A few days later 1959
Taking my nieces and Daciana to the muggle park I found Eileen with Rose and baby Petunia, I sit down with my papers charmed to look like muggle school work along with my self inking quill.
Working on the papers and glancing at the kids playing I smile seeing Bella and Ceros chasing Daciana around with the younger children.
Glancing by me I see the twins reading beside me "Aunt Aquila?" Amycus asks.
"Yes?" I hum while marking the papers.
"Why haven't we met our father?" He asks frowning.
"Because you're mom was in a bad situation before she came to me and was desperate for attention she doesn't know who you're father is" I answer.
"People say we are full Carrow's that our father was a pure blood Carrow"
"It's possible but the people you're mom escaped from are not Carrows anymore, focus on the fact you're mother loves you both and you may be Carrows but you are raised by Blacks"
He nods going back to his book leaning against me, hearing people talking I look up seeing Eileen, Rose, and baby Petunia.
"Aquila it's been a while since you came here" Eileen says pulling Rose over to me.
"Been busy at the school and Walburga's pregnancy is troublesome, I've had to help her when the brat makes her sick" I say emphasizing sick.
Eileen laughs nodding "your family has always had troublesome pregnancy".
"We start early on being problems for everyone" I say agreeing while starting on a new page.
"You brought a new child" Rose says looking uncomfortable.
"That's Daciana, she's a relative visiting from Romania" I answer using her pale skin, black hair, and heavy lidded eyes to explain her.
"Aquila, Rose was telling me something that I thought you would understand" Eileen says with a pleading look.
Putting my quill and papers down I cross my ankles after stretching out my legs "what's the problem?" I ask.
"It's Petunia, strange things happen around her, toys on shelves or outside her crib float to her" Eileen says ignoring Rose shushing her.
Looking at Rose I raise my brow seeing she's worried "toys moving on their own, does her mood cause things to happen?" I ask.
Rose frowns refusing to speak "well unless I know what is going on I can not help" I say grabbing my grading again to start.
"Aquila" Eileen says pleadingly.
"Eileen, I can not help if someone does not want it you can not force them to accept help" I say narrowing my eyes at her before looking at her covered arms.
She sighs pulling her arms closer to herself not speaking anymore "I'm sure you could find a reason for what's happening with your daughter in your family history" I add looking at Rose.
Seeing her frown I smirk using my hair to hide it "a family member who were eccentric or had strange customs, maybe said things that where different or maybe on your husband's side, I'm sure Eileen could help you with it" I offer.
"How exactly did you two meet?" Rose asks suspiciously.
"Our mothers are friends we never really became friends but we didn't hate each other" I answer.
"Aquila and I went to school together as well but she was part of the prized students considered the smartest it was her, Pomona, Minerva, Myrtle, and her adopted brother Rubeus they pretty much ruled the campus everyone followed their examples"
"Oh what school?" Rose asks watching me.
"A private school that is very selective over who is accepted it's for gifted students, possibly like your daughter" I answer.
Standing up I gather my stuff seeing the twins get up as well following me "brats let's go" I call calmly, looking at Eileen I give a sad smile "you know how to reach me Eileen think about my offer, it won't change" I say softly before walking away I lead the children away.
1967
Stalking to the old run down house at Spinners end I see seven year old Snape sat on outside on a hot summer day, curling my lip up I stalk to the door and bang on it.
Seeing young Snape look up I feel my hand twitch seeing the black eye on him.
Banging on the door harder I hear a man yelling and cursing while coming to the door.
Seeing it ripped open I shove my way in stalking in "Eileen get your ass out here now" I order.
Ducking on instinct I spin pinning Tobias to the wall "do not test me, unlike your wife I will not allow you to hit me because I will humiliate you in front of all your neighbors you good for nothing drunk" I hiss.
"Aquila" Eileen whispers nervously.
"Do not" I hiss glaring at her while pinning her husband "I have been patient with you and offered help to get away from this low life you reject it, but Severus is the chosen Heir of house Prince if you think I'll allow you to let this trash spend anymore of his money on booze I will personally take you before the Wizengamot" I bark.
"You will either leave this abusive marriage or I'll back your family on taking custody of him" I add.
"You won't" she whispers close to tears.
"I will, you placed me as the magical guardian of Severus Tobias Snape Prince the first time he used accidentally magic, our laws clearly state it is within my rights to remove him from your care, if I have a justified reason and a seven year old boy sat outside on a hot day locked out is a reason to start an investigation, I know if I take him to be checked by a healer he will be covered in bruises. I'm done waiting choose your son or your trash, because either way that boy is leaving with me today"
Looking to Severus I nod my head to his room "get anything you want to take with you then wait downstairs" I order.
