us find a solution to all of this," The Red Hood commented.

"Can you blame me?" She asked, "Anna's dying again because of me. How can I face that?"

"Anna knows you didn't intentionally try to hurt her. She knows it was just an accident," He reassured her. That didn't exactly make Elsa feel better so he decided to change the subject, "What exactly was that song you two were singing to Sora earlier?"

"Oh, it's an old lullaby my mother used to sing to us," She smiled fondly at her mother's memory, "It's song about a special river, called Ahtohallan, that was said to hold all the answers about the past about what we are a part of." He raised an eyebrow, as she stated, "I know it's sounds silly..."

"I didn't say anything," Jason raised his hands in defense, "Plus, I've heard and seen stranger things."

"Oh, I imagine you have," She smiled slightly. She then recalled, "You said the Fortress of Solitude's name was taken... by this Superman... who is he?"

"One of my father's best friends and probably one of our greatest heroes of our time," Jason proceeded to explain about the Man of Steel, "Definitely the strongest we have."

"What are his powers exactly?" The Snow Queen asked curiously.

"Super-strength and invulnerability," Jason started counting off.

"Well, that's not so bad," Elsa admitted.

"Then there's flight, super-speed..." He continued.

"What?" Elsa blinked in disbelief.

"Super-hearing, X-ray vision, heat vision, super breath, freeze breath, solar absorption which amplifies his powers," Jason continued counting off as Elsa's eyes widened disbelief, "He can fly through the vacuum of space, travel faster than the speed of light, reverse the rotation of the Earth..."

"...oh, you're still going..." Elsa blinked in shock.

"I think he also has super smell but I don't see him using it too often," Jason recalled, "He can hear what's happening even in the vacuum of space... the list goes on..."

Elsa's felt like jaw fell off her face. After a long pause, she stated, "And my powers don't seem so bad now..." She stated, "And he made this fortress to keep everyone safe..."

"Oh no, he inherited it from his family back home," Jason shook his head.

"Okay, where's he from?" Elsa wondered. Jason glanced to the stars above. She was confused what he was referring to at first, but then her eyes widened in realization, "Wait! You're saying he's from-"

"Another planet far away from our own. His parents sent him to Earth as a baby to avoid the destruction of his home-world, Krypton," The former Robin explained, "He was raised by humans, so most of his childhood, he thought he was human. When he discovered his true inheritance, he dedicated using his powers to help people. To fight for truth, justice, and freedom."

"But... isn't he afraid he'd hurt someone," Elsa asked him.

"Of course, to him, our planet is practically an egg to him at this point, so he holds back most of the time," Jason admitted, "But, he had good parents growing up and he believes the only way evil can triumph if good men do nothing. He figured out how to control his powers long before he became a superhero."

"Incredible..." Elsa muttered to herself, she then turned to him, "...and there's also a people, humans, I mean, with powers too, right? Like me and Sora?"

"Yeah, Superman managed to gather a bunch of them together to help defend our world," Jason stated, "They're called the Justice League."

"Justice League..." Elsa repeated, "They're all friends of your father's?"

"Some of them," Jason admitted, "He's also a member of the League, one of the handful to be on it without powers."

"Wait, he doesn't have any powers, yet he's on a team full of people with special abilities?" The Queen turned to him in disbelief.

"Well, he may be the World's Greatest Detective, but he's also considered to be the most dangerous man alive," Jason stated as he muttered to himself, "That one is a bit debatable if you asked me... but trust me when I say, you do not want to get on his bad side."

"Are you a part of this League?" She couldn't help but wonder.

Jason laughed out loud, as he shook his head, "No, no... I was on another team of people with abilities. We called ourselves the Teen Titans."

"Teen Titans?" Elsa raised an eyebrow, slightly amused.

"Hey, we were all teenagers at the time, Dick's the one who came up with the name." The former Robin spoke in defense.

"Dick? You mean, your brother?" Elsa asked him. Jason glanced to her. He didn't mention him to her. She quickly apologized, "I'm sorry... I couldn't help overhearing your conversation with Anna."

"Yeah... Dick's my brother..." He nodded.

"And you really haven't spoken to any of your family since your argument?" Elsa asked in concern.

"Well, it was a little bit more than just an argument," Jason thought to himself, before replying to her, "It's complicated... but your relationship with your sister doesn't have to be."

Elsa gave him an 'are you serious' look, as she let a bit of snow come out of her hands, "How?"

"Have you ever considered telling her what happened when you were kids? Why you did everything you could to keep her away?" Jason asked.

"Oh, sure," Elsa admitted, "But I'm not sure how she'll react."

"She'll still love you, if anything she'll forgive you," Red Hood told her his thoughts, "I can't guarantee that she'll leave you alone, but she'll at least understand why you've been trying to protect her." He stated, "Look. I was raised in a family with our own secrets, so I won't judge if you don't say anything, but don't you think she deserves to know the truth?"

