Black Sperm, Homeless Emperor, Golden Sperm X4 VS Council of Sword, Metal bat, Zombieman, Puri-Puri Prisoner, Sweet Mask, Pig God, Tank Top Master, Non-killing army(S-class), Erlang Shen, Great Lord White, Saren, Flame dragoon, Frost Raven
The Four large Golden beings that had sat at the top of the large hill were staring down at the heroes, the fighting had drawn to a slow as everyone's attention was focused on them including those of the black sperms themselves, Midoriya warned everyone to be careful and these may not be as weak as the previous which zombieman also added that while the monsters may have been only 10 times the amount as before that didn't mean that they had to be only 10x stronger, Zombieman than sent a direct message to Neith and told her to send her machines forwards to attack the monsters as a test of their strength, the confirmation came in the response as all five machines marching forwards 3 super machines 5 and 2 super machines 4 march towards the hill of the monsters and in response the four large golden beings jumped down from on top of the hill to greet them just as they planned for.
The four machines were all fairly strong in their own right super machine fives before they were modified by Drive Knight and Momo had a VGS score rating of 300 and they had managed to raise it up to about 425 while before the modification the machine four units had a score of 40 but after they had risen fairly higher to 300 still weaker than the fifth but a substantial increase to its base functions how they fight against them would determine the heroes next steps but there simply was no fighting at all, the machines were destroyed each with one large and most importantly fast punch that destroyed them sending them flying backwards towards the heroes in question which some had to dodge out of the way of.
One of the golden beings even took it one step further and ripped two of the 10-meter-tall super machines four units in half with nothing but a single horizontal chop across their stomachs, forcing them to fall over and drop to the ground. All of the machines had a self-destruct that caused either an implosion or an explosion but to reduce casualties of such a device in the advent of failure it was also shaped explosion pointed upwards as the two machines exploded and the skywards explosion completely consumed the golden being but before even the fire and dust had begun to fade the golden being walked through it completely unharmed, along with the others, these enemies were clearly in a different league than the previous fusion, the next person to attack the large fusion entity was Erlang Shen, flying from above delivering a swath of acid from his chest before dousing over every one of the four large golden beings but to the shock of many it did not affect any of the creatures who all turned and looked angrily at the flying chimera.
"Please refrain from spitting your filth at us; your acid is worthless against the anti-corrosive properties of gold; now you merely disgust me." The golden sperm in the center remarked before simply disappearing in the perspective of a couple of the heroes on the ground. Before a resounding smack was heard along the landscape, this smack had come from above, causing everyone to look upwards, only to see that the golden being now in the air and crashing down a couple dozen meters away was none other than Shen, crashing down into the ground with a hard thud.
Tokoyami was absolutely shocked by the creature's speed who had been flying nearly next to him at the time, the only thing that had saved him from getting attacked as well was that the impact force had sent him spiraling backward from the initial creature and while it was golden it could not fly but that did not matter as he was soon accosted by something else this time as he was shoved out of the way of a glowing light sphere that had tried to attack him before exploding bakugo was there to move the teen and told him to get his head on straight, the kid would be fine and he meant that as he saw from the crater that Shen had groggily got back on his feet given the force of that hit he must have switched his power from mina's to Kirishima's instead which was likely subconscious response to the danger this thing posed.
Tokoyami couldn't spare more than a glance at his protegee, as he, along with Bakugo, had to start flying away as another barrage of light spheres started to dot the skies—too many to even count. As they continued to fly away, the two of them would occasionally attack back with their own attacks, which due to the close proximity the light spears were in would cause a chain reaction that detonated several of them, but they continued to keep coming no matter what, and the man himself didn't even seem to be exerting himself with the multitude of rapid-fire attacks like it was casual.
Both Bakugo and Tokoyami had to simply back off from the barrage of blows only thing they could do at this point was keep the target's attention but that was easier said than done with how many orbs the man could use at once eventually they would be able to track them down, they had nearly done just that as they encircle the two of them completely but it was at that moment Todoroki joined the Teen broke the man's barricade of light spheres that surrounded the two of them using his phosphor state in phosphor his power was a combination of both his ice and fire sides working together allowing him belched out a cold like flame, the large swath tore a gaping hole in the network of light spheres allowing them to fully escape.
Todoroki launched a large wave of flame-ice attacks at the man, but the attack was beaten back by another massive wave of light spheres. Three of them together combined to fight against the light sphere-wielding man, hoping to distract him from the other given the sheer scale of the man's abilities, as he clearly demonstrated previously that the three of them didn't hold back against the man. The three other golden sperm didn't charge forward but marched menacingly toward the heroes present. The first from the hero's side to engage the monster was Sweet Mask, the man idol, who had charged towards the monsters and launched a punch at one of them on the left. The attack landed squarely against the person's face, and for his attacks, he was only looked at with destain before he was backsmacked away, the fist caving in his head as he went spiraling away from the man, leaving a large divot in the land, shocking the heroes once again about what had just transpired. This was the last straw for the heroes to attack; given the relative strength of each of the monsters, only the strongest members had opted to fight them.
Midoriya, Metal Bat, Atomic Samurai, and Seran had all agreed to take on one of the golden beings while the rest of the heroes continued to work on the rest of the black sperms, Great lord white had been at his massive size of 20 meters, normally he would start to shrink down once on the surface, especially on a hot day as it was, however, to counteract that both flame dragoon and frost raven were riding along the creatures back using their power in convection to constantly feed the large shark a constant stream of water along with that they were also watching out for the shark monster as it massive size lent itself to a lot of unwanted visitors that they would continually blast off the large shark monster. His size also provided cover for some of the lesser heroes below him water crowded along both of his forearm fins into massive blades that he would use to slash across the landscape tossing up and destroying numerous black sperms in the meanwhile.
Midoriya vs. Golden Sperm
Midoriya charged against the golden monster at 100% full cowling delivering a right hook which the creatures blocked before hitting him with a right elbow that sent him flying backwards, he quickly stabilize from the punch just in time as the large golden being had continued to charge forth at him, he blocked the punch but it still sent him flyingfurther backwards from the force he used his float to avoid crashing into the ground before using both of his blackwhip to stop him from continuing to fly back while also using the same blackwhip to come back at the monster like a slingshot using the force he just gained from that heavy blow gave him enough for a Fa Jin enhanced strike for a 1,000,000% Percent: Manchester Smash, the kick came in fast, much faster than the golden being was expecting, and the attack landed squarely against the monster's gut and hit hard, causing it to let out a shout of pain and slide backwards a couple dozen feet before it could stop itself and dig its feet into the ground. A few drops of blood coated his mouth, but he wiped it off and only got angrier as he charged back at him while Midoriya did the same.
The two of them met in the middle midoriya shot out with a pseudo 1,000,000% percent: Detroit Smash and the golden sperm launched out with an equally strong punch that completely rocked the landscape sending a large shockwave outwards from the impact center seeding multiple black sperms flying away, multiple of them couldn't believe that the teen had been managing to keep up even with a 10 trillion level merger and maybe even slightly superior as the from the clash it was revealed that the teen had held the advantage being able to recover more quickly from the clash before coming up with an attack that had taken the merger off guard, Midoriya used his black whip to wrap around the golden being legs before zipping upwards into the sky and using his whip to slam it back down into the ground but the monster wasn't so easily bested as he used the opportunity from the cloud of dust to quickly grab hold of the black whip and yank Midoriya towards it.
Despite midoriya dissolving the black whip, the pull was already complete but instead of trying to force himself away from the golden being, he used one of all might moves which was the new Hampshire smash throwing a punch backward increasing his speed at which he approached his enemy although he wasn't attempting to just throw his body at his enemy like his mentor he simply wanted to mess with the monster presumed time that he would arrive in the striking distance which worked the monster surprise on his face didn't think he would get their that fast but it didn't matter as the monster still reacted easily enough letting off with another strong punch.
This time, however, they clashed, and Midoriya didn't have any fa jin to buffer for him, so he was the one that flinched back a lot, allowing the monster to come at him with another strong punch, this time aimed directly at driving Midoriya into the ground. Midoriya raised both hands to mitigate at least some of the damage, but the blow still hurt a lot before he was spiked directly into the ground. As his back hit the ground, he immediately used his proximity smoke to decrease the vision of the monster, allowing him an easier opportunity to dodge out of the way of its follow-up strike before lashing out with a kick that landed directly against the being's face. Once in the smoke, however, the creature couldn't see Midoriya.
His danger sense allowed Midoriya to easily spot the monster within the smoke. Now that he was within the smoke, Midoriya held the advantage of being able to maneuver around the monster and constantly attack the creature. He wasn't focused on doing damage; he was simply focusing on building up stocks of fa jin for another large strike. His normal 100% strikes weren't doing too much, but it was enough to hamper the monster's movements. At least a little bit after the eighth hit, the monster seemed to have had enough.
Pulling both of his arms up and slamming the ground with full force sending the smoke spiraling away but also leaving him open to attack as Midoriya dashed at him and with an fa jin enhanced kick knocked him upwards he quickly followed after the monster coming up higher into the air and using his St. Louis Smash against directly to the monster head, he attached his black whip to the monster to keep it floating up into the air as he used float to continually swing back and forth as he kick the monster the movement reminded him of his fight against shigaraki however this monster was much more durable than his rival just thinking of the lost boy had caused his mind to slip for a moment from the battle at hand and for this careless action he was completely taken off guard as he was punched in the face sending him spiraling backwards during his next pass around it took a moment and he cursed himself for losing focus once more or maybe that was just his head spinning from the force of that punch he just took.
He didn't drop the monster which was the only plus that he could say he did as he dashed back at the monster before channeling his gear shift through his black whip to slow the monster down the creature was none the wiser as Midoirya used all the energy be stored inside of his arms that he was keeping in-store to deliver a devastating blow Detroit Smash: Quintuple five rapid blows were completely drilled directly into the golden sperm face, sending him rocketing downward, caving in the landscape, and throwing up another large swath of black sperm in the process.
Midoriya looked towards the other battles with the golden figure to see if the others would need help but his danger sense flared once more as the golden being surprisingly rose up incredibly faster than he expected, his face was bleeding and bloody but he was still able to fight expectantly, the slower speed allows Midoriya to at least put up some guard against the dual overhead strike that sent him crashing downwards using gear shift on himself allowed him to immediately slow his descent and land safely on the ground without any issue however he immediately had to release it which included on himself and the monster as the creature came directly at him anger clearly evident on his eyes as he came down with another punch and Midoriya returned it with another pseudo one million percent detroit smash causing another massive shockwave to rock the landscape.
