Hey all, how you all been? Sorry for the lateness of this chapter. The reason wasn't how the duel played out, it was one of the characters. They never dueled so I had to get a tad creative with them. Also, there is going to be a reference to Resident Evil V.I. in here. So watch out for that. Enjoy!
The woman frowned, sensing that Frost and Thunder had failed utterly. What's worse? The Vile HERO card she had secured was now in the King's hands. The second Vile HERO was in anothers hands, but not in the SoL's hands or her own. No, it was in Seto Kaiba's hands. Something that irked her and her brother.
During the duel with Frost and Thunder, Sartorius had visited Kaiba Corp to try and take over Kaiba. But her brother hadn't even gotten through the doors. He was turned around and told that to meet with Mister Kaiba, he needed to make an appointment. They needed to stop Jaden from getting to Kaiba Corp at all costs.
"T-Bone! Blaze! Appear before me!"
Two more men did so, one wearing a large shirt with a sidways ballcap, beige pants and brown shoes. The second wore a black coat with red trimmings, large circle glasses, tinted orange. His hair was slicked back, save for a single strand. Both bowed to their leader.
"What's happenin', dawg? Frost and Thunder still duelin'?" The larger man asked, Sarina shaking her head.
"They both lost, T-Bone. What's worse is that spell I placed on that Vile HERO has been broken so it is now in Jaden Yuki's hands. Find him."
"Master Sartorius just sent word when you called for us. The group, this Empire of Darkness, is at the Mobius Grand Hotel." The second man said, adjusting his glasses
Here, Sarina smiled viciously.
"Excellent, Blaze. Go there, cause mayhem, bring out Jaden. Make him see the Light."
The two men bowed, vanishing in Earth and Fire.
EODGX
Evening had fallen for the CDA students, everyone returning to the Grand Hotel. Jaden had just sat down when he saw a woman enter in. She was tall, easily seven foot, making him wonder how she got to that height. Many boys and even some men stopped to stare at the chest she sported, even Jaden for a second.
'How is she a size bigger then Fonda?! No...she's gotta be two inches larger! Jaden briefly thought before shaking his head, clearing the thoughts of the hormonal teen.
Another look told him more of the strange woman.
She wore a red dress that flowed, covering her legs. The dress also clung to a figure many a super-model would kill to have. Her skin was like pure alabaster. Her eyes were a deep hazelnut, but they were icy to anyone who matched looks with her. There was a blue rose over her left breast, a large fedora hat, blood red. Her hair was reddish-brown. Ray came out, smiling widely.
"Lady Valencia! We weren't expecting you for another week!" Ray said, kissing the back of the woman's hand.
The woman's lips broke into a real smile, bowing down a little as she kissed Ray's forehead.
"I apologize for the sudden appearance, Ray, but I got word that your best friend from Central Duel Academy was here." Valencia said, a rich, noble voice coming from her mouth.
A slight accent was with it. Something Jaden only heard once and it was from Camula. He quickly got up, making Mindy look at him.
"Jaden?"
"I'll be right back." Jaden said, hurrying to Professor Sweet.
Said Professor was currently looking over his deck, feeling the spirits within. Closing his eyes, he heard Hellfire's screeching roar, Black Dragon Archfiend's bellow...each of his dragons were active and he had no clue as to why. A clearing throat made him open his eyes and look up. Seeing Jaden, he gestured to a seat.
"Jaden, pull up a seat."
"Jason? What's going on?" Jaden asked, sitting down, temporarily forgetting his original mission.
Jason sighed, looking at his deck. The Dragons were restless or...excited for some reason. Frowning, the king reached out his own senses and heard the roars. His professor was right; the Dragons WERE active.
"When did they start doing this?" Jaden asked, looking at Jason.
"About three minutes ago. Why?"
A quick explanation made Jason go tense. The woman's accent was...Transylvanian. There was one other woman who had that kind of accent.
Camula.
