Elrios? No, the El Gang was on their adventure to the demon realm. They were in a place called Magmelia, an amusement park-like town for dream demons. The dream demons existed just to have fun. They will not hesitate to turn everything into one of them.
"It's over," Ain said in his usual despairful tone and summoned his scythe. "Our current leader is switched. I ask your permission to end this world into void–"
"Aw sweetie, stop with your void!" Add chuckled and snapped his fingers, pointing at Lu and Ciel. "They might not know the situation, but I assure you, they're demon lords. Two separate individuals ruling one world each. Am I wrong?"
Lu nodded her head. "Yes, you're wrong! We haven't conquered any worlds!" She yelled and pouted at him. "Where did you hear that?!"
"So the separate individuals were right?" Add asked with a surprised look. "I made that up. See, Laby? Making fan fiction works sometimes!"
Laby shook her head and disapproved of the idea. "This is the only one where Add gets his random wild idea correct! Not even close, lil bro! Laby does not approve!"
This is the current El Gang in this story's timeline! The bolded one is the original classes.

"We don't have time to rest, but Lu, Ciel, and Chung need to learn about our situation first," Elsword said as he looked at the outsiders. He stared at his sister, still hugging Chung really tightly from the back while slowly moving her left hand away from covering his eyes. "Sis, let him go. We'll need him in battle!"
Elesis chuckled and grabbed Chung's arms. "Then why don't I show him around?"
"We don't have our Lu and Ciel. Help us arrange the strategy," Add said with a serious look. This was the outsider's first time seeing him not messing around. "You were a captain. Do something."
Elesis laughed, staring at Add in the eyes with a wide smile. "I love to hear someone trusting me! Say it again, please?"
Add also laughed and opened her arms for Elesis. "Elesis, my love, my everything, please guide us with your strategy!"
"Aaah! You're making my heart melt!" Elesis let Chung go and approached Add to hug him.
Elsword just forced himself to laugh and looked at the outsiders. "T-They're usually joking like that. Don't mind them."
"Uhm… Are they actually a thing?" Lu asked in curiosity. She didn't hear that kind of joke a lot. Especially between friends.
"Add's confession was rejected, but I guess he hasn't fully given up yet?" Elsword shrugged with a confused smile. Sometimes he didn't know what his friends were thinking.
"Tell me the situation. This place is too familiar, even if I'm from a different timeline," Lu said while looking around her. It was her first time seeing the town, but the atmosphere felt like home. Since it's demon world, it felt like she belonged there, no matter which timeline it was.
Long story short, they were going to fight Ran, the demon who invaded Hamel before. Aren, Ara's brother, was no longer possessed by him. A demon lord will give them his two eyes as a guide and shield for them to go deeper to the demon realm, also known as Abyss.
Lu nodded her head, understanding how serious the situation would be. "We need a few hours to adjust to this environment. Do we have time for that?" She asked as she turned around to face Ciel and Chung. Both of them haven't said anything ever since they got here. "They had never gone to a demon realm before. Ciel is a half demon, but look, he's struggling."
"H-Hey, maybe not that much," Ciel commented. He seemed fine, which was good news for everyone.
Chung took out his compass from Denif. Elsword said they got a lead from that compass, but something was definitely different. Something that hopefully won't let them be defeated. "I won't need this compass, right? The eyes should be better," Chung said and showed the compass to Elsword. It was directed in 4 different directions. "This thing from my timeline detects every El energy. It won't work here," he continued. Elsword had his own El energy, Elesis with Dark El, Eve with El energy to live, and Chung's guardian stone
"Those demon eyes are like his brains. Don't worry, it'll be more than enough!" Lu nodded with confidence and looked at Elsword, who seemed surprised with what she just said. "Right, Elsword? Or is he weak in this timeline?"
Elsword chuckled and shook his head. "Ishtar said the same thing. I'm sure you'll get this just fine!"
"Then I shall tour around the town for a while," Lu smiled and grabbed Chung's arm. She stared at Ciel and narrowed her eyes. "You go with Rena!"
Ciel definitely didn't accept it, so Lu made up an excuse that sounded effective. "We don't have much time so let's split up. We can telepath our information together and come back here sooner!" Lu shouted, but more like commanding. While the situation was a matter of life and death, she didn't want to miss her chance to have a date with Chung. Even if it's only an hour. Ciel just sighed heavily and went out with Rena to look around.
