Author Notes: Hey, you guys it's me Jerry Ruffin with a brand-new story. Here's a Ben 10 and Date A Live crossover. I read other Ben 10 and Date A Live crossovers two haven't been updated in years. So, I've decided to do one on my own.
This time is merging two universes in one based on a popular cartoon and anime.
The story takes place after Ben 10 Omniverse the Ben 10 characters will have their appearances from Alien Force and Ultimate Alien and Date A Live will take during the Anime.

Chapter 1: Aliens and Spirits
Tokyo International Airport
Outside of the airport it was early afternoon, and the rain was coming down, pouring heavily on the people as they walked around with their luggage, getting into taxis and other vehicles. Among the crowd outside of the airport, a young boy around 16 with brown hair, and green eyes, wearing a green jacket with a number 10 in a black circle on the left side, black-t shirt, blue jeans, black and white tennis shoes, on his left wrist was a green, black, and white square wristwatch with a green and black hourglass symbol on it, is standing there with a backpack and a few suitcases. He sticks his hand out and hails for a taxi, luckily one sees him and drives up to the taxi. The boy puts all of his suitcases and bags into the trunk of the taxi before getting into the back seat.
''Glad that I'm made it here.'' said the boy.
The taxi drove off from the airport as the boy told the driver where to go.
This boy is Ben Tennyson, hero and protector of Earth, savior of the universe, on his left wrist was the Omnitrix the most powerful in the universe, which transformed into various alien species across the universe. Ben has saved Earth and the universe multiple times and defeated countless villains such as Vilgax, the Dagon, Dr. Amigo, Malware, and more. He defeated Maltruant and ended the Time War.
''Ben Tennyson, my son is a big fan of yours.'' replied the taxi driver.
''Thanks, I hoped he doesn't tease me.'' smiled Ben.
''So, what brings you here to Japan?'' asked the driver.
''I'm here to investigate these ' Spatial Quakes or Space quakes.' That been appeared around this city and places in Japan.'' answered Ben.
''Well, the Spatial Quakes had appeared around the city for a long time. No one why. But I'm sure that Ben 10 will find out why they keep appearing.'' smirked the taxi driver.
''Well investigating something from space or anywhere is my job.'' responded Ben with a smirk.
The taxi driver keeps driving until he arrived an apartment building that Ben told him to go.
''Well, here we are.'' stated the driver. As Ben went to the trunk and grabbed his suitcases and bags.
''Thanks, for the ride. Here is your money.'' Ben gave the driver his money.
''Thanks, and good luck out there, Ben 10.'' smiled the taxi driver as he drove off.
Ben caught an elevator up to the third room he went straight to the apartment that was reserved to him by the Plumbers. As he finds his keys under his mat and unlocked the door and walked inside his new apartment and it was a fashion sized place with a nice size TV, a bedroom with a simple bed for at most two, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and a laundry.
''Wow. Grandpa pick up a nice one.'' said Ben with a bright smile.
Ben picked up his suitcases and bags into his apartment and locked the door behind him. Ben then took his bags to his bedroom and unpacked, his things; video games, clothes, snacks, laptop, Plumber data, and everything else. Also, his Spatial Quakes detector made by Azmuth, Blukic and Driba to detect the Spatial Quakes that appeared all over in Japan.
After Ben finished packing his stuff, he was in his kitchen eating pizza that he ordered from Domino's, and it was pepperoni. ''Man, this is good I'm because they American Fast Foods here.'' he replied as he enjoyed his pizza.
The alien hero had looked at his phone and shows that the city he was in was called Tengu City and they have many fun places as well his favorite places Burger Snack and Mr. Smoothies.
''While I'm here I have fun and find out about these Spatial.'' he thought.
Ben started to remember what brings him to Tengu City in the first place.
Flashback...
Ben was in his living room playing Mortal Kombat since he was having a day off because since nothing it was not bad today.
''Man, Mortal Kombat is really good.'' Ben as he continued to play the game.
Suddenly a knock was heard at his front door. Ben paused the game and got up to see he was and opened the door. When he opened the door revealing it was his grandfather Max Tennyson.
''Hey Grandpa, what are you doing here?'' Ben asked his grandfather.
''Ben, I've had a new assignment for you.'' answered Max.
Both Ben and Max sit down on the coach.
''So, what my assignment?'' inquired Ben.
''I need you to head to Japan to investigate things called Spatial Quakes.'' replied Max.
''And what are these Spatial Quakes?'' questioned his grandson.
''Spatial Quakes are like portals linking into our world. 30 years old near the China-Mongolia Border something big happened or something linked in our world it was the first great Spatial Quakes like a dimensional rupture. The Spatial Quakes are similar to explosions, erasing everything in their range without a trace and leaving a crater behind.'' explained Max. ''But the Great Spatial Quakes cause at least 150 incident people to lose their lives. Since then whenever a Spatial Quakes appeared a Spatial Quakes, Alarm detects them, and everyone has to take underground shelters for safety. But the Spatial Quakes left destruction in the area.'' he finished.
''That sounds like horror.'' responded Ben.
''I agree. That's why I need you to head to Japan in a city called Tengu and find why these Spatial Quakes keep means you're gonna stay there a while. '' Max told his grandson.
