Joey and Kai both took their seats at the diner. At first, there was silence, they both were busy looking at trying to see what is on the menu. Not too many interesting things for them to try. They continued on looking on their menus then, finally, made eye contact.
"So what are you getting?",asked Joey.
"I'm getting a cheeseburger. What are you getting?",asked Kai.
"I'm getting a pork chop.",nodded Joey.
"Oh nice .",said Kai .
They stacked their menus at the edge of the table. Then, they both looked for a waitress to make eye contact with. The waitress eventually realized they were looking for help. She came over which meant it was time for them to order.