Metal Bat vs. Golden Sperm
Metal Bat charged forth against his target, extremely interested in fighting another strong enemy since that dog was in the basement. The little guys were more annoying than anything else, so they couldn't get him pumped up for the fight. He felt more like an ant exterminator. He got a shot of adrenaline when the monster fused, but that was just lackluster. But now? He wasn't so sure the large golden being had gotten his hopes up; he hoped they didn't disappoint like before, and going off how Green Savior clashed with one of them and how they easily dealt with those robots, he wasn't so sure that would be an issue. The idol was gone, and it was unfortunate as well.
He would have liked to still pull off his plan of having the idol indebted to him so he could gain his sister's favor. However, that didn't matter now as he continued forward, roaring a challenge to the closest large golden sperm before he swung his bat at the monster, and he was shocked when the blow was caught with some effort by the large creature before he was hit straight in the gut by the monster, sending him flying backward. He gritted his teeth from the blow but kept a firm hand on his bat as he fell backward before he slammed it down into the ground, carving a small path and allowing it to come to a complete stop.
He slowly rose to his feet and spit out a mouthful of blood but now he knew that this wasn't going to be just a pushover of a battle he relished the challenge as he grabbed the handle of his bat even harder and met the charging behemoth charge using his bat to meet the creatures fist causing a shockwave of their own, Metal Bat again was hit with the other creatures first causing him to double over from the pain before he was hit once more with powerful blow that sent him backward a couple of steps the monster pressed his advantage against the teen before he could do much of anything launching off with a barrage of punches using his foot to step on the teens foot to keep him in place and calling the teen nothing but a punching bag to the his glorious merger.
Metal Bat was just getting started as he caught the monster just at the beginning of his monologue smacking him in the head with his bat nearly knocking the monster off his feet but at least getting the monster off balance before he raised his bat high above his head dragon thrashing he brought the bat down hard over and over again hoping to bury the monster head into its body but despite being off balance the monster was able to still stay on guard and defend itself from the damage raining down on his arms to block the strikes for a moment before lashing out with a push kick to get the mad swinging teen off of him.
Metal Bat wasn't one to be easily pushed off; however, as he continued his rampant attack directly at the monster, the monster was completely stumped by the teen's somewhat mysterious increase in strength compared to not even their fist clash, but at the very beginning of the fight in general, it almost seemed impossible before. During the fighting, the original black sperm version of himself had seen other versions of himself able to hurt the man, so given himself now, he should have been easily able to blow him apart just like those machines, but that didn't seem to be the case, but why? Golden Sperm played more defensively for the moment as he warded off the teen's rapid attacks and swings.
There had to be some sort of gimmick the teen was doing, but the only thing he got from the man was "fighting spirit," which didn't offer much of an actual explanation. Metal Bat continued to attempt to swig his way to victory before he was randomly hit in the head, which completely staggered him backward. The monster grabbed a hold of the teenager's bat and struck him deep in the chest with an elbow strike that sent him flying backward once more due to his debilitated state. His grip on his bat loosened, allowing golden sperm to yank the bat free from the teen's grip.
He taunted the teen for relying on a weapon yet constantly preaching about a fight, he wasn't a human but just anybody would say bringing a weapon to a fistfight wasn't playing fair the teen countered by remarking that monsters have built weapons so he's was just merely evening the odds with his bat, golden sperm could see the smaller humans point with that but this also meant that the teen likely hasn't fought without it for some or maybe even at all so what his next move was simple he would break the thing and then take him down for good however as golden sperm went to break the bat over his knee slamming it down with tremendous force.
The only thing that broke or nearly broke was his very knee itself as he screamed out in pain and hopped around, the fuck was that thing made of golden sperm thought as the bat showed to be perfectly fine from the attack he sucked his teeth and just forget about breaking it instead was about to rear back and launch the object away clear from the battlefield but before he could do so, the bastard had sped towards him with even more speed than he showed prior stepping on his face and wrenching the bats free from his grip before smacking him in the back of the head with it.
The cocky teen laughed at his attempt to break the bat, even telling the monster that his one wish from the association was to make an "invincible bat." So far, nothing has been able to break it, which now includes this monster as well. Golden Sperm took that as a challenge and almost decided to make it his mission before he killed the man to break that bat right in front of him. Metal bat charged forward this time stopping just out of range of his target, making the punch completely whiff him. Instead, he slammed down right overtop of the outstretched appendage, making the monster flinch backward in pain.
Still, it did not prevent the monster from coming back at him with another right hook, which despite blocking with his bat completely took Bad off his feet and flew backward straight into some rocks. What was even more interesting when the teen was standing up again was that the monster, who seemed to have been disabled, had started to receive help from some of the black sperm that were waiting around the battlezone, actually coming in and combining with it after several had gone into the gold one. The arms seemed to have been fixed again, almost like they were as good as new.
Metal Bat taunted the monster, thinking that this was supposed to be some honorable one-on-one fight, yet he was such a coward and that he needed help from his other selves to fight him. The monster responded simply that until he learns the real trick behind his strength, it doesn't matter what rules he played by and that he was going to die either way along with all the other heroes and humans in the world. Metal Bat just chuckled and remarked that he should just worry about taking out the human that was right in front of him.
Golden Sperm vs. Seran and Erlang Shen
Sigismund had just recovered from his punch from the large monster completely shook by the blow he just felt, he just barely was able to switch to kirishima's powers at the time to mitigate the damage however some if it still got through, all of the monster thoughts started to ring inside of his head once more before he finally managed to get them all under control once more some of them wanted to run away the two most protective ones at least such as dragon lord and shadowman of course the others wanted to get revenge for the hit they had just taken however and he already knew which of the options was the correct choice as he looked around the battlefield once more, the fighting had started back up again in earnest the smaller black creatures had been attacking the other heroes while a select few of them had started to fight the golden creatures, he watched the battles unfold trying to figure out where he should go or who he should help, part of sigismund wanted to go help Tokoyami with the others and that light sphere man but they had been managing themselves fairly well for the most part and the others could also use his help as well.
However, it seemed he didn't have a choice in the matter, as Saren of all people was thrown directly at him. This came as a shock to him as he helped the swordsman to his feet. The man wasn't too damaged from the blow he sustained, allowing him to stand up straighter once he got his bearing once more. In comparison to himself in the chimera state, he was technically stronger than Saren but the man held more experience than him as well and he was a better fighter, he also had magic but he had his powers as well so he canceled each other out but that didn't matter in the current state as he looked at the golden being that stared the two of them down as it marched forwards, it dashed forwards with great speed and Shen was the one that took the lead in defending them as he summoned Kirishima's Hardening to it's strongest and blocked the punch that came right at him, he couldn't use any of their enhanced abilities either just the base ones but for now that was enough as his hardened skin was able to partially take the blow from the large golden being knocked back only a couple of feet in response but allowing saren to continue with his counter-attack which was some type of explosion that made the monster skid backward.
The monster seemed more annoyed from the blow than harmed as it came back at him with incredible speed, Saren had lifted higher up into the air and something strange occurred a purple circle appeared below the monster which lifted it upwards along with the swordsman, Shen used the distraction of the monster being raised in the air to charge forwards and deliver a hard punch to the monsters face the hardened blow taking it off guard and making it slightly unbalanced, quicker than ever he lashed out with his six tails from the snake-like appendages emerged purple coated blade like tongues under the hardened power of Kirishima's he could only hope that it will be enough to pierce through the monster tough skin he was partially in luck that he was able to pierce through the creatures rough hide at least a little bit it was incredibly tough but all he needed was a prick or at least he thought he did as he used his maximum venom level against the monster with all six of them to boot. The monster only let out a grunt as the venom sunken in before delivering a hard clothesline towards him. Shen blocked the blow with both of his arms, but the strength behind it still pushed him back, dragged him, and sent him towards the ground, scuffing along its surface.
As he slid along the ground and looked up towards the sky he could see something coming and he immediately unfurled his wings and along with his tails slammed the ground and rose high up into the sky, just as a massive fireball came down right on top of the golden being slamming it's form in mid air and dragging it down into the ground where the massive orb of fire exploded but as the flames died away, the monster stood amongst the flaming circle completely fine if not a little charred but even more than that had time to tell off both of them for being cowards of monsters for helping the humans and for fighting the way they do with cheap tricks instead of raw strength before he dashed up forwards towards them from the ground, both were more aware of the attack this time around and Seran prepared even more for this attack then either other party had anticipated, the monster had face planted in front of a large invisible barrier like a bird against a windshield which sigismund couldn't help but find was pretty funny even chuckling at the monster expense which only served to make the monster even angrier as he slamed a fist through the invisible barrier and completely shattered it but this had the unintended affect of making him begin to fall from the sky.
The shattered barrier of some kind had actually become tangible and started to move and shift into what seemed like glass shards. They had all immediately started to fall in pursuit of the monster, just as the creature felt almost like it was part of the man's plan for the monster to break it, but Saren had something else up his sleeves as he yelled out accelerate. The glass-like shards seemed to all rapidly speed up and catch up with the monster, instantly cutting along the monster's cheek and forcing it to scrunch up to protect its body from the other shards that started to pass by, cutting along the creature's entire form and raining down and impacting the ground with a shocking amount of force as they kicked up enough dire and debris to send them high up into the air, almost like cannon rounds had gone off beneath them. The dust and debris were still settling as Sigismund used the opportunity to take another glance around. The fighting seemed to mostly be at a stalemate, but the other samurai could use some help, and going off what Saren just displayed, he was the one to do just that.
Sigismund tapped Seran on the shoulder, pointed to the others fighting another similar golden being, and remarked that they likely needed his help more than he did. Saren wasn't so sure about that, which was until, from out of his center wolf mouth, emerged a sugar pill. At that, Saren understood what the teen was about to do, and he wished him luck before dashing off to help Atomic and his fight. What Sigismund had in mind was simple: he would continue to use the abilities of his friends, and the first ability he used was Yaomomo's creation to make a couple of sugar pills.
