Episode 6: A Fight Back to the Past (Part 1)
(Play The Future World from Sonic 06 for this first section)
Ash, Pikachu, Brock, Misty, Gary, Max and Munchlax look over the destroyed city.
Gary: This is the distant future, far removed from our own timeline.
Max: The future? Then that means Team Rocket's machine can control time!
Ash: They've got some nerve dropping us here.
Brock: (Kicks a small rock) Now. How can we get back to our own time?
Gary: You need a space-time rift, but this requires a lot of energy.
Ash: I see. You mean using the time stones will...
Gary: Yes, but that alone is insufficient.
Ash: Okay Gary. It looks like we need to work together.
Gary nods. Misty does as well in agreement that, for the time being, Ash and Gary will have to work together to return to the present, with help from Misty, Brock and Max.
(Play Crisis City - The Flame from Sonic 06 for this section.)
Ash and Gary release their Pokémon Blastoise and Swellow respectively. Both Pokémon carry their trainers through the city, and through a bunch of fiery creatures, destroyed cars and exploding buildings.
Ash: The whole city's on fire!
Gary: Yeah, but we must keep going!
Blastoise and Swellow then continues to go through the beginning part of the city, while dodging multiple explosions and flaming craters. They then made it to the next part of the city.
(Play Crisis City - Skyscraper from Sonic 06 for this section)
Gary returns Blastoise to its Pokéball and gets on Swellow. Swellow continues to take Ash and Gary through the ruined city. Ash then saw more fiery creatures.
Ash: Are those Pokémon?
Gary: Actually no. In this timeline, according to the computer Misty and I were looking at, we are in a timeline where Pokémon went extinct.
Ash: What?!
Gary: All true. All that's left are a bunch of fire creatures.
Swellow continues to fly them through the city.
Ash: That's terrible. Are there any people still around?
Gary: Sadly no.
Ash: Aw man.
Swellow then continues to make its way in the air while dodging the fire creatures attacks.
Gary: Ash, get Pikachu to attack them.
Ash: Okay. Pikachu, Thunderbolt old those creatures!
Pikachu thunderbolts the fire creatures and they were all defeated. Swellow then flies them high in the air.
(Play Crisis City - Whirlwind from Sonic 06 for this section)
Ash's Swellow lands on a flying platform.
Gary: Come on out Fearow! (Fearow was released from its Pokéball.) Ash, we'll split up for now. You go find the database while I find the time stone!
Ash: Okay!
Gary's Fearow flies him through the debris of the city. Fearow begins to use multiple moves to defeat the flying fire creatures. Gary and Fearow then escaped.
(Play Crisis City - Tornado from Sonic 06 for this section and the next section)
Back with Ash, he was moving his way through the flying debris.
Ash: Pikachu, be careful! (Pikachu nods and starts to attack several fire creatures. Ash and Pikachu then continues to make their way through the flying debris. Pikachu thunderbolts all the fire creatures in their way. Ash then releases Swellow again.) Swellow, fly us out of this place!
Swellow them flies them out of the floating debris.
Back with Gary, he is in a different part of the city.
Gary: Okay! Now to find Misty and see if she found the time stone! (His Fearow then flies him through the part of the city he's in.) Fearow, watch out of things flying out of that tornado! (Fearow nods and continues flying Gary through the ruined city and to the next part. A bunch of fire creatures block his path and he released Blastoise.) Blastoise, use Hydro Pump to get them out of our way! (Blastoise uses Hydro Pump to defeat all of the fire creatures in their path. After that, Gary returns him to his Pokéball and Fearow flies him over the sea of lava next to the Tornado.) Grr... Can I get out? And how big is this fire? (Fearow, with determination was continuing to fly his trainer away from the tornado and to the final part of the city.) Good job Fearow. Now get a good rest. (Fearow was put back in its Pokéball and Blastoise was released again.) Blastoise, let's go!
Blastoise nods and begins to use its Water Type moves to blast through the fire creatures one by one on the knocked over building. Blastoise then jumps with Gary holding on to him and Hydro Pumps the fire creatures in their way. They then made it to where Misty is.
Misty: There you are.
Gary: Sorry it took so long. Did you find the time stone?
