Cleo was born to Jeremy and Suzie Rocker. She has the appearance of a Bengal cat with sandy colored fur, orange-red stripes, and brown eyes.
As a child, Cleo was very active and always trying to make new friends.
As a teen, Cleo assisted his friends in doing Rum Run Races. He had a crush on Neriah but was nervous upon asking her onn dates due to her brother being his best friend.
As a young adult, Cleo would become an enforcer for Marigold.
Cleo is a kind female whose heart is sweet as her song, being a loyal friend and supportive sister. As a sister, she loves her brother unconditionally despite his lack of maturity and goofy nature. She's rather soft spoken, only truly getting upset when her friends are being unjustly reprimanded by others solely for being different. This landed her in disputes with some of the adults. She has a clear sense of right and wrong, as well as being a very loving, patient and forgiving cat.