With those sugar pills, he could now switch his abilities to use those of Sato's sugar rush, which was to increase his strength fivefold, and he would give the monster what he wanted in a true all-out brawl along with his other natural abilities. He took the pill and immediately started to feel its effects. His body started to bulk and get more powerful; his wings and armor all took on a darker tone and got notably thicker; and his snake's tails resembled more of an anaconda's instead of a viper than they did normally.
He flapped his wings once and then twice before, and the third time, he dove back down straight towards where the golden monster fell. The smoke that had kicked up from the shards had just been flushed away, revealing its form. Black blood clashed over its golden frame from the cuts that Saren's attacks made, but none of them seemed to heavily injure the monster, as the expression on its face was nothing but that of pure anger. It searched around the sky for the culprit but only found the other one dashing down towards him.
He relented and took his anger out on it. The golden monster didn't leap to meet him but instead waited until the monster got close before letting off a heavy punch that he expected to completely fling the monster back from him, but unfortunately, things didn't go as he expected as the monster had counterpunched his punch with one of his own in equal measure. No, not just equally, the teen seemingly had greater strength as it pushed his punch backward and forced him to skid backward a couple of centimeters.
The golden monster was so surprised by this that he was unable to react in time as the teen continued his assault with a knee strike straight to the monsters head knocking him clear of his feet with the blow, Shen didn't want to give the monster any quarter and feeling great about his newfound strength continued to lay into the monster grabbing along the creatures feet with his tails and lifting him up in the air and spinning the large monster around before tossing him clear, having the monster skid across the ground for a moment before it kicked itself back up and immediately came back to attack him, Shen could now react in time for the monster speed blocking the creatures punch with one of his large wings before pushing him back with both of them, he continued to flap his wings before drafting up a large wind before adding his own flame breath through it creating a large typhoon of flame that encroached upon the golden monster but it was merely just a distraction for sigismund to come around and strike the monster from behind directly into the slow vortex
The monster emerged even faster than before caching him by surprise as the monster flew at him and delivering a head butt directly to his chest sending him flying backwards he stopped himself with his wings from flying further before he dashed back at the monster, using his sol powers to engulf his very form in flames and dash forwards this time the flames seemed to be having some effect against the monster his golden shine being died down a bit blacker from being charred and he could tell that the monster was getting angrier every time time he used it, the golden creature met his attack dead on with a cross armed charge they exploded in the center with a shockwave, the two continuously pushed against the other at the epicenter of it all and sigismund had the edge on the creatures strength wise however as the monster realized this it realized this, it reeled back a fist and punch sigismund in the chin raising him off the ground before he grabbed at the boy's ankle and slammed him down directly back on the ground he pulled him closer and was about to deliver another blow as he was downed but Sigismund used his tails to stop the attack cold coiling around the monsters arm with each of his tails.
The two were in a struggle for his arm. As they did so, Sigismund sank his snake teeth into the monster again and again. The monster responded by lifting up his body again and power-slamming it into the ground, but he wouldn't relent, still keeping a hard lock on the monster's arm as long as the monster kept a hard lock on his leg. That is, during the last slam, Sigismund countered with his flame breath fully out of his mouth. The flame completely engulfed his target's head, and at that point, the monster finally let go of his leg to put out the fire along its body using the opening. Sigismund struck hard in the creature's gut, but the monster reacted equally quickly, throwing a punch that scored across the teen's face. Both of them slid backward, panting a bit heavily before they locked eyes once more for a moment before the next clash took place.
Council of Swords vs. Golden Sperm
Atomic had thought that this annoying splitting monster wouldn't be any fun to fight against, mostly relying on its ridiculous amount of numbers to do everything for him. He had to admit that the little bastard did have a point of being so smug, having what was it? Something like trillions of himself was completely a staggering amount of numbers that he certainly couldn't beat by himself even when he got help from Sweet Mask it was only a momentary bump up in their fighting efficiency before it slowly started to whittle down a bit by bit and the darndest thing about their time in the fighting it was him that was weighing the two of them down, the star had proved himself during the fighting even saving them from some goop that had started to rain down upon the many black critters which seemed like a good thing at the time before it came to absorb them as well however Sweet Mask had managed to separate them from the group with a much stronger attack from before collapsing several rooms worth of rubble in their way, it was something about that last attack that stuck out to him however but for now he let it slide as the fighting isn't over yet. It was for the star's help in the fighting that he put himself in the way of one of the golden monsters that had gone to approach the down man.
He admired the star's spirit, but his cockiness could get the best of him from time to time. It seemed well that if he survived this, they could laugh about it someday. Maybe he doesn't want to be associated too much with the star; he's heard that his fans could get a little weird with their dedication to the man. The golden being remarked how far beneath him he currently was and how he was less than a sandbag now but more like just a floor for him to walk on. Atomic merely suggested that he should try to do just that, and the monster happily obliged, dashing forward. Atomic immediately noticed that this one was much faster than the other, but he could still react just in time to dodge out of the way of the punch. It was a wide swing with plenty of opening, allowing him to get a swing across the being's chest. However, his blade simply gilded across the monster's body like nothing had happened. He needed to duck and then jump out of the way of a back arm before an overhead smash came down.
So he could definitely confirm that the monster body was much harder than the previous merger and it's strength was also on whole another level from before he could tell just from the impact crater as the one that had he dodged that even a single one of his attacks could potentially be fatal for him, hell maybe even a glancing shot could be he thought well he definitely wouldn't to test that theory out so, he continued to dodge and evade against the monster taunting the monster away from the unconscious Sweet Mask which worked, he sent a barrage of wind blades at the monster but all of them merely brushed off against the creatures body, however he wasn't just throwing attacks off aimlessly he was still testing the monster and at this point himself, his goal with the wind blades were just to keep the monster attention he was also selecting a spot on the monster to strike with his next true attack softing it up for his blade to go through nicely and the monster so full of himself was completely going to along with his plan as it didn't even bother dodging any of his attacks.
Once they had been a significant distance away from the sweet mask he finally decided to opt into his plan dashing forward and attacking with another of his signature techniques the Atomic Beeline Slash directly on the target's soften-up area which was a part of the monster's right arm, he had hoped with his change of tactics from defense to offense would trip the monster up and allow him the element of surprise and allowing him to land the strike however that was as far as the things went his way it seemed that nothing had been going his way from the very start the monster had predicted his maneuver and was waiting for it, out of sheer hubris he allowed the attack to land on him although not at it's attended target he had raised his arm higher so the blade would fall right between his bundling muscles catching the blade but the attack still managed to draw blood but did not cut off the entire arm like he was intendeding with the strike and targeting the weakened area.
The monster flexed next and completely broke Atomic Samurai's sword before shocking the swordsman and greatly delaying his dodge, just enough to allow him to get hit with just the shockwave of the punch the monster threw. It reverberated through his chest and nearly rattled him but he managed to stand up on rather shaky feet the monster was about to continue towards him to launch off with another blow and this time he likely couldn't be able to dodge the attack but he didn't have to as the attack was halted by none other the other sword masters, Nichirin had actually thrown a sword at the monster which the monster smacked away destroying the weapon completely, atomic was at first confused by the maneuver a sword master would never disregard their weapon in combat even if it was to save a comrade and for a moment atomic was actually hesitant against the man himself and realizing what he was concerned about Nichiren merely laughed and remarked the blade wasn't his but instead one of the destroyed super machines.
He even handed him another katana from the destroyed machines well those rust buckets did come in handy from time to time although with them helping him this did leave the question of what about the others, they separated to take on the golden being with one person each so that no one felt overwhelmed in the fighting completely he guessed he couldn't cut through this one just yet at least not with the blade he had at the moment and if he was speaking honestly he doesn't know if the other council members would change that, the others had been fighting under the shark monster and had been holding out fairly well, along with a couple of more machines had come to support them which he guessed was the reason the councilors spared the time to come help him out.
Well, he wouldn't be complaining, and he told the monster that it should be an honor to be such a worthy scratching post that the entirety of the council of swordmasters would want to try him out. The monster's anger flared once more, and he purposefully told the other black sperm not to interfere, which was exactly what Atomic was hoping for. Given that it was one-on-one, the other smaller critters had stayed back, but with the council here, that definitely could change, and they couldn't afford that with this monster when one slip-up could cost them their lives, and he told the masters that as well.
Each of them acknowledges the threat before the four of them dash toward the monster, slicing at the creature with their weapons. The monster never had to worry about defending itself, so it solely focused on offense, attempting to get even just a single hit in on one of them. The sword masters stayed light on their feet and continuously waited for counterstrikes to deliver their blows or when the monster was concentrated on another member before they struck out with a full-force attack of their own. The monsters never had to fear their weapons, at least not too much.
He had gotten a few additional slices across his body from the rapid fire of attacks, but there were superficial wounds at best, and didn't slow him down much at all, which was a problem when they needed to do more. A slight misstep of a rock by Nichiren's side had conveniently tripped the master up. Atomic was convinced that this timely rock had been actually thrown by one of the dark ones on the sidelines, but the effect was immediate. The golden being had seen the old man slip and was going to capitalize, slamming his large fist down over his body, but just as the fist was about to connect, something else appeared in his place.
It was actually a group of the smaller ones the next thing that happened was the emergence of what seemed to be shambling undead armors that had started to make a clear pathway through the large group of black cells that surrounded them and even more had started to engage the small black creatures elsewhere closeby, the path that had been created was taken by none other than Seran alongside Nichirin who hobbled alongside the man but the council were all glad to see that he was ok, all of the council members had looked towards the likely savior and the cause of the reinforcements they were seeing Saren before the group started towards them and other than checking if Nichirin was alright atomic casted a weary gaze towards Saren he had gone full mask off and was in his monster form although he was a bit different than before he had a much more bulkier body and he had and additional arm that hung low along his upper shoulder on it seemed to be a glowing purple mist type energy, looking behind him he saw that where the undead minions seemed to be coming from as a portal had sprung up from in the ground that they started to pour up from, the fighting didn't seem to be going their way as the black sperms tore most of them apart rather quicky however they themselves had their own little tricks as the black sperms being stabbed with their weapons had also coated themsleves into the different type of being shrouding them in some make shift dark armor made up of the inflicted varying body parts, pretty brutal if anything, the inflicted could only split apart as the change started to happen before they had become trapped within that being.
