Captain Pete Erholtz

Tac name: Knocker

Fort Harling

Four JLTVs exited the Gate, tailed closely by a bunch of trucks towing F/A-18 on their trailers. Each of the Super hornets had the Golem insignia plastered on their tails.

The JLTVs cane to an halt in front of McKinsey and a bunch if Navy Pilots exited the Vehicles and stood at attention when they saw McKinsey and President Palmer. "At ease Pilots. I am Colonel McKinsey. AKA the leading officer of this side of the Gate and this humble man right here", he gestured to Palmer who's standing next to him, "I think he dosen't need any introductions from me".

The Navy Pilots all eased up and each shook hands with their president.

One of the Pilots, Tac name Faun looked around and noticed an A-10 C being maintained. The actual plane didn't really bother him but what was on it's tail did. Three strikes.

"Ayo Footpad, look over there", Faun said and pointed to the air strip. The latter stared in awe at the attack plane.

"Wow, an A-10, never seen one of those", said Footpad mesmerized from the massive 30mm gun.

"No you imbecile", Faun facepalmed, "look at its tail".

Footpad adjusted his sight and widened his eyes when he saw the distinct painted three scratches on the tail of the Attack plane.

"Good god. THREE STRIKES IS HERE?!??". Faun facepalmed again when Footpad began fangirling over the fact that the Ace was with them on the Base.

McKinsey jumped slightly at the Outburst of the Pilot and then grimaced after what the Pilot said Hit home. He knew that trigger had fought along side them before being thrown into the 444th. That trigger was actually 3 strikes wasn't public knowledge and there still where many people in Osea who wanted to see him dead. McKinsey wouldn't take any chances so he'd try to keep Trigger's identity a secret from them.

"Yes son, indeed three strikes. He's on a mission right now and should return in a couple of days", said McKinsey trying to keep his cool.

"Who is he?!", Footpad almost yelled into McKinsey's face. The latter just grinned sheepishly, not knowing what to say without sounding to suspicious. To his luck an F-15 and an F-4 began their descent. He sighed for a second but then his eyes widened in shock when he remembered that no F-4s where delivered through the Gate. And the most suspicious part about the plane was that it didn't even had the usual Air superiority Grey color scheme Osea used on their F-4 Phantoms.

"Colonel McKinsey you're needed at the Airfield ASAP", called one of the ATC operators through McKinsey's radio.

"Yeah, i just saw it", McKinsey replied and made his way to the Airfield where the F-4 already has landed. McKinsey then turned around one last time facing Palmer and the Navy Aviators. "Major Friedland is going to show you through the Base. I have other matters to take care of". The AWACS operator stood there mouth agape as he saw the colonel run off towards the Airfield. The Navy Pilots gazed at him waiting for any order.

With McKinsey:

On the Airfield McKinsey saw how rescue teams tried to pry open the canopy of the F-4 Phantom. Only here he saw the state the Plane was in. It's whole nose including the wings where scorched and the Pain even melted at some places. One of the Engines has seemingly stalled and was smoking.

Rescue teams finally managed to pry open the canopy. The distinct smell of sulfur was the first that greeted the Rescuers, seconds later the Pilot jumped out of his seat and down to the ground. The WSO wasn't moving.

"His respirator has malfunctioned! He's knocked out, not dead", called the Pilot in between heavy coughing. "He had breathed in that shit", he added before taking a deep breath of the fresh air when he detached his mask.

The WSO was lifted out of the plane and immediately driven to the hospital on base. The Pilot still just sat there, coughing.

McKinsey walked up to the young man and kneeled in front of him. "Tell me son, what happened out there?". No response from the Pilot. Probably was following protocol when captured.

McKinsey stood up and looked at some fire men, throwing water into the Turbine intake to kill it since one of the engines was still online.

"Take him and bring him into the Hospital", ordered McKinsey.

"Sir", came the response of two MPs as the helped the man stand up and walk off.

In the same time the Eagle Pilot came running to McKinsey. "Colonel! You need to hear this", said the woman. She was with the second wave of Pilots coming in with their planes.

"What happened out there? The other Pilot didn't say anything". The Osean Pilot was panting heavily from running all the way from the end of the airstrip to the beginning where McKinsey stood.

She composed himself and took a deep breath, "We met mid air somewhere over that City Itallica. We made some friendly gestures towards each other when my radar picked up a Massive signal. Out of nowhere a huge Dragon appeared and we had a fierce air battle. The F-4 Pilots decided to charge head on and took a big hit. I managed to look on to that beast with an Aim-120 and shot of one of its limbs. That thing retreated back from the hole it came from and I managed to make the F-4 limb back to our base".

McKinsey flicked his tongue, "A massive Dragon huh... that'll be a big problem". McKinsey spun around and searched for Major Friedland's face but then remembered that he left him with Palmer and the Navy Guys.

"Shit... anyways", he then turned his gaze to the Female Pilot, "I want your squadron to be on high alert until the leader of Thunder squadron is back".

She Saluted, "Yes Sir".

Japan, the Diet

This whole venture was one big Shit show. First i get kidnapped by these knights, get beaten up by them. Then i find out, completely by accident i may add, that the Princess is in some sort of arranged marriage and now the actual Diet. That one politician, i have no idea what or who she is, but she's fighting tooth and nail just to put the JSDF under a bad light. Hell if one of our politicians would do this, they'd be imprisoned for treason. But Itami has held his own up until now.

I'm more worried about Hudson, or to be precise for that poor sole he has in his sights. I noticed that he's glaring at that one suited guy who's sitting in between all the other suits. He had an equally cold glare pointed at Hudson.

The name tag placed on that guy's table said, "US. Ambassador", what ever the hell US stands for, i don't like it.