''Okay but where I can live?'' asked Ben.
''The Plumbers and I have rented you an apartment. We sent everything else to you and as well a Spatial Quakes Detector made by Azmuth, Blukic and Driba for your mission.'' answered Max.
''I guess I'll go pack the rest of my things for my trip to Japan.'' stated Ben.
''Alright then, I'll be going and be careful out there, Ben.'' Max told his grandson.
''I will, Grandpa.'' reported the teen hero.
The next day Ben was outside with his stuff packed while his taxi to the airport was waiting. His parents, Gwen, Kevin, and Rook were there wishing him good luck.
''Well, it's looks I'm off to Tengu City.'' remarked Ben.
''Bye, Ben.'' said his mom, Sandra.
''Be careful out there, son.'' replied his dad Carla.
''Guys, keep Bellwood until I'm get back.'' Ben told his team.
''We have things under control, Ben we'll handle everything while you are gone.'' replied Rook.
''Good luck, Ben.'' responded Gwen.
''And be safe out there, man.'' smirked Kevin.
Ben nodded and hopped in his taxi heading to the airport. Ben was on his flight to Japan.
''I hoped they have really nice places to eat and arcades'' he thought as the plane took off into air towards Tengu City.
Flashback Over...
After Ben finished his lunch and placed the last of his pizza up for dinner. He turned on the TV watching Spider-Man 2 watching where Spider-Man was fighting Doctor Octopus with had Aunt Way,
Ben was enjoying the movie while eating popcorn.
''Man, I'm gonna have Japan until I find out why these Spatial Quakes appeared here.'' Ben said to himself.
Reizen High School
In Class 2-4 where a handsome boy around 16 with straight blue hair and bands down to his neck and amber brown eyes. He is also wearing the school uniform for boys which consists of a white long-sleeved shirt with a black blazer with the school emblem, grey trousers, blue tie with black and grey stripes and black shoes.
This boy is Shido Itsuka who was once a normal high school student who lives in Tengu CIty with his adopted younger Kotori Itsuka who is the Commander of the secret organization Ratatoskr. On the first day of his second year of school for the opening ceremony, Shido and Kotori made a promise to meet at a diner later that day. After school ends for Shodi, a Spatial Quakes alarm sounds throughout the city for the citizens to enter shelter areas immediately after being unable to contact his sister, Shido use his GPS to confirm that she is still within the day according to their promise, he leaves the shelter to find her and doing so, is outside when the Spatial Quakes occurs and creates a giant crater, thus meeting a purple hair in purple armor Spirit in the center whose code name Princess by the AST or Anti-Spirits Team who mission to kill all Spirits.
Spirits are extraterrestrial beings from another world whose arrival is preceded by a Spatial Quakes which he learned from his sister and his power to steal away Spirits' powers by making them fall in love with him and kissing them. On the day of his training the Princess Spirit appeared at the school. Shido makes a connection with Princess and names Tohka. The AST shows up in the air around the part of the school destroyed by the Spatial Quake the AST angers Tohka from long range with their rifles to kill her. Shido's popular classmate Origami Tobiichi assume that Tohka is holding him hostage, Origami battles Tohka in close combat, but she gets injured.
After the incident Shido and Tohka went on their date enjoying a lot of food and after Origami attacks Tohka, she kisses Shido while they were glide down to the cliff edge as Tohka's Astral Dress disappeared and sealing her powers away in the process.
''Shido!'' yelled a feminine voice and the door to the classroom slips opened and at the door was a girl with very long, dark purple hair in the same shade as the color of the night. She partially ties it back into a ponytail with a ribbon while still letting much of her hair fall to her knees. Her eyes are dark purple which are described as crystal-like and have a golden tint. She was a school uniform for girls along with a apron.
This girl is Tohka Yatogami the very same Spirit has Shido has met since she first on Earth.
''I make these things called 'cookies!'' exclaimed Tohka. She placed her tray of cookies on Shido's deck. ''We were barking during cooking class and the other students taught me how! So do you wanna to try one?'' she asked.
''Uh, sure. I'd love to, thanks.'' answered Shido while the rest of the class were looking at him.
Then a girl came into the classroom, and she was attractive with short, silvery-white hair arranged in a bob cut with three hairclips in the right part of her hair and blue eyes. This is Origami Tobiichi a classmate of Shido and a Wizard of the AST, determined to avenge her parents by killing all Spirits.
''Hey Tobiichi.'' said Shido.
Tohka turned around to see Origami with an angry look. ' Huh? 'No way you get out! Be careful Shido; that witch is gonna do more damage!'' she cried.
Then Origami. ''I'm so sorry.'' she apologized. Both Shido and Tohka paused. ''Oh, although I know that an apology is hardly enough.''
Unknown to them a certain trio of girls were listening. One girl has spiky blonde hair that spikes at her bangs. Likewise, she has golden yelloe eyes that match her hair color. On her wrist, she wears two bracelets, one pink and one yellow. This is Ai Yambuki. Another girl with short brunette hair and brown eyes and she is considered to be relatively pain looking. This is Mai Hazakura. And the girl has long purple hair that reaches her shoulders. Likewise, her eyes match the color of her hair. She is also wearing circular glasses with a thin frame this Mil Fujibakama.
