So the next day when school began again, Tsunade came to meet with the principal Gaara at his tower to talk about the Uchiha brothers who were locked in prison.

"We must do something about the prisonors, I fear Towa and her demons may attack us at any time if we continue to harbor these men." Tsunade said.

Gaara nodded. "I agree! These two men haven't been very cooperative in helping to bring Son Goku back and-" Gaara was cut off from speaking all of a sudden as Goku had appeared coming through the door.

"Hiya guys! I'm back! It's me Goku!" Madara Goku said hiding his true nature as he wore a special headband that made his eyes appear to look normal to everyone.

"S-Son Goku! But how!?" Tsunades expression couldn't had been more shocked.

Madara Goku smirked. "As soon as I woke up I used the instant transmission technique to get away from them!" Madara Goku claimed.

Tsunade smiled. "Does anyone else know about your reappearance yet?" Tsunade asked.

Madara Goku chuckled. "Heh heh, no not yet! I want to surprise everyone later."

Suddenly, Vegeta stormes into the room. "Kakarot! I knew I sensed your ass here!" Vegeta yelled. "Huh!? And why are you wearing that odd headband for? Look like Bardock's..."

Goku nodded. "Heh yeah, I found it somewhere on way back here! I like the look of it..." Madara Goku said hoping his excuse was enough for Vegeta.

Vegeta sighed. "Well it's a good look I suppose... Now! What shall we do about Broly and Towa?"

Madara Goku let out a sigh. "Nothing we can do for now, they are just too strong I'm afraid! But don't worry! We can continue to train to get stronger for later." Madara Goku said hoping to fool Vegeta.

Vegeta sighed. "No amount of training will prepare us for him but... what about the dragon balls on Planet Namek?" Vegeta asked.

Tsunade sighed. "They won't be active for another year I'm afraid."

Vegeta grunted. "So we wait then... And Tsunade... about our son..."

"What! Tell me... have you changed your mind?" Tsunade asked hoping that Vegeta still did love her.

Vegeta sighed. "No... but I want to ask if I can choose who will be his father!"

"What! Asshole!" Tsunade yelled.

Madara Goku grinned at the opportunity. "I will help Tsunade in raising that boy! Believe me I want too... heh heh..."

Vegeta smiled. "Yes! I believe you would be a perfect father for my son Kakarot! Seeing as you were at least capable of raising two kids of your own back in our timeline. Well I suppose Goten didn't really know you since you were dead but either way you fit the bill for being my son's guardian. Thank you Kakarot." Vegeta said as he shook Madara Goku's evil hand.

Madara Goku smirked. "Now let's talk about the Uchiha brothers again."

"Those fools? I'd say we kill them now!" Vegeta yelled.

Madara Goku chuckled. "Ha ha, you always resort to killing, don't you! Well I think we should hold a trial for them and have Gaara decide there fate in front of the whole village." Madara Goku said with a big smile.

Gaara then smiled and nodded. "Yes! That does sound good to me. Okay we'll hold the trial tomorrow in the morning. Make sure everyone is present for it."

And so the next day, Gaara, Vegeta, Tsunade, Madara Goku brought out the two prisoners as crowds of sand villagers came to see the show.

Gaara looked at everyone. "Today we shall decide the fate for these two terrorists! I believe Son Goku can tell us more on what we should do to them."

Madara Goku smirked as he looked at the eyes of Itachi and Sasuke.

Itachi couldn't believe his eyes. "M-Madara..."

Sasuke smirked. "Be quiet brother! Don't you see... this is Towa's doing... she finally decided to save us after all." Sasuke quietly said to Itachi so that nobody would hear them.

Madara Goku grinned. "I believe everyone deserves a second chance! I mean it was Towa who used her magic to turn them into evil men right? So now... let's free them."

"What!!! Are you insane Kakarot! They are the enemy!!!" Vegeta yelled.

Madara Goku chuckled. "No they aren't! They were just tools Towa was using! I say we let them join the Saiyan Academy as students and help us defeat Broly!"

Trunks walked over and hugged Goku. "I'm glad your back with us father... but what happened?" Trunks asked.

Madara Goku chuckled. "Oh that... I'll tell you later son. Just know that I'm living with your younger brother Gohan now. So don't worry about me." Madara Goku said.

Trunks then felt something was off about Goku. "Um... okay... but... well... are you sure we should really let Sasuke and Itachi free?" Trunks asked.

Madara Goku nodded. "Of course I am sure! However! I do think Sasuke owes Naruto an apology first."

Naruto and Hinata walked up to meet Sasuke. "Sasuke..." Naruto said looking down at him.

Sasuke sighed. "Naruto... I'm sorry okay..."

Naruto smiled. "I forgive you!"

Gaara chuckled. "Alright that settles that! The Uchiha brothers are now welcomed in our village and will be given each a home to live in."

Sasuke smirked. "So... uh Goku... now what?" Sasuke asked wondering what Towa's plan was.

"Oh Sasuke Uchiha! Listen to my voice carefully! I am Madara Uchiha! Towa wants us to fool everyone into believing we are there friends for now... Me and Son Gohan will be participating in the Saiyan Academy and I hope you will as well. I want you to play along with this little show for a few years before we make our final attack." Marada said into Sasuke's mind.

Sasuke smiled. "Sounds good to me! So long as I get to kill Naruto in the end."