Atomic's attention was turned from the battle happening around him back towards Saren who asked for each of the council of swords weapons, this drew immediate red flags especially since they all didn't totally trust the monster still and disarming themselves in this crucial moment seemed highly suspect, atomic asked what for and Saren simply remarked to enhance and harden them so that they could pierce the monster skin, atomic was still hesitant however his master Nichirin wasn't handing the man his blade and after a moment the blade began to float within the center of his hands before a green glow had enshrouded it and the man handed it back before testing the weapon out simply dropping it and watching as it went straight through the ground up to the hilt, the old man laugh for a moment before picking the weapon upwards and smirking, the other sword saints emboldened by the display offered their on the weapons before atomic did so lastly, he never bought all the mystical arts stuff and simply thought Harirgiri or rather Saren was playing some long con game but seeing the large portal and evil dead army he started to become a believer.
He offered the man his sword before all of them went to address the golden monster again. The monster was obviously enraged by the new arrival as it looked off into the distance to see what the other versions of him were doing, which was a valid question as Seran was supposed to be taking care of the other one, and if he was there, it would mean he had already defeated it, but the man remarked that he hadn't, and he was ushered off to help him by the boy monster.
The golden being sneered at the five of them for a moment and this time they were the first to attack the monster, Saren did the opening salvo the man had picked up a few rocks from around them and murmured something to them before tossing them around to the enemy surrounding them striking 12 of them and blasting through their bodies but he wasn't just trying to kill them, the monsters struck by the rocks had suddenly burst into flaming heads and started to float for a moment before all 12 rushed forwards towards the golden being, they slammed against its flank and exploded, the council members use that opportunity to dash forwards towards their adversary the monster had emerged from the smoke completely unbothered by the attack as he moved forwards to engage against the heroes and traitor. Golden sperm held both of his arms outwards completely.
He charged forward, hopping to clothesline two of them, but the attack missed as the samurai split off from their initial full-frontal assault. Amahare had used his acrobatic style to jump over the monster's attack and slice along the monster's arm and head. The blades had a noticeable effect now, being able to at least draw blood from the monster where, as before, they could do mostly nothing but scratch at the monster's skin. Zanbai's peaceful death had aimed higher for the head, not just the skull proper but the monster's eye; it was the most sensible target for an attack, and this had gotten the monster to back up and yell out in pain before he started to back up and swing one arm angrily while the other clutched at his now missing eye, even angrier than before, but in his anger, he offered a stark weakness in the monster's defenses, allowing Atomic and his master to deliver a devastating combo attack.
Iai Rahu-Ashura Slash and Atomic Slash
The two rapid slashed completely overwhelmed the golden monster causing cuts to appear all over its body as it's black blood started to drip down from all over, the monster turned to face all of the samurai with only one of its eyes glaring at each of them, even with the enhanced swords it couldn't completely cut through the monster but the multiple cuts did wonders in hurting the creature and clearly slowed him down enough for the next strike which was Saren's as all of the swordsman dodges out of the way next strike this was a creations using the Monsters's minions the armors shaping into that of three large speers that were sent forth at an blinding pace even catching fire as it did so, the golden monster knew something was up and immediately turned to face the threat however given his impaired vision he was only able to deflect two of them away the third had manage to get through spearing him clear through the center before expanding outwards and causing the creature to fly backwards into the the ground.
Despite that the monster was still alive and rose to its feet, the monster had the large spear clearly sticking out the side of his abdomen but that didn't seem to be enough to put down the creature it was the first major blow that they had against the monster and hope that they could finally finish it off but that soon ended when the monster had thrown the spear away and the smaller black ones started to make a mad dash for the golden creature they could only assume what they would do when they got there but before any of the swordmasters could run to intercept it a large yell had dotted the landscape from one of the smaller black creatures and one of the golden ones that held a body high into the air for all of the heroes fighting to see, they had a hostage.
Orochi vs. Child Emperor, Genos, Drive Knight, Tatsumaki
With the help of Genos and Drive Knight Child Emperor had believed that fighting the monster king would have been dramatically easier but the monster he seemed to be constantly improving it's on esper abilities now it could summon powerful barriers that would block their attacks but even more than that the monster was able to redirect their attacks back at them being even more dangerous and forcing them to engage the creature in close combat, due to the electricity the monster could emit this proved a rather hazardous move if they get prolonged contact against the two cyborgs, the best option for them to do at this moment was to perform hit and run tactics against the monster to slowly whittle down the monster defense and wear it out which was impossible given it was still attached to the stalk and feeding off the very planet itself, the logically he would have liked to destroyed the entire spire however with the creature's ability he could risk having his emperor nova directed at him or worst yet the people blow him that were still fighting he couldn't spectate what was happening below but he could only just hope that the others were doing ok.
They had a massive boon when Tatsumaki arrived in the fight despite what she had just experienced the girl had still been as confident as ever in taking the monster own by herself and normally after what he's seen of the girl he would have some room to believe her in doing just that and he could support the others down below however she likely wasn't fresh, the girl was way too powerful to simply be healed by the small group that went to help her and to completely prove himself correct the girl after being informed that the monster had to continue and try to receive more power from the planet and her answer was to immediately begin to try and twist the entire thing like before but just as she did so blood suddenly poured out of her mouth and nose causing her to stutter and the monster had attempted to immediately capitalize on the opening and blast her with all of its dragon heads but the other three were there to defend her from the combined 10 dragon head blast.
Despite her brattiness, the girl had to accept that she could use a little hand in cleaning up King's apprentice's mess. Speaking of which, she asked where the person was, and the child emperor told her that he and Flash hadn't been brought back to the surface yet, and radio contact had gone silent as well, but they were working on freeing him from their last known location.
Tatsumkai took a moment of silence, for she had thought that she had managed to create small caverns for them to hide in during her attack. She wasn't completely heartless after all, but maybe that wasn't enough. The girl was stirred by those thoughts when Demon Cyborg spoke about how he was confident that his master was still alive and that he would not No could not be laid low by such a "poultry" attack which immediately got Tatsumaki's power to flare once more before attempting to argue but Child Emperor beat her to it refocusing the two attention to the problem at hand, which was the monster king since they couldn't use tatsumaki to destroy its eternal mechanisms that only left the one true way of beating the creature which was by destroying the entire tower itself shrinking the monster from its power source and draining its power leaving it easier to defeat however child emperor explained that the barrier was in the way and it was likely very protective of its main body and tatsumaki confirmed his suspicions stating that she could sense that the powerful barrier that it originally had erected only around itself was now shielded the very tower itself using the power absorbed to constantly fuel it.
This, however, lay a flaw where tatsumaki could bypass it, she would need some time to build up the necessary power and finesse to do such a strike in her current state and that was fine with the others, they would attempt to gain the monster attention another way the monster wasn't buying it, it continuously focused it's presence solely on Tatsumaki while she builds up a wave of energy to strike her down likely knowing or remembering the threat the girl posed against it, the other three were only chipping away at the flesh of the creature for most of the fight so it opted to ignore their attacks, forcing them to run a defensive screen for Tatsumaki, as the creature continued to blast away,
Genos and Child Emperor worked on that while Drive Knight continued to poke and prod the monster for any other weakness they could exploit but by the three-minute mark Tatsumaki was ready and surprisingly had charged forward evading a barrage of beams of energy before smashing directly into the barrier at full speed, there was a clash of energy and it was the first time the barrier appeared visible to them all, Tastsumaki impacted at the midpoint of the tower and slowly overpowers the psychic waves their creating a small opening for all of them to see and she told the other people to attack at that very moment, given the size of the whole and Tatsuamki being the in the center only drive knight and genos could get a crack at it but it was enough blowing apart half of the tower causing rough pulverization of the rocks that was about to rain downwards but instead tatsumaki lifted each of the falling rocks to fire back up at the main body.
As soon as it was separated from the tower the monster let out another wicked screech this one seemed to even be esper powered and roughly threw all four of them backward from the tower proper, tatsumaki threw each of the rocks at the monster but they were slashed to pieces by the giant monster before it raised both of its swords into the sky and clouds began to form and thrust them downwards as lighting rain down from the sky,
Tatsumaki summoned a barrier to block the strikes as Child Emperor blocked it with his shield, Drive Knight had let the thunderbolt strike him before switching to his rook form and blocking the rest of them, Genos took shelter beneath Tatsumak's barrier and returned fire with his incinerator blast but while the shield was weakened it was still was powerful enough to deflect his attack but more than that the monster had turned his blast around and struck down drive knight breaking apart his bishop form causing him to transform once more into his flying bishop curling around and dodging many of the lighting blast that attempted to strike him before dashing forwards up towards the target and slashing it right across the arms causing it to drop them in response.
The lighting struck him at the tips of the blade and filtered down its body before the creature almost seemed to vanish from sight. Tatsumaki yelled a warning toward the Child Emperor, saying that it was behind him. His sensors caught up a moment later, but it was too late to put up much of a defense, so he took one movement he learned from King and actually broke apart his suit, allowing him to completely dodge the blow before reconnecting himself a short distance away. Child emperor couldn't believe what he just saw and he asked Kaminari and Volten about what he just saw after watching the video he wasn't imagining things the monster just used the teen's bolt ability like it was its own, which was why it summoned the storm not to just to attack but charge the very air with electrons allowing it to move all within the enclosed space at super speed even with its bulk and he warned everyone of that fact,
the monster seemed to be learning from them so they needed to be careful and just as he said that he noticed the monster had taken on another change this time, the dragons that had been sorted under it turned into two massive arms before it used the bolt ability again, this time to close in directly in front of the flying drive knight before attempting to blast him directly with almost no time to dodge Drive Knight elected to let himself fall switching back into his more durable bishop form and dropping from the sky this combined with Tatsumkai altering the path of the blast allowed him to get off completely scott free from the massive blast of energy and into the waiting arms of genos that caught him as he fell.