''Why is the Super Genius apologizing to him?'' asked Ai.
''What are we missing?'' questioned Mil.
''Maybe he's got some dirt on her.'' stated Mai.
''Oh. It's fine. You can stop bowing now.'' replied Shido. ''Just don't worry about it. Kay?''
Origami then grabbed Shido by his tie while Tohka was jumping up and down. ''Listen up. No more cheating, okay?'' she demanded.
''Get your stinky hands off him!'' yelled Tohka.
''The report said that you stayed. Tell me what you're still doing here.'' responded Origami.
''That's none of your business!'' shouted the purple haired girl. ''Now focus, Shido. Forget about the stupid, ugly witch, and eat my cookies?''
''And mine. I baked cookies, too.'' Origami offered her tray of cookies as well.
''You need to stop copying me!''
''Actually, I baked mine first; so, you're copying me.''
''Wrong! And besides, look at you dumb cookies. I bet they stuck.'' Tohka took a bit one of the white-haired beauty's cookies and it was good. Origami looked at her and replied. ''Yeah. They're not all great, so here eat! Quick before she tries to make you eat her junk.
''No, you sure try mine first.'' stated Origami.
Then Shido took one of their cookies and ate them. ''Hmm, they're both good.'' he muttered.
''Mine must be better because he ate it much faster.'' pointed out Tohka.
''Incorrect mine will be 2 seconds than yours.'' countered Origami.
''Uh, excuse me?'' uttered Tohka.
Then just than a boy with swept-back spiky black hair and dark gray, nearly black eyes. This is Hiroto Tonomachi Shido's close friend and classmate.
''Hey, some strange little stranger just gave me a whole bag of cookies.'' said Hiroto. ''Do you want one, Shido? I'd let her, but she's watching her figure. He showed his 2-D girlfriend on his phone.
Everyone gave him deadpanned expressions.
Shido have made it home before stopping a shrine where he met a little girl in a green rabbit costume yesterday, but she wasn't there.
''Hey Kotori! I made it home I'm gonna take a shower.'' he exclaimed.
The blue haired teen was in the bathroom taking off his school uniform.
Shido grabbed a tower and opened the bathroom door, and he was shocked that someone was taking a shower, and the person was Tohka.
Both of their eyes narrowed. ''Get out of here right now!'' yelled Tohka as she pushed Shido out.
Sitting in the living room was a school in a cute middle school with very long light coral-colored red hair which is tied with white ribbons and red eyes. She is wearing a maid-like sleeve dress, with a black skirt and stockings and finally a Chupa Chups lollipop in her mouth. She is Kotori Itsuka Shido's adopted younger sister.
''Kotori what is going on? Why is Tohka here?'' inquired Shido.
''Hey, welcomed back home Bro.'' smiled Kotroi.
''Oh, hey thanks. Don't charge the subject. Now please tell me what is Tohka is doing at our house?''
''Well, I've decided that she should live with us. At least for the time being.'' she answered.
''Okay, so do you mind telling me why that?'' asked Shido.
''We have a good reason for that. Chill.'' spoke a beautiful woman with pale skin. She looks like in her 20's. She has long, unkempt pale blue hair, which is tied into right-side ponytail and blue eyes which seems to always be sleepy. Her most distinct feature is the pair of dark circles beneath her eyes. She wears a pair of glasses with a circular frame and a small blue teddy bear that fits in her breast pocket. This is Reine Murasame the Head Analyst aboard Fraxinus. Reine is fixing her some coffee with a lot of sugar.
''Reine what are you doing here?'' asked Shido.
''Oh sorry. am I using too much sugar again?'' inquired Reine.
''No. But yes. I'm really don't care about that.''
Later the three of them are sitting at the table.
''Tohka's aftercare?'' questioned Shido.
''That's right. Fortunately, when she kissed you, her Spirit power was immediately and effectively sealed. And now, there is an invisible road, what we call a path, between the two of you.'' explained Reine.
''Okay, but what's this thing about a seal?'' wondered Shido.
''I explained that to you after it happened. When you kissed Tohka after raising her mood points, you in particular, were able to absorb her Spirit powers and seal them.'' answered Kotori.
''So why is it I have that kind of power?''
''I'm not sure.'' replied Kotor, her ribbons are now black. ''I just got lucky and figured it out. With Ratatoskr's help.''
''Can I continue with my point? Now, if the Spirits' mental condition becomes unstable, there is a significant probability that the power sealed inside you will return back to her.'' reported Reine.
''Huh?''
''Our research is conclusive. Tohka's numbers are the most stable when she is near you. Until the special housing until for Spirits is completed, it would be best for everyone if she stays here.'' she continued.
''Right. Whatever.'' groaned Shido.
''This isn't a bad thing. Consider it a part of your training.'' remarked Kotori.
''You mean I wasn't finished? Tohka's powers are already sealed, what else am I supposed to do?'' asked Shido.
''Did I say Tohka was the only Spirit around? There are more out there.'' answered Kotori.
