(A/N): Hey Guys! So, this chapter is kinda short, but I needed to finish the chapter I had started writing before I go to school in the morning so I'll remember where I got up when I write there.
Disclaimer: I own nothing you recognise.
Leo
I'm not quite sure it happened, but when I was walking to the Great Hall for breakfast one morning, a pair of hands grabbed me, and I let them drag me into the indent behind a tapestry.
James.
"James." I said, instead glowering at him, but he didn't even flinch.
"Leo." He growled, pushing me harder against the wall, though it didn't really make a difference. "You should leave Elaine alone." I sighed, rolling my eyes.
"Elaine is my best friend James, nothing else." He scoffed loudly.
"Right, right, and my feelings for Lily are strictly platonic too." I arched an eyebrow at him.
"The way you're going, they might as well be." His jaw clenched tightly.
"Don't try and pretend you have feelings for Brooke, not when you have actual feelings for Elaine. It isn't fair to her." For a second, I thought he meant Brooke. "Elaine's been through enough shit, she doesn't need you stuffing up her life." Using vampire speed, I had him pinned against the wall.
"What I'm doing now is making sure that I don't stuff up her life, don't you get that?!" I growled, eyes locked with his, lifting him slightly so he was standing on only his tiptoes.
"Oh, sure, sure, because you have only her best interests in mind."
"I love her, James!" I growled at him, though surprisingly, he showed no fear, probably too deep to remember the danger that was an angry me.
"Oh, right." He said, rolling his eyes before a smirk appeared on his lips. "Just admit it, you were horny, so you went for the first slag you could find, knowing she'd give it up so easy-" He was cut off, a fist making contact with his face, but not my fist.
"Damsel?" I asked out of surprise, and James looked up at her from where he was now kneeling on the floor.
"Elaine?" His tone was incredulous, but she glared at him.
"I don't know what you're trying to achieve by being a prick James, but shut the fuck up, alright?" She paused for a second, taking a deep breath. "And don't you ever, ever, say those things about Leo, or Brooke, ever again, or I will castrate you." The threat rung clear as Elaine arched an eyebrow at him, and James hung his head, frowning before he nodded.
"Glad you understand me." With that, she took my hand, dragging me away from James.
(A/N): So what did you think?
I had to edit this chapter (way later) because of something in this chapter that is relevant to the next one.