Both Jaden and Jason saw Ray escorting the woman over to them, the woman carrying a large tome under her arms. Ray looked at Jason, smiling widely.
"Jason! I want you to meet Lady Valencia Dimitrescu."
Jason stood up, craning his neck to look the woman in the eyes. His eyes never left hers, even when he kissed the back of her hand, introducing himself to her. Turning to Ray and asking for a private area, they were led to an unused conference room. Thanking Ray and closing the door, the three took their seats. Valencia cast a glance at Jaden only for Jason to cut off her questioning.
"Jaden here is involved as a party to several events that happened at our school last year. That...brings me to my question. Do you know of a Vampire called...Camula?"
Valencia's eyes shot open making Jason and Jaden tense. They were no longer the hazelnut, but a crimson.
"How did you meet that...rabid bitch?" She hissed, making Jason and Jaden look at one another.
Explaining what happened last year and Camula's part in it, Valencia's face grew tighter and tighter, a frown marring her ruby lips. When Jason explained his defeat of Camula and the recovery of those that lost to her, Valencia lost the tightness and the crimson eyes returned to normal. Sighing, she leaned back.
"I should have known that bitch would have tried some revenge...I should have dealt with her long ago when that stupid war broke out." Valencia spoke.
"That...leads to my next question. Are you a...?" Jason trailed off, not wanting to seem rude.
"A vampire? I am." Valencia confirmed, seeing the two men tense. "HOWEVER! I am NOTHING like Camula. For one, she couldn't come out in the sunlight. I can, all it will do is weaken me a bit. Second is that she needed to feed on Blood. While I can do that, I can eat normal food just as well. Not as filling, but it does work. Third is the classes she and I are."
Valencia told them all about the Vampires and its class system. Camula was a Low-born Vampire despite her acting like a noble. Valencia was a ROYAL Vampire, the highest rank among the Vampire Clans. She understood Camula's desire to attack the humans in their attack.
But what she, Camula, didn't know was that her idiot Cousin was the main reason that entire war happened. He had been rejected by a human female of all things! Here, Jason frowned.
"Okay, given that, I can see it. I apologize for my actions, Lady Valencia." Jason said, bowing his head.
"As do I, Lady Valencia. Ah, forgive my manners, I am Jaden Yuki."
Valencia smiled at the pair.
"Thank you, both of you. Now, to the business as to why I am here." Valencia stated in a business tone, looking at Jason.
The tome she was holding she placed on the table. Despite the massiveness of it, the table did not creak or groan from the books placement. She opened the tome, revealing it was a family tree. Jason and Jaden looked over the pages, seeing it was dated back to the sixth century. Flipping through the pages, Valencia arrived at the twelfth century.
"There. See the man next to my portrait?" Valencia asked quietly.
Jason did and saw the resemblance to himself. Van Helsing, who else could it be? The two images were linked in a line, a pair of rings around them. Jason's eyes went wide. He looked up at Valencia who nodded.
"He came to our village by complete accident. The major battle of the War was won, but he was heavily drained of summoning Archfiend Dragon of Black Fire to the mortal plane. He actually came during our own little crisis."
Valencia explained that the village was a remote one in the Transylvania Mountains. She along with three others ruled it firmly, but just. However, as they celebrated their thousand year birthday, they were attacked by person unknown. One of the lords joined the attacker, using their Werewolf army to aide the attacker.
"To make a long, long story shorter, it was civil war. Helsing joined the battle alongside myself and the two other lords. It was...bloodier then the battle he was at. We lost ninety percent of the villagers in the war, something that just made Helsing mad. After he unleashed hell, we...found love on that battle field."
"Even with you being a vampire?" Jason asked, shocked.