The monster changed its targets back towards Tatsumaki, again bolting forwards at a fast pace but it had stopped abruptly before being able to make it too far before being repelled by Child Emperor since he knew how the ability worked it was simple to counter and the only way for him matching the charge state so that instead of being attracted it would be replaced instead forcing the monster back and allowing him the chance to use the same ability to charge forwards unlike it, he could change on the fly while it likely required to be struck by lighting again to do so or at least that what he hopes, he appeared behind the large monster and struck out with his saber but his attack was halted by one of the beast large hands before attempting to use the other one to blast his mech in the face. Before it could do so, however, that hand was completely sliced off as Driveknight had come back into the fight—not just Drive Knight but both Drive Knight and Genos. The two had combined into a new state.
tactical combination Dragon King: Promoted Rook
The two cyborgs fused into one larger machine with genos at the head and Drive Knight at the center rocket booster decorated the back of the machine which allowed it to fly even faster than before and with that increased speed used its now large sword to completely sever the creatures head that was holding onto brave giant, this allowed child emperor to escape using bolt again but the monster was still right on top of him surprisingly it's dragon weapon aimed dead center at his head but as the blast fired it seemed to explode directly inside of the monsters arms causing a massive explosion that rocked Child Emperor backward instead, Tatsumaki had channeled a bit of her psychic power like a thread and place it inside of the firing mechanism so when it fired it would be blocked causing it to explode on its self.
The creature dragon heads were now all completely gone, but the monster king wasn't going to give up just yet. The spare rubble along its main body as fast projectiles to fire off at each of them, both Genos and Child Emperor, had destroyed the rocks shot at them while Tatsumaki redirected hers back at the monster, leaving a cloud of dust in its wake. A large beam shot out of the smoke, and everyone rushed to avoid its main body as the smoke cleared its body had undergone another transformation. This one was in the shape of an elongated moth of some kind. It had grown another set of winds along its snake-like body and grew two more arms along it as well, now possessing six arms, each a little bit more space out than previously, and a tail that ended with a rather large dragon head on the tip of it. The final fight seemed to have started to begin, Child Emperor thought, as the three of them faced off against the Monster King once more.
Rear Guard
The arrival of the reinforcements to the main fighting was seen as a relief to some of the onlookers and a negative to the others, mostly the disciples. Okamaitachi found it completely unfair that Sweet Mask was able to participate in the fighting but the others couldn't, and the small black monsters didn't seem to warrant them sitting on the sidelines. She attempted to rally support from the teens as well, but they had understood the reasoning behind why they weren't allowed in the fighting; they simply didn't know if the monsters had any tricks up their sleeves, and if they did, then they would likely just be in the way instead of being more of the help they wanted them to be. This hypothesis was proven slightly true when the multiplying monster seemingly fused with itself and created a stronger version of itself. Iaian noted that each of those individuals seemed to be as strong as a puri-puri prisoner or tank-top master of courses in comparison to some of the others; it still meant nothing as they were easily defeated.
The none-killing army took their eyes off the battle for a moment to welcome in the return of mina and they all went to check her over to see if she was alright and other than being pretty tired from the fighting she seemed to be in good health however her boyfriend couldn't stay around to accompany her very long as it was his turn to go help out from Koda's request to go and talk to Darkshine, this got everyone in the groups attention as none of them had been able to see Darkshine since the start of the battle and they asked if the man was alright furakuro only explained that it a was complicated because he was completely fine which was the reason that they were bringing kirishima along this only drew more questions from the group but furakuro didn't want to waste time answering all of them so he elected to tell them later after he got Kirishima to where he was supposed to be, the group agreed and watched as the bird took the red head boy and flew off high above the sky but not high enough to come in contact with the fighting that was happening near the tropopshere.
Some would have thought that the battle high up there would end soon with the appearance of tatsumaki but they guest the girl was more hurt than they initially thought she was going to be so they continued at the edge of their seats as they watched the battle unfold, things seemed to be going well that was until the one in the center had started to act blanketing the landscape in hundred of small light spheres that forced the heroes to defend themselves while the creature continued to merge this time taking even more of itself inside of it before four large golden versions dotted the landscape completely stopping the fighting for a brief moment, the first display of strength for the four monsters was the complete annihilation of the Neith's super machine something even the disciples were surprised at, none of them were able to beat the training machine that neith had lent them even working together as a team so these guy's definitely was the real deal.
The battle continued but there had been five main quadrants to the battle that had been more than before the fighting with the teens versus the light wielder which was mostly a stalemate and the four golden beings fighting each of their targets and for the most part the heroes had been holding their own fairly well each of them it was a rough start for them but they had seemingly recuperated and were doing fine the only pause was placed on the fight with Sigismund and this was mainly due to the fact that the power set he chose to use was dangerous they wanted to tell them of that but a freak storm above almost completely shut off communications for the moment leaving them mostly deaf for the moment unable to get into contact with the team in the field, and their worst fears came to fruition when the younger teen had started to slow in his movements and he became more and more loopy, this was the telltale sign of being sato's quirk drawback he was crashing down, when they first saw what the boy planned Sero questined why he chose that instead of someone else power especially green saviors bushidrill added and Shoji explained that it was the most straight forwards and easy to use of their abilities while offering the greates boost to strength.
He couldn't use Midoirya's abilities since they were not naturally his, which confused the disciples as they assumed that all of them weren't natural abilities. Okamaitachi even asked if that meant that they were truly monsters, but the class simply told them that they were aliens. Of course, this gained a few side glances, but they were adamant in saying that was the truth of the matter, and the group rolled with it for the moment. The class focused on the fight between Shen and the golden being he had the advantage but he couldn't finish the fight even within the twenty-five-minute time frame the boy knew of his weakness and even attempted to correct it by swallowing another sugar pill but he too hasty to do so and did it at an unsafe distance causing him to get punched and the pills to scatter off into the distance the fighting lasted a couple of more seconds before finally the power wore off and Shen was left in a catatonic state but worse then even that his monster transformation completely faulted as his real body fell to the floor completely down, the monster seemed to be about to crush him until it looked over to the other fights and thought better of it instead taking him hostage and calling out to the other heroes present in a large deep voice, that Jiro could even pick up from that distance it told all of them to stand down or he would kill the boy.
Just a big man and his dog: Darkshine, Rover, Koda, Aki, and Kirishima
Darkshine had been mentally panicking the entire time he had been on the surface. He just couldn't believe what had happened to him; he lost; he was defeated, but more than that, he couldn't believe that Garou may have been right; he may have just been a fraud the entire time. When he was underground, he had just curled himself up into a ball next to the dog, who seemed to be going through something similar. For some reason, he felt at peace with the dog. Maybe he ran into a strong hero who put fright into him and didn't want to fight anymore.
He felt incredibly sorry when the dog had been suddenly yanked away from him, but the fear that ran through his mind at the sludge coming for him completely overthrew his minor anger at the dog being hurt, so he simply decided to run and run as fast as he could away from the threat and away from everything. The child was already captured, so he didn't need to be there anymore, and the other heroes could handle the rest. But the rumbling of the cave completely caught him by surprise, but at least the sludge stopped chasing after him, and so there he sat, content to just stay in that small little cave.
He was sure that Tatsumaki had been the one to create it; she was the only one who could do such wide-scale destruction. It was fitting for how he was at that point, and he was fully prepared to just lay there and do nothing, whatever happened to him at that point, but life seemed to have different plans for him as he suddenly found his world covered in black. Was he eaten? Did that sludge come back for him, and did it absorb him? Well, it didn't matter to him much either way; he likely couldn't fight it, so he might as well go with the flow.
He didn't seem like he was being digested and was just being moved with any hope he could go where that large dog was before, but of course, things weren't that simple as he soon had visitors none other than Metal Bat and Zombie Man. As well, it was then that he realized what had happened: Pig God must have eaten him and was going to get him and the rest of the guys out of there, and for a moment, his fear and anxiety grew at just the thought of it all. The world still seemed to be rumbling outside, and he didn't want to go out there; he didn't want to have to die.
When he was finally thrown up outside of the monster he could finally see again but luckily it seemed they were in the rear guard and part of him was hopeful that meant the fighting was over but as the conversation drew on he dreaded that it wasn't apparently a few of the cadre had survived so they were making a plan to fight them, when they initially came out one of the cadre had been present and he was so scared of the thing that he didn't even bother helping the clean up of the clones of the monster, when he saw the others head off he had thought that he would use that opportunity to make himself sparse and disappear from the battlefield however they werern't gone long and their he was sat in the center of the formation once more before he could work up the nerve to say much of anything the heavens opened up and revealed someone even a strong as tatsumaki being defeated and when that was clear he was about to definitely leave but before he could he found himself right dab in the center of it all, the only thing he could do at that point was to stay with the heard and look for an opportunity to leave and as the water jet made his way towards their postion he could only hope that the opportunity happens really soon.
When the water monster stopped looking at them, he felt the threat pass, but then the small black creature came back again, and a bunch of them, almost like ants, surrounded them completely. He nearly got down on his knees and prayed right then, but then the dog came, and the two of them seemed to stare at each other. Darkshine didn't know if he was just seeing things, but the dog seemed to wink At him. Maybe he was looking for messages that weren't there, but seeing this as his only chance to have a real reason to leave, he decided to risk it as the dog opened fire directly at him. Bat attempted to get in the way of the attack but he moved him and deflected it himself and it was light, he could tell in comparison to taking the attack from before this one was lighter so he may not have been imagining things as he deflected the attack upwards and pointed a thumb to his left in front of his chest and the dog slightly nodded its head before it fired another "attack" at him and the two of them started to run away from the main fighting the dog continued to make it look good as he did so firing at where he was not where he would be which to maybe a keen observer would have been suspicious but hopefully no one would go and investigate as the two continued their run going so far as to go around and put the spire in between the two of them before eventually where they were about 3-4 kilometers away that he finally decided to call it quits and just chill out. The dog immediately started to lick him, its large tongue actually covering over his entire body before he brushed it off and rubbed along the creature's snout, and then the two of them lay there just like they were before underground.
They didn't want to fight anymore, and with this, no one would force them to. Part of his dark mind wanted him to go farther, maybe even to the outskirts where they could circle around the tire ghost town and head into C-city, but despite his fear, something was keeping him there, but it didn't really matter to him as he just looked out into the open sky as he contemplated what he should do and what Garou said about him.
Despite the battles going on everything around him was a quiet silence and he took the moment to really look around he could see the destruction that had happened and he simply shrunk in even further in on himself if Tatsumaki had to use this much strength against an enemy he couldn't imagine facing such a foe head on and it was still out there up in the sky, he briefly looked up in that general directions he couldn't see very well since it was so high up but he could tell that the battle had started to get more and more vicious as time went on, even the dog was still shivering likely because it could start to hear the fighting happening and before long even he could as well from both the sky and land. Again, his thoughts started to spread, and he argued that maybe he should just leave the area entirely.