"No, you're right," The Queen nodded in agreement, "I should tell her." She sighed, "Any luck with who the Imperial Spy is?"

"Yeah, I know who it is," Jason admitted as he held up a device, "I was able to crack the voice manipulator... and recognize his voice."

"Well that's good," She smiled in relief, "Who is it?"

"It's..." He was about to answer when suddenly, the saw Anna shiver in the cold, "I'll explain when we figure out how to save your sister and bring back summer."

"Fair enough," The Queen nodded in agreement. She sighed, "I guess I should stop avoiding speaking to her and tell her everything."

Queen Elsa walked on over to her sister before Jason called out to her, "One last thing..." She turned to him, "Are you certain your sister's doesn't have any special abilities?"

Elsa blinked in confusion before answering, "Yes... why do you ask?"

"Well, out of everyone in this group, both you and your sister were able to fight off the visions coming from Sora," The former Robin pointed out, "Why do you think that is?"

Elsa began to think about it. She recalled when Sora was freaking out last, she sang to him like last time, before realizing Anna joined in to help calm him. She didn't think much of it then... but now Jason brought it up... it didn't really make much sense to her, "I...I have no idea..."

Just then, they heard Kristoff calling out to them, "Hey!" The two turned to the ice harvester, "I'm sure the Queen already knows this but we're almost there. I just want to make sure the way is clear of any more Stormtroopers or anything that could try to kill us. Jason could you..."

"Yeah, I can scout ahead," He nodded as he placed his helmet on, he turned to the Queen, "Good luck with your sister."

"To you as well," She nodded before stuttering, "...w-with the handling the Empire, I mean."

Jason chuckled as he walked up to join Kristoff, "Already, reindeer man, lead the way." The blonde nodded, as Jason turned to the Bat Hound, "C'mon, Ace!"

The hound barked in response, as the two left the group, and left the sisters to catch up...

Anna gently placed Sora back on Sven, as Olaf waved over to Kristoff and Jason, "Bye, Jason! Bye, human Sven!" He turned to the others, "They'll be back!"

Sora giggled as Elsa slowly approached them. She greeted her sister, "Hey."

"Hey," She replied, she cleared her throat, "So... you and Jason seem... close..."

"We're... we're just friends," Elsa blushed in embarrassment.

"Uh-huh," Anna nodded with a look of disbelief.

"You and Kristoff... seem to get along well," The Snow Queen commented.

"Oh, you should have seen us before we came to your ice castle," Anna giggled slightly.

"Who's Kristoff?" Olaf wondered to himself, "I keep hearing that name and yet... I never see him... I wonder if human Sven knows him?"

Sora tilted his head in confusion as Elsa gave her sister amused look. Anna raised her hand in defeat, "Yeah, that might have been my fault. To be fair, he asked me who the funky-looking donkey was before asking me who the reindeer was."

Elsa giggled in amusement before frowning, "I'm sorry..."

"Hey, what happened back there... the ice castle... that was an accident..." The Princess tried to reassure her sister.

"No, I mean..." Elsa shook her head, "Well, yes, for that but..." She sighed, "I should have told you this a long time ago."

Anna blinked in confusion before Elsa asked her, "Did you- wonder why we took you to see Kristoff's friends... the first time?"

"The thought has occurred to me," Anna recalled Elsa bringing it up earlier but had no recollection meeting these 'love experts' that both Elsa and Kristoff know apparently.

"That was my fault too... truth be told... you actually knew that I had ice powers when we were kids," She revealed.

"Wait, what?" Anna blinked in confusion, "I knew? I could I forget something like that?"

She was very certain she would remember something as obvious of Elsa having ice magic. Her older sister took a deep breath, "We used to get up late at night to play in the snow in the ballroom."

Well, that definitely sounded like something they'd do, if she knew Elsa had ice magic. In fact, they could've played in the snow anytime they wanted. Why did they stop?

"Then one night, everything went as usual. We'd get up late, fill the ballroom with snow, build Olaf, all things we used to do," Elsa continued, "But then you got a little too excited and I was having a hard time keeping up making snow drifts to jump on. I was scared I drop you and then I... stuck you with my powers."

Anna's eyes widened in disbelief, as her sister explained, "That white streak in your hair... that was me... if it wasn't for.. you could've..."

"So... the reason I have no memory of your powers..." Anna slowly realized.

"...they removed them in order to save you. They left the fun, but since that date, our father lowered the staff and closed the gates to keep me safe. And to keep us both safe..."

"...you shut me out," Anna rubbed her arm, "Elsa... why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"I didn't want you to think it was your fault, which it wasn't, the blame is mine to bare," The Queen explained, "But now I realized I should've, if I had..." She then gestured to the situation around them, "...we could've avoided all of this."

"Well, to be fair, I did drop a bombshell of news during the ballroom, and took your glove without giving you a chance to explain yourself," Anna replied sheepishly, "Why don't we both share the blame fifty fifty?"