Valencia nodded. As for what made him finally lose it against the disgraced Lord, he saw Valencia protect three little girls and their family from a pack of werwolves. The Lord and attacker taunted Dimitrescu about the loss of life, how she was weak. Well, Helsing didn't take kindly to that. He felt a surge of power coming from him, expecting it to be Archfiend Dragon of Fire.
"What he got was a dragon made of metal and hellfire. Needless to say, neither the disgraced Lord nor the attacker lived."
"Amazing...I did some research into my ancestor but that was never mentioned...anywhere."
Valencia's face became somber.
"We value our privacy. I am well aware of what humanity can wrought with supernatural forces in the hands."
Jaden and Jason both nodded, knowing what she meant. Jaden took a look between the two and excused himself. Once he was out, Jason slumped in his seat.
"How large was the family and how long did you wait?" He whispered.
"Van Helsing and I had a family of six, plus the three girls I rescued when their mother died from a disease. As for how long...Nine hundred years."
Valencia's face was sorrowful and full of pain when she gave the number.
Nine hundred years. From the twelfth century to the twenty-first. Outliving her children, her children's children, and theirs. Always burying them. It was a wonder she hadn't gone mad! But something kept her going, kept her from crashing over that edge. He sighed, rubbing his face.
"Lady Valencia...I'm...going to be blunt. I am nothing like my ancestor even if I am his spitting image or his reincarnation. That student that just walked out? He's going through something similar right now. I am not going to force you to be in a relationship with me because of the past. If you...want to have something, I'd prefer that you get to know me as the current me, Jason Sweet."
Valencia nodded, placing her hands in her lap. She knew this could happen. She was not stupid to think otherwise. The two made some small talk, getting to know one another.
She was impressed. Jason was a former professional duelist turned professor for Central. Oh, she knew what dueling was all about, having seen several kids and teens back in the village playing the game. He was of Christian background, but did not let that rule his life like so many others seemed to. He wanted the teens under his care to reach their full potential and then go beyond it.
"What of you?" He asked, honestly curious.
"Not much to tell really. I was born in the tenth century to my vamperic parents and became my own person in the twelfth, ruling the small village with four others. I have learned to paint, play various instruments, and just recently took up dueling."
Jason smiled, though that quickly became a frown. He sniffed the air, his face morphing into a scowl.
"What is it? What's wrong?" Valencia asked, seeing him go tense.
"I smell gas..." He said, his eyes widening. "Valencia! Take cover!"
She grabbed the tome and covered it with her body, feeling Jason grabbing her waist and spinning her around too. There was a rush of heat and then the world exploded.
EODGX
Jaden had returned to the group, Chazz and Maurice explaining the duel they had in greater detail. Jaden frowned hard. This Brigade of Light seemed to be an off shoot of the Society, run by another person. Bastion pointed this out, making them worried. How many allies did Sartorius really have?! Mindy opened her mouth when the earth trembled. Everyone gasped and looked around, wondering if it was an earthquake. A sudden boom made everyone look toward several conference rooms.
"PROFESSOR SWEET!" Everyone cried out.
They saw a pair of bodies tumble out, the back of one on fire. Everyone hurried over, Jaden whipping off his cloak and putting the fires out on the professor. Pulling away, he saw that while the fire had burned the back of his shirt, it hadn't gotten to the skin. Jaden saw it on the professor's back then, a tiny black dragon, its red-eyes looking at him.
Thanking the spirit, Jason let go of Valencia's waist, groaning. That was when they saw it; two large wooden splinters in his shoulder and right hip. Blood gushed out, forming a puddle underneath him. Ray and Mark rushed over, several other workers quickly escorting the people in the hall out.