Just as he thought that and was about to ask Rover if it wanted to leave as well someone appeared before them, two people one of them was actually a monster which told him that whoever had come with him had to be one of the non-killing army members which did save him having to prevent a fight from breaking out however first thing he had to do was ward rover off and tell them to inform him that they were friendly stopping him from shooting out one of those heat blasts at the duo before settling back down in a seated position, the two of them approached him somewhat skeptical more looking towards the large dog instead of himself as he did so, he doesn't really remember this member that well but he knew who he was training under which were Metal Bat and his partner was apparently the bear that he would often be seen traveling with but now she was more human than before could it have been shapeshifting of some kind?
"Darkshine…ummm….what's happening here?" Koda asked
"Please don't tell the others... it's just... I don't want to fight anymore; I quit... It's just too much for me." Darkshine remarked silently as he sat back down, there was a brief pause before Koda took that in, he didn't know how to respond to that and he could see why furakuro was so confused about this situation, part of him was more than a bit angry at the man just giving up when his friends were still out their fighting even despite the danger but he could understand how something could be a bit overwhelming to anyone especially things at this scale the entire ghost town had been reduced to rubble dwarfing what happened to Kamino in their world but he assumed that this worlds heroes would have been used to things like that, especially the S-class but this could be something unexpected even to them so he wouldn't judge the man too harshly he would leave him to Kirishima as he confirmed that he wouldn't tell the others at least any yet but he would have Kirishima talk to him more about this before he continued next to the cadre beside him.
Aki was full-on in defensive mode and never took her eyes off the creature ever since they arrived staying close by him and staying in front of him as well so that they could get out of dodge anytime they could, the dog for its part was completely unbothered at all it vaguely sniffed in their direction and Aki actually growled in response but again the dog was unbothered likely because of the massive gap it in the strength between them, Rover was a cadre which meant that it was a dragon meaning it was at least in the 1000s range on the VGS and Aki even with her recent increase in strength was only rated a 20, there would be no fight if the two of them fought or angered the dog it would simply be a massacre but it seemed to be listening to darkshine so it would be best not to push the man and have the dog take it the wrong way and thinking so much on that he turned to the dog and spoke to it using his anivoice.
{Are you turning against the monsters?} Koda asked, and the dog tilted its head side to side for a moment before responding.
{I just don't want to be hit anymore; I just wanted to be a good boy, but a bald man hit me, hurt badly, ran away, found a bat man, then he hurt me and told me to go away, so I did. I ran and hid.} The dog remarked back.
{Ok, was he the bald man that hurt you badly? Is that why you're listening to him?} Koda asked, and the dog looked down towards Darkshine before looking back towards him and shaking its head.
{No other bald man wears yellow; this one nice wanted to be friends. Not many want to be my friends. They all just run from me, hurt me, and tell me what to do. I follow because I want to be a good boy, but they still hurt me. Friends don't hurt me, similar to energy friends. He was also nice to me; he never hurt me; he said he was a friend; and an energy friend said friends don't hurt friends. I hope he's ok; I didn't see him on the surface or fighting against women} rover replied before hanging its head in sadness, and Koda nodded at that. He guessed the monster also had its attachments, after all, but thinking more about it, that energy friend could be an energizer. But before he could question his hypothesis, Darkshine's sudden shout almost completely took his attention off of the dog creatures' rudeness and force.
"Hey! Don't try to control him. That's messed up; he isn't hurting anyone; let him be. Darkshine shouted from the side suddenly.
"I can't control monsters; I can only talk to them." Koda replied simply.
"Talk? What were you guys talking about?" Darkshine asked.
"He was saying that he found you as a friend and doesn't want to hurt his friends." Koda replied simply, and Darkshine actually smiled at that before he could pat the dog on the side, which the dog nuzzled into him in response. Aki sort of relaxed at the display before everyone again turned to a new arrival before coming in which was none other than, the red-headed teen was cautious with the dog and both Koda and Darkshine remarked to it that he was a friend as well which immediately cooled its temper, it even expressed that it never had this many friends before and his tale started to wag to and fro really quickly even asking if any of them wanted to play but given the circumstances,
they couldn't indulge the dog in its behavior mainly replying that it was a bad time, Koda immediately went to furakuro and asked it to fly back and asked neith to put the energizer on the comms once she was finished working on it, he knew that she would likely be working on fixing that situation as he tried to radio in but only got static in return before he left, however, the bird creature remarked that the fighting had been heating up on the other end and one of the heroes had been taken hostage so they needed help.
Kirishima, seeing that Darkshine was OK, immediately asked Darkshine to go and help him, but the man told him, just like he told Koda, that he was done fighting, especially if there was an enemy over there that even Midoriya couldn't handle; he was stronger than him, so him going over wouldn't mean much of anything; he would just get in the way. Kirishima was confused about where all this negativity came from.
As far as he knew, Darkshine was almost always positive and helping others, not just turning away from people, but Darkshine remarked that it was all just a lie. He told him of how Garou had beaten him, the fear he experienced at this very moment, and how he just gave up the fight in hopes of the man just leaving him alone. He wasn't a hero; he had no right to be proud of anything he's done so far; he has no sense of justice or any determination as Garou said; he was just playing hero the entire time.
Kirishima couldn't believe what he was hearing, but maybe he could as he thought more about it. Instead of speaking directly to the man, he set his hands down on the man and used his red riot: Adaptable, their thoughts for a moment merged into one for the moment.
He felt his fear and thoughts of his body not being enough for the battle and the final nail in the coffin was his loss to garou but more importantly the talk with garou, he realized he wasn't a hero and he realized what he actually always wanted in life, he fully understood now and he was much the same way, he could feel Darkshine so he was sure Darkshine could feel him as well, he could have been just like him once upon a time, soon after he uncovered his unbreakable form he thought that he was invincible and nothing could hurt him but that soon after he one punch was all it took to completely break him like it was nothing if it hadn't been for his teacher that was with him he would imagine that he would be like he was just right now thinking back to how he was young and pitiful but his word spoke to me, he told me.
"You've got to be unbreakable! If your spirit is too, then you're really done! Eliminating villains is about making them lose the will to fight as quickly as possible."
I took that and got up again. Darkshine, Darkshine, your spirit is cracked, but it is not completely broken. You can rise again from this before it is too late. Despite being scared, you still felt the need to stay here and see the battle through. You care for the others. Do you think you're not fit to be a hero because of your fear?
Well, that's not true. All of us are scared. My idol, someone I even named myself after "Crimson Riot," said villains and death are both terrifying, but there was something even scarier to him; it was the final expressions of the dead, and the torment of failing to save them was even worse. Do you think you can't be a hero because you don't have a dedicated sense of justice and are in it mainly to make yourself feel better? Well, my best friend is very much the same way; he wants to be the number one hero so badly that he's obsessed with being strong and being the victor, probably more than he does about helping people, and I still think he's an awesome hero, so you can be a hero too! Be a hero to yourself.
You proved to yourself when you were weak that you can become strong, and that hasn't been taken away from you. Now you can make another bet with yourself to become even stronger and to keep improving! When I was cracked, I rebuilt myself to be better, and you can do the same! Your muscles aren't cracked, and they urge you to continue to move forward. Don't let your spirit fall before your body, because that will only prove your old self right. You wanted to test yourself, and now that you know where your limits are, you can move past them, become even stronger, and shine even brighter than ever before. You just need to keep moving forward, not for justice but for yourself, like you always have done!
The contact between them lasted only but a few moments in real time but darkshine had suddenly risen to his full height and exclaimed to the heavens that he wasn't done yet and he wouldn't go out like that and Kirishima roared with that same enthusiasm but it was koda that halted the two from charging into the situation proper and just making matters worse given the situation however they had a plan of actions, of course, this plan also involved rover and if the dog would go along with it, the excited dog was also eager to participate if not for the fact that energizer had told the dog it could trust the teens and if it helped they would likely be its friend however he left the decision up to the dog and after a moment it agreed to help them out. With that out of the way, they could now proceed forward with their plan, and despite Koda's slight protest, Kirishima wanted to accompany Darkshine along his way, as well as ensure that Sigismund was safe and secured before they headed out towards the fighting. While Furakuro had come to pick Koda up, the forest general was already on board, but Aki would have to tread behind on the ground.
Main fighting force
The capture of Sigismund came as a shock to all of the heroes, and despite their best interests, they all stopped fighting, simply raising their hands into the air as the large golden being held the small teen by his head. As everyone turned to look toward it, it soon began to speak.
"I was honestly surprised that even with multiple mergers of $10 trillion, we would need to fall back on these small, dirty little tricks, but since we had the opportunity, we could as well use them. If any of you make a single move, I'll scramble this brat's brains like an egg." The golden being remarked as he started to raise the boy even higher into the air. The other golden beings had used the opportunity to score hard blows against each of their opponents, slamming them backward from the creation divots in the earth. Blood erupted from Midoriya's mouth as he was punched backward, and Metal Bat was punched in the face and then slammed into the ground before being tossed clear into the air. The sword saints were all dealt a savage blow that sent them flying backward, but each of them knew that something was wrong. Each of them should have been dead from that attack, not just knocked back.
Atomic Samurai looked towards Saren, and the monster was completely bloody and beaten. Blood poured out of his head and his mouth, and his third hand seemed broken at an awkward angle, but at a hardened stare, he could finally see the mist of his magic trickling off it, like small, nearly imperceptible lines unless you're exactly looking at it that traced it's way to all of the rest of the sword saints. Could he be?
Atomics's train of thought was halted along with the assault of the golden monster when, suddenly, in the air emerged a large ball of energy. This massive light sphere was aimed directly at the three teens that had fallen towards the ground. The man had been standing a distance away, charging the large blast of energy.
"You fools would honestly throw away your lives all for the sake of one of your members? Especially a monster one at that," the homeless emperor remarked.
"That's just the difference between us and you all; I'm sure you idiots will just try to kill each other once we're gone." Bakugo snapped back, and the homeless emperor and many black sperm paused at that before responding.
"We will cleanse the earth once you're gone, so it will not matter," the homeless emperor remarked.
"Dodging the question suggests that we are correct, and you all know it as well," Todoroki remarked, glancing around towards the other individual black sperm.
"Don't worry about us; we can take care of ourselves; the hopeless emperor over there wouldn't even think about betraying me unless he wanted to die that badly," one of the black sperm remarked.