"Ah, can you change your look, Lu? Our Lu is… around this height," Elsword asked and measured Ishtar's height with his hand. He even apologized several times. He didn't mean to insult her.
Lu smiled and spun. There was a brief moment of blinding light, but her appearance changed to a slightly more matured demon. Her hair was styled to twin braids. Elsword gave a thumbs up, which meant she looked convincing enough to walk around the town.
"I guess you look weird with braids," Chung commented bluntly.
"It was your idea!" Lu yelled and slapped Chung's arm. Now that they got away from the others, Lu uttered the question she had been keeping. "What were you and Elesis doing?"
Chung looked away with a flushed face. There was definitely something wrong going on, but he didn't say anything. Lu didn't want to pressure him, so she asked a question to Ciel through telepathy instead.
"Ciel! Do they treat you nicely? They're all minding their own business."
"Don't tell anyone," Chung muttered with an embarrassed face and looked at Lu. The demon nodded her head, even offering her pinky finger to make a pinky promise. "She tried to r-pe me."
"WHAT?!" Lu shouted too loudly and covered her mouth with her hands. She didn't expect Elesis to be so bold with her actions. "You said 'tried'?"
"Yeah, Rena said they're friends with them now."
Lu got the reply from Ciel, but she ignored it completely because of what she just heard from Chung.
"I-I stopped her. What else?" Chung replied with a troubled look, since he definitely won't let that happen easily. Maybe he shouldn't make random dirty jokes. He kind of regretted it. First, his joke intention led him to be heartbroken for a few months. Second, this.
Lu sighed and shook her head, feeling confused on how it even happened in the first place. She got even more confused when both of them managed to just forget it like the moment never existed. In short, both of them were still friends… or more accurately, still a one sided love. "You can be stupid. I don't know what to say."
Chung chuckled it off and looked around the town. "That looks like an arcade. Can we play?"
"Are you seriously planning to play?" Lu asked and stared at Chung, who actually looked like a kid begging for new toys. She just went along with him and played the shooting games.
And abused the game to get a lot of rewards.
"Nice! Free Victoria's song albums!" Lu smiled in victory and looked at the CDs in her hand. She wouldn't need it, but she knew someone in their real timeline would love to have it.
Chung just wanted a simple small notebook and a pencil. He didn't need anything else anyway.
The El Gang created their strategy to fight Ran, based on Elesis' ideas. They definitely had to split into two groups when it's necessary. One group went by the other demon lord–Tir's guide. The other group asked one of the dream demons to guide them deeper into the Abyss.
The first group was Elsword, Aisha, Eve, Chung, Ara, Lu, Ciel, and Ain. Elesis believed Chung, Lu, and Ciel will definitely be familiar with each other's fighting style. Lu should be leading the group, but Elsword would be there to help them. In case things went wrong, Ain can send them to void, but hopefully it won't happen.
The second group was Rena, Raven, Elesis, Add, Rose, Laby, and Noah. When they reached Magmelia, Noah was still relatively new to the team. Therefore this group was mostly chosen by Noah himself. Elesis wanted him to pick people that he could work with while she was leading the group.
The outsiders went back after a short tour. They didn't get the situation very well, but at least they knew what to do.
"You guys seem ready! We're going after a rest. Need everyone to be in good condition!" Add smiled and healed everyone, even though none of them were injured. He smirked as his left eye glowed a bit. "Never falter, obliterate them. I'll keep you alive."
Chung approached Noah, who was sitting alone away from everyone. Noah was startled and backed away a bit. "Hi there! Noah was daydreaming, so he was surprised you came!" Clamor spoke in a cheerful tone, only to get smacked by Noah.
Chung sat next to him and gave him the notebook and pencil. "You seem like you have a lot of things to say to everyone, Noah. Just write them?"
Noah's eyes widened in surprise when he got the items. He didn't really interact with people in the first place because he didn't feel like he belonged in the team. None of the El Gang members knew sign language, not even Clamor. The weapon had been trying his best to understand Noah.
Noah just stayed silent and looked at the empty notebook in his hand. He could finally talk with everyone now… if they even wanted to wait for him to write and read texts. He finally wrote his first words on the notebook and showed it to Chung.