"Jace! Shit! What happened?!" Ray demanded, kneeling down.
"Attack." Jason said, wincing.
"YO YO YO YO! T-BONE IN DA HOUZE!" A loud obnoxious voice belted out.
Everyone turned to see a large man in a jacket and sideways cap, the floor behind him sinking into a whole. Mindy shot up, disk in hand.
"Another Light Brigade member?!" Mindy cried out.
"Hm, it seems they are not as dull as we were led to believe, T-Bone." Another voice said, appearing in a twister of fire.
"Yeah, guess they are, Blaze." T-bone commented.
Ray and Mark got up, only for the students and professors to cut them off.
"This is something we can deal with." Satyr said, glaring at the two men.
"Jace needs medical attention. Those spikes are not doing him any favors right now." Mark said, worried.
"Ambulance is on the way." Chazz reported, putting away a cell phone.
"Shame they won't get in." Blaze said, pulling out a duel disk.
Bastion looked up and gasped, seeing a pair of giants standing over the hotel.
"That's Granmarg and Thestalos!"
"Shit...the Monarch barrier." Jaden said, scowling.
He quickly explained. The Monarchs were old allies of the Spirit world, powerful mages. The barrier was put up to prevent anyone from getting in...or out.
"Then...Jason..." Mark whimpered, only to hear Jason laughing.
"C-come, Marcus. You know i-it takes MUCH more then a few s-splinters to hold me down." Jason said, sitting on his uninjured side.
Valencia was right at his side, looking at the wounds. Fonda rushed over, helping her. Both women frowned; the splinters were large, easily nine inches long apiece. He was losing blood at an alarming rate.
"Staunch the arm and side. Slow the blood rate." Fonda muttered, several guests rushing over with gauze and ripped shirts.
"He's still needs proper medical attention." Valencia said, holding his hand.
Fonda nodded, looking at Midori and Mindy, both still at the ready. Both nodded, deploying their disks. Blaze and T-Bone looked at them, amused.
"Yo, these chicks dueling us, Blaze?"
"I think they are. Well, we can amuse ourselves. Master Sartorius stated that they were close to Yuki anyways." Blaze reported, deploying his disk.
"True dat!" T-Bone said, deploying.
Two cards appeared before the pair, their eyes widening at seeing Mobius and Zaborg. They then smirked, taking the cards and adding them to their decks. The four shuffled their decks, slotting them back in.
"DUEL!" The four cried.
T&B: 8000/M&M: 8000
They flipped a coin to determine the order. When T and Blaze won, T-Bone smirked.
"I'll let the little lady start." T-Bone said, making Mindy scowl. "Then it'll be my boy Blaze."
"Then it will be the me and after that, T. Meaning you go last, MILF." Blaze said, Midori bristling at being called that.
"Don't get your hopes up for an easy victory, you two!" Mindy snapped, drawing.
Checking over her hand which had Fluffal Bear, Wing, Edge Imp Saber, Polymerization, Cat, and her newest card, Frightfur Factory. Choosing her Polymerization, she revealed it.
"I fuse my Edge Imp Saber with my Fluffal Cat. Great ready for a howling good time with my Frightfur Wolf!"
A howl was made as the Edge Imp and Fluffy cat spun together. The wolf landed next to Mindy, the two boys gasping at the terror toy. Her graveyard glowed then, Polymerization returning to her hand by Fluffal Cat's effect. She activated Fluffal Bear's effect, placing her Toy Vendor card facedown. She ended her turn.
"Right, my turn." Blaze said, drawing.
He looked over his hand, choosing and placing two cards facedown.
"I summon Inferno Knight in attack mode."
(Inferno Knight – LV/****, Attribute/FIRE, ATK/1300 → 1700, DEF/1200, Type/Pyro/Effect.
Increase the ATK of this card by 400 for each Pyro-Type monster in play.)
Blaze Knight was a crimson armored humanoid, carrying a halberd and shield. It stared at the Wolf, the wolf growling low. Blaze ended his turn, T-Bone taking over.
"I play Mine Golem in attack mode, followed by this facedown. Next, I play Guidance to Ore."
(Mine Golem – LV/***, Attribute/EARTH, ATK/1000, DEF/1900, Type/Rock/Effect.
When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.)
Mine golem was a tall robotic-like being made entirely out of stone and rock. It's lone optic looked at the two, beeping.