"Enough talking; you three will be the first to die." The homeless emperor threat was cut off with a gunshot. The bullet didn't go through the man's head or even his body, but it did skim along the man's face, drawing blood and shedding off some of the man's hair. He got the man even angrier than before as he spun around on the spot.
"You dare!" Homelessness emperor yelled
"Hey! Don't try something like that again, or this brat is history!" The golden being spoke, and another one of the golden beings threw a metal bat's bat at him, striking him in the gut and completely blowing it out in the process.
"Yeah, finish the fight with me first before you go off attacking. I wouldn't have thought "God's" champion would be so much of a coward." zombieman accused with a smirk, enraging the man even more.
"Fine I'll give you what you wish for zombieman; you won't be able to regenerate from this former immortal hero. Now die!" The man yelled before shooting his finger forward, and with that, the light sphere soon followed at a rather quick pace. The large sphere of light was unavoidable, and the zombieman honestly didn't know if he would survive. He guessed it was time to find out how immortal this immortal series was, huh?
He thought a bit bittersweetly, but something else happened in that same intense moment. Multiple black tendrils rose from the ground and were stabbed into his body. It cut him mostly in half; his head remained intact. However, before pulling him deep into the ground, it was a little rough, but he guessed he couldn't complain too much about it. Zombie Man thought it might be unnecessary, but he guessed it was better to be safe than sorry. Green Savior lives up to his name, he thought before his world went dark with gravel.
As the attack cleared and started to progress forward, creating a large divot into the ground and clearing a large pathway into the distance, everyone was shocked when the reveal happened, and zombieman was completely gone with nothing left of the man there. The only thing that survived the attack was none other than the metal bat's bat. The teen offered a small laugh at one of the golden monsters, which got him another punch in the face that dragged him through the ground once more as the monster went to retrieve the bat from the ground. He picked up the bat and was stunned by how the thing wasn't even hot from the attack that vaporized the ground for miles on end. The thing may truly be unbreakable, but the monster realized this and switched his tactic; now he would instead use it to kill its former owner. Who knows, given that, from what he's seen so far, the largest light sphere he's seen homeless Emperor use was ineffective, it could come in handy.
The monster took a casual look back at the homeless emperor, and their eyes met for one moment. The golden sperm attempted to play off the fact that he was disappointed that the bat managed to survive before going over toward the next victim. He was about to swing the bat down at the man before something stopped him—a threatening sound.
THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP
"This sound, it's king!" one of the golden sperm remarked as all of the monsters turned to look at the man standing on top of a high hill, staring down at everyone.
"I heard he took down the elder centipede with one shot; this will be troublesome," one of the golden beings remarked as they looked at him.
"Not just that, it was his disciple that took down Orochi," another of the golden beings remarked.
"Man, he pisses me off. He was just watching the entire time. Come on, let's fight; it's going to be a hell of a satisfying beating the world's strongest man." A black sperm remarked, splitting its head amongst itself.
"Wait a minute; we shouldn't act hastily. Right in front of us is the hero association's strongest fighter; he is the greatest obstacle; we should be more than with Tatsumaki at full power; just like her, we need to do this together." Another golden being was noted as multiples of the golden sperm separated from their targets and started to move closer together, abandoning their initial targets and focusing their full attention on the legendary hero.
"Fu..." was the only thing the king could say, which mistakenly made the monster believe that he was laughing at him.
"Oi, did he just laugh at us? Just because he's a little strong, he thinks he can look down on us!" One of the black sperm yelled out, but King was paying no attention to any of it, as he was in his head.
Oh, shit shit shit shit shit shit... Even if they were all in danger, why did I think I could save them? What was I even thinking of suggesting? These guys are the real deal there, in such a class of strength that they won't be intimate by the value of my name alone. Please, please, have this work... I don't want to die.
Rear Guard
10 minutes earlier
The rear guard, who had been completely on edge, had abject looks of utter horror at how the fight was transpiring. All of them wanted to help in the fighting but couldn't find a way to. Now that they had a hostage, the situation seemed utterly lost, but the sound of a sudden heartbeat suddenly gave them hope that the situation could be changed around as they followed it to its source, which was King, the strongest hero. The man had a clear look of anger on his face. He was mad that he failed to beat Orochi, feeling like he lost in a game, which was the first time in his life that he failed at a videogame. Just behind him, his controller was shattered on the ground, but Mineta was quick to hide it away from the sight of others.
Neith explained the situation that had been happening on the front lines and asked if the monster king had been defeated. The heartbeat had gotten even louder than before, and he responded negatively, but the Child Emperor's help arrived, so the situation was still under control, or at least he hoped so. The disciples quickly requested that the king make his way to the frontlines to help their master and everyone else and to the shock of Mineta, the man completely agreed without even a moment's hesitation, even starting to move forward. Mineta had run in the opposite direction and then called the man on the phone.
"What are you doing!?" Mineta nearly screeched in the man's ear.
"I'm going to help the others," King replied again in a serious voice, but despite that, Mineta knew the truth.
"And how are you going to do that? You're going to get yourself killed!" mineta replied
"I can buy them time... You were right; I can't just keep hiding away from it anymore and potentially get people killed because I refused to tell the truth. Now it's time for me to use the lies around me to my advantage for a noble cause for once in my life." King replied( in actuality, King simply wanted to investigate if his "fighter" was still operational and could still be used to fight, not liking the taste of losing his "game".).
"You picked the worst time to be heroic," Mineta replied, a bit teary.
"A hero is not defined only in battle; they also inspire. They bring hope for a new horizon. They return faith to the faithless. If I'm a hero in any way, then the courage of my heart shall be unmatched, and I will stand with them, even though they may be S-class heroes. I am one as well, and heroes don't abandon their own," the king replied simply, and the sniffling on the other side increased before Mineta spoke again.
"I know that's probably from some game or something, but... what you're doing is truly something heroic. Don't worry, I won't let you go alone out there; we will help out. Just be careful. and I'll also have to tell my friends your secret goodbye!" Mineta remarked quickly before cutting off the phone call, getting to work, and texting the group chat, not wanting to risk leaks over the communications network. As King started to make his approach towards the fighting, the closer and closer he came to the battlefield, the more his anger at losing faded. When the large ball of energy eclipsed him, not several meters away, he nearly shut down completely, but he made it that far and the others would be coming to support him, so he couldn't turn back now as he created the edge of the large manufactured hill and used his heart condition to blast it on full blast for all of the monsters below to hear.
Present
The King Engine To monsters is a symbol of terror that signifies certain death; however, for the dragon-level cadres of the monster associations who have absolute faith in the power they possess, it was merely a shot of adrenalin to set their fighting spirits ablaze.
"He's not moving?" One golden sperm remarked.
"He's waiting for one of us to make the first move." Another golden sperm answered.
"How does he fight anyway?" Any ideas, homeless?" A black sperm asked
"No clue; out of all the heroes, King is the only one with an abnormal lack of battle data. He's also very good at manipulating information, but he's touted as the strongest man for a reason, it seems. Though we may have hostages, they say the king can make monsters lose consciousness without even touching them. We may be strong, but we cannot let our guard down," the homeless emperor responded.
"Keh, who's this? Don't lump us all together," the black sperm argued back.
"...now then. I'll test it out." The homeless emperor remarked
"Oh? Test? Test what exactly?" King asked with a casual look.
"King. test out how someone like you would respond to my attacks." The homeless emperor replied
"Oh? By the way, what would happen if I touched that light?" King asked
"Normally, you would be vaporized." The homeless emperor replied.
"I see," King responded casually, unimpressed, earning the monster anger.
"First, I'll blast that relaxed smile off your face," the homeless emperor responded before starting to point his finger forward.
"Wait! Haven't you noticed yet?" King asked, halting the firing motion.
"Noticed? Noticed what?" homeless emperor asked.
"Under your feet, there are a lot of loose rocks around where you're standing... It's dangerous; you better be careful. You didn't pay attention, so I felt like telling you," King replied.
Homeless Emperor Mind went spiraling at the seemingly nice gesture before he started to read between the lines of what the man was saying. He had seen through his light spheres attack if he insisted on continuing with his attack. Does he think that his current distance will be enough to avoid his retaliation? What he's doing—downright suicide—is what he's trying to say. Even though this would be a good time to test him, this was also a good time for the king to test himself. He could easily find his weak spot in his defenses and kill him in an instant, but that was close. This guy has spread his antenna all throughout the battlefield! But now that he's read through the lines, he's a bit more confident.
"Heh, so you finally gave me a glimpse. You seem to have thought you kept your cards hidden well, but today I'll show everybody the real you." The homeless emperor spoke out. King's mind flipped, thinking the man knew that he was just an average, no-scratch, below-average guy, and he started to
"The real me?...heh, just a regular human." King remarked simply, The homeless emperor completely froze with his mouth agape. He couldn't believe that King was able to deduce so much about him that, without his powers, he was nothing more than the average man. Was it the doing of the zombieman—the scar on his face? Was he watching the battle the entire time without any of them knowing? Either way, as he looked around at the black sperm and golden sperm all looking at him, he needed to silence the man quickly before they put it together if they hadn't already.
"It's too dangerous to let him talk anymore. Let's finish him off." The shouts of the homeless emperor quickly died down as the massive energy sphere over his head completely winked out of existence, and he started to froth at the mouth. All of the sperm looked at the man in shock as his body rapidly began to twitch and shake before collapsing to the ground.
Everyone was in complete shock. Some of the black sperm went over to the man and began to look him over.
"What are you doing, hopeless emperor? Weren't you going to erase humanity? Once this man is dead, your job gets a lot easier. What are you getting cold feet for?" one of the black sperm required before kicking the man in the side for his transgression, that black sperm also began to froth and foam at the mouth, but unlike the homeless emperor that one had dropped dead, not even having time to split apart, hundreds of him died on the spot. Everyone seeing that began to make space against the twitching man, and soon all eyes turned back to King, who was equally shocked by the incident but tried to hide it with a sly smile like he knew that that was going to happen.
"Hey! Hey! What did you do to him?" One of the black sperm yelled out suddenly towards the king.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" King said with a smug voice.
"He was a wuss anyway; we'll take you on!" One of the black sperms remarked that at that moment, King uncrossed his arms, but more than that, what seemed to be dozens of clones of King had started to emerge from him. The sound of the King's engine multiplied almost a hundredfold as well. The clones surrounded the area; they were in an elastic band, seemingly coming off their bodies with streaks of light.