Elsa smiled sadly, "That sounds reasonable..."

She then frowned again as Anna gave her a smile, "Cheer up! If these experts were able help me before, they can do it again! I'll be better, bring back Summer, arrest the rest of the Imperials and the vampire guy-"

"We still don't know he's a vampire," Elsa pointed out.

"-then Jason calls up his buddies to help you control your powers," Anna smiled positively, "Everyone's happy! Except the bad guys!"

Sora raised his hand, "I like this plan!"

"Me too!" Olaf raised his stick hand.

Sven snorted as Anna gestured to them, "See? Everyone is in agreement."

Elsa chuckled, "Thanks..."

"Just do me a favor, if I forget about your powers again, just tell me what happened!" Anna stated, "We'll call it even."

"That is more than fair," Elsa smiled.

Anna then tilted her head in concern, "Hey, Elsa... when you were having a romantic talk with Jason..."

"There was no romance involved," Elsa stated bluntly, trying to hard her blush.

"...Sora mentioned Hans chased you all from the North Mountain, after Sora had a vision of him capturing you," Anna finished as she asked, "What happened after we left?"

Elsa blinked as she turned to Sora, after lightly brushing his head, she sighed. She sighed before turning to her sister, "Okay... no more secrets... after you left, the Empire found me. Jason was just catching up when everything went down..."

The Snow Queen then proceeded to explain everything leading to her, Jason, Ace, and Sora to catch up with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven. Anna looked horrified, "HE TRIED TO ARREST YOU?! AFTER HE SAID HE WAS THERE FIND ME!"

"He even brought the Duke's guards, and we both know what he thinks of me," Elsa explained.

"WHY WOULD HE BRING THEM IN THE SEARCH PARTY?! HE KNOWS HE WANTS YOU DEAD!" Anna exclaimed in horror, "WHY WOULD HE BRING THEM ALONG?! EVEN SORA KNOWS THEY'D TRY TO KILL YOU!" Said boy turned his head towards her, "AND HE'S ONLY FOUR!"

"Is that a good thing?" Sora proceeded to ask innocently.

"Yes, that means you're smarter than the Prince in this situation," Anna quickly changed her attitude giving him a reassuring smile.

Sora gasped in amazement, "Uncle Jason's training is working!"

Olaf proceeded to gasp in awe too. Elsa smiled in amusement at the boy before Anna turned away to huff. After a brief moment of silence, she turned to Elsa, "I'm so sorry this happened to you."

"It's fine, although, Jason might have gotten in trouble with Hans, and made himself an outlaw for helping me." Elsa stated, "Could you...?"

"...pardon the crimes Jason did for helping you," Anna assumed, "He doesn't need to worry. I'll get things sorted out with everyone. Neither of you are going to prison or dying while I still have breath."

"Well, for both our sakes, I hope we keep it that way," Her eldest sister wished.

"Hey, Your Highnesses," Both royals turned to Jason with Kristoff and Ace standing beside him, "Pathway from here is all clear. Not a Stormtrooper in sight."

"And we're just about there," Kristoff revealed with a smile, "Smooth sailing from here on in."

The two sisters smiled as they walked up to join the men and hound, as Anna told the reindeer, "C'mon, Sven."

Sven snorted as he followed with both Sora and Olaf on his back...

Red Hood turned to the duo as he whispered to them, "So, if we do find a solution to bringing back summer are you going to tell Olaf-"

"No way," Both sisters declared.

As the men watched the sisters move forward, Kristoff glanced to Jason, "They're never going to let us tell him, are they?"

"Well, at least they're speaking to each other," Jason stated, "That's more than can be said for my own family at the moment."

Kristoff glanced to the former Robin before running off to catch up with the youngest sister. So, about my friends...well, I say friends, they're more like family... Anyway, when I was a kid, it was just me and Sven... until they took me in."

"They did?" Anna turned to Kristoff.

He nodded as he continued, "Yeah. I don't want to scare you..." He then glanced to the rest of the party with them, "...or the others..." He cleared his throat, "Anyways, they can be a little bit inappropriate...and loud...very loud...they're also stubborn at times, and a little overbearing. And heavy. Really, really heavy. But they're fine.. You'll get it. They mean well."

Jason glanced to the Queen, "Don't need to be the world's greatest detective to know he has a thing for her..."

"Oh, good, I thought I was the only one," She whispered back, "Thoughts?"

"Definitely a major improvement compared to her current fiancé," The former Robin commented, "But if I see something out of place..."

"Thank you," She smiled to him.

Anna didn't seem to hear their conversation as she gave Kristoff a reassuring smile, "Kristoff, they sound wonderful."

Kristoff smiled, appreciating Anna's sincerity. He took a deep breath, "Okay then..."

Mustering the courage, Kristoff steps forward and with a wave of the arms announces, "Meet my family."