"Thank you."
"Hey, teach me sign language! You can do it now," Clamor said, feeling happy if he could finally interact with the one that was with him the most ever since his soul got trapped inside the weapon.
"Boo!"
Elesis surprised them by hugging them both from the back. "What are you guys doing?"
"Noah has something to say to you," Chung smiled and stood up to walk away. "I need to talk to Elsword. I'll be back!"
"Oh, really? What is it?" Elesis faced Noah, realizing he had the notebook now. She sat next to him and patted his head gently. "Don't worry, write it down. I'll read everything!"
Noah looked at his notebook again and flipped to a new page. He clearly had a lot of things to say to Elesis. The notebook alone wouldn't be enough. He didn't even know where to start.
Elsword explained the plan to Rena, Chung, Lu, and Ciel. It sounded simple enough, since all they had to do was just follow the guide. "Will you be fine? Elves are sensitive to demonic energy. Maybe you should bring Ain," Lu asked with a concerned look, facing Rena who just laughed it off.
"I'm okay! Ain doesn't even have any holy presence anymore. I don't think he'd help even if he's in our group," Rena forced herself to smile and looked at Ain, who just approached them when he heard his name.
"Ah… I completely forgot about that," Lu giggled, remembering Richter was fully devoted to Ishmael, unlike this timeline's Ain. She faced her friend that seemed to be lost in his thoughts… and pretty much everything else. "You okay, Chung? This is your first time in the demon realm."
"No," Chung answered with a smile on his face, despite admitting that he wasn't fine. "It's not as bad as those voices. I'll be fine."
And Noah still hadn't written anything. Elesis started to wonder whether Chung trolled her or not. She really wanted to say something to break the silence, but when she talked, Noah tended to listen. He wouldn't say anything.
So she kept waiting while recalling her memories before they got back to their timeline. Both Chung and her went to a karaoke to… do some stuff. She got the strength to force it, but… was that love? It felt like lust to her. Not that she cared anyway.
"I'll tell Noah then!"
Chung's words sounded like a kid trying to whine to their mom, but it actually stopped her from doing everything she wanted to do to him in that private space. Elsword was a bit distant when he knew she consumed Dark El. Noah made her feel like she had another little brother. She didn't want to be distant with him because of a stupid thing she did.
Noah finally wrote something on his note, showing the simple sentence for Elesis.
"Thank you for everything."
"Aw, what do you mean 'everything'? I don't even do anything," Elesis smiled and patted his head.
Noah pouted and hugged Elesis tightly. His face turned red, feeling hot from embarrassment from what he was doing. "Hey, what's with you?" Elesis asked and patted his back.
But Noah still didn't say anything, neither did Clamor. Sometimes not everything could be described by words. Elesis meant a lot for Noah, but a word of gratitude didn't manage to make her realize it. Noah missed his big brother a lot, but of course, he wouldn't come back to life. Elesis wasn't even close like his brother, but she acted like his sister. He liked it–the feeling of having an older sibling while he didn't have one anymore.
Elesis chuckled and hugged him back. "Alright, I get it. Thank you for always being with me," she smiled before breaking the hug. Noah's flustered face made her cackle. "Look at you! It's red~!" She teased him and poked his cheeks with her index fingers.
Noah's face turned redder as he heard that. He put Clamor in her hands and turned around to hide his embarrassment. "Oh, come on! You're finally showing yourself for once!" Clamor shouted and turned its eye toward the boy.
"Aah… I'm so nervous, I can't rest!" Aisha yelled and smacked her round bat. A lot of things worried her already. What if one of the groups ended up failing? She didn't want to imagine it, but she couldn't rule out the possibility.
"If Laby goes in, Laby might die! If Aisha goes in, Aisha might die~!" Laby danced around Aisha while singing a weird song. "It's okay to die!"
"It's not!" Aisha shouted back and smacked Laby's head with her staff. She didn't want to die yet.
"You're facing death every day. Why are you still nervous?" Chung asked, feeling curious of how Aisha went to the demon realm and still feeling scared of death. There was nothing to lose anymore.
"Everyone fears death, lil bro. What are you implying?" Add cackled and grabbed Aisha's staff to smack Chung's head. He moved his 3 Dynamos and laid them down on Aisha's hands. "Like I said, I'll keep you guys alive. Bring that."
