I took a bit of a writing break around the holiday craziness. I know my loyal readers, all two of you, can't wait to read more of Zira's tale. Since I've started writing again, I feel like it's really starting to take off. I've got quite a few chapters ready to go. Hope you enjoy! :)

20th of Tarsakh - Early Morning:

DREAM FROM MARAT

I'm walking towards a building, a church. As I get closer I see the symbol of Velsharoon above the door. I walk up the steps and reach out to open the door… the dream blurs… A light brown haired human woman in green sits at a desk writing in a book. There's a knock at the door, she looks up, annoyance crosses her face. Eldora walks in, the woman's face immediately changes into a big smile. The woman stands up and wraps Eldora in a hug. Over the woman's shoulder, I notice Eldora's loving smile… the dream blurs… Eldora and a human woman with black hair in two buns are in a morgue. They're making arrangements for the bodies… the dream blurs… I see Eldoa talking with the black haired woman and a tall thin brown haired human man. It sounds like they're talking about church affairs, what has happened since Eldora has been gone. She thanks them and dismisses them from the room, falling into a chair in exhaustion.

Finally, Marat is giving me some information about Eldora, even if it's cryptic as always. I wish I knew why Marat hadn't shown me much of her before. Eldora alluded to having dreams of me for years. And she sounds like she knows more about my life than even I do. I feel like I'm at such a disadvantage in this fight.

When we met in her home, Eldora told me she was alone and abandoned in this world. But I can tell she isn't as alone as she believes. This woman in green genuinely cares for Eldora, I can see that plain as day. And I'm sure that I saw love in Eldora's eyes when they hugged. And the couple from her temple trust her. I could see that in the way they looked at her when they spoke.

I know that what she is doing is wrong, but I don't get the sense from the dream that she is a bad person.
