Once home to the most advanced civilization on Earth, the city of Atlantis is now an underwater kingdom ruled by the power-hungry King Orm. With a vast army at his disposal, Orm plans to conquer the remaining oceanic people - and then the surface world. Standing in his way is Aquaman, Orm's half-human, half-Atlantean brother who must defeat Orm and save both the land and the sea.

4. Chapter 4

Ch 4

After their dinner, Arthur and Tom were headed back home in their car when suddenly there was a howling wind.

Arthur looked at the window to see what was causing that sound.

That's when an immensely tall mega-wave roared as it came near their car.

Arthur yelled as he hit the gas pedal, trying to make the car go faster but soon enough, the wave was on them and it slammed into the car, plunging everything into the murky waters.

"Dad!" he yelled as he fought his way past debris, then he finally found Tom unconscious as a huge sphere of water was made above them by Mera who had arrived.

"He's not breathing." Arthur said, desperation in his voice.

Then Mera used her magic powers and finally Tom woke back up, coughing out the water from himself.

"I don't even know your name." Arthur said after a moment.

"It's Princess Y'Mera Xebella Challa." Mera replied, introducing herself. "You may call me Mera."

"Thank you, Mera."

Then the three looked out and saw tons of overturned ships in the sea with smoke pouring out.

"Dear God." Tom said.

"This was Orm's doing." Mera said grimly. "The worst is yet to come."

Now Arthur knew he had no choice but to go to Atlantis to save the only home he knew.