Misty pulls it out.
Misty: Yes I did.
Gary: Perfect. Hopefully Ash, Brock and Max are all right.
(Play Crisis City - Whirlwind from Sonic 06 again for this section)
Swellow is flying really fast with Ash on him and the fire tornado is quickly chasing after them.
Ash: That tornado's carrying the car! (Swellow is dodging all the stuff thrown out of the tornado. The flying type Pokémon continues to fly as fast as he could and then more stuff is being throw at them.) Here come a billboard! (It then goes slow motion as Ash and Pikachu jump while Swellow goes really low as a pipe was about to hit them, but doesn't and Ash is back on Swellow. Swellow then continues flying as fast as it could to outrun the tornado. When it finally did, they finally made it to the datebase where Brock, Max and Munchlax are at.) Get a good rest, Swellow.
Swellow was put back in its Pokéball.
Brock: Are you okay?
Ash: Yeah. But how did you guys get here so quickly?
Max: We hitched a ride on Brock's Ludicolo and it jumped from building to building and that's how we got here, but first, we had to drop off Misty to where the Time Stone was.
Ash: Okay. Anyways, let's go in.
Later, Ash, Pikachu, Brock, Max and Munchlax wonder about in a corridor of a ruined building.
Brock: No matter where we go, all we see are ruins. How can this be our future?
They all turned to look at their surroundings.
Max: How could it come to this?
Ash notices gas flowing from a room that is slightly opened with various notices and warnings on the door. The trio then turn to have a peak inside to discover what's happening within.
Diego: Could it be true? (Lucifer, who is under Gary's appearance, Diego and Natalie can be seen standing in front of a large database computer.) If I eliminate that guy, will our world be saved?
Lucifer: (Nods) The Day of Disaster... Here are my records of this event. This was when Azrael was freed and his flames were released into the world. (The mysterious figure turns on the computer, and Diego and Natalie see images of Madera and other things.) And you have this person to blame.
Lucifer takes out a time stone and shows it to Diego, who takes it and gazes upon it. The background shifts to a stream of fire surrounding Ash and Pikachu as they turns to face the camera with stern looks on their faces.
Diego: I see it! So, that boy with the Pikachu's the Azrael Trigger?
Natalie gets closer to Diego and stares at him and the stone.
Natalie (OC): Boy with the Pikachu...
Diego hands the time stone back to the mysterious figure.
Lucifer: I'll send us back in time to the point when the Azrael Trigger was alive.
Lucifer generates a sphere with his hands, places it on Diego and Natalie, and the three of them vanish. Ash, Pikachu, Brock, Max and Munchlax then approach towards the computer.
Brock: What the... Who was that guy? He looked just like Gary!
Max: Th-This is terrible! (Types on the keys) According to the data, the Princess died when she was kidnapped by Team Rocket! Apparently Team Rocket's battleship exploded! (Types on the keys) The date of this incident was... two days after the Festival of the Sun!
Ash: If we don't return in time, Amelia will die onboard Team Rocket's battleship. That means...
Max: Yeah... I think so.
Ash punches his hands together in frustration while Max types on the keys.
With Gary and Misty, they are walking down a street. Misty is holding the time stone she found.
Misty: If you want to know where I found the time stone, I found it under the rubble.
Gary: Okay. Well, hopefully Ash has found something.
Misty then got a message from Ash.
Misty: Yes, this is Misty. Understood. We'll be there in a minute. (She turns to Gary.) It looks like Ash, Brock and Max have found something, too. Let's go.
Gary: Yeah.
Misty and Gary walked away to find Ash, Brock and Max.
Back in the present, Diego and Natalie have arrived at Team Rocket's base in the snowy mountains in their search for Ash. However, the base is closed, and Ash is nowhere to be seen. Snow falls near the base.
Diego: Looks like we've arrived a little too late. (Suddenly the ground trembles beneath them, and they look around to see what has caused it, until they look upward.) What? Oh no!
A giant mech resembling an Exeggutor lands on the base and prepare to battle Diego and Natalie.
(Play Vs. Egg Cerberus & Egg Genesis from Sonic 06 for this section)
Diego: A guard? huh? Just try and stop me!