Everyone noticed the small boulders surrounding them, Sora, Anna, and Olaf in particular looked around as they hopped off Sven. The little boy wondered, "So... where are they?"

He waved to the rocks, "Hey, guys! You are a sight for sore eyes. Rocko... looking sharp, as usual. Clay, whoa... I don't even recognize you. You lost so much weight."

As Kristoff and Sven move through the rocks, waving and greeting, Sora, Olaf, and Anna stand frozen, dumbfounded. The Princess stared in disbelief, "They're... rocks."

"He's crazy." Olaf realized as Ace began sniffing the rocks.

"Well, actually..." Elsa tried to speak up on Kristoff's defense...

...when Olaf told the rest of the group, "I'll distract them while you run."

"Hi, Sven's family! It's nice to meet you!" Olaf greeted loudly to one of the rocks before turning to the party, "Anna, Elsa, because I love you, I insist you take Sora, Jason, and Ace and run."

He then turned to the rock and patted his hand on it, "I understand you're love experts!"

"Why aren't you running?" Olaf whispered.

"Anna, Elsa, Uncle Jason?" The little boy turned to the other adults, "Is he okay?"

"No, sweetie, you should probably keep your distance," Anna replied to the boy before turning to her sister, "Elsa... we should..."

"No, I swear he's not crazy," Elsa spoke on Kristoff's behalf.

"He's not?" Anna, Olaf, and Sora turned to the Queen.

Elsa took a deep breath before turning to the three and Jason, who had been silent since coming here, as she revealed, "Look... as crazy as it sounds..."

"It's okay, I believe you," Jason reassured her as he already scanned the 'rocks' in question.

"You do?" Sora and the sisters turned to the former Robin.

"He's crazy too," Olaf gasped in horror.

"How?" Elsa asked the Red Hood.

Removing his helmet, he smirked, "Well, unlike the last guy we met, these 'rocks' actually have heartbeats."

"Wait, what?" Anna blinked in disbelief as the stones around them started rolling.

Anna gasped, "Kristoff!"

"Wow!" The four-year-old beamed.

Olaf lit up and chased the rocks with Ace, who surrounded Kristoff and unfold as trolls. One of them beamed, "KRISTOFF'S HOME!"

"Kristoff!"

"Kristoff's home!"

"It's been too long!"

"Kristoff's home!"

Olaf jumps around all excitedly and beams, "Kristoff's home!" He then stops, confused, and looks to one of the trolls, "Wait? Kristoff?"

Elsa continued to stare at the helmet, "Where did you get that thing again?"

"Eh, it's just a little something I put together, it's not that impressive," Jason answered modestly.

The Snow Queen stared at him dumbfounded, "...and you never cease to amaze me... and this is coming from a Queen, who can create enteral winters and make living snowmen."

Anna watched these new events, shocked and confused. The trolls all want Kristoff's attention. One troll yanks him down with a boulder's strength, "Oh, lemme look at you!"

Another troll tries to pull off his clothes, "Oh, take off your clothes, Kristoff; I wash them."

Kristoff quickly stopped them before things got really awkward, "AAAAAAAAh! No. I'm gonna keep my clothes on, thank you." He then cleared his throat, "Great to see you all. Where's Grand Pabbie?"

"He's napping. But look, I grew a mushroom." A troll child beamed.

Another showed him, "And I earned my fire crystal."

"I passed a kidney stone." A older troll stated.

Another troll child leaped into Kristoff's arms, "Hey, Kristoff! Pick me up!"

The kid troll jumps up on Kristoff's arm. Kristoff sinks under the weight of him, "Whoa! You're getting big. Good for you."

"So, this is just a guess now, but... they're trolls, right?" Jason glanced to the Snow Queen.

"Yes, you are correct," Elsa admitted.

"Cool," The Red Hood nodded, "They're better looking than the ones DreamWorks came up with and with an unnecessary amount of squeals."

"Wha...?" The Queen of Arendelle blinked in confusion, likely wondering if DreamWorks was another hero or something else.

Anna smiled as she began to realize this herself, "Trolls? Of coarse... They're trolls."

All troll eyes turn to Anna, Elsa, and Jason and blink at them. Until one of them beamed, "...He's brought a girl! And some friends!"

"He's brought a girl! And some friends!" The rest of the Trolls beamed.

Suddenly they were surrounded by trolls. They body-surf/roll Anna, Elsa, and Jason over to Kristoff. They place Anna into Kristoff's arms and Elsa and Jason stood beside them. The princess wondered, "What's going on?"

"I've learned to just roll with it." Kristoff answered as he put her down.

One of climbs on top of her husband to get a good look at Anna. She studied her like she's a piece of cattle, "Let me see. Bright eyes. Working nose. Strong teeth. Yes, yes, yes. She'll do nicely for our Kristoff."

"Hey, wait for me," A young voice spoke up.

