Joey dialed in Kai's phone number. Then, he placed it near his ear. He was waiting for her to answer. After a while of waiting, Joey heard a "Hello?" On the other end of the phone, was Kai's voice,hearing that made Joey jump up and down with excitement. He took one look at Ross and Chandler realizing that he needed to be serious. Joey looks away so he could speak to Kai.
"Hi Kai it's me.",he said.
"Oh hello Joey!",shouted Kai from the phone.
"What's up?,she asked.
"Nothing, its just I was thinking of maybe we could hang out tonight?",asked Joey.
He had a smirk on his face.
"Oh Joey, I'm sorry! I'm going to have long shifts all week so I won't be available. I'll be available around December 22,okay?",asked Kai
"Alright. Sounds good to me.",said Joey.
"Alright then, bye.",said Kai
"Bye.",Joey grunted.
He hung up the phone to look over at Ross and Chandler. The both of them ran up to him. They all started cheering and shouting at one another. They were all proud that Joey had asked Kai out on a possible date.