''A lot more, in fact. Special designation disaster beings. Also known as Spirits. They come in all shapes and sizes, just like us.'' explained Reine. ''We want you to continue speaking with them, Shin. We need you to become even better at dealing with women. The world needs you to become even better at dealing with women. '' she finished.
''Great. No pressure at all!'' exclaimed Shido. ''But I still don't get why I have to live with Tohka!''
Then Tohka in came in the living room from the door with a sad expression on her face. ''I-I apologize, Shido. I knew it. I shouldn't be here.''
''No. You're fine; I'm a jerk.'' he reassured.
Shido went into his bedroom with a sigh. ''This weird is never gonna end.''
''Shido! The light's out in the bathroom!'' shouted Kotori. ''Go change it, immediately.''
''Of course. Fine. I'm on it!'' proclaimed the blue haired boy.
Shido walked towards the bathroom with a light bulb in his right hand.
''Why does she have to be so mean when she's in her 'Commander' mode?'' he made to the bathroom door. ''I'm normally the one to do this stuff, but still.''
As he opened the door, she saw Tohka in there doing number two as she gasped.
''Sorry; I'm so sorry! I should have knocked.'' he gasped.
''Close the door, you creep!'' glowed Tohka as she threw a roll of toilet paper at him, as he fell on the door and closed the door.
''Someone was in a rush. Shame on Shido.'' said Kotori.
''You did that on purpose!'' replied Shido as he starting to get back up.
''I told you this was training, didn't I?'' asked Kotori. ''You need to learn how to face any situation calm and collected.''
Tohka opened the bedroom door.
''Tohka. I'm sorry. I didn't know you were in there.''stated Shido.
''It's fine; I forgive you. Just hand that to me, please.'' she requested for the toilet paper.
Shido was now washing the dishes as Kotori walked in. ''Shido, I got a bath already for you. You can go ahead and wash up.'' she told him.
Shido remembered when Tohka was taking a shower.
''Nah, I'm good. You go instead.'' he responded. ''Oh, and here. You can use these if you want.'' he showed her a box of bath bomb.
The red-haired girl was feared of bath bomb.
''Kotori has never given up on the first dibs when I've got these. She should know not to underestimate me. I, Shido Itsuka, haven't grown up in the same house as you without learning a thing or two.'' thought Shido.
''That's so nice. But, uh-why don't go ahead and use them.'' she stunned. ''Thanks, though.'' she was shaking in fright.
Tohka walks in again.
''Hey, Tohka. You're not taking a bath right now?'' he asked her.
''No, I'm standing in this door.'' she answered.
Shido was now taking his bath. ''Maybe I was being too suspicious. Go figure there are Spirits besides Tohka. I wonder how many there are and will be I able to save them all.'' he thought.
Then he heard a familiar humming. And it was Tohka taking her clothes.
''Kotori, I'm gonna kill you!'' screamed Shido.
''Not my fault you're dumb!'' smirked Kotroi with sunglasses and a drink.
''Oh, crap!'' panicked Shido as he ducked under the bath water.
Tohka opened the bathtub door and jumped into the bathtub. ''Charge!'' she proclaimed.
She noted something in the tub with her and Shido popped up. ''Um..hi.'' he muttered.
An embarrassed Tohka was silenced for a moment as she began to comically drown Shido. ''Ah!
''Calm down, Tohka!'' assured Shido.
''You can't just pop at me like that, you know!'' she cried.
''I didn't pop. I said 'hi!'' he corrected.
Kotroi was watching the whole thing. ''And another fail.'' she commented.
Shido was exhausted as he went back to his room. ''This is supposed to be training?''
The Next Day...
''Shido! It's time for lunch.'' said Tohka as she placed her desk next to Shido's.
Origami did the same thing.
''Why are you here, Witch?'' demanded Tohka. ''You're not welcome.''
''I was going to say the same thing.'' replied Origami.
''Can't we all just eat together?'' asked Shido breaking up their argument.
While they have their lunch bentos out. Both rivals of Shido's attention were looking at each other.
Both Shido and Tohka opened their bentos. Origami stated at them.
''What? What is it? State all want; I'm not sharing.'' muttered Tohka.
''Excuse me. What is that?'' inquired Origami.
''Oh. Um. The thing is this morning we brought our bentos from the same place. I bumped into Tohka while she was there.'' explained Shido.
''Liar. You bought this 154 days ago at the discount store of the station for 15.80.'' countered the white-haired beauty. ''You've been using the same container ever since. This in not from the bento shop.''
''And how, exactly do you know this?'' questioned the blue haired teen.
''That's not really important.'' she answered.
''Ugh. Don't leave me out of the conversation like that; it's rude. Now, are you two talking about?'' wondered Tohka.
''Hey! Shido. My girlfriend wants me to help her pick out clothes. Do you think a French Maid is best? Shirne Maiden Nurse, maybe stripper?'' asked Hiroto.
''Dude, this is not the best time. Who cares if she's a maid or whatever else!'' declared Shido.
''Maid it is! Thanks, man!'' concluded his friend.
Shido was sweating nervous.
Then a alarm sound was activating.
''Your attention, please. This is not a drill. There have been precursory signs of an impending Spatial Quake in this vicinity.'' announced a woman.
''Not again.'' spoke Shido.