Everyone turned to see a young spiky hair boy, trying to make his way through the crowd of trolls, before Elsa picked him up. As the same troll who examined Anna beamed, "Oooooh, and these must be the future-in-laws. And they have cutie of their own!" She rolled up to them, "We look forward to our families joining together!"

"Whoa!" All the adults shook their heads.

"Wait, wait, wait! Oh. Um...no." Anna blushed.

"Listen, this is a big misunderstanding!" Elsa blushed in embarrassment.

"Yeah, we're not together and Sora's not our kid!" Jason joined in.

Kristoff looks embarrassed as he tired telling them, "You've got the wrong idea."

"No." Anna shook her head.

Kristoff added, "No. That's not why I brought her here."

"Right. We're not. I'm not..." Anna smiled, looking uncomfortable, not knowing what to say.

"None of us are," Elsa clarified.

"What's the issue, my dears? Why are you holding back from such fine men?" One of the trolls wondered before singing, "Is it the clumpy way they walks?"

"What?" Kristoff asked in confusion.

"And here comes the singing?" Jason muttered to himself, "Seriously, where is that music coming from?"

Sora looked around for said music as another troll sang, "Or the grumpy way they talks?"

"Oh no," Kristoff shook his head.

"I walk fine," The former Robin argued.

Just as another troll gestured to the mens' feet, "Or the pear-shaped, square-shaped weirdness of their feet?"

"Hey!" The men complained.

Another troll sang, "And though we know Kristoff washes well~ He always ends up sort of smelly~"

"But you'll never meet some fellas~ who're as sensitive and sweet~" Several trolls sang.

"Take it back," Jason lightly glared at the trolls, "None of you know me."

Anna nodded, "That's nice, but..."

The trolls pulled Kristoff as they sang, "So, they're a bit of some fixer-uppers~ So, they've got a few flaws~"

"Like they peculiar brain, dear~" One of the trolls sang as it held on to one of Sven's antlers as another troll hung on to the other one, "Kristoff's thing with the reindeer~"

"That's a little outside of nature's laws~" The trolls sang.

Kristoff blushed in embarrassment as he exclaimed, "This is not about me!"

"That goes double for me!" Jason tried to explain.

However, the trolls only continued to sing, "So, they're a bit of some fixer-uppers~ But this we're certain of~ You can fix these fixer-uppers up~ With a little bit of love~"

"Um... Can we please just stop talking about this? We've got a real, actual problem, here." Kristoff told them as Anna nodded.

"Like the fate of the world is at stake," Jason joined in Elsa nodded with him as she set the boy down as he began to look like he was having a good time.

The first troll smirked, "I'll say. So, tell me, dear... Is it the way that they runs scared?"

"I don't run or get scared!" Jason exclaimed.

"Or that they're socially impaired?" One of the trolls sang as several covered the mens' ears.

"Ugh!" The Red Hood groaned in frustration.

Just then, a child troll leap in Kristoff's arm, "Or that Kristoff only likes to tinkle in the woods?"

"I did not need to know that." Anna stated as Kristoff blushed in embarrassment as he drop the troll child.

Jason snickered as he admitted, "Okay, that was a little funny..."

Sora was rolling on the ground laughing as he clutched his sides. At least one of them was having a good time. One of the trolls then sang, "Is it there crazy waked out hair~ Maybe throwing you off track there?"

"Or the way they covers up~ That they're the honest goods?" The trolls sang as they two walked up to Sven and Ace and they all scratched themselves, "They're just a bit of some fixer-uppers~ They've got a couple of bugs~"

No, we don't!" They complained, immediately stopped scratching themselves.

The trolls continued, "Their isolation is confirmation~ Of their desperation for healing hugs~"

As the group of trolls hugged themen, Jason pouted as he thought to himself, "I don't need a healing hug... although, I wouldn't complain if it came from- Nope! Not have those thoughts! It would never work!"

"Awwww..." Anna smiled.

All while Elsa looked to Jason with sympathy, "Sorry..."

The wrapped Anna and Kristoff together with vines as they did the same with Jason and Elsa, much to their embarrassment, as the trolls continued to sing, "So, they're a bit of some fixer-uppers~ But we know what to do~ The way to fix up this fixer-uppers~ Is to fix 'em up with two of you~"

Pulling the vines, the four spun around before Kristoff, of all people, finally had enough, "Stop it, stop it, stop it! Enough! She's engaged to someone else, okay?!"

The trolls blinked before huddling up, as one of them sang, "So, she's a bit of a fixer-upper~"

"That's a minor thing~" Another sang.

One of the male trolls sang, "Her quote 'engagement...' is a flex arrangement."

"And by the way, I don't see no ring." One of the children trolls sang.

The trolls then sang together, "So, she's a bit of a fixer-upper~ Her brain's a bit betwixt~"

"Get the fiance out of the way~ And the whole thing will be fixed~" The trolls sang to Kristoff.