When a Rock-Type monster you control is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same name as the destroyed monster.)
"Thanks to this spell, whenever a rock is destroyed, I can summon another from my deck!" T-Bone crowed.
"I'll activate my facedowns. First is my trap, Backfire and my second trap is Lava Guidance."

When a FIRE monster you control is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your deck with the same level of the destroyed monster.)

"Nice, dawg! Your move, MILF." T-Bone said, ending his turn.
Midori simply ignored it, drawing her card. Checking over her hand, she smirked. She revealed a Hecatrice, activating its effect. They watched as she discarded the card and gained another from her deck.
"Now I play Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen."
(Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen – Type/Spell/Continuous.
Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand. You must control no monsters to activate and to resolve this effect.)
"I use my Valhalla to summon forth the Splendid Venus!"

All non-Fairy-Type monsters lose 500 ATK/DEF. The activation and effects of of Spell/Trap activated on your field cannot be negated.)
Venus was a large four-winged monster carrying a staff and wearing golden armor. Mine and Inferno Knight collasped a bit, Wolf whimpering.
Wolf – ATK/2000 → 1500
Mine – ATK/1000 → 500
Inferno – ATK/1700 → 1200
"I'll place this in facedown defense and then two cards facedown." Midori said, ending her turn.
Turning to Mindy, she gave a small apologetic smile at the girl for what happened to her monster. Mindy waved it off, drawing her card. She revealed Toy Vendor, using its effect and discarding Fluffal wings. Drawing her card, she revealed it to be a Fluffal Penguin. She summoned the monster in defense mode. Using Wings' effect, she banished it and her cat, sending vendor to the grave, activating its effect. She drew, added Fluffal octopus by Vendor's effect and then drew once more. Looking at her hand, she smirked.
"Alright, I play Polymerization and fuse my Edge Imp Chain with my Fluffal Octo to make...Frightfur Kraken!"
The chain ripped through Fluffal Octo, becoming a massive squid with knives. It roared, an aura surrounding it.
Kraken – ATK/2200 → 1700
"Fat lot of good that did ya." T-Bone commented.
Mindy just smirked, adding back her cat and Wings to her grave. She played one of the spells she had gotten from her drawing.
"That's what you think. I play DNA Vaccine!"
(DNA Vaccine – Type/Spell/Continuous.
Declare 1 Type. All monsters on your side of the field are treated as that Type.)
DNA Vaccine showed a syringe filled with a liquid and various strands of DNA in it. Mindy smirked.
"I declare my monsters to be...FAIRY!"
That made both T-Bone and Blaze gasp in shock.
Wolf – ATK/1500 → 2000
Kraken – ATK/1700 → 2200
"Nice, Mindy!" Midori exclaimed.
"It's about to get even worse for you, dawg~! I use my Kraken's effect to send your Mine Golem to the grave."
"WHAT?!" T-Bone shouted, seeing his golem crumble into dust.
"T, calm down. She can't attack with that Kraken if she uses that effect." Blaze stated calmly.
That was fine with her. Her wolf more then made up for it. He launched an attack at T-Bone, biting down hard.
T&B: 6000
"Oh, did I forget to mention that my little puppy can attack EQUAL to the number of Fusion Material I used to make him?" Mindy asked, a sweet but scary smile on her face.
"SHIT!" The two men shouted.
"Knight, defend T-Bone!" Blaze demanded, the knight charging and protecting T-Bone.
The jaws of the Wolf clamped down on the knight, biting through the armor. Blaze and T-Bone covered their faces, scowling.
T&B: 5200
M&M: 7500
"Thanks to my Guidance card, I summon another Blaze Knight."
Blaze Knight – ATK/1300 – 500 → 800 + 400 → 1200
"Damn. I'll end my turn." Mindy said.
Blaze began his turn, drawing his card. Seeing it was Zaborg, he looked over his hand. Seeing a spell, he played it.
"Dark World Dealings. Now we all draw a card only to throw one out." Blaze said, drawing and then discarding a UFO turtle.
The other three did as well, discarding one. T-Bone saw Zaborg in Blaze's hand and smirked. Blaze had set it up. Blaze then switched his knight to defense mode, ending his turn. T-Bone drew his card, revealing it to be a Graceful Charity. He drew his three, seeing that he had drawn Mobius. He held onto it discarding a Stone Dragon along with a Mine Stone monster. He played Monster Reborn, reviving his Mine Golem.
"I use my trap, Minefield Eruption!"
(Minefield Eruption – Type/Trap/Normal.
Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each face-up "Mine Golem" on your side of the field. After that, destroy all face-up "Mine Golem"(s) on your side of the field.)
"Thanks to this trap, I deal a thousand points to you for each Mine Golem I control."
There was a series of explosions near Midori and Mindy, making them hiss.
M&M:6500
"Due to my eruption, my mine golem is destroyed. HOWEVER! Guidance allows me to summon ANOTHER from my deck!"
The mine golem exploded, a second one crawling out of the giant cave behind T-Bone. He smirked, holding up a single card.
"Next, I tribute it for my monarch, Granmarg the Rock!"
(Granmarg the Rock Monarch – LV/******, Attribute/EARTH, ATK/2400 → 1900, DEF/1000 → 500, Type/Rock/Effect.
When this card is Tribute Summoned, destroy 1 face-down card on the field.)
A large golem appeared, draped in royal armor and a cape. T-Bone explained; since he had been tribute summoned, he could destroy a facedown card on the field. He chose his own, making Midori and Mindy shocked.
"Why would he do that?!" Chazz demanded, helping care of Professor Jason.
"H-help out his par-partner?" Jason wheezed out, a little pale and shaky.
"Shit! Jason, how much blood have you lost?!" Fonda exclaimed.
"D-dunno. Lost-t-t track..." Jason muttered weakly.
Mindy and Midori looked at one another, nodding. They had to end this once and for all. The trap that was destroyed was Dorment Volcano. When it was destroyed they could all add one fire attribute monster. Mindy, T, and Midori had no such monsters, but Blaze did. Adding the card, Blaze looked at T, smirking.
"Thanks, T."
"No problem. I'll set this facedown, yo. I'll end my turn. Go ahead MILF."
Midori drew a card, adding it to her hand. She declared an attack with Venus, targeting T-Bone. Said man grunted in shock, the massive fairy cutting through Granmarg.
T&B: 4300
Guidance activated, a second Granmarg appearing, kneeling down. Midori sneered, ending her turn. Mindy took over, drawing. She revealed her Polymerization, using it to fuse Kraken, Edge Imp Chain, and Fluffal Penguin.
"Meet my Frightfur Saber!"
The stitched up saber tooth growled, Kraken reappearing next to it. Midny drew two cards, discarding one by Penguins effect. She ordered her kraken to use its effect on Granmarg. Once it was gone, she plowed on with an attack on T-Bone with Saber.
Kraken – ATK/2200 + 400 → 2600
Saber – ATK/2400 + 400 → 2800
Blaze jumped right in, ordering his knight to take the blow. Mindy scowled, watching as the knight was torn to shreds.
M&M: 6000
A third knight appeared, also in defense. Knowing that Blaze would just defend the T, again, Mindy set a card and ended her turn. Blaze drew his card, looking at it. With a smirk, he looked at T-Bone who nodded.
"I play Monster reborn to bring back Granmarg to my field, following that up with Equivalent Exchange."
Blaze tossed a level six monster at T-Bone, he in turn tossed Blaze Mobius. Seeing the four monsters, Blaze smirked.
"I play Shadow Moon!"
(Shadow Moon – Type/Spell/Normal.
Send 4 Level 5 or higher monsters with different Attributes from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard. Activate 1 "Blue Moon" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. Then, Special Summon 1 "Demiurge Ema" from your Deck or Graveyard.)
"I send my four monarchs in my hand to the grave. Now I play from my deck, Blue Moon!"
(Blue Moon – Type/Spell/Field.
This card can only be activated with "Shadow Moon". When you activate this card, destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card on each player's side of the field, then Special Summon 1 "Homunculus Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 800) to each player's side of the field in Defense Position. While on the field, "Homunculus Tokens" are treated as Continuous Spell Cards and cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.)
Midori's Valhalla was destroyed as well as Mindy's DNA Vaccine. Guidance to Ore and Lava Guidance met the same fate, leaving only Backblast. Two tokens appeared on their field and on T-Bone and Blaze's. Here, Blaze smirked.
"Of course, Shadow Moon has another effect that allows me to summon out one of our top ace monsters."
"Get ready for MC Deimurge Ema!" T-Bone howled.
(Demiurge Ema – LV/********, Attribute/LIGHT, ATK/3300, DEF/2000, Type/Fairy/Effect.
This card gains 800 ATK for each "Homunculus Token" on the field. If this card is destroyed, destroy all "Homunculus Tokens" on the field.)
Demiurge Ema was a winged man wearing golden armor. Midori and Mindy grimaced; due to it being a fairy-type, Venus's effect was useless.

