Wally is the son of Walter and Deliah Spots. He was born on July 8th, 2 years after his parents were married. He has his mother's appearance.
As a child, Wally was a wild child who enjoyed playing tricks on his friends but always enjoyed his brother's company. However, she did truly care about his friends and did what she could to make them laugh if they were sad. Wally found school boring and often skipped classes, forcing his parents to home school him. Wally enjoyed being at the library and learning.
As a teen, Wally assisted his parents and siblings on alcohol runs, usually teaming up with his brother on rum runs. She took his education a little more seriously but still enjoyed being a jokester.
As a young adult, Wally became a great singer and a strong rumrunner for Lackadaisy.
One of the more easygoing members of the crew, Wally is difficult to faze. Even in the midst of an intense hunt, he responds good-naturedly abrupt interruptions and greets his friends with delight. Friendly, attractive, and group-oriented, he is a boy who is used for spending time around other animals and is content to be part of a group.