He and Natalie release Altaria and Skarmory and then the mech starts to shoot a bunch of missiles at them.
Natalie (OC): Diego, watch out!
They dodged the missiles.
Diego: Altaria, use Dragon Pulse on that mech!
Altaria uses Dragon Pulse on the mech and it lays a direct hit.
Natalie (OC): Take that! Skarmory, use Metal Claw!
Skarmory uses Metal Claw on center of the Mech and it deals a bunch of damage.
Diego: Let's finish this!
The mech begins to shoot tons of lasers and missiles at the two Pokémon, but they dodged.It then locks on to Altaria.
Natalie (OC): They're locked on to you! Shake 'em off!
Altaria manages to shake them off and then begins to flies above the mech.
Diego: Altaria, use Ice Beam!
Altaria uses Ice Beam on the mech, and it's movement slows.
Natalie (OC): Skarmory, finish this with Hyper Beam! (Skarmory uses Hyper Beam and the mech was deactivated and it then begins to tip over.) Diego, watch it! He's coming in! (The mech starts to fall towards them, but they quickly jumped out of the way and it explodes and the music ends. Diego and Natalie discover the time stone Ash held on to in the snow. Diego approaches the stone and kneels down to grab it.) That's a time stone. (Diego gazes upon the stone and looks at Natalie, then gets up.) It's said this stone can transform your thoughts into power, and can be used to travel through time. Keep it as a lucky charm.
Natalie walks off while Diego watches, then gazes at the stone again.
Diego: It transforms your thoughts into power...
The camera makes a close-up on the stone.
Back at Team Rocket's base, May is slowly looking around for Ash near a cell door.
May: I told them to wait for me in our hotel room and they ran off. Oh, when I get my hands on them... (May hides beneath the corner of a wall and sees three of Team Rocket's grunts looking both ways before moving on.) Maybe I should just walk away real quietly before they spot me.
May sneaks around when Amelia opens the cell door in front of her and sees her.
Princess Amelia: Oh!
Both are surprised to see each other when an alarm sounds, and they are cornered.
Sentry: Prisoner has escaped from Cell Block C-17. All patrolling guards, begin searching immediately.
May: (Turns to Amelia) This way!
Princess Amelia: O... OK!
Sentry: (While May and Amelia are speaking) I repeat: Prisoner has escaped from Cell Block C-17.
May and Amelia both run away from the alarm while the sentry is speaking.
Later, May and Amelia have returned to Madera New City and are walking around the town.
Princess Amelia: Thank you so much for rescuing me. I am so grateful!
Amy: I'm May. I'm a Pokémon Coordinator from the Hoenn Region.
Princess Amelia: My name is Amelia.
May: Amelia... Wait, you're not Amelia, the Princess of Madera, are you? I'll bet someone's already on their way to rescue you.
(Play Soleanna Castle Town from Sonic 06 for the rest of this section)
Princess Amelia: Um, yes, but someone I know said to me... "Nothing starts until you take action." So I decided to heed his advice.
May: Hmm... You wouldn't happen to have some feelings for this person, would you?
Princess Amelia: (Embarrassed) What? No! Of course not.
May: (Interrupting) It's OK. Love changes everything. (Walks and looks up) It feels like every little moment in your life is huge! (Spreads her arms wide on the word "huge" and turns to Amelia with sparkles around her) Doesn't it? (Amelia looks at her, then hangs her head down.) So, what does this guy look like? Have you already been on a date with him?
Princess Amelia: Well, no... I really haven't...
May: A one-way love? That's so cute. Come on, there's no need to be shy. Look, you're a Princess and you're super cute. That guy's the lucky one! I also have someone that I'm pursuing, too. I wish us both luck!
May holds both hands to Amelia's, and both laugh with each other.
Back at the castle town, May and Amelia enter when they noticed Team Rocket's grunts Pokémon attacking them.
Grunt: There's the Princess!
May: Damn it! They're here to capture you again!
Princess Amelia: Please protect me!
May: Don't worry! I'll save you! Come on out, Combusken!
Combusken was released from its Pokéball and then they are about to battle Team Rocket's personnel.