The ice harvester groaned in frustration, as Jason muttered to himself, "I'm so glad Dick's not here, because he'd never let this go."

"Oooooh~ oooooh~ oooooh~" The trolls around the young women sang as one of them sang, "We're not saying you can change them~ 'Cause people don't really change~ We're only saying that love's a force~ That's powerful and strange~"

Elsa glanced to Jason, who rubbed his arm, likely wondering what his thoughts were, "People make bad choices~ If they're mad or scared or stressed~"

"But throw a little love their way~" She sang as the other trolls joined in, "Throw a little love their way~"

"And you'll bring out their best~ True love brings out the best~" The trolls sang as they placed moss outfits on the four. As they looked to each other they couldn't help but smile.

By this time four are being ushered into a pit by the sheer force of numbers, with Kristoff and Anna being first with Jason and Elsa right behind them, "Everyone's a bit of a fixer-upper~ That's what it's all about~"

"Father!" A father troll sang.

Another troll sang, "Sister!"

As the third troll joined in, "Brother!"

They all sang together, "We need each other to raise us up~ And round us out~ Everyone's a bit of a fixer-upper~ But when push comes to shove~"

"The only fixer-upper fixer that can fix a fixer-upper is~" Sora and Olaf sang as he danced around.

The trolls began to finish the song, "True, true... True... Love! Love, love, love. Love. True love. True~"

"Do you, Anna, take Kristoff to be your trollfully wedded..." A persist troll asked as he held the Bible.

The every human adult stopped smiling as Anna asked, "Wait, what?"

"You're getting married." The troll persist explained he then looked back to Jason and Elsa, "Don't worry. You two are next."

"Love!" The trolls finished their song as Anna gasped in pain as more of her hair turned white. She would have fallen over if Kristoff hadn't caught her.

"Anna," Elsa gasped in worry.

"Okay, fun's over," Jason stated as they ditched the moss clothes.

Kristoff stated in horror, "She's as cold as ice."

Red Hood then turned to Kristoff and Elsa, "Who do we turn to for help?"

"Grand Pabbie," Elsa answered, "He's the one who helped her before."

Just as his name was mentioned, the oldest and wisest troll rolled up to them, "There is strange magic here."

Jason and Kristoff helped Anna over to him as the latter spoke, "Grand Pabbie."

"Come, come. Bring her here to me." He told them.

As they did as instructed Sora ran up to Elsa, "Will Anna be okay?"

"She'll be okay," She tried to reassure the boy although was uncertain herself, "She has to be."

After examining her, the troll gave some grim news, "Anna, your life is in danger. There is ice in your heart put there by your sister. If not removed, the solid ice will you freeze, forever."

"No," Elsa gasped in horror.

"Easy," Jason turned to her before turning back to the elder troll, "Can't you just remove it. I was told you were able to do it before."

Grand Paddie turned to Jason with a suspicious look, "You... what kind of dark magic took hold of you?"

"Dark magic?" Anna, Kristoff, and Elsa turned to the former Robin in confusion.

"Not an issue this moment," Jason told everyone, "Just help her."

Kristoff shook off the new discovery, "Come on, she doesn't have much time."

He shook his head sadly, "I cannot. I'm sorry, Kristoff. This is not what it was like for Anna when she was a child. If it was his head, that would be easy. But only an act of true love can thaw a frozen heart."

"An act of true love?" Anna wondered out loud.

One of the trolls suggested, "A true love's kiss, perhaps?"

All the trolls kissed their couples if they had any. Jason's eyes widened before he cursed, "Son of a-" He stopped himself before he said something bad in front of the boy... and earn the wrath of two women within earshot. Speaking of, "What about the kid?"

"What kid?" Grand Pabbie wondered before spotting the child beside the very concerned Queen.

"A lot of bad people are after him because of his powers," He explained, "From what we've seen, he has a key that can take us anywhere, powers over fire and ice, healing magic..."

"...and he can show us visions," Elsa explained bring the child to the elder troll, "Visions of things that haven't happened and yet feel familiar. Us meeting him when he becomes a teen, around the past few days. The last few nearly killed him."

The old troll stroked his chin, before instructing her, "Bring him to me."

Sora glanced to the Queen nervously, as she forced a smile, "It's okay. He's just as friendly as the others... you can trust him."

She escorted the boy to Grand Pabbie, once she was there, she backed away from Anna from guilt. While hurt, this time her little sister understood why. Examining the boy's forehead, as he hummed in thought, "This is interesting..."

"What is it?" Jason wondered.

"The magic in the boy, it's unlike anything I ever saw before," The elder troll explained, "It's an ancient power and yet... one he isn't meant to wield until he's older."

"Grand Pabbie?" Kristoff blinked in confusion, "What does this mean?"

