Shortly after alerting the two royals, Yuna was standing outside the city walls with soldiers and adventurers, waiting for the monsters to arrive.
"I don't see anything," said a soldier as they looked out at an empty field.
"Maybe they're cloaked," said Mel before using a magic nullification spell.
"Dear Gods," said an adventurer as thousands of monsters suddenly appeared before them, stretching out as far as the eye could see.
"Why did you have to go and do that?" came a voice from the sky.
"You just ruined the surprise that I had made for the wedding," said the voice.
"It can't be," said a horrified Jaden as everyone looked up at a gray skinned man with horns and wings who was flying over the horde of monsters.
"A demon?!" asked an equally horrified Barbold.
"But demons were killed off hundreds of years ago, there has never been a sighting since!" said Bozo Green.
"We weren't killed off, just went off into another world," said the demon.
"And we waited there until we got a signal a few months ago that made it possible for us to return," he said.
"What signal?" asked Toya.
"Someone from another world was brought over to this one, weakening this world's barrier and making it easier for us to get back in without losing too much of our power that we have been building," said the demon.
"Another world?" asked a worried Yuna under her breath.
"And now we're ready to destroy this world!" said the demon as the monsters rushed forward.
"Get ready!" said the commander in charge.
"Raging Bear Flame!" said Yuna while walking toward the monsters with both arms held out in front of her. A giant bear shaped flame then tore through the monsters before her, cutting their numbers down significantly.
"Now this is a surprise," said the demon as he watched Yuna do this two more times in two other directions to further cut the monsters' numbers.