Origami knew what was happening and left to join the AST.
''Please evacuate to the nearest shelter immediately. I repeat, there have been precursory signs of an impending spatial...
''Kids! Another quake alarms! We have to evacuate immediately!'' cried a woman in her late 20's she has a much younger appearance (due to her childish face), with a small body build while wearing thin-rimmed glasses. She has light brown middle length hair and she is wearing a pink long-sleeved shirt and a skirt. This is Tamea Okamine and she is the homeroom teacher of Shido's class. She came into the classroom along Reine who is now wearing a long white lab coat over a pink shirt with a rather low V-neck collar, purple miniskirt, a pair of black stockings, and a pair of blue teddy bear slippers. She also wears a small silver ring on her silver chain necklace.
Everyone started putting their desks back and began to exit the classroom.
''Move it or lose it, as they say! continued Tamea.
''Leave?'' asked Tohka, confused.
''Yeah.'' answered Shido.
Ben's Apartment
Ben was sitting in his living room watching Guardians of The Galaxy and it was at the spaceship battle.
''Man, this is cool.'' smiled Ben.
It has been a day since he came to Japan to find out where the Space Quakes keep from and why. He had his Space Quake detector out next to him but haven't detect anything yesterday.
Before Ben kept watching the movie he heard a beeping sound. He turned around to see his Space Quake detector beeping and picking up a radar.
''It's looks it's picking a signal.'' he realized.
Ben got up and turned off the TV and pull on his usual green jacket and black and white tennis shoes.
''When there is something spacey. It's Hero Time!'' Ben exclaimed out his catchphrase.
Ben quickly his Omnitrix scrolling through the holo-ring watching and selected the icon head that he was looking for and slammed the dial; he was engulfed in a flash of green light.
When the green light died down standing in his place was a humanoid moth-like alien with a blue robe with a hood, giving him the appearance of a phantom. He has a black and blue body. He has cyan patches that resemble ice chunks on his legs and arms. His eyes are bright green, with small darker spots inside. His mouth is a frown showing four bluish-white teeth, which rarely moves, even speaking. He has three pointed fingers and a thumb on each hand, and three on each foot: tow in front and one behind. He unfolded his robe, which was revealed to four wings and a pair of funny antennas. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
''Big Chill!'' he shouted in an eerie whisper voice.
Big Chill grabbed his Space Quake detector and then turned intangible and passed through the walls and flew off towards where the Space Quake was picking up.
Raizen High School
Shido's entire class was in the halls.
''You want me to leave her behind?'' Shido asked Reine.
''Yes.'' answered Reine. ''Remember her powers have been sealed, so she's the same as a normal being. Besides. We can't afford for her stress levels to go up. Watching a fight might trigger that.''
''That's true!'' agreed Shido.
''Shido, Tohka, Miss Murasame, why are dawdling back there there? If you don't hurry up and evacuate, you're gonna be in serious trouble and serious danger!'' screamed Tamea.
Shido placed Tohka's hand in his teacher's one. ''Miss Okamine, will you watch Tohka for me?'' he requested.
''Huh? What? Of course. I'll keep an eye on her.'' responded the teacher.
''Shido.'' spoke Tohka.
''Hey, Tohka. I need to leave you here, okay? Something just came up.'' said Shido. ''I have to go, but I'll be right back.'' he told her.
''Now? It's dangerous,'' she replied.
''I'll be fine! I promise!'' exclaimed Shido as ran off along with Reine.
''Shido Itsuka, come back here! You too, Miss Murasame!'' called out Tamea. ''Where do you think you're going?''
''Oh, Shido.'' stated Tohka.
Fraxinus
The Fraxinus is an airship used by Ratatoskr. Shido have at the bridge.
''Hey, you made it.'' said Kotroi who was in her Ratatoskr uniform which consists of a red coat over a white uniform like a cap, a black tie with red sidelines, a red skirt with white cloth-like sticking out ad a pair of long black boots that reach up to half her thigh. The image on the screen shows a crater and a part of the city was destroyed. ''Well, for the aftermath, anyway. It's smaller than usual this time.''
''I'd like to say this was a good sign, but this is about average for Hermit.'' spoke a very tall man with long blonde hair and light brown eyes. He wears a white suit with black outlines and blue covering some parts. He also wears a black shirt underneath and a silver-white tie with a black belt that can be seen around his waist. This is Kyouheu Kannazuki the vice commander of Ratatoskr.
''Hermit?'' asked Shido.
''The name of the Spirit that appeared this time. She's known for being more docile than the other Spirits we've seen.'' explained Kotori.
The Spirit on the screen has the look of a young, cute girl at about 13 to 14 years of age with long curly blue hair and blue eyes. Her Astral Dress is an oversized green raincoat with a rabbit theme, sporting a poofy tail with a pink ribbon tied on the coattail, and a pair of rabbit ears on the hood. The coat is lined with a gold zigzag pattern and white frills, and the sleeves are partially detached at her upper arms. She wears green boots matching the color of her raincoat with pink socks inside. Under her raincoat is a white dress and a pink ribbon around her neck.
Shido gasped as he remembered the Spirit. ''I've seen this girl before.''
''Where and when?'' inquired Kotori.