"ARE YOU STUPID". I held my ears to cope with the pain. That Rory girl just screamed through the dozen microphones. I looked over and saw Mitchell laughing at Hudson who also was hunched over holding his ears. Mitchell was one of the rare individuals in that hall who wore complete combat gear. This includes active hearing protection which muffled the loud scream.

"Are y'all okay? What the hell was that?". Our radios chirped up when the OIA operators and the Erusian Commandos, which where waiting outside, heard Rory's outburst.

Hudson recovered first and responded, "All good here. That goth chick just decided to show everyone how a Stun grenade works".

"Should we engage? Do you need help?", my eyes widened at the question. I just hoped that Hudson wouldn't spark a war.

"Negative! Stand down guys", i sighed in relief. "Copy, holding position, out", said the OIA operator and went back to guarding the entrance along side some Japanese Soldiers and Police officers.

I spun my head over to the Lieutenant and watched as he himself just got back to his senses, "Itami! What the hell was this?". The lieutenant just shrugged in response. I huffed and concentrated my gaze back to the podium. And again my eyes widened in shock. Rory was about to unwrap her huge Hellebarde.

"Itami!", Called Mitchell, his Voice laced with concern and shock.

"On it", he said and Jumped up to stop Rory. That girl's smirk send shivers down my spine. But luckily for that politician, Itami managed to stop Rory from committing mass murder on foreign grounds.

"I'm so sorry Chairman", Itami apologized and pulled Rory of the podium.

To say that a weight was lifted From Hudson's shoulders was an understatement. The man visibly sighed and slumped his shoulders, seconds later he tensed up again, when the same ambassador who Hudson had an stardown against jumped up from his chair.

"Mr. Chairman, I demand to question the leader of the other world's Reconnaissance unit", the man said and pointed a finger at Hudson.

The Agent blinked and then smiled. "I'm sorry", Hudson squinted his eyes to read the name on the name tag, "Ambassador... Miller, but i think you're mistaken. I'm not the leader of this unit".

The ambassador scoffed and released a forced chuckle, "I certainly know a leader when i see one. What rank are you?". The ambassador looked over to the Chairman.

"Please tell this man to step up to the podium", said the Ambassador. The chairman looked at Hudson and gestured to the podium.

Hudson sighed and shook his head. Mitchell gave him a reassuring tap to the shoulder as the Agent stood up.

Hudson stood at the podium with a completely bored expression on his face. Ambassador Miller went closer to the microphone, "So, Leader... what's you rank and name?", the ambassador chose the direct way and immediately began the questioning without any hesitation.

"Special Agent Klark Hudson. Osean Intelligence Agency".

The ambassador's eyes widened at the realization that the man in front of him wasn't any kind of Military. He was the counterpart of the US' CIA. I never saw a man sweat this much while doing nothing. He was clearly taken of guard by Hudson.

"A... Alright then Agent. Would you consider a cooperation between Japan, the US and your nation? Regarding the Special region of course".

Hudson's next action sent shivers down my spine. He smiled. He just smiled, it was that kind of smile when someone has when he's about to murder someone.

"No", Hudson flat out rejected. The ambassador's eyes widened and he stammered along his words until Hudson cut him off.

"Look, ambassador, i know people like you and from the interrogations i had with some guys i found out that our two nations aren't so different. And from that I figured that you are familiar with the concept of fuck around and find out. With that said, i highly recommend you to NOT, fuck around, ambassador". The whole hall was silent. Ambassador Miller had his mouth agape and was shocked into silence before coming to his senses again. His face turned into a scowl, "Or else What?", Miller said with a low and threatening voice.

"Let me state it like this, our weapon reach far beyond nuclear, Gas and bio weapons and we unleashed the horrors of war many many, Many times over and we will unleash them against any and all enemies who stand in the way of the Osean Federation and its goals".

"Is this a threat... Agent?", asked Ambassador in that same low tone like before.

Suddenly Hudson began to laugh. I don't know what the hell is going through this man's head, or if he completely lost it by now... shit.

"Oh ambassador, you should know much better, than to assume, men like us make empty threats", Hudson was onto something. Damn this man was good with words. Now i see how he's the best the OIA could give to us.

"Men like us? Where are you going with this agent?".

"You know exactly what i'm saying Ambassador. Men like us, you and me. We don't make empty threats, we make guarantees, ambassador".

Miller growled into the microphone and glared at Hudson with a deadly cold gaze. The agent just smiled and stepped off the Podium.

Reviews:

N1cok- I think i see what you're meaning with this. I try and keep speech lines seperated

Wing Zero 032- (Chapter 13) first of all I corrected the "Pendejo"

second, Hello From switzerland to Mexico :)

For the advice, in switzerland we say, "Ich nehme es zu Herzen", It basically means, i take it to the heart (Or something like this)

Regarding the OIA agents demeanor against the Erusians. I know what you mean but i figured at the time there would have been high "Erusiophobia" within the Oseans. Like the rest of the world against Germany after WW2

I had to laugh really hard at the Show of force part. Thank you i really needed this

(Chapter 14)

Okay, i looked it up, It's actually called CIWS, Close in Weapons system. Yes, you're not wrong but Google says different. It's not meant as insult mate

sending in President Palmer and Cossette would have been a little to risky don't you think? They're practically going to another world with possible enemy troops waiting behind the Gate. When i wrote it i was thinking about the fact that the Japs could have set a trap and capture the Pres and the Princess at once and Oseans couldn't have done anything about it since the Gate acts like a choke point. Your Idea is good don't get me wrong but i just thought differently at the point.

Yeah about the Grammar and Spelling mistakes, i know it isn't really a good excuse but as you know by now English isn't my native tongue so i give it my best shot to correct all mistakes i find