"I cannot say for certain," He admitted, "But I can say this... the boy is connected to something abused by a great evil, if that connection is not served from all the worlds... I fear the boy will not live to see these visions pass and a great darkness will consume everything. History will repeat itself."

Everyone had immediate concern over the child. Sora backed away a little fearful. Jason placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder, "Don't worry. Nothing bad will happen to you."

"You know what it means?" Anna asked the former Robin.

"Don't know about darkness consuming everything or the fact that it may have happened before," Jason admitted, "But... Operation Kingdom. I know for the fact the Empire has been using some sort hidden pathways to place several bases to rebuild their forces."

"Including Arendelle," Elsa realized.

"Which means, I need to go directly to each world they have base on and destroy them," The Red Hood nodded, "Once they're all destroyed, I can take the fight to Thrawn himself and destroy Operation Kingdom at the source..."

"...and Sora will be okay," Anna smiled brightly before getting concerned, "But how many bases has Thrawn made and where?"

"If the spy knows, I'll ask him," Jason's eyes narrowed.

"Let's just hope he doesn't have a suicide capsule," Elsa stated. She did not want a repeat of what happened at her Coronation. She then added, "You would need to do this an uncertain amount of times. It'd be you against an entire army."

"I've faced worse," Jason reassured her as Ace approached the boy, allowing him to pet him, "I'll figure something out."

"Okay, what about Moogles?" Kristoff wondered.

"Kristoff, how did you come about their kind?" The elder troll wondered.

"We received a tip from a man with no heart," Jason revealed, "Any idea what he is?"

"And is he a vampire?" Anna quickly added, everyone turned to the Princess, as she shrugged, "Just want to be sure."

"I'm uncertain what manor a creature can survive without a heart," Grand Paddie admitted, "But Moogles are a special kind of creatures. They travel anywhere to those who know of their kind. They specialize in business, and are open to sell anything for a traveler of other worlds."

"Huh? Kinda begs the question of why we never heard of them until now," Anna lightly joked.

Jason knew why. When others mentioned 'worlds' they assume other lands or countries... what he was referring to was other planets. If Jason continued his journey to the other worlds, they'd likely show. Hopefully he could buy more of those potion when Sora needed them. He doubt the visions would stop after the man in the black coat gave him the one.

"That just leaves one thing..." He stated.

"Right," Elsa nodded before confessing, "I may have unintentionally started an eternal winter, is it possible to reverse it."

"Yes, and the solution to this issue lies in the same method to cure Anna of her infliction," The elder troll answered.

"An act of love...?" Elsa blinked in confusion.

"So, Elsa's also has to preform a true loves kiss," Olaf smiled, "Well, that's easy enough! Jason's already here!"

"I KNEW IT!" One of the troll exclaimed as Elsa blushed in embarrassment as Jason awkwardly looked in another direction.

"Great, you two kiss, we'll find Hans, straighten things out and everything will be okay," Anna stated before even more hair turned white.

"C'mon, we need to get you to him qu-" Kristoff started.

"Anna, it won't work," Jason told the Princess with sympathy.

"Wha...? Of course, it will. I know you and Elsa aren't big believers in true love but-" Anna tried to reassuring.

"I was referring to the fact about you and Hans, I hate to be the one to tell you this, especially with the situation you're in," Jason started to reveal, "But he's not the Prince you think he is."

"Huh?" Anna blinked in confusion, "What are you saying?"

"You're going to need to hear this," Jason pulled out the voice modulator and accessed the recording unedited.

"And you are sure the key is with them?" The voice of the deceased Imperial Officer asked.

"I saw him leave with Todd and the rest of the soldiers," Hans's voice growled shocking the party that knew him, "What so special about him, I don't know. But Thrawn wanted him so I'm keeping my side of the bargain, despite you people changing it at the very last second."

"Hans?" Anna blinked in horror

"Don't take that tone with me," The Officer declared, "It was you who came to us with nothing, and we made sure you were put in a position of power..."

"YOU ALSO SAID I WOULD BE THE ONE TO INTRODUCE THIS WORLD TO THE EMPIRE!" Hans snapped, Kristoff's and Elsa's eyes glared at recording, "You then showed up when I mentioned your key was here and acted like a bunch of thugs, and need I forget that Todd killed most of those men while the rest are held captive." He also added, "You also failed to mention how this 'Empire' was crumbling apart..."

"A mild inconvenience due the 'New Republic's' involvement and the death of our Emperor. But 'Operation Kingdom' will change all that, after all, why to settle for one Kingdom when you can rule the world when the time comes, Arendelle will see that it needs us, but for that day to come we need that 'key.' We'll keep our end of the bargain but don't question us again... remember, you can always be replaced."

After a brief moment of silence, Hans stated, "I expect to hear from you soon, and let me know when you find the Snow Queen or her sister."

With that Jason ended the recording, as Anna whispered in disbelief, "Hans was the spy?" Shaking her head in disbelief, "But.. but he said he loved me. Why would he do this?!"