''I met her at the shrine. Two nights ago.'' answered Shido.
''We were already tracking her by then, but we saw no disruption of her main spirit wave numbers at that time.'' inputted Kannazuki.
''So, it's the same as it was for Tohka.'' replied Kotori.
''The AST has arrived.'' responded Minowa. ''They're commencing their attack.''
Flying in the sky was a group young woman clad in black plug-suits with rifles and attack at the little girl who flew in the sky and running away from the AST who keeping firing at their target as well as Origami.
''How can they fire on a little girl?'' demanded Shido with an angry expression on his face.
''What she looks like. Doesn't matter to the AST.'' answered his adopted little sister.
''She's trying to run away. But what they're doing is wrong!'' yelled Shido.
''Don't feel sorry for her, Shido.'' reassured Kotori. ''That's behavior will make you ever.''
Shido watches as the AST keeps attacking Hermit. ''Kotroi!''
''Hmm.''
''Let's do it! I wanna to go save that girl!''
''There ya go! That's so, my big brother for you!'' smirked Kotroi. ''Listen up prepare for a type one caught!'' she ordered.
''Right!'' replied everyone else.
''I'm think it's about time we go our date.'' stated Kotori.
Everywhere Ben Tennyson as Big Chill have arrived where the Spatial Quake was located.
''Okay, according to the Spatial Quake detector this is where it be at.'' said Big Chill.
Before the Necrofriggian could make it to the location of the Space Quake he heard gun firing. He looked up and saw young women in plug-suits firing rifles at a little girl in a green rabbit raincoat who was flying away from them.
''Why are these people attacking a little girl like that?'' he thought.
Big Chill flew into the battle with his speed.
''Keep firing!'' yelled a member of the AST.
''We have to killed her in all cost!'' exclaimed another member.
Before the Anti-Spirits Team could fire more suddenly ice have covered their weapons.
''What the?''
''Where did the ice come from?'' questioned an AST member.
''That would be me.'' answered a voice.
The AST turned around to see Big Chill above them.
''Is that a creature Spirit or something?'' inquired an AST member.
''That's not a Spirit, that's Ben Tennyson.'' pointed out Origami.
''Oh, yeah! She's right. I've seen him on the news.''
''That's right. I'm Ben Tennyson. And I'm gonna have you ladies, why are attacking that little girl for?'' asked Big Chill.
''We have orders to killed her.'' answered an AST member.
''And why are you trying to kill her?'' questioned Big Chill.
''She is being called a Spirit. And it is our job to kill all Spirits,'' answered one member.
''The Spirits are the reason why the Spatial Quakes keep appeared and they posed a threat.'' added another one.
Big Chill's eyes widened in shock. ''Spirits so what's they called. And these people think they are a threat.'' he thought. ''But the one that you're attacking haven't done anything wrong and she's nothing to hurt anyone.''
''It doesn't matter. We have orders to kill no matter what.'' stammered Origami.
''I'm afraid I can't let you kill an innocent Spirit.'' stated Big Chill.
''Innocent or not she has to die.'' reported an AST member.
''Now if you excuse, we have a target to eliminate.'' remarked Origami.
Before the AST could fire so more, they saw Hermit flew towards a closed mall.
''The target has moved to a closed mall.'' uttered a AST member.
''Just great!''
''I'm better I'm get going!'' exclaimed Big Chill as the Necofriggian flew towards the mall.
''Hermit has entered the building. AST, I want you to hold your positions until the target has moved.'' ordered Ryoko Kusakabe the Captain of AST.
Inside the mall Shido was already inside the building. ''So, you think Hermit is really going to come here?'' he questioned.
''Yes. Based on the analysis, there's no doubt. The AST probably won't be able to make a move for a while.'' answered Kotori.
Shido looked around for Hermit.
''Don't me you're here to bully Yoshiron, too.'' spoke a voice.
''Ah!'' Shido was screamed. He saw Hermit holding on to top of the roof and landed on the floor. ''Oh? The lucky lecher has returned for more, hasn't he?'' the voice came from a mischievous white rabbit puppet that was in Hermit's left hand. The puppet's right eye has a black button with a brown band that resembles an eyepatch, while its left eye is a tiny red dot. It has an orange and yellow collar around its neck.
''Shido, hold on a sec!'' commanded Kotori.
Onboard Fraxinus the crew are picking up three options for Shido to make Hermit happy.
1. ''Oh, it's been a while. How are you? Greet her normally.
2. Who're you calling ''Lucky Lecher''?' Make a witty comeback
3. ''Hmp, I'm just a wandering vagabond'' Go with a ''hard-boiled' attitude.''
''Talk to me people. Name your choice.''
''Come on. It's gotta be two. This one's straight out of a dating sim. Go with two!'' exclaimed a middle-age man with shaven black hair that has a white skunk stripe running towards his forehead named Kyouji Kawagoe.
''Isn't that risky if you don't know the other person's personality? Seems One is our best bet.'' suggested a woman with brunette hair and light brown eyes. She was wearing a Rataotskr uniform with a light maroon blazer and black tie. This is Kozue Minowa.