"Bring it on? Is that what you're trying to say? fine by me!" A black sperm remarked
Some of the black sperm made moves to punch the strands along with the clones and exit out of the way of the encompassing circle of clones, only to have them burn to a crisp as they touched it, causing all of them to group up. Some of the black sperm started to rise higher, attempting to jump over the elastic strands just to slam into an invisible wall of nothing and come back down, collapsing and dying, forcing all of them to look towards the king once more.
"So this is your ability, huh, king? So you're the range type? You must not be good at close range." A golden sperm spoke before taking a few steps closer to the man, but suddenly he found himself floating upwards. Did he jump at the man, and he didn't know it? His head was hurting like it was filled with static, and he shook it once to attempt to clear it, but nothing was working.
All of the black sperm stared up into the air, completely shocked, as one of the golden sperm started to float up at a slow and steady pace before it just seemed like it rocketed upwards. clearly out of sight, the black sperm attempted to come together to stop it, but they seemed to be shaved downwards again by an invisible force, but this time force struck along an area in the ground, making a couple of the black sperm dodge out of the way as the invisible attack continued.
"I'll give you 10 minutes to stand down," King remarked as he placed his hands in the forward position in front of himself.
"I'll do you one better; how about you stand down or this kid gets it?" the golden sperm holding Sigismund remarked, exemplifying his point by constricting his hand on the teen helmet, completely shattering the glass, and revealing the boy's face.
"You wouldn't do that... That's the only reason you're still alive." King remarked that his confidence was being boosted by the events once shock started to settle in.
"Try me… We still have Orochi up their fighting. I don't need to beat you; just stall you until he can get down here and kill you. I assume that whatever happens can only happen inside of this ring of yours, so anyone outside of it can still stand a chance against you. Given that none of the heroes on the ground have been affected, it may be movement- or threat-based, so if we don't move against you, then you can do nothing but stand there." The golden being remarked with smugness, and there was a slight pause indicating that the sperm was right, but then the King started to laugh.
"So you figured that much out, huh? In that case, all of you will have to die; I can't selectively choose who this move hits. Some of the heroes might be collateral, but I can't let a single one of you get away with what you know! So here is my ultimate technique: king-style energy wave ultimate hellfire burst wave motion cannon!" King yelled; of course, he knew no such move. It was just a bluff, but all he needed to say was a few more seconds, and his act would be over, and the thing that spelled the end of his little play was none other than an overgrown rover.
The large black dog completely bashed into the scene, shattering the line of clones and things alike. The look of shock on his face was completely genius, as he was not told the nature of what would come into the circle that would break it, and he thought that something had gone wrong and a monster had beat them to it. He was going to die here now. Would it help if he got down on his knees and begged? Or could he run away? The true ultimate king-style technique is fleeing backward B-dash, but he definitely couldn't outrun them. What will he do?
"Look, the rings are gone. That means Rover broke the King's move!" A black sperm remarked
"Yeah, that means we were right; it is weak on the outside; heh, it looks like it's game over, king." One of the golden beings remarked, but suddenly the entire world went dark for both monsters and humans alike. Everyone questioned what was happening, but just as soon as it came, it left, allowing everyone to see again, but King was nowhere to be found.
"Whoo, that was close! I almost shit my pants," one of the black sperms remarked, and the three golden beings all agreed with the sentiment internally but did not voice it.
"Good job, Rover. Now that we know how King Ability works, we can easily come up with ways to counter it when we find him again." a golden sperm stated.
"Yes, we won't even need a hostage next time. Speaking of which rover, good boy, you take the hostage and run away. Run away somewhere close by and stay there. I don't think we need to resort to cheap tricks anymore, but it's good to keep him around just in case. Tatsumak is still out there somewhere after all as well," one of the golden beings remarked as he laid the teen down in front of the large dog, which only nodded in response.
"Now that all the heroes are still alive, please form a line and wait for your turn to get killed. We will attend to you three at a time." The third golden being remarked as the three started to make their way towards them, and the S-class heroes did get up, but not in the form of surrender, more as in, like they were about to fight, leaving the three golden confused before suddenly.
Whamm, the golden being closest to the hostage, had been sent flying to the side, crushing multiples of the black sperm. In the process, its face was completely melted—not melted; it almost seemed like it was absorbed as part of its face was completely poking outwards. Everyone turned to the source, who could have possibly done such a thing, only to see a fairy-fearing sight. It was darkshine or a being that looked like darkshine, but instead of the dark-tanned skin, his body was made out of what appeared to be pure gray liquid instead, almost like he was the Terminator, and what was more on top of it, he had a huge hunchback to him that even went over his head.
The dog creature had gently picked the boy up and ran over towards the hero's side before dropping him down next to them and yipping for a moment before an invisible object picked it up and sat on the dog's back. The invisible left to reveal that it was none other than Aoyama, Toru, and Uraraka on top of the dog's back, gave him a thumbs up, and remarked, telling all of them to fight back! Before skipping away on the dog to the utter disbelief of all the black sperm present, Midoriya was the first one to make the first move as he locked his eyes on one of the golden sperm.
"Your next words are "What? Rover betrayed us."" Midoriya commented as his psycho-link was complete.
"What? Rover betrayed us. Huh!?" The golden sperm remarked quickly before he started, startled by the brat being able to completely guess what he was about to say. Midoriya dashed out fast, using the store-up Fa Jin from the monster attacking him. His image told him that the monster would attempt to throw out a right hook, and he followed that image already, dodging out of the way before the attack was thrown. Coming up with an uppercut that knocked the creature high into the air, Midoriya followed the creature up, wrapping the monster up in his back whip and slowing it down with his black whip before pulling the creature towards him and slamming down hard against the creature's face. Pseudo 1,000,000% Detroit quintuple smashes five blows directly delivered to the monster dome. It was after the third blow that the monster's head had completely caved in, and the next two destroyed it, sending the headless body down at an angle further away.
The council of swordsmen also rose to strike, simply going along with the flow. During the intermission happening with King, Nichirin had managed to get the sun blade out; Atom had never actually seen it in action before this. He was told by his teacher that it was actually a living blade and that it would only be unsheathed by a worthy user, which seemed farfetched, but now it seemed tame in comparison to everything that's been happening lately, especially Saren. The blade revealed itself with a nearly blinding glare, but Atomic could feel the power coming off of his teacher as he wielded it. The old man showed impressive speed as he approached the monster, coming through and slicing at the creature with his signature technique.
Iai Rahu-Ashura Slash
Unlike before even with Seran's enhanced blades where they couldn't do much of any damage mostly just inflicting flesh wounds of which they had hoped to kill the monster with death by a thousand cuts, now as the head council member charged and cut through the golden being it had been completely separated into chunks before blowing outwards in a dazzling display but the master didn't go on to the last golden being instead sheathing the sword quickly before breathing heavily the council all went to check if the man was ok but the man explained that he was just tired and explained that the sun blade takes a lot of energy and for someone of his age that's a tall order on him,
he would have given it to Kamikaze to use but he didn't want to give off any unnecessary movement to draw attention to them, atomic samurai's attention was more focused on Saren the monster samurai had been in pretty rough shape being even too weak to fend off against the smaller black monsters that have been attacking him, they had all died in the next moment being seemingly drained off life as they were essentially sucked of life and shriveled up and the man…monster had managed to stand to a knee and look at his direction and only nodding his head signifying that he would be ok.
Darkshine roared a challenge to the creature before dashing forward towards it as it rose to its two feet, darkshine reared back with both of his arms and thrust them forward double super alloy bazooka the golden monster matched both punches with two of its own but when it's fist collided something strange happened it almost seemed like his hands had been absorbed the very being itself he used his strength to rip his arms backward to stop the thing from absorbing him completely both of his hands separated from the resulting pull and he was utterly confused, was this really darkshine or just some monster that had his likeness but whatever it was, it was dangerous to the touch for him but interestingly the same thing wasn't happening to the black sperm they were simply being trampled under foot and not be seemingly absorbed by the material, what was this creature?
As the overgrown rover had approached the battlefield, the group wanted to know what they were up against and who the enemies were so that Darkshine could avoid friendly fire after showing the man who the enemy was. Kirishima could see the look on his face as his confidence immediately faltered, he expressed how the monster was not only bulkier than him but also shining even brighter than he was but Kirishima was there to reconfirm with him, that it would be alright and that he could still win,
while it was shinier it wasn't the dark shine he wanted to achieve expressed that the monster took the easy route of getting that shiny by choosing a bright color like gold which was nothing to his darkshine that he gave off and while he may have been bigger, the two of them together could take him as Kirishima did something with his red riot: adaptable that shook even himself he combined with darkshine and morphed into his body allowing him to stay connected with the man and use his powers.
The darkshines drive to destroy the monster's shine blended into Kirishima and his quirk responded, turning their combined form into something to counter the golden shine which was mercury the metal ate golden material and that's exactly what was happening, every blow landed against the monster absorbed a piece of it into the combination destroying it tearing off its flesh leaving the dark underneath which was not shiny gold as the outer layer, which only served to anger darkshine even more as he pummeled the lying monster who he had remarked had a fake shine and now he was the one shining brightest,
a hard punch to the monster's chest completely absorbed a portion of it leaving a gaping hold there and sending the monster flying backward once the creature slid to a stop on the ground a bunch of smaller black sperms rushed in to help the monster and healed it's wounded but a flung metal bat was already upon them, swing his bat around creating a small air wave that blew them all backward before stepping on the monster chest with a heavy stomp and slamming his bat down over and over again, against its head dragon plumbing, bunch of dust was wicked up from the flurry of attacks before Metal Bat was satisfied and stop the head was completely pulverized and the creature was dead.
The heroes began to fight more against a large number of black clones leaving some even arguing about fusing again this time even more heavily than before but their teamwork was completely non-existent and scattered trying to make sense of the happening moment that was until a lough crash disrupted the fighting and the golden sperm that had been launched into the air came down hard with a resounding crash, it took a moment to get up from the whole it created before looking at the sight before he all three of its brothers laid dead and it was the last left and with that, he took control of the other black sperms and told them that this was done or die either merge or get absorbed it didn't matter to him but these heroes have been having it their way for too long and it was time to end this once and for all with their greatest merger yet.