"Ah, thanks! Don't get yourself killed, I won't be there to watch your back!" Aisha grinned as she grabbed her staff back.
Add snapped his finger and faced Chung again. "Let me guess. Helputt died in your timeline. You have nothing to fight for anymore."
Chung sighed and looked away from him. He saw that coming, so he would fight for his friends instead. But war is a place where people might not be able to think properly anymore. "I'm already dead the moment I enter the battlefield. It's just a matter whether I'm still standing or not."
"D-Don't say that! Why are you so creepy?!" Aisha yelled and smacked Chung's head with her staff.
"I'm about to get brain damage…" Chung muttered and rubbed his head from getting smacked multiple times.
Lu and Ciel approached them with confidence. "We learned the situation! Shall we start?" Lu smiled, looking at them while trying to remember her team.
"I'll get Elesis and Noah," Chung said before he left while rubbing his head.
"Something is bothering me," Lu said and faced Add. "You can fix Noah's voice, no?"
"I can. I don't trust demon realm resources. I'll do it when we're back," Add answered, which surprised pretty much everyone. He just chuckled and looked at them with a smile. "What? My cure is not pure black magic."
"I don't know. It's just… unexpectedly considerate of you," Rose commented with a smile. She didn't expect Add to care that much for their new member. But more importantly, Add's cure actually worked like black magic.
"Then let's finish this quickly!" Ara shouted and raised her fist to the air. They might not even go back to Elrios right away after this fight, but they had to move.
Chung got back with Elesis and Noah. The gang splitted into two groups, making a short brief of their plan.
As they first entered the Abyss, guided by one of the dream demons, the place was pitch black. They were following the demon's trail, but they heard whisperings. It bothered them a lot, but they were afraid of showing their location with lights.
"Boring! We'll be found out eventually!" Laby shouted in annoyance of how careful they were. She lit up all her fireworks and pointed it at the sky. They were already surrounded by a lot of demons with the same outfit, possibly a cult.
"Damn, Laby, you're infected by Add's insanity," Rena forced herself to smile. They defeated some of them, but kept walking through the trail that was made.
"Maybe we should've warmed up…" Ciel forced himself to laugh. He felt like a burden in the team. While the others were so used to battle, he felt rusty.
"I agree. We suck," Lu shrugged it off and glanced at Chung, who had the same problem as them. He had been doing nothing much and just assisted the others from the back.
The trail that they were following was getting weirder as they went deeper. Their mind was disturbed bit by bit, like it was trying to drive them into insanity. "You guys are good at this. I've detected a lot of abnormalities in my system. The Abyss is affecting people's mind," Eve said as she checked on the outsiders. For a reason she couldn't explain, she didn't want them to die, even though they weren't from this timeline.
"I've experienced something similar. I can handle this for a few more hours," Chung replied with a distorted look. They had a potion where they heard dead people's voices before. The Abyss wasn't even that bad anymore.
Lu giggled and hit Chung's arm with her elbow. "Oh, really? You're gonna laugh at everything soon, just like before."
"Maybe we should've given one eye to Vasili," Elesis sighed heavily, scratching her head while rethinking the strategy quickly. Vasili was the name of the dream demon. Elesis faced her team and smiled at them. "We should split up! Where do you detect the El?"
"Definitely not the trail's way. Eve, I trust you to guide them," Add said, looking at Eve that was troubled with her data at the moment. She couldn't pin exactly the location, but she could guide them to where the main energy.
"Finding that unethical El is easy. Follow me," Ain said with his despairful tone. While he's not able to detect the El power anymore, he could easily sense evil. An immense demonic energy would be something that he naturally needed to bring to void.
"See you later, Chung~!" Elesis waved her hands, smiling widely at Chung. "I'll give you a kiss when we meet again!"
Even though Chung knew he had to stop playing with his own love life, he smiled back and gave a love sign with his fingers. "That's cute. Why not now?"
Lu smacked Chung's head and pushed him from the back. "Are you r-tarded?! Go! Follow Ain!" she yelled before Elesis actually got distracted. She felt a bit jealous when he said that. Why is that anyway? She and him didn't have anything going on. Her head felt hot too.