''Hermit rarely attacks humans. I'm gonna have to go with Option Three.'' suggested a man with short brunette hair that spikes out in the front He wears a dark green suit with a black tie. He also wears glasses with a red rectangular frame. This is Munechika Nakatsugawa.
''Shido, go with three.'' ordered Kotori.
''Uh. Are you sure about that?'' he inquired.
''Come on, don't you know someone who would talk like that?'' she questioned.
''Tonomachi. Excuse me? I don't know what you mean; I'm just a wandering vagabond.'' Shido acted like Tonomachi.
Hermit stood quiet until her puppet laughed. ''You're trying to make me laugh, aren't you?'' asked the puppet. ''Nobody talks like that seriously.''
''Heh, heh. Well, I'm glad you like my joke.'' deadpanned Shido. ''So my name's Shido. You are?''
''Oh, I'm sorry; how embarrassing. I can't believe I forgot to introduce myself to you. My name is Yoshinon!'' the puppet introduced the girl. ''Idn'it? Idn'it cute?''
''Uh, yeah. Sure. It's cute.'' answered Shido with a smile. ''So is that your name. Or is it the name of the puppet? Do guys share a name?''
''Uh...''
Her happiness meter is starting to go down.
''Shido! Her happiness meter just went down dramatically!'' proclaimed Kotori. ''What did you say to her?''
''What? Nothing; I swear. I was just trying to find out why she only talks through ventriloquism.'' he answered.
''I do not know what you are talking about, Shido. ''What is ventriloquism?'' asked the puppet.
''Look, we'll figure out the cause of this later. For now just work on making her happy again.''
''Right, yeah. I get your point. So, Yoshinon's just Yoshinon?'' chuckled Shido.
''Oh, Shido, you're one of those people who jokes around a lot, aren't you? Why did you come here?
''Oh, because-well, I know it's sudden. But you a date with me?'' offered Shido.
''A date?'' wondered the puppet.
Outside of the mall The AST was outside ready for their move.
''Promise to shoot.'' reported Orgami.
''Not gonna happen for a while. '' said Ryoko. Ryoko is a young woman in her mid-20's. She has long, glossy black hair which is tied into a ponytail with some bangs left out into three separate parts. She also has a pair of black eyes ''We're talking about a little weak Hermit here. So she hasn't been that much of a threat, yet. Nothing worth city damage and a call for support troops. The conditions with her are different than those with Princess. I still can't get over it. A girl looking just like Princess transfers into your class without any Spirit reactions detected.'' she continued. ''There's seemingly nothing wrong with her family register, either. I keep racking my brain trying to figure it out, but to tell you the truth, I got nothing.''
Origami was quiet for a moment.
''Also Ben Tennyson has arrived in Japan.'' she replied.
''So, it looks like he is here to check the Space Quakes and trying the Spirit.'' realized Ryoko.
Backside the mall. Yoshinon was hanging over a jungle gym.
''Tell me what you think! Am I cool or am I the coolest ever?'' asked Yoshinon.
''Hey, wait; that's not safe.'' warmed Shido.
''Hey, wait. I asked if I was cool or the coolest!'' Hermit loses her balance and started to fall.
She landed on Shido accident kiss him and the little young Spirit got off him.
''That-that was, um- I uh-didn't mean.'' muttered Shido. Then he heard an alarm sound. ''Crap, she's gonna be pissed.''
''Ow. Hahaha. Sorry about that, Shido. I wasn't paying enough attention.''
''Shido, it's an emergency!'' cried Kotori.
''What? Emergency?'' he asked, confused.
He turned around to a very angry Tohka who left the shelter to find Shido with a red aura that engulfed her body.
''Tohka?''
''Shido, what were you doing just then?'' demanded Tohka.
''What do you mean?'' asked Shido, confused. He realized the kiss.
''So after you worried me half to death, you came here to make out with her? How dare you!'' yelled the purple haired beauty as she left a crate on the floor.
''See, what I mean. You're looking at a rather unstable mental condition. Her Spirit powers are gradually flowing back into her.'' explained Kotori.
''Really? What should I do?''
''How rude!'' screamed Tohka as she pointed at Hermit. ''Why didn't you tell me this ''something that came up'' was meeting this weird looking little girl!''
''No, um-She's uh-''
''Hell there, angry lady.'' greeted the puppet.
''My's name's Tohka!'' corrected Tohka.
''I hate to be beater of bad news, 'Tohka,' but it seems as though Shido's gotten bored with you.'' responded Yoshinon.
Both Shido and Tohka gasped in shocked.
''Based on what you've already communicated, Shido stood you up to come here and hang out with me instead, isn't that right?' I think that's fairly conclusive.'' uttered Yoshinon.
''No! What are you talking a-'' Shido was cut off by Tohka covering his mouth back with tears in her eyes.
''Shido, you shut your mouth right now.'' she commanded
''Okay.'' he muttered.
''I do apologize, though. Being second best is never an easy thing, is it?''asked Yoshinon. ''It's because I'm so charming, not because there's anything wrong with you, Tohka. But, it's not like you can blame Shido for blowing you off so he could play with me. I am pretty adorable.''
''No!'' screamed Tohka. ''Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! This can't be happening! It can't!''