"Oh that's not good!" Chazz called out, seeing the monster.
"Got that right! Ema, deal with Venus!" Blaze commanded.
The winged monster slashed at Venus with a wing, cutting through the monster. The Fairy blew up, Midori covering her face.

"Nice! We got em on that backfoot!" Blaze crowed, ending his turn.
"My turn, dawg!" T-Bone said, drawing. "Now, I attack that MILF!"
"Not so fast! I use my trap, Draining shield!" Mindy called out, protecting her chancellor.
"NO!" T-Bone moaned.

"NICE! They got back their normal amount and then some!" Syrus exclaimed.
"Don't count those two out yet. They may have something up their sleeve." Bonnie warned, everyone nodding.
"Damn, I'll set a card and end my turn. Go, MILF."
"Okay, THAT is the last straw!" Midori snarled, drawing. "I use the effect of my Darklord Ixchel. By discarding her and a Darklord card, I can draw two cards."
Midori chose a card and sent them both to the grave, drawing two cards. Mindy saw that the two were Ixchel and Marie the Fallen one. No, that was right. Marie the Fallen had been renamed to Darklord Marie. Midori discarded another two, a monster appearing next to her token.
"I discard another two Darklords to bring forth, Darklord Nasten!"

Nasten was a winged being with a head of a lion, horns of a goat, and the body of a man. His lower regions were covered by a cloth and wore armored boots. It roared, making the two flinch. Midori smirked, revealing a spell card in her hand.
"I play Darklord Contract!"

Superbia was a bird-like fairy, coated in black armor and red gems. It screeched, a hand coming from its potted back. Here, Midori smirked.
"My Darklord Marie returns. But I'm not stopping there. I play Dark Selection!"

A single card slid out, Midori picking it up. She played a Fusion sage, gaining Polymerization. The teacher then played it, fusing Superbia, Marie, and from her hand, Morningstar.

The First Darklord was a black armor wearing humanoid figure. In their left hand was a sword, the right, a shield. Eight wings unfurled themselves. It bore a nasty smile on its face, a gem in its head glowing. Midori smirked.
"My First Darklord has two effects, the first is a requirement effect. If I fusion summon it with Darklord Morningstar, it destroys ALL cards you control!"
"WHAT?!" The pair cried out.
The wings flapped once, scores of feathers flying out. They pierced through the cards Blaze and T-Bone had, all of them exploding. Midori smirked, snapping her finger.
"My First Darklord attacks you two directly."
The winged monster slashed its sword, pitch black energy sailing out of it. It rammed into the two, making them cry out in shock and pain.

They heard another snap and both realized that there was still another monster on Midori's field. The winged lion-man roared, two orbs of fire in its hands. The orbs were launched and exploded once they touched the ground before the two. Both of them screamed, being sent back into a nearby desk.

"Yeah!"
"Awesome you two!"
"I say, most impressive dueling."
The words of praise and congratulations came from the people around them, both women blushing a bit. The barrier around them shattered, both T-Bone and Blaze vanishing. In their place was a pair of mirror of duality traps, their faces on the cards. Several EMTs rushed in then, seeing Professor Jason on the ground and rushed to work. As they got him prepped for the trip to the hospital, Jaden got a call on his cell. Seeing it was Kaiba, he answered it.
"Kaiba?! What's going on?"
"Someone is attacking my business, Jaden. They're demanding to duel you and me."
"Understood...who is it?"
"Claims to be Sartorius' sister."
"...I'm on my way."
Jaden hung up and rushed away, heading for Kaiba Corporation.
Uh oh. Looks like trouble. Still, the next chapter will be interesting since it means a tag team duel with Kaiba! Hope you all enjoy the chapter.