"As thirteen in line for the throne, Hans was never going to inherit his Kingdom. His best chance at King was through marriage, Elsa was the obvious choice..." Jason started to explain.

"But I was never going to let anyone get that close to me," Elsa slowly realized.

"So, when he found you and how desperate you were for love, used your emotions against," Jason continued after nodding to Elsa, "And with the Empire's aid, getting support for your marriage wouldn't have been an issue. Or creating an accident for Elsa..."

"No..." Anna whispered.

"Let me guess, he was going to introduce the Empire to the world with their technological advances," Kristoff began to realize, "But then you showed up and took a major piece of their Operation Kingdom before they could claim it, forcing the Empire's hand to try to take him by force."

"Bingo," The Red Hood nodded in confirmation, "At the time though, I could only confirm his desire for Arendelle's throne, so I gave Elsa a heads up of Hans's true intentions..."

Anna glanced to her sister, "So, that's why you disapproved the marriage..."

"Well, I didn't know until after Jason dealt with the Imperials invaded Arendelle," Elsa admitted, "He let me know then. I was going to tell you after the gates were closed..."

"...and then I took your glove..." Anna realized, "I'm so sorry. I should've listened."

"No, fifty-fifty, remember?" Her sister gave a faint smile, "We can both take the blame on this."

"I don't blame either of you for this. Corrupt politicians like Hans know exactly what to say to get into power," The former Robin stated, "If anyone's to blame, it's him." He then continued, "When Elsa's powers were exposed and you put him in command of your Kingdom to go after her, he saw a new opportunity. If he kills Elsa, he would appear as a hero to the people, believing to be the one to end the winter. Ensuring you never returned, he could sift the blame on your sister, making his actions seem justifiably."

"That sneaky bast-" Kristoff's eyes narrowed.

"Easy," Anna told the ice harvester, as she tried to stand only to fall in his arms, "While, you're not wrong, don't forget we have children present."

Glancing to the troll children, Sora, and Olaf, the snowman giggled, "We're impressionable!"

"Right..." Kristoff nodded, "Still, if Hans finds out how you're dying..."

"...it only helps his deception," Anna moaned."

Jason thought for a moment, before realizing, "We have another problem."

"I'm almost afraid to ask," Elsa turned to him in concern, "What is it now?"

After a moment of silence, he pulled out his blaster and fired the weapon at the trees... and another machine fell dead on the ground. Everyone gasped as the observed the droid, as he answered "He knows where we are. And since all of his targets are gathered together..."

"...he's going to throw whatever he's got left at us," Elsa's eyes widened, "We need to go."

"No, this needs to end," Jason shook his head, "You keep running and we'll never stop. They'll never stop. If we deal with the remaining troops and capture Hans, Arendelle will be free from Imperial Occupation, and I'll get whatever Hans knows about the locations of the other bases."

"Okay, but he actually admitted he doesn't know what Operation Kingdom is," Anna pointed out.

"He might not, but someone does, they could be in one of those bases," The Red Hood revealed, "But first things first," He turned to the royals, "...ensuring that the two of you survive this conflict, we'll need to work together if we're going to stop the Empire."

"I assume you have a plan," Elsa asked hopefully.

"I have half of one," Jason stated, "But I don't have a clue how to save Anna..." Worrying the group, he quickly added, "...yet. Grand Pabbie gave it a try but I know a few magic experts back home, if Operation Kingdom is a magical threat, someone's bond to take notice..."

"...and you think they might have a solution," Kristoff assumed, making everyone sigh in relief.

"All the more reason to take out the Imperial Occupation as quickly as possible," Jason revealed, "If we pull our roles right, we just might survive this..."

Anna shivered but turned to her sister, "Well... what do you think..."

Elsa crossed her arms before nodding, "Jason... as Queen of Arendelle... you have my permission to do whatever it takes to stop the Empire threat in Arendelle. We'll follow your lead."

"Very well," He turned to the elder troll, "If you have warriors among your people, I would ask them to help us. Everyone might want to evacuate until the battle is over."

Grand Pabbie nodded as many of the trolls rolled to leave, all while those who stayed gathered around the Red Hood. He knelt to those who remained as he placed on his helmet, "Alright... here's the plan..."

As he explained the plan of attack, Elsa's thoughts were elsewhere. Anna and the whole world were dependent on an act of true love. Somehow she doubted it would be saved even if she did kiss Jason...

...why did she want to... she did not know...

...still, her thoughts went back to what Grand Pabbie told Jason.

"You... what kind of dark magic took hold of you?"

She also recalled despite how skilled he was, something happened when he and Ace made their escape from Hans that nearly killed them if she didn't acted. Had... had Jason been cursed at one point?

And that will conclude today's chapter. Crazy things are happening! Anna thinks Xigbar is a vampire! The trolls tried to marry Anna with Kristoff as well as Jason with Elsa!