''You can scream all you want. But you're about to hear the brutal truth. Go on, Shido. Tell this poor thing she's not wanted anymore.'' stated the rabbit puppet.
Suddenly Tohka grabbed the puppet. ''I am too wanted!'' she cried. ''You-You don't know. Shido is the one who said it was okay for me to stay with him. Why are lying to me and being so mean? I won't take it anymore! Say something! C'mon, why aren't you talking, now? I speak!''
Hermit got up and walked towards Tohka and grabbed her skirt.
''What's wrong? It won't talk. Make it talk!'' exclaimed Tohka.
''I was trying to talk. Give it back, please.'' begged Hermit as she trying to get her puppet back.
''What are you doing in there?'' inquired Kotroi. ''The Hermit's mental condition is all over the place, too. They need to calm down!''
''Hey, so, listen, Tohka? Could you maybe give that back to her, maybe?'' requested Shido.
''Shido. She was right.'' remarked Tohka. You really do like her better than me.
''No! It's not that all.'' he corrected.
''He's right, you know.'' said a eerie voice.
The trio turned around to Ben still as Big Chill phased through the wall with his intangibility and turned back to Ben Tennyson. ''He was turning to help the girl.''
''Who are you?'' asked Hermit.
''And you turned a creature to a human?'' inquired Tohka.
''Because's Ben Tennyson, a superhero.'' answered Shido with a smile cause he seen Ben on the news.
''Yeah, that's me.'' replied the teen hero.
''Then what are you doing here?'' asked Tohka.
''I'm here to investigate the Space Quakes around here and the cause of them.'' he answered. ''The ones who were causing are beings called Spirits.''
''Zadkiel!'' exclaimed Hermit as the floor started to crack and something engulfed from the floor. And a giant rabbit puppet that Yoshinon was a lot bigger, with one red round eye and an eyepatch, large sharp teeth, and white skin.
''Uh, what's that?'' stammered Shido.
Then Hermit hoped on Zadikel and activated it creating a ice blizzard, Ben, Shido and Tohka ducked.
''Oh, no! She's releasing her Angel!'' panicked Kotori. ''This is bad. You have to get of there now!'' she told Shido.
''Her Angel?'' wondered Shido.
''Did you forget Tohka's Sandalphon?''
Then Zadkieli caused a rain of sharp icicles to pour down on Tohka.
''Shido watched out!'' snarled Shido as he was able to save her time and get them behind some toys.
''Alright, I'm trying to calm her down.'' stated Ben.
Ben activated his Omnitrixx, expecting for the holo-ring to pop up, but he was met with unexpected results. A couple of beeps emitted from the Omnitrix as the screen illuminated yellow.
''Unknown DNA sample detected.'' proclaimed the Omnitrix. Unexpectedly, the square faceplate slid back, allowing the core out as a familiar yellow beam scanned both Tohka and Hermit at the same time as the yellow light scanned them. A couple of seconds later, the beam disappeared as the faceplate slid back into position. ''Unknown DNA sample acquired. Scan complete.''
Ben was shocked the beings called Spirits are aliens.
Before Ben could do anything Hermit then tears the place apart before leaving by crashing through the wall. She was spotted by the awaiting AST and prompted them to open fire on her and get a hit. Hermits squealed and trying run away from the Anti-Spirits Team.
Zadikei's red glow and causes a sudden burst of snow to erupt, allowing Hermit to escape without notice.
''We lost her.'' noted Origami.
''Everyone, return to base.'' ordered Ryoko.
Before Origami could return to the base she noticed an object on the street.
Back in the mall. ''You okay, Tohka? You're not hurt?'' Shido asked her.
''I'm alright.'' she answered. ''Will you just get away?'' as she gets up.
''But, why?'' inquired the blue haired teen.
''Don't touch me.'' Tohka pushes him away.
Shido winces as his arm was hurt.
Tohka turned around and was still upset at him for the earlier misunderstanding that Yoshino created. ''You like that little girl better than me, I know you do. Admit it!''
''Wait. What?'' questioned Shido, confused.
''That's perfect. Looks like someone's got trouble in paradise.'' commented Kotroi. She saw certain alien hero walking towards Shido and Tohka.
''So, Shido and Tohka right are two okay?'' he asked.
''Yeah. I'm Shido Itsuka and this is Tohka Yatogami.'' introduced Shido.
''So, what going on here in this city?'' asked Ben.
Before Shido could answered, Ben's Omnitrix flashed as he was receiving a call from an known source he tapped the faceplate.
''Hello?'' he answered.
''Hello, Benjamin Tennyson.'' spoke a female voice.
''Who is this? And what do you want with me?'' questioned Ben.
''So many questions, so little time. If you want to know more about Space Quakes and Spirits. Then go with my Shido and you get your answers.'' answered the voice before signing off.
Ben looked at Shido who nodded in a flash of green light they were gone leaving Tohka who was still upset behind.

I've decided the beginning the events of Date A Live Episode 4 Unhappy Rain to start the story.
Ben have Shido, Tohka, Yoshino,Origami, and the AST so far. It looks like Ben also has a Spirit transformation and he will transform it into soon. In the next chapter Ben will learned about the Spirits, the AST and everything is going on.
